KFC Derby - Meteor Centre in Derby

If I get an automated reply from the "owner" to this review like they have done to all the others then I'll be taking this further. Me and my partner both got a meal from KFC, we had 2 meals, £30. That price is absolutely ridiculous for a chain restaurant, it's literally a fast food establishment?.. when we received the food it was all cold, the chips tasted like they weren't cooked. The chicken was awful, when you bit into it, disgusting, undercooked and cold liquids came out of the chicken, going everywhere. When the manager tried to explain that it was 'juices' he clearly thought I was thick. I'm not, I know how chicken is cooked and how it should be I'm not stupid, you didn't have to explain it to me like I'm a child. I managed to get back £20, still £10 wasted. I wish this was the only thing, but the restaurant was an absolute disgrace, near enough every table was dirty, bins were overflowing, and the few members of staff they had just stood chatting and clearly couldn't have cared less. Do better.

The food was terrible, one potato was wet, the other was dry. The wings smelled of some kind of chemical. There were almost no people, but we still had to wait for the order, out of 3 people, only one was working.

Waited 2.5 hours to then obviously receive stone cold food was very unhappy.

the only thing wrong with my order was that My bottle of tango was left off my order

What is the point in writing a note for the restaurant and it be ignored. 😔 waste of money and food. This is the only KFC that always makes the same error. Never read notes. But closest to mine house. 🙄

No stars. 3 hours later is a Joke. So unhappy with the service. Tried to get in contact with no luck. Also if you stymied to order to the same location after it was still saying 20 minutes delivery

Food was freezing & missing items

Yet again the driver went to the wrong address. every time I order i put a note to put our address in manually because thier gps always sends them to the wrong address and I have to call the driver, is there a way you could tell the drivers to look for any notes on the order? hope you can help me

When the order was placed, delivery time was estimated to be 15-25 minutes. The order actually took 1 hr and 10 minutes to arrive. It was also stone cold upon arrival. Not impressed.

Food was missing and ruined the meal, and reported it and not heard nothing

Even my pepsi max is cherry, crap food. Dont know why manager bothers to reply as doesnt do nothing about the shite cold food they serving. Wont be going back again.now.

My food didn’t arrive and the bloke rung me and I told him I was outside he said he couldn’t see me so I said okay one second I’m coming to you and he didn’t come to me and he drove off and then it said he delivered it and I didn’t even give my code

I got a number to be served on the table but the person who brought the food told me that I had to get up and get the spoon, fork and straw myself, why does it give the number on the table on the screen of the big tablet??? and it is such a ridiculous service I think those big screen tablets should stay and need theach this jop how work

every piece of chicken was pink. we had to feed 8 adults and barley could eat any of the chicken of the bone with it being pink.

Abseloutley disgusted both buckets chicken are missing only sides deliver i have a hungry child here and can not get through to just eat customer service or update my email for them to contact me this needs read and just eat needs to contacts me asap

Ordered and paid online via the app then collected via the drive thru. All was very smooth GPS picked up when I arrived at the drive thru then just gave my order number and as they say bobs ya uncle, aunts ya fan miester!

Went here before the movies for a quick meal, place covered in rubbish, hair found in my food, toilets still having the last persons pubic hair left over on the seat, don’t come here

Took 90mins to arrive and when it did we got soggy cold chips cold chicken like it had just been took out the fridge and cold sides all of which we had to reheat before eating very disappointed and will be boycotting KFC from now on

I was misled by a KFC employee and did not receive my 1.5-liter Pepsi when I ordered a KFC bucket that included it. This experience was disappointing, as I expected to receive the beverage as part of my order.

Just been and the guy put 2 full scoops of ice in my drink. Working at KFC before I know there is buttons for medium/large drinks - he stopped that so got a lot less. Got the food order wrong as well, but also not been given a receipt so couldn’t go back. Guy at the window didn’t even say hi either, just shoved the drink/food out. Terrible. Oh and bag was packed so badly one of the burgers had fallen out of its box…..

