Missing an entire bucket of chicken from my delivery order, AN ENTIRE BUCKET! Refuse to do anything about it because the person who packed the order said they packed it. Absolute joke!

purchased a meal that cost £45 for 4 of us, mine cost £15 alone and what came was nothing like the picture on the website, also should have had a large chips and I got a small so I called up and spoke to the manager and he basically told me they had ran out of boxes and thats how it is I then said shall I post this onto social media his return was do what you want so here it is, I have the managers name if needed.

Rude staff asked for tabel service was spoken to rudely. Had someone clean bins the. Went to see then go to worm I. Kitchen. Never seen them wash hands very unprofessionally behaviour would avoid at all cost. Food was cold even tjow was told was just made. Asked for ice in my drink I. 1 n not other got given wrong. Order

I had not had a kfc for a long time and really enjoyed it here. Nice and fresh food and friendly quick service. The only downside was that there were no cookies left.

Top customer service , friendly staff delicious food , wether you eat in or drive through always get quick response 10/10

I don't know what it is about service in these places now, but it's a rare occurance when they get your order right. Fries were missing and luke-warm, wasn't even busy so I don't see how they messed up. Complained about the order last time and heard nothing back.

I would say it is 50/50 as to whether you get what you ordered when you use the drive thru. Today is probably the third time now I've had items missing from my order....for example today I got a 4pc bucket rather than the 12pc boneless banquet I ordered. Every time I kick myself for not checking my order before I drive off, only to realise my mistake yet again once I'm home, knackered and the kids are hungry and I'm in no mood to drive all the way back after a long day at work myself. From what I've read this evening I'm not alone with the KFC meteor experience and I'll be going out of my way to use other branches from now on. What troubles me is not being able to work out if I'm being scammed or whether staff are just that incompetent as it's certainly never seems to be really busy so why are they getting orders wrong!?! Discuss....

Went in there a couple of months ago with my nephew stood waiting for the food for ages not to mention the fact I caught the cook on shift opening a bag of raw product using the tongs they use to transfer cooked food

Walked into a completely empty restaurant this evening as a family of three at 8.30 pm Went to till to place an order after waiting one of the five staff stood talking said someone needs serving He walked over said card or cash I said card his reply was use touch screens then Unfortunately I can’t do that as I can not see them to use correctly But the place was empty no one in drive through no one in restaurant no delivery company’s picking up surprised the place hadn’t gone bust with that kind of customer service We called at a Pizza Hut and spent our money there instead Well done kfc for letting arrogant idiots tun your restaurant ! Just noted can’t answer questions about food as we didn’t get to eat as they couldn’t be bothered to serve us sure the franchise owner would love to know how much money he’s losing at this restaurant 🤣 JUST NOTICED PROBABLY WASTING MY TIME AS ALL BAD REVIEWS DO NOT GET A RESPONSE ONLY GOOD REVIEWS A REPLY just search for yourself it proves they do not care !!!!!!

Had a lovely.meal here...and thr service that we had from the male assistant was lovely glad we weren't serves by the lady she was gruff and quite rude.maybe she had had a bad day though we all have those i guess

Can't stand these bloody spiced chips, asked for plain, can't do them! I would rather eat at McDonalds, and I don't eat there! The food took well over 10 minutes to be served, and the daughters meals took even longer. For a total of four meals, that is not fast food. But it did come out quite quickly, so they are right! Will not be going back...

Food was lovely and warm, was a delay in our order but was kept in formed. Seating area was clean and tidy.

The food was not at its best but to be fair I wished we had just walked out and not ordered I didn’t realize you had to clean your own tables before eating and the staff are rude

Placed a drive through order and they got the order wrong (something that I order the same every week and have never had an issue) and the staff blamed me, informing me at the kiosk that I had to drive back around to re-order and receive no refund for the incorrect order that they placed and made me pay for. I then parked up to go inside and the staff proceeded to ignore me completely. Shocking staff, shocking service. Will not be returning again.

