Very tasty chicken, hot fresh and succulent, a quick service, and a pretty quiet establishment. I had the kansas bbq 4 bites (this time)

Drink was very warm food was cold except gravy chips were soggy and over seasoned so I try d air fryering them the wee hot but still soggy and the seasoning is too much and too strong of herbs the fri s should be plain unless there is an option for seasoned chick n was dry and rubbery mc Donald’s do better u should be ashamed

After long time im order something from KFC when im getting the order absolutely not fresh the Burger is been very cold for the price getting much better food from other takeaway 👎👎👎

Incorrect order. Ordered a large popcorn chicken meal and was sent a regular.

the food was done quite nicely this time as on occasion its been quite greasy. I was a little disappointed to find that my 4 mini fillet meal only actually came with 3 and a half mini fillets in the bag. given the price point of their food now, they should pay extra attention as to making sure the customer is actually getting what they pay for. This said I did enjoy my meal, a shame it hasn't been consistent for me.

I ordered sweet chilli wrap n medium fries I got a plain wrap and no Fries.

We thought the meals would have more quantity. Yet what we had was hample and very tasty. The driver was polite.

Don’t order from here for delivery. They will forget half your order. Not sure how it’s so difficult to read your order from a screen and prepare the food you’ve paid for

2 sides and a large popcorn chicken missing. Chicken strips looked battered, chips were cold. Delivery kept getting pushed back. Always issues on delivery, wouldn’t bother ordering from them

Dewsbury is a dying town and this KFC has been going downhill for years Had under cooked chicken, KFC did refund us, but I'd avoid this one and go to Birstall

saying that it's been delivered. and it's not come. KFC dewsbury was a pile of rubbish just basically said ring the just eat help line. when trying to ring the number it won't even ring out

Too damn lazy to take my order at the counter wanted me to use one of there machines then walk back to counter to pay for it. So left. Won't be comming here again. Finger licking crap

Burger was that cold, you could use it as a brick

Good customer Service done by Abzhan. He helped me with the orders and suggested me how to use kiosk. He made sure that he have given correc order out for me. Really appreciated and thanks for your support

If you like chips. Don’t order here. £34 order maybe 12 chips between us 🤣

Was cold and made me really poorly

Went kfc today in Dewsbury long causeway. The staff Abzhan was amazing, great communication he was very welcoming, helpful and very professional. Food was nice too. Will definitely go again. Highly recommended. 5 star Service from Abzhan

Everytime I order items are missing then they expect me to drive down and collect as won’t deliver because THEY forgot to put items in the delivery food bag. I’d just collect in the first place if I wanted to! So frustrating

Went to the drive through at 7pm today, completely messed the whole order. Had a hot wing missing from a zinger box meal, had 2 corn on the cobs missing, had no chicken fillet in the gravy megabox. Not the first time they messed up my order, Will be the last one though.

The guy who served us was lovely and friendly. Didn't get his name but he was very helpful

Late night order for pick up.. took bag home to find 1 box of fries missed.. didn't go back as service normally good.

I rodered from KFC as a delivery driver didn't turn up from another order. This KFC driver did not turn up either, however it is marked as delivered and won't answer his phone (he rung initially to get directions). Rubbish service.

I didn’t receive what I ordered and now I really take it very personal, 4 times of 5 if I order from this app I have problems, the food don’t arrive or the order it’s wrong (like last night) I found it impossible to order and pay for something extra and don’t receive what I ordered, the menu that I paid it’s not at all what I received. I will really make a complaint this time bc it’s not the first time when it’s happening and obviously I noticed that no one take any action about this people!

I am so mad that I have had to wait so long for this food for it to.be delivered in an inedible way! I this this is absolutely disgraceful, I tried calling the restaurant and no answer and there is no contact number to be able to contact kfc either I would like for this to be refunded and also compensated for having myself and my children wait for so long to then not be able to eat this!!!!
