food was missing from my order I try to contact kfc I order from and they never picked up the phone. I tried to contact the 8 times.

Chips were extremely undercooked and hard. We’re not nice.

Delivery driver was amazing, but the order was missing £7 worth of food that had clearly been missed by KFC.

The worst KFC chicken I’ve ever had. It doesn’t even resemble the chicken from any other of the chains. Had no flavour, barely any batter and even then the batter is completely different to any other KFC, fries were rock hard. Wbe ordering from Duckmanton ever again. Avoid!

Usually VERY GOOD FOOD... Odd time is misses the mark, but when they have, ALWAYS POLITE AND UNDERSTANDING. Then happy to put things right for me. 8/10 or 9/10... Happy go to, for my Fried chicken. Mostly food is fresh cooked hot and nice. Only 1 bad call ever. Offers are good and I am always happy to return here.. 👍🏻

When my order turned up half my order was missing it was cold and when I phoned up about it they was really rude and said I had to order again just to get my original order I wouldn't order from them ever again

Order did not contain everything that was paid for.

I was tracking the delivery on the app it was minutes away and when I looked again it was 18 minutes away. By the time it arrived the whole meal was stone cold , a complete waste of money and the delivery person had no manners either.

I have items missing and the restaurant won’t answer the phone.

Mixed feelings it's nice but the amount you pay for quite little food e.g: boneless banquet and just orded missing item that I payed for and they don't answer the phone so can't get the item that's missing and nearly everytime I've orded there is always something missing

Toilets were an absolute joke,walked in walked back out was so repulsed by the toilet put me off from eating threw up everywhere!! Never smelt anything so bad 😭

Driver couldn’t find my address and even with calling me and me giving directions, I was on the phone to him for over 13 minutes and then it turns out he left his car and walked to my address.

don't know where is this delivered time at 14.10 from but I got it delivered at 15.30. order placed at 13.30. 2hours was waiting with rubbish updates

Delivered over 30 mins late, not ideal when you’re trying to eat around your twin babies feed times. Food arrived hot but sauces missing and pieces of chicken so small… a drumstick and thigh both smaller than what you’d expect a wing to be! Shocking food quality, not worth half of what I paid given chicken piece sizes.

Went through drive thru this evening asked for a boneless box, was asked how many pieces I wanted, again said I wanted a boneless box, went round to pay, two cars in front of me in the queue waited at least 15 minutes to reach the window , was then told 3 pieces meal, omg she obviously did not listen, when I said no I wanted a boneless box she responded 'alright, alright I heard you the first time ', obviously not or you would have got my order right, drove home (approx 5 minutes), everything was stoned cold and got 10 chips. My advice get staff that know what they're doing and don't serve cold food. Won't be going to this KFC again!

Food was almost cold, a small order packed into a too large bag and the insulated carry bag the driver had wasn't closed either.

I was issued with a £60 parking fine. If you're going to stop for more than an hour choose another motorway services.

Took 2 hours to arrive after ordering and everything was freezing cold except for the cans of pop which were warm and the incorrect ones to what was ordered!

Food came stone cold had to put it in the microwave which made it soggier than it was when it came. Also paid for the extra dip and never came and also the wrong drink came which was annoying if I’m being honest.

Wouldn’t recommend getting delivery/just eat here. Waited 2 hours still never accepted my order, so placed an order at another one and was immediately accepted. Chips always arrive cold to.

I think it was the restaurant that was late not the driver

every item was completely incorrect there was 3 to 4 missing items and the meals I asked for were completely the opposite to what I orded I have tried calling the branch and cannot get through to speak with anybody

delivery time was advertised as 25-35 mins. it took 1 hour 45 minutes. the food was cold. not warm or hot. it was cold. the burger bun was burnt. the food had to be warmed up. very disappointed

Food was lukewarm at best by the time it arrived. Half of the chicken was dry. Courier was at restaurant for around 20 minutes according to the app. Gravy had spilt in the bucket all over the chicken which wasn’t great seeing as one of us doesn’t like gravy. Poor quality, poor delivery time. Substandard all round

The time kept going back and back and ended up being 1 hour late. Then the gravy was split and spilt all over the other food causing chaos as my son doesn’t like the gravy, we also had no chips delivered with the order. The chicken was horrendous. I will never order from there again!!!

