KFC Dewsbury - Long Causeway in Kirklees

Had the new Rice bowl here was a great experience the food was fresh and the Rice bowl is a must try. Clean restaurant and friendly staff they were very helpful helped me to order on the kiosk as I am not accustomed to using this thank you

Went to the restaurant the place was clean staff was friendly and got my food fast and was fresh so my experience was very positive from the place

I had food poisoning from this place and none of them actually cared everytime i go there staff looks tired of serving customers and all the time i go there the food tastes different and in all honesty the standards for KFC in dewsbury anyways are like dog poo poo but ive told myself that i wont be going to that place again even my dady said it and he lives in hull🤣the KFC in dewsbury is trash and KFC needs to put new cooks in and fire them people in there🤣

Unfortunately, there were too many deliveries in one vehicle before came to us. By the time it arrived, it was cold and needed warming back up.

when my food finally got to me the chicken was cold the chips was cold and soggy I would of expected my food to be warm when spending 35 pound

Tasted alright but was luke warm (ate it in the car as soon as I got out of the store) and the chicken tasted like it had been sat there a long time

I ordered a boneless bundle: 8 piece from uber eats and when my order got here the popcorn chicken was missing. I rung the store about it and the attitude of the person than answered the phone and the manager I spoke to was appalling.

I am ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED when I received the order. The person that delivered it, insisted that I gave him a four number code, which I didn’t have. He would not give me the order, he then texted someone, as to what to do. It was cold, NEVER AGAIN

Azbahns service was superb! I was sat in the car pregnant waiting for food. He made sure we were kept with drinks and his time and efficiency of serving us was brilliant! Cannot thanks him enough for making my morning a memorable one. It’s not just kfc to me. I’m pregnant so it means everything haha thanks again azbahn

Me and my partner went through the drive thru and was told there would be a 5 minute, which happens, Azbahn the employee who served us gave us the best customer service ever. Went above and beyond when he didn't have to. Whoever is in charge of payroll, Azbahn deserves a raise.

Couldn’t even eat it almost £40 water due to missing items

Chicken wings where still pink in middle too them back was told yes they are cooked its the oil we cook them in that's pink... really

All food was cold had to be taken out of packaging onto oven tray and heated up . Portion size was a reall shame as the reg fries had roughly 8 to 10 chips in thats in the triolgy box meal. And 2 kids meals .

food was cold and chips where missing probably due to the large hole in the bag that the foot was delivered in. will spend my money somewhere else next time

Incorrect order. Ordered a large popcorn chicken meal and was sent a regular.

the food was done quite nicely this time as on occasion its been quite greasy. I was a little disappointed to find that my 4 mini fillet meal only actually came with 3 and a half mini fillets in the bag. given the price point of their food now, they should pay extra attention as to making sure the customer is actually getting what they pay for. This said I did enjoy my meal, a shame it hasn't been consistent for me.

We thought the meals would have more quantity. Yet what we had was hample and very tasty. The driver was polite.

Don’t order from here for delivery. They will forget half your order. Not sure how it’s so difficult to read your order from a screen and prepare the food you’ve paid for

2 sides and a large popcorn chicken missing. Chicken strips looked battered, chips were cold. Delivery kept getting pushed back. Always issues on delivery, wouldn’t bother ordering from them

Dewsbury is a dying town and this KFC has been going downhill for years Had under cooked chicken, KFC did refund us, but I'd avoid this one and go to Birstall

Too damn lazy to take my order at the counter wanted me to use one of there machines then walk back to counter to pay for it. So left. Won't be comming here again. Finger licking crap

Good customer Service done by Abzhan. He helped me with the orders and suggested me how to use kiosk. He made sure that he have given correc order out for me. Really appreciated and thanks for your support

Was cold and made me really poorly

Went kfc today in Dewsbury long causeway. The staff Abzhan was amazing, great communication he was very welcoming, helpful and very professional. Food was nice too. Will definitely go again. Highly recommended. 5 star Service from Abzhan

Food came piping hot and the driver was polite.

Everytime I order items are missing then they expect me to drive down and collect as won’t deliver because THEY forgot to put items in the delivery food bag. I’d just collect in the first place if I wanted to! So frustrating

Went to the drive through at 7pm today, completely messed the whole order. Had a hot wing missing from a zinger box meal, had 2 corn on the cobs missing, had no chicken fillet in the gravy megabox. Not the first time they messed up my order, Will be the last one though.
