KFC Dewsbury - Long Causeway in Kirklees

On approach the oil that food was being cooked in smelt old and burnt the kiosk windows were filthy which gave me little assurance food was safe ,lettuce brown on edges ,support staff ignorant and wasn't welcoming save your money go somewhere else

Freshly made foods and excellent customer service provided by Abzhan. Very kind, polite and helpful gentleman. He was helping my carers to serve them with best options of food. Keep up the good work Abzhan

Very nice experience in kfc dewsbury. It was very rush and spilt my drinks in floor, still the staff was very kind and he was cleaning the mess. Also he served with the drinks which was spilt down. Appreciate your good vibes towards work Mr.Abzhan

I had a good customer experience after long time in kfc dewsbury. The guy who was working front was really energetic and well personality, helped to do our order through kiosk and very kind. He save our time and some moneys with good deals for my entire family. Mr.Abzhan. Keep up the good work

I’ve seen animals with better manners than these people. I went into kfc again yesterday to pick up Uber eats delivery. The girl on front counter has no manners and not only that but there food is rubbish as well.

never turned. driver went to the wrong address even though there was a note on the order as well as messahe to the driver. terrible place to order from

There's always at least one thing wrong with a KFC. This time, it was an incorrect side. So I had to make my daughter some extra beans from the cupboard. Wish there was a better system at KFC other than the order just being eyeballed... Otherwise fine.

Closed 30 minutes before closing time

The chicken in the rice box was inedible and not cooked I reported it with pictures and heard nothing which is a shame. My lunch ended up being just rice and salad which will put me off ordering again

Had the new Rice bowl here was a great experience the food was fresh and the Rice bowl is a must try. Clean restaurant and friendly staff they were very helpful helped me to order on the kiosk as I am not accustomed to using this thank you

The bucket of chicken was ok but the 2 salad meals wasn’t worth the money I paid so won’t be ordering anymore from the restaurant in dewsbury

I haven’t had this place in years because it wasn’t the best so I’m not sure if there’s different owners now but I ordered tonight it was honestly amazing! The food was all fresh piping hot and came early with everything no missing items, why thank you very much:)

ordered 2x corn but recieved 2x mash which i didn't really want, would have preferred my money back instead and no mash if they'd run out of corn

Some of the order was wrong. We ordered a zinger tower burger and got a zinger burger. Instead of baked beans and gravy, we got 2 pots of gravy.

chips was cold and burgers looked like it been thrown together and things kept falling out was disapointed and not happy i paild £23 for this

I left a note to add a fork and for the driver to ring me when he’s outside. Both things not done!!!!

Unfortunately, there were too many deliveries in one vehicle before came to us. By the time it arrived, it was cold and needed warming back up.

when my food finally got to me the chicken was cold the chips was cold and soggy I would of expected my food to be warm when spending 35 pound

Tasted alright but was luke warm (ate it in the car as soon as I got out of the store) and the chicken tasted like it had been sat there a long time

I ordered a boneless bundle: 8 piece from uber eats and when my order got here the popcorn chicken was missing. I rung the store about it and the attitude of the person than answered the phone and the manager I spoke to was appalling.

I am ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED when I received the order. The person that delivered it, insisted that I gave him a four number code, which I didn’t have. He would not give me the order, he then texted someone, as to what to do. It was cold, NEVER AGAIN

Absolutely delighted orderd my food for my self and kids only orded as in disabled the food never came called just eat they were not helpful one bit will never order again .

Me and my partner went through the drive thru and was told there would be a 5 minute, which happens, Azbahn the employee who served us gave us the best customer service ever. Went above and beyond when he didn't have to. Whoever is in charge of payroll, Azbahn deserves a raise.

Azbahns service was superb! I was sat in the car pregnant waiting for food. He made sure we were kept with drinks and his time and efficiency of serving us was brilliant! Cannot thanks him enough for making my morning a memorable one. It’s not just kfc to me. I’m pregnant so it means everything haha thanks again azbahn

Chicken wings where still pink in middle too them back was told yes they are cooked its the oil we cook them in that's pink... really

Couldn’t even eat it almost £40 water due to missing items

All food was cold had to be taken out of packaging onto oven tray and heated up . Portion size was a reall shame as the reg fries had roughly 8 to 10 chips in thats in the triolgy box meal. And 2 kids meals .

food was cold and chips where missing probably due to the large hole in the bag that the foot was delivered in. will spend my money somewhere else next time

Incorrect order. Ordered a large popcorn chicken meal and was sent a regular.

the food was done quite nicely this time as on occasion its been quite greasy. I was a little disappointed to find that my 4 mini fillet meal only actually came with 3 and a half mini fillets in the bag. given the price point of their food now, they should pay extra attention as to making sure the customer is actually getting what they pay for. This said I did enjoy my meal, a shame it hasn't been consistent for me.

I ordered sweet chilli wrap n medium fries I got a plain wrap and no Fries.

We thought the meals would have more quantity. Yet what we had was hample and very tasty. The driver was polite.
