This place is getting better day by day! Good customer service i had food was hot and yum! Definitely gonna come back

I was issued with a £60 parking fine. If you're going to stop for more than an hour choose another motorway services.

Wouldn’t recommend getting delivery/just eat here. Waited 2 hours still never accepted my order, so placed an order at another one and was immediately accepted. Chips always arrive cold to.

every item was completely incorrect there was 3 to 4 missing items and the meals I asked for were completely the opposite to what I orded I have tried calling the branch and cannot get through to speak with anybody

delivery time was advertised as 25-35 mins. it took 1 hour 45 minutes. the food was cold. not warm or hot. it was cold. the burger bun was burnt. the food had to be warmed up. very disappointed

Food was lukewarm at best by the time it arrived. Half of the chicken was dry. Courier was at restaurant for around 20 minutes according to the app. Gravy had spilt in the bucket all over the chicken which wasn’t great seeing as one of us doesn’t like gravy. Poor quality, poor delivery time. Substandard all round

The time kept going back and back and ended up being 1 hour late. Then the gravy was split and spilt all over the other food causing chaos as my son doesn’t like the gravy, we also had no chips delivered with the order. The chicken was horrendous. I will never order from there again!!!

I am very disappointed with the service I received. My order took an unacceptable 3 hours to be delivered, and when it finally arrived, the food was completely cold. This is not the level of service I expected, and it has left me very unhappy.

2 getting closer to a 3 hour wait! Just eat said courier wating at restaurant but thats been ages. Kfc said they haven't had a driver since around 6 and to cancel with just eat or contact them. No option to cancel but contacted them, no reply.

Took over two hours to deliver, food cold and told to contact uber eats to complain when order was made on KFC app. A total lack of customer care. This is NOT the first time for KFC to have let us down.

Ordered around 16:30. It has arrived at 22:42. Items missing and cold!

Food was stone cold and dry and inedible. The expected delivery time at first was 14:10 and kept changing and getting later didn’t arrive until 15:05 if I’d of known it would be that long I’d of cancelled it before it was too late.

Visit here every now and again on way home and this is the best one i go too compared to other KFCs

The food was stone cold, half of my order was missing and the food looked like i had been dragged up out the bottom of the bin.

Been here a few times to drive thru and they take your order and ask you to park then you have to wait between 10-30mins to see your order… when you challenge you get attitude or smart remarks about food needs time to cook and the staff have no care in the world if you complain!!!! It’s quite frankly a brand damaging experience and I believe the KFC UK should look into the customer experience, food quality and overall service proposition of this site because it is no where near the standard expected!

My sons birthday and two pieces of chicken missing and the two pots of garlic mayo poor

not happy with KFC order, had the one at £40.99 every piece of chicken was chicken legs at least I thought there would have been 4 chicken breast, may be a long time before I order from there again especially the one at Markham cale

Came to this KFC to be told system was down for orders. Came back on 2 minutes later, started ordering the food the wait will be 45 minutes, just felt like they was robbing people off as they was over busy, reluctantly agreed to the wait, then told blue lights cards not working, asked if there was anything they could do. Not offered anything. I just gave up and walked out.

Honestly, extremely disappointed. It’s the first time I’ve ordered KFC on just eat and it will definitely be the last! The food was extremely soggy I didn’t end up eating most of it. The bags the chicken came in was literally drenched. The burger was the only thing that was edible and even that was rubbish, there was almost no sauce on it at all. I also paid for 4 supercharger sauces and only got 2. All in all, really bad experience.

The guide time for delivery was 15-30 minutes. As soon as we had paid delivery time was 25-40 mins but then changed to 30-45 mins after ordering. Our order was delivered 45 minutes after ordering. We wouldn’t have ordered if we knew this.

Okay but they back date the delivery time and on top of all that they have messed up orders before not all the time but it happens not the else so it hit or miss 50/50

Yet again I didn't receive everything I ordered. Don't bother ordering sauces because you will not receive them. I ordered 2 gravy and 1 mash but received 3 mash. To be fair this one has not been to bad considering previous woeful efforts from these amoeba. I'm the one to blame mostly though as I know there're this bad and ordered from here again.

Food not very warm and multiple missing items

After waiting 30 minutes in the snow with my disabled daughter, clearly visible to staff outside, I had to go and knock on the drive-thru window just to be acknowledged. Only then was I told the restaurant wouldn’t be opening until 12. Why was there no sign to inform customers of this? I had already placed and paid for an order through the app—why does the app allow payments for orders that cannot be fulfilled? This isn’t the first time this location has fallen below standard. Yet again, the service has been disgraceful and completely unacceptable

2 and a half hours? why? I asked the driver and he said it wasn't even busy. stone cold food and burnt chicken. Just order elsewhere would be my advice.

Security seal on the bag was ripped open when delivered and only a few fries left in one portion, Can of pop missing and sweet chillie dip missing, Looks like delivery driver helped himself.

Delivered quickly, however the gravy and chicken pieces have a very strange indescribable smell and taste to them, weve been unable to eat them. Waste of money.

