Visited countless KFCs and this one has always had the crispiest chicken and hot wings, by comparison.

Missing food corn on the cob was horrible. Tasted off.

Took ages to come and the order was wrong, got no mash ordered 2, sent a large beans I didn’t order and I absolutely hate beans! Can’t say I was impressed given the size of the order and you can’t get it right! You had my mobile if there’s no mash ring me and ask what I’d like in its place, don’t send something random!

Gave this kfc a bad review a while back due to in restaurant issues with table service refusing to bring food to a table ordered through kiosk. Large Rude woman. (Only reason it loses a review star) Recently returned and used their drive through service and every time the staff have been courteous polite and efficient with the food being excellent. Try Louisiana loaded fries with popcorn chicken and a separate mini chicken fillet burger on its own from the saver menu. Awesome and cost effective at only £6.70 vs the box meals starting at £9+ Good job, keep it up. The man who served me is always polite “Matthew” it says on the receipt. 👍

Courier got my food and then parked in Morrisons carpark for nearly ten minutes with it and then made stops along the way. Got here and was freezing cold and the burger was literally fallen into pieces. Tried putting it back together and was shocking. Absolutely disgraceful to pay this much to have a meal delivered from a five minute drive away for nearly £20 and have this come to me. Fed up of drivers thinking this is ok.

Food cold , everthing was wrong

Two items missing from our order. I now have to wait to see if I am granted a refund for these items. This is terrible customer care. I didn’t want a refund, I wanted the food that I ordered and paid for. The potential to get some money back doesn’t fill my stomach does it?! Useless…

They have NEVER got my delivery order correct. If there’s not a drink missing, they give me gravy instead of beans, or a plain chicken burger instead of a Zinger or no cheese or no supercharger sauce. It’s very often cold too, although recently it has been warmer. The delivery drivers don’t read the notes either and they deliver to lower down the street instead of the cottages at the end… many evening I’ve been stood in my onesie or pyjamas in the wind and/or rain trying to get the attention of the delivery drivers who are stood clutching a paper bag gazing at the gutters of the wrong house in the hope that it’ll magically transform into the right house, all the while my food getting closer to the ambient outside temperature. There are many evenings I don’t cook or I’d be eating at midnight. So I order KFC from Chorley, solely because it’s relatively low fat chicken. I resent paying premium prices for grossly sub-par food and service.

I went to Chorley Kentucky this evening after work. I ordered a 3 piece meal and 4 pieces of boneless for my pet, when I got home there was on 3 pieces of boneless, but I was charged for 4. I tried to call them, but the number kept coming up as Chorley Methodist Church

Not only was the service at KFC Chorley shocking, but Courtney’s personal presentation was extremely off-putting. Her missing and blackened teeth made me lose my appetite completely. Hygiene and professionalism are critical in the food industry, and this branch fails miserably.

ZERO STAR REVIEW I had a terrible experience with the KFC Chorley branch’s delivery service. After placing my order via the KFC app, the delivery status didn’t update, leaving me unsure if the order was being processed. I called the branch, and they assured me the order was waiting for a driver, so I decided to wait. After a significant delay with no update, I contacted Uber Eats as directed by the app. I spent a frustrating amount of time on the phone with no resolution. Eventually, I called the branch again, only to be told the order was still sitting there. How is this acceptable when I live just 10 minutes away? The amount of time I wasted chasing this up is beyond frustrating. I could have gone to another restaurant or cooked my own meal in less time. On top of that, there’s still no clear answer on who will refund me for this mess. The lack of communication between KFC and Uber Eats is shocking, and this experience has left me with no confidence in their delivery service. I’ll not be ordering again.

Here’s a revised update based on my experience of late: --- I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the KFC Chorley branch's delivery service. I placed an order via the KFC app, but the app was glitchy and didn’t update the delivery status. When I called the branch at 4:09 PM, I was told the order was waiting for a driver, so I waited. By 4:30 PM, still no sign of my order. I contacted Uber Eats, as the app suggested, and spent 30 minutes on the phone with no resolution. Finally, at 5:09 PM, I called the branch again, only to be told the order was gone, but I'm still waiting For a restaurant just 10 minutes away from my home, this kind of delay is unacceptable. What’s even more frustrating is the phenomenal lack of communication between KFC and Uber Eats. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to chase both companies to figure out where my order is. This experience has left me questioning the reliability of KFC’s delivery service. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this branch unless you’re prepared to deal with delays and poor communication. --- It's 7pm and instead of being well fed, I'm hungry and on the phone with uber eats till I die of starvation because they can't be bothered to answer.

I went to this store fortnightly for years and stopped going a year ago due to the cheap cuts of chicken in the share buckets so started going elsewhere.So today Friday at 12.50 I decided to give it another try.Never again 😡 I ordered a 10 piece sharing bucket at £22.99 and specifically asked for not many drumsticks please as the last time I came I got 6 pieces in a 10 piece bucket.The guy said yes that’s fine but you’ll have to wait a while whilst there cooking more chicken.I thought well that’s a good sign.To my shock when I got home it was 5 drumsticks 4 wings and 1 thigh.£30 for for this is disgraceful especially when I’d asked for it not to be.Im sure your having a laugh at my expense.I will never ever use this KFC again even though it’s my local one,I’d rather drive miles further for a proper deal.I realise your a big company and don’t take negative feedback seriously as you have enough customers.I personally think it’s a joke to pay £30 for cheap chicken pieces making the buckets.Shame on you.You shouldn’t have the right to use the name of KFC above your shop.I get that it’s a franchise but the standards of this shop fall well below expectations 😡

Chips perfect. Fish also but I did hope they had plaice. Delivery also perfect. I needed delivery because of walking difficulties.

One of my chips were wet, there wasn't appropriate PPE which should be there when handling food. I wouldn't recommend. Plus for the amount and cost your better off going somewhere else.

Delivery time was supposed to be 25-35 mins then changed to an hour - hour and a half. In the end it came an hour from ordering.

Item missing from order, wouldnt refund, just gave us a code to go and collect from the restaurant. A bit pointless when youve had most of it delivered already. We were disappointed as it was the kid's part of what we ordered.

This is the best and cleanest KFC we have had the pleasure of eating in. Fast and efficient, thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. We have been to numerous KFC all over and it's been spoiled by either it being a mess with tables not cleaned, food and debris on the floor, food not being fresh, waiting ages for food, service machines not working or having no paper for receips, bins overflowing but not this one in Chorley we have been back a number of times and it's always been good with high standards well done.

The service is always quick here and the food is always well cooked and tasty

I usually order from here and give a 5 star review! However tonight’s performance is worthy of a Shout Out, for all the wrong Reasons………. Food not delivered, restaurant advised foot has been returned to the restaurant, ok great deliver here please as originally requested! Nope, hygiene (was not the answer they gave), ultimately- the non binary thing I spoke to couldn’t help! Proper wounded, after all Stella performance from that franchise and all involved until tonight
