KFC Coventry - Tile Hill in Coventry

Ordered through JustEat waiting 45mins, latest arrival is now stuck on 17:50 and it’s now currently 18:40 now 50mins late after waiting 45mins, called restaurant over 10 times to no answer, am I getting my food? This restaurant is probably the worst for delivery. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Now it’s saying delivered but nothings here, absolute thieves. If I get a reply from the owner it’ll be “you need to go through JustEat”, how bout it’s your restaurant and judging from the reviews of in store customers you need to sort it out or quit.

Ordered the food, got back to the office and missing 2 fillet burgers. Tried to call continuously no one answers. It wasn't even a big order for them to get confused

Ordered via Uber Eats and this KFC seems to be having issues with its food and its cooking. this time my burger was overcooked and slightly scorched as well as the bun. the hot wings is no longer KFC wings but seems to be a smaller wing alternative thats being used in this branch which tastes like a very low graded meat. Unless an investigation is made in this place by KFC HQ i wont be ordering here again

Purchased a family bucket meal, got the takeaway home (approx 10 miles), unpacked and found they'd forgotten the 6 portions of fries, too far to go back so the kids were left very disappointed. Won't be returning to this branch.

What the hell just got a boneless box meal for 1 it comprised of 10 limp brown fries 3 mini fillets ( the smallest I've ever seen a small box of popcorn the other order of gravy megabox had more in I certainly won't be using this KFC again robbing toerags Supriya wasn't the politest either if it wasn't for the lovely older lady that works in there I wouldn't even give this place the 3 stars I did for service they were only because of her !!!!!

Don't bother, absolutely useless. Order took over 30 minutes. Toilets are NOT SUITABLE for small children. Staff don't want to know. They're more bothered about the delivery men. So rude, don't get me started on the overcooked chicken. DISGRACE!

Absolutely vile place DO NOT EAT HERE! Smell of urine penetrates the restaurant, toilets are blocked and sticky floors, I dread to think what the men's are like. It took 35 minutes for my food to be ready after some complaining. They completely prioritise delivery drivers, they have absolutely no organisational skills, 3 people cooking and 6 preparing?! Makes no sense. I'm wondering, all of the negative google reviews the owner is responding to (pretty much immediately, when really they should be helping their team out) is he/she actually using this feedback and even trying to improve even slightly?? Seen reviews from years back with the same problems! Sort it out KFC!

40 mins I waited for my order never came then they said I hadn't paid for it yet when I'd paid cash to the idiot on the till.Then had to argue to prove I'd paid for it to get a refund.No apology nothing.Just a foreign woman with an attitude who couldn't even speak english properly!This place is a dump full of dirty smelly delivery drivers who crowd the place with their dirty stained delivery boxes. Never going there again so avoid this place like the plague unless you want cold crap food that will probably give you food poisoning!!!!!!

Toilet is disgusting and the smell is horrendous.

Parts of order missing and when asked for replacement gravy due to mine having a bit of cotton or hair in it I was rudely spoken to and told the was nothing wrong with it(yet it was replaced and old one tipped into bin)

Food wasn't bad - my hot wings were definitely quite a long time at the counter, Zinger was freshly made, but fillet wasn't the biggest, maybe half of the bun... service was quite quick ... horror started when I visited the toliet afterwards...

Encouraged by the recent advertising campaign on television this was my first visit for some considerable time, and I won't be returning any time soon. I enquired about the Colonel's Boneless meal but was provided with a meal "deal" comprising of two pieces of chicken and chips, with a drink. The chicken was a breast, bone in, and a leg, and was okay but nowhere near as nice as I remembered. The chips were limp and soggy and half of the portion was unbeatable. My choice of drink was still water, which was actually the highlight of the meal. They definitely need to improve at this venue.

So I ordered from Just eat, 30 mins went by, "preparing your food", make it 1h 30 "preparing your food" and it stayed like this for 3 hours and at the end of it I didnt recieve my order. As one would do I tried to call them, they have some auto response saying they are not available. My call history has over 15 attempted calls through over 2 hours of waiting up and inevitably moving on upon not recieving anything. For the price charged, the customer experience is appalling, please attempt to make a change because this is pathetic from such a large scale franchise.

I wonder how much extra money they take if they miss supplying one item per order? My rice was missing from my trilogy box meal, how difficult can it be to look in the box and recognise a whole plastic carton is missing?

Though it's been a year since my last bad decisions to eat here, but NO had a zinger burger got home, 40 mins later can't stop being sick ever since. AVOID they really don't know how to cook at KFC

It's KFC, chicken fine but it's a shame there was food debris on the floor, seats and table top. Is no one allocated to clean up mid afternoon, not busy period?

Was parked in the car park while eating at KFC for 20 mins and got a £100 parking fine. Do not use this location.

I ordered an 8pc Dipping Boneless Feast with a bottle of tango. When the food arrived, the Uber driver didn’t have the bottle of tango that I paid for. I tried phoning KFC but no one answered the phone. I’ve called several times but still no answer. I’m disappointed with the customer service and missing item of my order.