Never get the order right and end up with burnt chicken with far too much bone and no meat. Dunno what theyve done to the fries Signature fries.Theyre vile. The restaurant was filthy inside Food on all tables and the music was rubbish and way too loud to sit in for a quiet meal

Typical KFC does what it says on the tin. If you expect it to be busy, it gets really busy. Order on the app and pick up, saves 15 to 20 mins when busy.

Got order instore got home missing chips , went back only give me missing chips and now rest of order cold but they won’t replace that, it was there fault!!!! Asked for a full refund as not as advertised and got cash refund, now on way to get a Chinese instead. The staff are useless and all thick and can’t make customers happy you have lost our £36 order now and will never go back so you have lost my business too. Check orders before you leave!!!!!

Not like it used to be the service and quality of the food has been dropping for a long time now...

Was very hungry and thought i would pop in for a wrap, my wrap was falling to bits and had holes in when i received it. I tried to ignore it and continue eating my food until half of it ended up on my lap and on the floor, was very disappointed because when i’d come before the wraps were made perfectly. However now it seems as if they just chuck the food in a box and serve it without caring.

Excellent service from the manager much better than the previous staff, much cleaner, improved food quality. Very professional service.

Absolutely Rubbish - cold food staff run-around like headless chickens! No one seemed to be overall charge. Got home and only half my order in the bag. They then expected me to travel back to the business to pick up what they failed to process. Or next time I come in they will give me a number to get what was missing. I tried to explain it’s not my fault they are incapable of collecting an order together, put it correctly in a bag. I shouldn’t have to drive back to the business and back home for their incompetence!

Everything was as expected from my favourite fast food place. They have even started adding a flavouring to the fries to make them taste better. So I was pleased with that improvement.

Food was OK but man this place is filthy. Dirty floors, tables and counters, men's toilet had blocked urinals

Not one clean table when we walked in. The whole time we were there no one cleaned a table either. Staff were rude and ignored customers. Food had no taste at all. Best thing about the meal was the bottle of Pepsi. Gravy was thin and watery. Corn was soggy. Ordered a bucket had to go back for plates and cups.

Staff very rude all talking to each other taking their time to pack your order. witch would be fine if you received your order right. Not one cup given to us or paper plate with a whole bucket meal. Tubs of gravel being chucked around and dropped on the floor. Chicken has no tastes what so ever chips had more salt on them that seasoning. And not one table was clean when we arrived. Nor was one cleaned while we sat having our food the whole time. Staff way to busy talking about their personal life than doing there job. Staff definitely need training or managing! Whole place should be shut down and deep cleaned!!!!

Relegated to 1 star.. I just don't understand how a place can be so unreliable. I think the staff need improved training and/or be more effectively managed. We wasted nearly half an hour due to their incompetence. Before that, we routinely had items missing from our orders. We won't be returning.

STAY AWAY! I had food poisoning from here and I was admitted into hospital from it. Very dirty inside the restaurant and staff not following hygiene protocols. Avoid!

Tasted horrible couple of hours later I now feel sick never again am I eating kfc think you need to learn how to cook chicken I’ve cooked pheasant way better than how you cook your chicken

Always dread ordering from here when my friends and/or family ask to. Foods always missing, cold or wrong items. No customer service in any of them especially management. Nothing is ever their fault and there’s always someone else to blame. Worst kfc there is. Stick to the wyvern.

Worst KFC I have ever had! Returning from holiday late evening, I decided to have KFC take away to eat at home after hours of traveling. If I had eaten in, I would have returned everything! I expect the same quality of food no matter what time of day! This was certainly not the case yesterday! About 21:30 order No 9102, slightly delayed, waiting for frys (chips) and waiting for zinger burger. Got home to eat the food, 2 minutes up the road, chips (frys) were freezing cold and chicken pieces were overcooked, obviously kept warm far too long instead of being freshly cooked. I don't understand why we had to wait for cold chips. I won't be buying food from here again!

