This is the best and cleanest KFC we have had the pleasure of eating in. Fast and efficient, thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. We have been to numerous KFC all over and it's been spoiled by either it being a mess with tables not cleaned, food and debris on the floor, food not being fresh, waiting ages for food, service machines not working or having no paper for receips, bins overflowing but not this one in Chorley we have been back a number of times and it's always been good with high standards well done.

KFC is overpriced now and the quality of food is getting worse every week and overall is very poor value for the money

This is the 50th order that is wrong well tonight’s order we ordered 2 zinger burgers and another meal and the burgers was not in the bag, so I ring them and get again they saying sorry it’s the driver fault well it’s not love coz u bag the items and the delivery guys pick them up so my partner is having to walk down there just to pick up these burgers which is 30 min walk is this fair because Iam raging right now I feel like going down but my fella didn’t want me to because I would of gone mad

Nothing at all was delivered. I ordered food when I was out to go to my house and they somehow weirdly tracked my local GPS location and tried to deliver it to my moving taxi instead of the clear home address that was on my order. So so so weird

Driver came with nice and hot food. Order was correct. Really good friendly driver. Top marks!

Even though on time wasn’t very hot, felt like it had been made for a while

Shocking! Phoned the restaurant to try and get the missing items delivered to be told I had to go and collect them! Why request and pay for delivery if I can go to collect them! Paid £23.99 for some chicken pieces and chips as the majority of the bucket meal I ordered was missing. Told that no driver would return yet the driver did not deliver the whole order. Who is actually responsible for the abismal service that was provided?

How can you buy a 4 person meal and end up with no fries and no popcorn- was the driver hungry?? Always the same with if can never get the order right no fries and no chicken popcorn in the bucket??? Starving now

Once again superb. All items ordered were delivered, food was piping hot 👍🏻 and delivery was earlier than estimated. Delivery driver pleasant.

Did not deliver the fruit shoots for the children I got three cookies instead 👍👍

Having ordered a 10pc variety bucket and getting 10 pcs of Legs is appalling and not acceptable. Whilst I expect 2 or 3 legs as part of a 10pc bucket - all 10pcs of legs is exploiting a customer. The charge for the 10pc bucket is over £30 and to get all legs is over charging

Received wrong items. Received chicken burger and popcorn chicken instead of might bucket for one and hot wings

Very good Crispy chicken skin, juicy chicken, chips was nice soft tasty and not greasy or soggy, Gravy from Chorley is the best as all ways!

I politely asked for a majority of legs I didn’t receive 1. And payed extra for gravy I didn’t get any . Not a happy bunny

Box meal with no fries… how do you forget to put fries in?

The chicken was overcooked dry and my partner did not like It, the chips where soggy and tasted burnt at the same time. My partner ended up throwing it away. Disappointed 👎

I was given somebody else's order. The driver didn't understand what I was trying to say to him when I told him the order wasn't mine. Kept the food anyway but got nowhere near as much food as I'd ordered

Ordered 2 regular gravy didn`t receive any,didn`t know which burger was which that ended up with the wrong people.Normally part of the lid section is pushed in but neither big box or burger boxes were.What a fiasco.

No wraps!! Guy on the phone was a joke and not helpful.

Delivery driver left a message which I couldn't understand a word he was saying I went to the delivery place ( i work in a hospital) he wasn't there .then he put delivered on my status which it wasn't delivered to me you can't ring driver back an absolute nightmare getting hold of anyone in a Sunday. Friday treat for the family. Sent signature fies when we asked for plain. I get this might have been missed, but still led to tears from my 6yo. Sent a tower burger instead of a stack burger. Missing cookies. Missing gravy. It shouldn't be this hard, the receipt is stuck to the bag. Just check it off as it goes in the bag. :/ Pfft.

Turned up late, received someone else's order. Tried to call but the number online was for a methodist church?! Had to take the order back myself to have the correct order made and was still charged for delivery. Shocking from start to finish.

I have received the wrong order i only received colonels meal which i have not ordered and the driver was extremely rude im pregnant with a baby and I told him to call the restaurant he shouted at me and told me that he didnt care that i am pregnant and accelerated the car when i was holding on the door I have a testemony which is the security of the flat where i live and the security was really upset with his behaviour towards me that he evben said that the driver eas really mean and stupid bexause he could have knocked me down and killed me they way he accelerated the car. I got really annoyed qnd started crying a lot. I am really upset.

I normally receive good quality hot food from here and use it regularly however tonight was very disappointing, considering how near I live I was surprised the food was quite cool, the chips were very soggy aswell as the chicken. the rice was not the same tasty rice we got earlier this week, both rices were the same order but tasted completely different,

Dry, lukewarm tiny pieces of chicken, the gravy was congealed and lumpy. Awful.

Order was wrong no corn on the cob gave us gravy instead.

Lovely meals this evening. Everything tasted great and the chocolate chip cookies were soft and gooey. Thanks KFC team.

Late. Then was given the wrong order. And delivery driver just said wasn’t his problem and just walked off.

Waited nearly and hour for delivery and Half of order missing. Not happy.

Food was actually really good. Tasty and warm however we never recieved the bbq wrap and the large beans.