Sat inside, toilets were dirty and smelly, food was cold, tables were disgustingly dirty and the bins were full we couldn't dispose of food after. Will not be coming back!

I was looking forward to a kfc as I hadn’t had one in years and after that one it will be a few more years before I have another one.It was nothing like the original and was full of grease.

Absolutely shocking service. Paid for my meal at kiosk, the amount came off my card, but order didn't transfer to system. After showing the transaction had come off my card, excuse after excuse was given. I even showed him my KFC app where the order had clearly gone through and the KFC reward “game” had popped up. After all this the manager told me I would not be getting my food and after me explaining every single thing from my side and payment and me showing my card app, he decided to start laughing. Avoid

No Hot Wings in my Buffalo Burger Tower Box Meal !!

Messed up another order and in there defence I may have worked out why🤔 The order is placed via the drive through audio station which faces a busy road and all that background noise can make taking the order difficult, even when you go over it several times. The standard wait for order delivery to window and the now standard verbal double check with staff. You exit and head home to enjoy hot food and while emptying the big bag you discover the order error 😳 You have your moment, catch your breath and push yourself forward because of hunger and it’s getting cold. You enjoy your KFC and don’t revisit for several weeks in the hope that things improve.

The slowest fast food drive through ever experienced. I know mcdonalds next door isn't the fastest, but this kfc establishment makes them look rapid. Don't stop off here for food if your expecting your food within the same month at the drive through.

You have to wait a minimum of 10 - 15 minutes for your meal when dining in, staff are more interested in to bowing to the demands of the likes of just eat who barge past you - I also find the majority of the staff at this restaurant unhelpful and unfriendly

For kfc is very shame I walked in around 9h30pm today the 26/07/2024 Not been told that is closing soon then a very old women doing the floor start being aggressive and ask me to take my food and go away even before the closing time what shame for a kfc customer service Then i did refund my meal Never ever again kfc I used to have a meal at least every 2 days over there

The chips are horrible. KFC REALLY need to address this. Their chips are always cold and soggy. Why do some many KFC branches battle with serving hot and properly cooked chips? Went there one night and this place had locked its doors just after 9pm with people inside and no reason as to why it was done and every time someone tried to open the doors the staff merely looked at them then looked away and ignored. I thought you were obliged by law to remain open during your advertised hours of trade? Also on several occasions they have run out of sauces or serviettes and such like, which is very shoddy.

DO NOT COME HERE OUTSIDE OF KFC OPENING HOURS. SMART PARKING ISSUES TRESPASS PCNs FOR DRIVING YOUR CAR ONTO THEIR LAND IRREGARDLESS OF TIME SPENT.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at the KFC store. Despite specifically instructing the salesperson not to include chicken legs in my 14-piece bucket meal, she falsely claimed there were only 4 leg pieces available. However, when I got home, I discovered that 11 of the 14 pieces were chicken legs. I feel completely cheated by this dishonest service. Shame on KFC for such poor customer care.

Honestly one of the worst delivery services, i ordered at 8pm and was still waiting for my food at 10pm. I continuously called the restaurant they kept declining the call. One of the worst kfc branches honestly the manager or whoever runs this branch needs to be sacked, in fact this whole kfc branch needs to be closed and replaced. Appalling customer service and did not keep to time. A Lack of updates and rude employees.

This place is disgusting, the chicken always makes me sick for afew days Ive put it off afew times as mistakes do happen but this has been 3 times in a row and this time I had to go to hospital I have sent a chicken sample off to be tested at my own cost and awaiting the results. I will be taking this matter to court if it comes back as contaminated chicken. I do not recommend this kfc to anyone! My only recommendation is that it gets closed down

Used to be fairly decent now it takes about 20 mins to get single item orders, staff just ignore you when you go to order and half the time the food is cold

I ordered my meal and the app was telling me that it was delivered when it was clearly not. I ended up calling the KFC and found out that the driver had a fake phone number and they said that they will give me a refund in 15 days. However, I did not want a refund but I wanted the food instead. I have been trying to get in contact with them for the past 15 minutes but they are not picking up due to "line busy". Overall awful experience with KFC and would not recommend delivering!

Food was vile really bad even for fast food. order was wrong had mayo when I ordered no mayo. drink was wrong and side was wrong I only ordered food for me and they still got it wrong the woman serving was rude to me and several other costumers seem to think because they don’t understand English they can do what they want worst kfc Iv ever eaten at

English is second language for all staff difficulties in understanding they were constantly shouting and joking at each other in some form of Indian. Food was not fresh and cleanliness of store is poor. Looks okay and then when you look properly it really needs a deep clean I will not dine at a kfc ever again this is not the first poor experience I have had in kfc.They obviously do not have the standards of the other main franchises

This restaurant charged me twice for my order, and refused to either give me the money back, or give me the food. They provided a telephone number for a customer services line which is permanently closed. They don't care, the manager told me it was the second time it happened that day. Be careful, no way to run a business.

