KFC Derby - Foresters Leisure Park in Derby

Place has upgraded amazingly! My childhood KFC has improved. I always had good service but the staff (especially team leader Baksho, Areej (sorry if I misspelt that) and Niamh) are above and beyond amazing and the food is wonderful and the place has a great atmosphere!

So much better with front of house service. The lady is amazing!

I've been coming to this kfc for several years since it's near my house. When Jag first started working she was so helpful and there was a clear difference at the KFC whenever she was on her shift. She's so considerate and you can tell she really takes pride in her work. I'm very grateful for her help over the years and she is an amazing employee. Thank you for your hard work :))

I rang up with a complaint about a previous order and spoke with Baksho who rectified my issues in a pleasant manner and was very understanding. I would highly recommend this restaurant and baksho for the way she dealt with it

40 minute wait in a drive thru while people walking in get priority. The workers do NOT use their gloves and this is concerning as they handle food after touching dirty surfaces like windows and other table tops.

Ordered a watermelon lime refresher. Tasted nasty. Avoid. Couldn't taste water melon and the lime tasted cheap.

The food was fresh and tasty. Delivery good. The only thing I was a bit annoyed at, is I paid extra for x2 drumstick chicken and small wings we're sent (not great for the extra cost) other than that, as that's the staff not the taste of the food.

One part of my order was missing and the rest was barely warm. I've asked about a refund for my missing part and got nowhere as they say I received my order. Yes I did but with something missing but obviously they don't care.

I go to this KFC cause its halal. The chicken is nice and the fries they are really nice as well. They are just a bit slow

Food order never turned up when my app said the driver has delivered the order to our address. So had to drive out 6 miles and collect the order myself 1 hour later, once i spoke to the manager at that branch. He said it's not uncommon for the delivery drivers to have the food for them selves. so ruined me and my girlfreinds night in.

Delivery took a bit longer than expected but all good.

Made my order, it arrived minus the 1.5litre drink, delivery driver said he would not return to KFC to collect it. He said there was no drink, even though I showed him on the receipt there clearly is. He said not his problem

Who wants to eat chewy chicken? I certainly don't! Abysmal food service this time.

Ordered from this place on Uber Eats. Unfortunately, this place managed to mess up the staple of KFC, the chicken! The breast piece was dry and tasted bit funky. Also the double down was dry.

Perfect, warm food, chips were not crispy this time but other than that, can't complain.

My order was missing ketchup and mayo.

Great customer service and a fantastic experience for my children. We were served by Areej when asked about non salted fries she explained they offer these as part of dietary needs. I ordered and and was happy with her response. Smile and her face and nothing was too much. She layer came out and cleaned tables and seemed like nothing was too much trouble. Food was tasty and would highly recommend this branch 😋

First time for many years I went to this branch and was very happy, food was great and the service from the lady (jag) was top draw. See you again soon.

Order arrived on time but missing one item (chicken popcorn) .

the driver followed go's but it sent him to the wrong place. he rang but I couldn't fully understand, I repeated myself several time to get him to the right address. this was a GPS problem.

The bags the food in are terrible! They rip so easy I nearly lost all my food! This is a KFC issue as it's everywhere. Even though they were busy the food was not hot ...but it all tasted good. The staff were mad busy fast service but it was 5.30 on a Friday night!

Unfortunately back to similar service they used to provide. Waited more than 5 minutes by the till to order and no one responded. Got ignored. Staff member then spoke very rudely.

Food was cold , apart from the beans, not sure why the delivery driver ended up a mile away in the opposite direction from kfc on the maps???