Place was absolutely filthy, every table was dirty, floor littered with napkins, sauce pots, and water. Bags of waste from bins everywhere, and service very dismissive No Straws or napkins, but plenty on the floor! Mens toilets were disgusting, smelt and very dirty. Food average.

Food was stone cold, delivery driver kept trying to put in last 4 digits of order no. Not my phone no. He then wouldn't let me have food as he had no signal. Gave food then 10mins later came back to get no. again!

Don't go here if you don't like the drumsticks. Now, don't get me wrong in the variety bucket, I expect a few but everytime i order a bucket, they put 90% of it as drumsticks. Even when I ask no more than 4 please as I don't enjoy that part of the chicken, it's like they purposely put loads in to ennoy me. Last time was the final straw. After about 4 times of constantly getting drumsticks in my bucket meals, i asked for a party bucket but no more than 4 drumsticks to wich the woman on drive through said not a problem. Took the food at the next window and looked in saw chicken and thought nothing of it. Got back home 11 drumsticks. Never going here again.

Great place to order from. Had two boneless buckets and they always get my order right everytime I order. Best KFC in Derby 👍

Food arrived cold. Items missing

the food has been prepared then sat waiting half hour before a driver picked it up to deliver, therefore being cold and not taste good.

The past few times I’ve ordered there has always been something missing and then I’ve ordered again tonight and it’s missing food again !!!!!!

This seems a good kfc we always use the drive through and haven't had any delays pretty quick service

Staff laughing when turned up at 10pm when website, Google and shop door says that closes at 11pm. Rude and shut early on a Saturday night

So much better than 9 months ago. Food was good, service was friendly and efficient. Still prioritising drive through over restaurant a bit too much, but they apologised for the wait.

The chicken was so dry if you was to rename it unlucky fried chicken that would not even come close to what we got I ordered a 10 piece bucket which we had to bin it was that bad you should be ashamed

One meal was missing unfortunately and a wrap other than that delivery was fast

There's 1 member of staff who is really nice and friendly (Kez), apart from that most of the other staff members are pretty rude, especially to delivery drivers

Orders can only be made at the kiosks , some of the customers were not happy with this.

Had the nine piece chicken fillets should have been ten but one was pure breadcrumbs no chicken did complain an present nothing was done.... give it a big miss

food was over an hour and half late, wrong items in my order, charged for a 12 piece dipping bucket got an 8, no extra popcorn chicken, only one corn on the cob charged for delivery even though we had to get it ourselves because of it being late and no drivers

missing chicken fillets, kfc manager said i was laying and he packed it, he saod contact just eat theyll send a drover to drop you some off, theres no customer serivce number and ots rubbish tha way

Nothing I ordered came I got someone else’s order that was my last bit of money and I needed to feed my kids not happy won’t order from here again

Missing an entire bucket of chicken from my delivery order, AN ENTIRE BUCKET! Refuse to do anything about it because the person who packed the order said they packed it. Absolute joke!

purchased a meal that cost £45 for 4 of us, mine cost £15 alone and what came was nothing like the picture on the website, also should have had a large chips and I got a small so I called up and spoke to the manager and he basically told me they had ran out of boxes and thats how it is I then said shall I post this onto social media his return was do what you want so here it is, I have the managers name if needed.

pre ordered the order and it was still 30 minutes late. 4 items were missing and I can only assume that people working for KFC are illiterate

Ordered large gravy and a popcorn chicken, 6 mini fillets, 8 wings and 4 fries, half the order came. When we called the store the manager was extremely rude. We told her we would come and collect the rest of the food if she has it ready as we had both been really poorly all day and had not eaten. She said she ran out of gravy, which they didn’t take off the app. And said she would not remake our food. This is very disappointing. She also refused to send our popcorn chicken and said get a refund

Bit of a wait for food but the food was alright once we got it. Just like a normal KFC although the chicken wasn't as crispy as usual