(Just read a good few other reviews and notice most do not share my positivity!). Following report is based on our personal experience over a period of time. Perhaps at least some of the other reviews are mischievous, phoney and written by rival takeaway food outlets OR perhaps not. Could it be we were lucky each and every time we visited(?!). The staff at KFC, Tile Hill, Coventry are friendly, helpful and prompt. If you've a requirement that's not on the menu, then no problem, they're happy to oblige. If only customer service staff everywhere were as pleasant and professional.

The staff did not understand anything I was saying and I was left atbthendrive through for 15 mins before someone finally spoke to take my order. They got it wrong 4 times! No one was wearing ppe. I could see through the order window and it was a mess in there. No hygiene rules being followed. Disgusting! Workers coughing all over the place!

I went here in desperation. The service is rubbish, the place is grubby, and the staff are rude, apart from the lovely older lady that works there. I'm gathering this is a franchise, and a badly run one at that.

Awful place - the food is stale and cold and the staff are slow and do not care about service. They stand talking in their language and ignore the customers. It’s not happened once but twice recently that they keep you waiting at the drive thru to take your order. It’s appalling. Someone needs to sort the staff out and the food quality here.

Ordering here is an absolute headache, they never listen and don’t understand a word I’m saying. Last but not least they rarely give me the right order. Even just now they forgot a burger again.

Absolutely mad, I saw four cars drive off because we were there over 45 minutes waiting for food, offered us cold food and the wrong order, left straight away after the server and man on the order machine was horrifically rude and moody. He was causing a traffic jam through the whole drive through, even lied about how long our food was sitting there even though we could see it before we got to the pay window, because he was arguing with the people in front of us. Please never go here, absolutely horrific

KFC....not a lot to say...tried their chicken and stuffing xmas seasonal offering. Was ok...not sure I'd have it again, but it was ok and an interesting seasonal addition to the menu.

We were stood in drive thru for almost an hour because they refused to serve a customer their food. Which was ready and sitting there by the window. They threw the drink at the window of the customer. Horrible customer service. Customer had to leave without their food. Will not be using this restaurant ever again

Very unprofessional if you ask me . We could hear lady taking the order laughing at us because she could not understand simple English. So another stepped in and took our order and it was fine but when we got to the window to pay we asked why were we laughed at ? he denied and later apologise for their unprofessional behaviour. Drove back home now realised that we are missing chips that we paid for that's appalling behaviour. Very bad experience guys listen out and check you food before driving off.

The kiosks do not give any receipts, you have to be quick to take a picture. Dirty and understaffed. Also quite slow, probably because they are understaffed.

Normally, kfc provide qood quality food, not today. My wife's zinger box meal was horrific. Lettuce that looks like it is 3days old and ready to walk itself to the bin, buns that could be used as weapons and rather than run the risk of spending the next 2 days on the toilet we have binned it. Very disappointing. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

Order was not correct. Staff indifferent. Chips appear to have been cooked in old oil and tasted of onion bahji. Chick was not fillets as ordered. Coating was sub standard. Very poor and I will not come back here.

Its the worst place I’ve ever seen, staff are so rude and moody , waiting for food more than 30 minutes no matter if it’s busy or not, poor delivery drivers are waiting such a long time to get their orders and there is not a separate queue for them that’s why they have to mixed with other customers. Much needed Halal food in tile hill there is large number of people just avoid this branch because of its not halal.

We ordered a chicken meal for 2 last night & I've never tasted anything but salt it was absolutely disgusting even the bin spat it back out,,, 1st time in 20 years of having a KFC & I know I will not waste my money again in any KFC,,,, it's pretty pathetic that you can't leave no stars & you are forced to put 1 star even tho you know it doesn't deserve it before you can move on to post your comment 🤬

Foods great 👍🏼 staff though, terrible most of the time

This has to be one of the worst KFC franchises I've been at, unorganised, slow on getting the food out, but probably most criminal of all on more than one occasion THEY WATER DOWN THE GRAVY. Worth driving to the next one as you will be disappointed.

Look, I’ve worked for KFC in the past, so I get how busy it can be, and what hard work it is. But we paid £18 for a 10 piece bargain bucket. We waited absolutely ages for it, and when we got home to tuck in, it was only six pieces. That’s a fair chunk of missing chicken and given it was quite late at the time, we had to a scrabble around to make extra food to make up for the shortfall. We shouldn’t have had to check the bucket in the car. Our receipt shows it should have been ten piece, we paid for ten pieces and we only got just over half of what we ordered.

Place needs improvement. Hygiene standards disappointing. Major potholes when entering area. Damaged my tyres. Road bad . Staff need food gloves when handling food

As a franchise this one is the worst I have ever eaten in. Poor quality customer service from the counter. No acknowledgement just pushed my tray towards me and confirmed my order number. This might relate to how empty this was when visiting on a lunchtime.

Counter completely mobbed by delivery collections. No defined area for them to wait to pick up, so they hog the counter. You can only order at the self serve stations, unless you have cash, then you could actually talk to a member of staff. No customer interaction, apart from calling out your number and handing over your order