Hand on heart, this KFC is dodgy. The chicken had no taste at all or the smell of that distinct KFC recipe chicken. I think they might even use their own wholesale bought bread crumbs fried chicken coating and pass it off as KFC. The whole place didn’t even have that distinct smell of KFC. Dodgy business going on here and I will not be going back again. Got sold some bootleg fried chicken that had zero resemblance of KFC. Shame on you for putting KFC in bad repute.

Never went in side so gave a 2 just for Atmosphere the thanks of being nice 5 star for rest. Good chicken extra crispy

Can't share on atmosphere as went in drive thru but they didn't have what I ordered after I'd paid but failed to let me know. Always nice though and they have improved their fries 🍟

floor nearly killed me as it was so greasy! I get that it's a fast food place but that l floor hasn't been properly cleaned in ages. it's dangerous. food tasted off too. we won't be going back to that one.

The Zinger burger was ok, but the fries not fresh. The tables need to be cleaned more often and the music was a bit loud.

I realise that a piece of your soul dies working at KFC but despite that, a basic level of Service competence is still expected. I order a party bucket and was given 9 legs out of the 14pc, missing the popcorn chicken and a gravy. Management must be proud 🤔

I went to KFC for the first time in awhile recently. It's a go-to for indulging in some delicious fried chicken. The Original Recipe chicken is crispy and flavorful, and the sides like mashed potatoes and coleslaw are satisfying comfort food. The fast-food atmosphere is convenient for a quick meal, but it's not the healthiest option, so it's best enjoyed in moderation. If you're in the mood for fried chicken, KFC at the Meteor centre is a tasty choice.

Had to wait for chicken to be cooked and it did not have any flavour, was oily and I felt it needed to be cooked a little bit more.

I came here two days ago and have been sick for two days I will not be going back!

Food very good but had to wait 50 minutes for 1 boneless banquet and tub of bbq bites. Other customers who came in after us with bigger orders were served before us. It seemed that on line orders were taking preference. Next time I will go through drive through.

Nice KFC, very close and convenient for the cinema. Service was very quick. Food was a KFC, Simple’s. KFC chips are never going g to win any awards, but burger was spot on.

Came here said they have no chicken, gravy, krushems and sauce had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through as there’s no other way to get out and if your behind people your stuck there, guy wasn’t apologetic at all about having no food! absolutely terrible!

Had to wait 30 minutes just for three dippers and a large popcorn meal and 2 krushem which were mainly just ice near the bottom. Staff were chaotic hardly any order , however the young girl who gave us our order in the end did apologise. Also forgot the beans in the order. Been before this and the food and everything was great however it was a long wait again for even the smallest of orders. The two people we were out with had to wait 30 minutes for just two ice creams.

Terrible. Usually very nice all chicken tasted like it had just been warmed up or re fried not much taste. Chicken fillets were mainly just batter hardly any chicken. Asked for a bbq chicken wrap with no lettuce but came with lettuce.

Walked in to KFC screens absolutely filthy So went to order at counter . Female staff member behind counter has a can't be arsed attitude. Food hiked in price So walked back out ! Windows and doors all filthy too and their excuse was the screens are marked By fingerprints!!! 😅

Far too cold to dine in. We spent an unhappy 20 minutes shivering while we ate. Unwelcoming atmosphere and pretty slow too :( We won't be back :(

Ordered an ice tea, tasted like water. Tables are dirty as hell, they prefer talking behind the counter instead of cleaning even a bit.

20 minute wait in drive thru , chips taste bitter and extremely small portions. Chicken burger was extremely dry. Straws didn't last 5 minutes. Extremely overpriced and extremely poor quality.

Atmosphere inside is cold and uninviting. Too squared off and uncomfortable to sit. Drive thru is annoying as KFC have a policy to always give you a receipt whether you decline it or not. I want to save on paper usage but can't because they refuse to serve you if you haven't taken the receipt

Underwhelming and missing items. Made the mistake of not checking the meal before arriving home for kids holiday treat. Missing a large popcorn chicken worth £5 but not worth returning as the meal was just about warm. Really disappointing will not use again
