KFC Derby - Foresters Leisure Park in Derby

Cold and part of my order was missing

I ordered the rice box and the sweetcorn in it is off! It’s put off my food and it all gone in the bin

Order came on time and the delivery driver was very professional and polite and friendly good service

Bruh delivery driver was fine but KFC forresters park forgot the bludclart fries had me running ten toes to get the order replaced. Last time I’ll order from there for convenience I’ll just go on foot.

Order a little bit wrong doesn’t matter still come hot and on time 3 stars

both burger & chips are cold & chips wax squashed at bottom of bags under box.

chicken was pink, one of the burgers had no lettuce in. driver was fantastic though and speedy!

overcooked nearly burnt and yet again instructions NOT followed they added lettuce AND gherkins yet again so tired of telling them

driver took on more orders further away from me rather than using common sense and delivering to the nearest address.

Wrong order was sent to me not happy with the services

Took almost an hour, coleslaw was missing.

not happy as food was late. also said in notes no lettuce and i got lettuce, also said no gherkins and got them as well so my note was completely ignored.

Ordered at 17.25 order arrived at 20.07, 2 hours and 42 minutes late! Arrived freezing cold and went in the bin as I’d already had to cook a meal instead. I expect a refund.

delivery was on Time but we were disappointed with the fries as they were cold and bland. usually have more taste. The mighty bucket for one wasn't in a bucket....Just in bags. very poor presentation.

very expensive for what you get hardly any chips , which were cold, the chicken fillet was as small as a fish finger , and one of the chickens was a small wing with no meat on just all bones

he gave me abit of attitude but the food was great

The driver couldn’t find my house I had to drive and go find him

I ordered two big bottles of Diet Coke and only one was delivered, I paid for two

Nice delivery driver but chips were cold and chicken was kind of cold aswelll

Place has upgraded amazingly! My childhood KFC has improved. I always had good service but the staff (especially team leader Baksho, Areej (sorry if I misspelt that) and Niamh) are above and beyond amazing and the food is wonderful and the place has a great atmosphere!

I've been coming to this kfc for several years since it's near my house. When Jag first started working she was so helpful and there was a clear difference at the KFC whenever she was on her shift. She's so considerate and you can tell she really takes pride in her work. I'm very grateful for her help over the years and she is an amazing employee. Thank you for your hard work :))

The courier did not deliver my order I'm fuming it was 70 pounds worth of food

I rang up with a complaint about a previous order and spoke with Baksho who rectified my issues in a pleasant manner and was very understanding. I would highly recommend this restaurant and baksho for the way she dealt with it

no lettuce or pepper mayo in the mini fillet burger. At least the chicken wasn't chewy this time.

40 minute wait in a drive thru while people walking in get priority. The workers do NOT use their gloves and this is concerning as they handle food after touching dirty surfaces like windows and other table tops.

I asked for thighs and legs only and they didn’t , if I pay for a service I would hope they listen to the request. Threw it in the bin because the pieces ordered are dry and not asked for . Please do better with customer service
