Toilets were very dirty food wasn't good soggy chips and burger sauce wasn't nice as rest of KFC.

Absolutely the most disgusting and dirty eating area I’ve ever seen to add there was only 2 people inside eating and almost every single table was full of left over food and wrapping, all of the staff are just sat around having a good time talking, bins full could eat in had to leave terrible sort it out kfc no wonder we stick to maccies

I ordered 3 portions of the new 3 piece lunch meal specifying no legs at KFC Centrum Park in Cheltenham. When I got home there were just 2 portions & both included a leg. The receipt enclosed in the bag showed the order correctly as ordered. This was not the 1st time I have endured this behaviour at this branch & I can only assume it was blatant theft on the part of the server. Avoid this restaurant!

Can be OK. Usually get the ordervwrong or items missing. Eating in is better as not so far to go to complain. When they get it right it can be great.

Portions have shrunk. Still tasty. The staff were polite and didn't seem enthusiastic. Quiet when entered, but a party of children arrived livening the place up. It was clean, including the toilets.

Food was ok, it's fast food... service was polite and quick. Used the drive through a so atmosphere not really applicable.

Food was cooked really well. Not burnt or overdone. Service was also fast.

Amazing customer service. Got my uber delivered wrong and after going back and forth with the phone operator i ended up going down and sorting it myself. as soon as i described the issue it was sorted straight away with no questions asked. my food was made within 3 minutes. extremely pleased.

Last KFC I visited in Hereford was so poor I said I wouldn't use KFC again but Cheltenham was a 10/10 clean and nicely cooked food

It's a KFC like every KFC in the world, and like every KFC, you only really notice it if it was bad... It was definitely not bad, or I'd have noticed! 😝

The hotwings is too small and the food is incomplete with condiments, I have ask for it.

Within the recent months, this KFC has been renovated and has a nice modern open feel The staff are very friendly compared to other KFC's There is enough space for pushchairs and wheelchairs to navigate. Also, they have high chairs for the little ones

Went through the drive thru. It was fast and accurate. The staff was nice and friendly.

The service was very quick but the chicken wasn't very nice, soggy coating and very oily with little flavour, we decided to eat in the car because it was very noisy inside due to kids screaming to the top of their lungs, i don't really understand how we can't have food services without so much noise. Not a nice place to eat on a Sunday afternoon

Had to wait in queue for 15 mins,no cars moving.when we eventually got served giving wrong order,not what we ordered.noticed when we got home.not the first time this has happened.very poor.

Chicken was stale, smelt bad. As KFC is all about the chicken it's a one star from me. Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Parking spaces a good size. So otherwise OK.

The food is as good as it can be for a KFC place. The staff is fast and friendly. The place is not busy so it is pretty clean, in general.

Absolutely shocking customer service...would love management to clarify their criteria for hiring staff. Very rude people working in the drive thru, the most unhelpful staff I have ever dealt with (with the exception of a couple I have spoken to). On multiple occasions I have driven up to the drive thru in the late evening being the only car there and still waiting at least 5/6 mins before someone can be bothered to take my order, and when they do they sound miserable and peed off. If they are that miserable at work get another job, don't take it out on the customers! Had way too many bad experiences here but unfortunately the only one really close to where I live. I visited the other KFC in my area and there is a huge difference in the experience within even the first 30 seconds. Kind, upbeat and great staff who want to help. Food is usually okay and they usually get my order right so cant complain there, hence the 2 stars. Customer service wise id give a ZERO and suggest staff get some proper training!!

Food is always hot & more visually appealing than other KFC's I've been to. Not actually had gastroenteritis from eating here. Down side being staff that are rude,abrupt & are poor English-speaking. They do find the time to speak to the Deliveroo/just eat drivers while clutching your order while you stand there like a spare part waiting for it. Every table, booth & chair was dirty & now they don't do the wet wipes it's just a case of using serviettes to wipe your own table so you can eat inside.

This KFC is just like other KFC restaurants I have been to, very quick, friendly service, with food that is reasonably priced for a quick bite to eat, and is satisfying. There is a parking area outside which is reasonable, and the restaurant is easily accessible using different methods of transport including the bus of which a stop is located within a reasonable distance. This place is good for kids and families with a wide range of options to choose from. I would recommend.

The food is always amazing but sometimes it's reheated and dry (happened twice) The cleaning staff are lazy cause every time I eat there the tables are messy and not cleaned

The toilets were the worst I've ever seen. Just look up in ware you put the toilet roll 🤮🤮🤮 air vents blocked floor disgusting so if the toilet are that bad God knows what the kitchen was like and glad I had to pop to the toilet first as was going to eat after but didn't after the sight of it. Not like you ain't git the money. Deep clean needed.

I came in store and ordered from the order board. On completion of my order I tapped my card and no receipt came out but I had a notification from internet banking to say £31.49 had been deducted from my bank account. I walked over and showed the man behind the counter and explained what had happened on the desk who said ‘this has already happened today to another customer and that it should go back into your account within 24 hours, you will NEED to pay again for the bank to refund it, which has NOT happened!!! I have now got to go back into the store costing me a further £20 in fuel to receive my money back for taking TWICE the payment I am fuming!!!! I now have to waste my time and fuel money on getting MY money back for something that was NOT my fault!!!!

Ots quick and convenient I wouldn't say quality. And if you do place a larger order it becomes more of a lucky dip. As quite often they forget items.

Went with my partner on our way back from shopping, got it to take out (mini fillets and some hot wings). While waiting I popped to the loo, I wish I hadnt, absolutely disgusting state made me feel sick, flusher barely worked and toilets were far from clean 🤢 we finally got home with our order and turns out we had half of the stuff we paid for so partner had to all the way back to get the rest of our stuff... - UPDATE- they did remake the order and gave us some popcorn chicken and a pepsi for free as compensation which was good. My advice just dont use the toilets...

Rafik behind the counter was rude and arrogant, he called my friend a fat cow because she ordered 3 meals, not very impressed.

Hate to be a Karen however when I order food from the drive thu and get charged for it I expect it to be in the bag after driving home to find meal missing ... and of course you can’t ring the store