I am very disappointed with the service I received. My order took an unacceptable 3 hours to be delivered, and when it finally arrived, the food was completely cold. This is not the level of service I expected, and it has left me very unhappy.

2 getting closer to a 3 hour wait! Just eat said courier wating at restaurant but thats been ages. Kfc said they haven't had a driver since around 6 and to cancel with just eat or contact them. No option to cancel but contacted them, no reply.

Took over two hours to deliver, food cold and told to contact uber eats to complain when order was made on KFC app. A total lack of customer care. This is NOT the first time for KFC to have let us down.

Food was stone cold and dry and inedible. The expected delivery time at first was 14:10 and kept changing and getting later didn’t arrive until 15:05 if I’d of known it would be that long I’d of cancelled it before it was too late.

The food was stone cold, half of my order was missing and the food looked like i had been dragged up out the bottom of the bin.

Been here a few times to drive thru and they take your order and ask you to park then you have to wait between 10-30mins to see your order… when you challenge you get attitude or smart remarks about food needs time to cook and the staff have no care in the world if you complain!!!! It’s quite frankly a brand damaging experience and I believe the KFC UK should look into the customer experience, food quality and overall service proposition of this site because it is no where near the standard expected!

Visit here every now and again on way home and this is the best one i go too compared to other KFCs

not happy with KFC order, had the one at £40.99 every piece of chicken was chicken legs at least I thought there would have been 4 chicken breast, may be a long time before I order from there again especially the one at Markham cale

Came to this KFC to be told system was down for orders. Came back on 2 minutes later, started ordering the food the wait will be 45 minutes, just felt like they was robbing people off as they was over busy, reluctantly agreed to the wait, then told blue lights cards not working, asked if there was anything they could do. Not offered anything. I just gave up and walked out.

The food was cold, everything had to reheated however when I ordered a couple of days ago the food was piping hot. Very very dissappointed.

Brilliant staff, quick service, tasty food

Honestly, extremely disappointed. It’s the first time I’ve ordered KFC on just eat and it will definitely be the last! The food was extremely soggy I didn’t end up eating most of it. The bags the chicken came in was literally drenched. The burger was the only thing that was edible and even that was rubbish, there was almost no sauce on it at all. I also paid for 4 supercharger sauces and only got 2. All in all, really bad experience.

The guide time for delivery was 15-30 minutes. As soon as we had paid delivery time was 25-40 mins but then changed to 30-45 mins after ordering. Our order was delivered 45 minutes after ordering. We wouldn’t have ordered if we knew this.

Okay but they back date the delivery time and on top of all that they have messed up orders before not all the time but it happens not the else so it hit or miss 50/50

Yet again I didn't receive everything I ordered. Don't bother ordering sauces because you will not receive them. I ordered 2 gravy and 1 mash but received 3 mash. To be fair this one has not been to bad considering previous woeful efforts from these amoeba. I'm the one to blame mostly though as I know there're this bad and ordered from here again.

2 and a half hours? why? I asked the driver and he said it wasn't even busy. stone cold food and burnt chicken. Just order elsewhere would be my advice.

After waiting 30 minutes in the snow with my disabled daughter, clearly visible to staff outside, I had to go and knock on the drive-thru window just to be acknowledged. Only then was I told the restaurant wouldn’t be opening until 12. Why was there no sign to inform customers of this? I had already placed and paid for an order through the app—why does the app allow payments for orders that cannot be fulfilled? This isn’t the first time this location has fallen below standard. Yet again, the service has been disgraceful and completely unacceptable

Security seal on the bag was ripped open when delivered and only a few fries left in one portion, Can of pop missing and sweet chillie dip missing, Looks like delivery driver helped himself.

Delivered quickly, however the gravy and chicken pieces have a very strange indescribable smell and taste to them, weve been unable to eat them. Waste of money.