We visited 23rd December 2024. Now we use KFC quite a bit and usually have a pleasant experience but not on this occasion. Positives: the guy who served us, a young lad. Did very well, obviously not been there very long. The chips were lovely. Negatives: there was no bbq sauce on offer. We ordered a boneless banquet and a boneless bucket. All the chicken smelt as though it had been cooked in an ashtray (that's not an exaggeration) it was vile, we didn't eat any. The popcorn chicken didn't smell but was really greasy. Overall we won't be rushing back. We'll just head to maccies next door.

Worst KFC Ive been to. Placed order and was told 10 minute wait for chicken on bone, OK no problem. 30mins later received order which wasn't exactly as I had ordered. Got home and the chicken was burnt. This place is definately not a fast food restaurant.

Just called at kfc,no chicken on the bone( 9 oclock boxing day) ordered chicken fillets,hot wings, when we got home no hot wings,tried phoning no answer,even tho we waited 15 mins for food, the food was cold and had to be microwaved,the food was almost inedible,there was two ladies serving,one was lovely ,but the dark haired lady was so rude,what a waste of money !!

I recently ordered from KFC, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a takeaway. The order was completely botched—6 mini fillets were missing, the drink was wrong, and the food itself was absolutely inedible. The entire meal stank and tasted like cigarettes, making me gag and nearly throw up. This is a serious issue of food quality and hygiene. It’s hard to believe that such a reputable brand would allow food in this condition to be served to customers. I’ve eaten at KFC countless times before, but this experience has left me questioning their standards and quality control. I won’t be ordering from KFC again unless significant changes are made to ensure better oversight and preparation standards. Thanks for wrecking my christmas eve 👍

Never delivered. Says delivered on my app. Called the store after 1.5 hours of it saying “driver waiting” they were rude and said they were busy and all orders had gone….. terrible

Box of popcorn chicken missing and wouldn’t answer phone when I tried to call them

Delivery was fine but The KFC chicken is dry and is over cooked. Just looking at it puts us off eating eat. I reached out to Just Eat on chat and was offered £5.99 which does not help as we hungry and need food to eat not a credit to use next time we order. The person I was speaking with was understanding in their response. Not using this service again !!

Mixed Experience with KFC Enterprises Way at Markhavale I’ve had mixed experiences with KFC Markham Vale, both through delivery via Uber and dining in. Unfortunately, my delivery experience was far from satisfactory. The food was inedible, dark brown chicken that tasted burnt, with pinkish, undercooked meat inside, and gravy full of flour chunks. This even led to food poisoning. Despite raising the issue, after a lengthy investigation, KFC concluded that there was nothing wrong with the food, which was quite disappointing as a loyal KFC fan. Dining in has also been underwhelming. The staff at this location aren’t particularly welcoming; they rarely greet or smile, which makes for a less than pleasant atmosphere. Having visited multiple times, I would hope for better service and friendliness from the team. Overall, while I still love KFC, this particular branch has left me questioning the quality and service standards I usually associate with the brand. I hope improvements are made in both areas.

Hassle free ordering via the touch screen self service points. Food was served quickly and hot. Can get busy at times and lots of Uber eats couriers doing their thing.

Had to wait at the drive thru 8 minutes! to get something that should have been ready to go, we then had to go in to get it, although we were told staff would come out. To top it off, the large coleslaw we had paid for (and on the receipt) wasn't even there in the order we took away.

No complaints about the food quality or delivery, but every single time we order from KFC, the order is wrong. Items missing, wrong burger, small when you’ve ordered large. Every time without fail, even on the most simple orders. McDs never get orders wrong; even huge orders for 8 + people, it’s always correct. I give up with KFC, it’s my favourite takeaway but just so disappointing when you never get what you pay for.

Locked up early, went because I needed to use the loo and needed something to eat and the door was locked when they weren't due to close for another 20 minutes. Had some lads drive past exiting the drive through to hear them should 'how does KFC run out of chicken'. Good question.

delivery was great . lovely polite man . food was disappointing. 52g of signature fries is not a portion plus they were stone cold . the stuffing burger was mediocre but edible maybe because I was hungry . will definitely use just eat again but maybe not KFC

I'm not happy delivery driver couldn't find my house where every other driver hasn't an an issue he asked me to meet him at the nearest shop so I'm walking up the street I'm my pajamas to meet him after giving him clear instructions he wasn't at the shop where I waited when I walked back and the driver was stood at my door this has resulted my phone being cold I pay for the delivery so I'm not happy

We stopped off on a long journey bracing ourselves for a long wait for food after reading all the 1 star reviews, but our order was ready in a couple of minutes and all hot and fresh! Staff were all lovely too, super accommodating with offering cups of water to refill our washer fluid for the car- couldn’t recommend enough!

Delivered a McDonalds instead of a KFC!!!!!

You have to wait for 30-40 minutes for your food. Staff is too slow after 9pm. Never ever pick delivery from there.
