Tried the bites with buffalo sauce- disgusting. Only way to describe the sauce is RADIOACTIVE - in colour & taste. Bites are dry, to top it off. Its a NO for me.

Some food was burnt. Loads of dry chicken in a family feast. Waste of 30£ plus. Beans was old, the sell by sticker was peeled off so couldn’t see. My partner advised me this is the worse kfc in derby. And it for sure is by far the worse. I called to inform the manager and they said they could return/refund if I brought all the food back, that the family had already started tucking into. Don’t eat from this place ! Appalling to say the lease

But, I ordered more drinks to be prepared for family the next day, the driver said to my mum, whi answered "more drinks then food" at the end of the day I got more drinks because I wanted to, I don't need someone commenting on how I spend my money

Chicken was all rammed into one bucket so it all steamed and was soggy, one of the chicken wings looked like it had a bite took out of it, bbq bites were over cooked. Not the usual quality I get from this branch as normally it is very good

The service was quick and atmosphere family friendly. Unfortunately was served oily fries and what seemed like re-fried luke warm zinger.

Food was cold, made a complaint and only got 1 item refunded though the whole order was inedible

burger is a mess as not packed properly... paid for 2 mini fillets extra one turned up and was basically half a fillet ... rubbish service... is it really that hard to package correctly and get the order correct?!?!

Food arrived on time and the meal was still warm. Thought I would try The Ultimate BBQ Box Meal and turned out to be a regret. There was nothing really ultimate about it. Chicken was dry the bun tasted old. The corn was ok and the fries were the best item in the meal which were very nice but small portion. I'm not fussy over food but this is poor quality even for 'fast food' standards. Very overpriced Avoid and order elsewhere. **

Order Zinger burger and fries, which by the time I got them were cold so I had to put in the microwave to heat up. One strand of lettuce and maybe a teaspoon of mayonnaise in the bun. Delivery seemed the longest route possible probably why my dinner was cold. Won’t be buying from KFC again

Well... I've seen bigger wings on a baby sparrow and £4 for 4 small chicken bits in some sauce... suffice to say I will not be ordering again. On the plus side, the delivery driver was prompt and polite.

Yes food was delivered early but was the wrong order.....the delivery should have gone to DE24 9 GR no 36. We never got our food. Please look into this because I tipped the driver too before I realised that we had the wrong food order.

I'm really annoyed. The description of the Fillet tower burger has NO mention of mayonaise and yet the thing is absolutely smothered in it. I absolutely hate mayonaise so it's got to go in the bin. That's a very expensive thing to throw in the bin and I am extremely annoyed.

Ordered 3 PC chicken meal. Came with 1 big piece chicken and 2 small pieces smaller than wings. Also forgot my Chillie sauce. Portion of chips was so small. Big prices small quantity. KFC SORT IT OUT. RIP OFF.

For some reason orders from kfc never get to the house it’s always on the back street post code is right so can not understand it I have to chase my delivery guy up another street to get my food

Popped in for a quick meal deal. Went for the 4 piece chicken, chips and drink. Not bad to be fair and even filled in a survey for a freebie on my next visit. Table we sat at was clean although the windows were filthy, don't think they have been washed for many months......all down to staff shortages and sickness I'm guessing. Still it was finger licking good 👍

Repulsive service, 3rd time online odering and all times my oder is missing item/s .All i get is an appology and told i can get a voucher to use the next time i am in their shop. Well thats not good enough is it ? when you have to split meals so they are enough yet you paid money and someone didnt do their job correctly .Dissapointed !!!
