This place regularly forgets part of your order. More often than not, they forget the drinks...

Litterally had 11 chips in my box meal and the wings I ordered as an extra were tiny and completely over cooked second time I’ve had delivery second time it wasn’t up to standard .. I never write reviews as I hate affecting businesses in any way but had to write this

Delivery was early and he was very kind

This place is filthy. Most of the staff are outside smoking near the skips. The food is terrible. What's happening with KFC?

They are supposed to open at 11am but we've always had to wait at least 10 minutes. Today it was 8 minutes wait.

Food was stone cold had to warm up in microwave sweetcorn was warm £40 on cold food not impressed

Just been to fetch a 10 piece family feast and some hot wings on the way home from work and when I opened it up when I got home there was only 6 pieces. This isn't the first time I've been short on an order but it's the last time I'm going there.

Food ended up on floor!! All beans had leaked all over causing the bag to rip and the food ended on floor!! No refund from Uber!! No answer from restaurant called multiple times!!! Food in the bin!!!!

if you order the boneless banquet you better not like the dipping sauce that comes with it cause you won't get it. also when you get your order, it's not the correct order because it would seem the staff are incapable of reading a receipt!!

When it arrived the chips where stone cold

Just ordered 2 fillet tower box meals at £10.99 each and got home to find we didn't have any fries. Tried calling the number on the website but it just rings and rings then cuts off. It wasn't as though the staff were rushed off their feet. We were the only 2 customers at the till so there's no excuse for messing up our order. Not happy

Food was pretty cold and I ordered a mini fillet burger which just had chicken and ketchup put in it, didn’t even have the usual sauce and lettuce that a mini fillet usually has. Was dry and I paid £2.99 for it for nothing

Ordered dip, mentioned on notes also as I've ordered previously a few times and it's missed everytime! Even though specifically flagged in notes it missed again!

Best kfc around here. so much better than both chesterfield sites. good was hot and correct! very happy this time.

I was first of 2, very quiet, got boneless banquet tor 1, alrate bit seem to think KFC ain't what they used to be?? 9.99 for meal for one is bit pricey too.

recieved our order and the bottom of the bucket had ripped also ripping the bag and hot chicken fell out burning my foot .

Driver knocked and left while on a phone, didnt wait just left on doorstep. Also wifes order was wrong, ordered filet burger with ketchup however it arrived with spicy sauce which my wife cant eat so it ended up wasted.

items missing and items changed for other items without being told I assume because it was close to closing time which is hardly an excuse

Items missing (no cookies and only 1 portion of Luke warm chips instead of 2), wrong items (gravy instead of coleslaw) Very disappointed and expect a refund of at least the £4.99 for the cookies

Dear readers, there seems to be something not quite right with the management and customer service at this KFC. I looked and found that this fast food restaurant already has many not-so-good reviews. And the customer in front of me also called the manager with a complaint about the service. She was given something different from what she ordered. The staff just ignored her. The chicken was of course all covered in oil, and the french fries were of terrible quality, also very oily and overcooked. Customer service certainly needs special attention here. Take a look at the garbage bins simply crammed with trash. That's it, I won't write anything more about this establishment. Just read the other reviews. My meal for customers cost £9.99. Do you think the customer will be satisfied with this £10 meal?! P.S. The men's toilet is not working. You have to go and ask them to let you use the disabled toilet.

£100 fine for staying longer than an hour - trying to feed kids and get them into pyjamas on a long journey.

Absolutely appalled!!!!! Waited 2 hours for our food! Rang the restaurant to be told it had been delivered an hour ago!!! Told him we haven’t had it and apparently it must have been stolen by the driver!!!! £47 worth of food!!! And his words ‘not the first time it’s happened!!!’ Disgusting!!! Now have to go through just eat for a refund!!!!

Half the meals are missing there was no hot wings to the tower meal there was no sides to any of the meals and everything was cold

Disgusting. they got my WHOLE order wrong and the skin on the chicken didn't look right.

The food was terrible!!!! Wrong cans delivered asked for no bbq sauce the chips were greasy and soggy and it’s NOTHING like the pics ya cent even have corn on the cob with the BBQ box so why is it in the pic.

In this instance, the overall experience was above average. A lot better than the Sheffield experience, quite a relief

Foods lovely but unfortunately we didn't get what we ordered, items missing. This happens alot, it's OK giving money back but someone goes without a meal or half a meal, staff training needed, poor service

Some of the food was just like warm, forgotten the chips for a kids meal. Forgot to add the dipping sauce for my boneless dipping bucket.

Food was delivered earlier whats nice but all the chicken was old and covered in Greece not one bit of the skin was crispy. If you want nice crispy chicken the right way I won't be ordering from this kfc again

Yesterday my partner ordered quite late and these idiots thought they dont wanna do their job thats why they didnt put box of hot wings and only put popcorn chicken half way..ALWAYS SOME PROBLEM WITH THIS SPECIFIC RESTAURANT! HORRIBLE SERVICE!

literally every single time I order from this kfc there is something wrong. its usually a side thats missing.. this time I have no fries so I literally only ga e a bag of chicken and a pot of gravy... £17 ive paid just just get chicken.

Chips cold. I asked for no mayo on 1 burger and no salad on both. It came with mayo on both. Unfortunately so it couldn’t be eaten Unfortunately poor quality.

My goodness what a miserable lady on the drive through. She sounded so bored and fed up and her face matched when we drove to the window. It takes nothing to be nice. I hope she has a better day tomorrow

Was shocked I ordered chicken got it after 30 mins waiting was basically throw into the car spilting the bag chicken very greasy bix split gravey everywhere corn on the cob was at bottom of box covered in grease will not go back or recommend very surprising they are still in business good look if you go

Had a KFC from duckmanton this evening, the chips were burnt the coating was very salty, we spent 25 pounds an it was a total waste of money, this is without a dowt the last time we ever go to KFC again

Good place if you want to park up to get your items as there is adequate parking spaces. With it being drive through also, the service wasn't the quickest even though there was a nearly empty seating in the establishment. That aside, the guys and girls there were polite, curtious and doing the best that they could do with the food being hot and tasty in the process. Will definitely go back the next time I fancy KFC. The location is great being just of the junction 29a of the M1 motorway.

Horrible! Everytime theres something missing from my order, altho its paid for!!! They NEVER refund for the items THEY HAVE NOT PUT IN, BUT THEY ALWAYS TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! FOOD WAS LATE AND COLD AS WELL!

This place isn't able to cope at peak with dine in, drive thru and app deliveries. The kitchen looks too small and is completely unable to keep up. Staff are basically stood around waiting and I feel sorry for the ones who will get abuse. We waited 40 mins for our food and the parking is 75mins or an £100 fine. This basically left us about 25 mins to throw the food down us. It's probably fine here if you aren't at peak times

Only a few customers in and took everyone ages to get served their food. Snails pace is an understatement. Woman behind the till who serves the food just stood there waiting for the to come down with her finger in her ear looking like she was searching for something alot deeper that's when I made myself heard about "don't serve my food after you've had your finger in your ear" Trilogy box meal, cold popcorn and fillet due to waiting for the zinger fillet for the burger. The drink was alright though 🙄

Probably as poor a KFC there is. Very slow service, don't accept offers or rewards from the app.

Was not what was ordered. Ordered boneless got boned. Dark brown oily and disgusting. Fries? Brown and limp disgusting. Corn on cob full of water. Understandable as to why the place was empty. Will not be using KFC again!!! Steer clear. Threw it in the bin.

It is the usual KFC fare... But good service and clean and fresh...
