KFC Catterick - Richmond Road in Richmondshire

Spent a ton of money ordering food and desserts for a little celebration with my gf (she loved kfc until today) ordered with table service that got ignored and took forever for our number to even be shouted. Then got charged 60 quid parking on top of all that for the privelege of sitting inside to eat the half cold food on a day the place was a ghost town, absolute joke. Don't waste your time here.

Repeatedly mess up drive thru orders for sides or missing parts of meals. Always fix when pointed out though.

Avoid at all costs food is dirty bought a share box ate 2 drum sticks and had to go bathroom to vomit very unhygienic needs closed down

The food was cold dry and missing items also never came with the delivery note for tomato ketchup so my kids would not eat it and I had to cook them dinner

Given me the wrong side I ordered mash not beans who wants beans with there kfc like tf

I went to get the 4 digit code and the delivery guy just walked into my home without my permission then wouldn't get out when I asked him to am fuming at that

No sauce after paying for it last 3 orders haven’t had sauce that I have paid for

No drinks delivered as ordered

Got my order wrong but we had had a very long journey so didn't go back. My wife's food was good however

one of the fillet burgers had a chicken thigh in it instead of a fillet

driver was great however I am missing 3 pieces of chicken that is clearly on the receipt and chicken missing out of the box meal! how do they get it wrong when people are paying so much money! I will only ever collect now this has happened to many times!

Utter rubbish. Preordered food to collect on drive through asked at the start of drive thru for our order number was told to wait so we did. Eventually no further response so drove around after trying to get customer service was eventually acknowledged. Staff stood arms crossed with back to the window for ages. Eventually girl came sed it was being packed. Short 3 minute drive home and food stone cold.

I spent over15 minutes in the drive through for an order I booked for collection. Absolute terrible service

Prices way Up, Standards sliding down… don’t even get plates for ‘eat in’ used to love KFC but not anymore

Delivery guy was lovely however near every other time I order from here I receive incorrect items or there is stuff missing. Not only was there missing fries but an empty bag with no food. How does that even happen? Getting ridiculous at this place.

Wraps weren’t even cooked properly, asked for cheese on the order didn’t even get it, everything in the wraps look like they were just tossed in and chicken is slightly cold, only good thing was the fruit shoot and cookies, KFC you can do better

Driver was brilliant but food was greasy and cold. Chicken wings were the same size as popcorn chicken

How can you charge so much for overrated chicken which was overcooked then charge customers to use just eat, then when you get the order an hour late half the order is missing.. so try and ring this branch and no answer. Kfc use to such a lovely meal but it’s terrible now

Food took 3 hours to come and obviously when it did it was stone cold! I asked the delivery driver why it took do long and he said because kfc is very busy and they freshly cooking. I think our food was sat waiting for courier for 3 hours! Refund!

ordered at 5 o’clock, took an hour to find a courier but not their fault i get its a busy saturday night, but then order was being prepared for another hour, unable to contact about this was very unhappy, food arrived lukewarm and spilt inside bag

Family had wait well over an hour for fast food, from a venue less 5 mins drive away. When it arrived missing 2 burgers and 2 lots of fries. this is the third time Items have been wrong or missing on our orders.

Always items missing and customer service don’t give you a refund.

Ordered at quarter to 6 didn’t arrive until 8 and was cold

Greeted by a very miserable member of staff, ordered a mighty bucket for one which consisted of around 12 chips, 2 of the smallest pieces of chicken and hot wings that weren't very hot. Overall £10 spent that was poor value overall.

Was after a party bucket, used to cost £25... now a staggering £36.. its a one off as I don't tend to eat fast food much, is what it is.

The restaurant kept changing the delivery time. When it was delivered the food was cold. What a waste of money

missing a big part of a box meal order, fries and gravy, took the chance of a midweek order for KFC delivery thinking they will be quite so wont be hard, a local restaurant that have only managed to get the order right 3 times out of the 7 times I have visited for pick up, maybe I'm the bigger fool, food was hot but missing some of the best parts of it, i paid nearly £20 for half a meal for 1, don't disappoint yourself

Where are the beans option on the sharing bucket meals ???, the chips were still hard on places no seasoning on chips , the chicken was very soggy and not crispy. Probably the worst kfc we’ve ever had .

delivery time went up by 5 minutes each time I checked to see when my food would be ready. Delivery driver was great and the increase occurred whilst still at KFC.

Delivery driver polite and respectful, however, food was barely warm and had to be reheated in the microwave. Notification said delivery 7.55pm but it was around 8.10pm

Went 2 our local kfc at 9 they dont close till 10 and they never had any chicken left correction they had one chicken on the bone left

Was a couple of things missing out my order, the popcorn chicken and still water, what I got in place of that for some reason was hot chicken wings a cookie and a can of Pepsi max and a can of tango 🤷🏻‍♂️🤣

Last meal was awful and extremely expensive

Food was ok last time we went, but this can be hit & miss. The main problem however is that the coffee machine hasn’t been working for months!! I was told it’s because it’s a pain to clean out at the end of shift. If this is true, they seriously need to get their act together. We are a family of 6 and the two adults want coffee with there meal, not half flat drinks!!

The intercom or the Mic on your drive through head phones is faulty. Also the attitude on the bloke taking the orders is discussing and needs sorting out. Also educate your staff how the blue light card and your app work

Clean, tidy restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food. KFC at a good location. You just can't go wrong if you like fast food chicken.

I haven't had my food, it says delivered but it hasn't been and this service is terrible, the money has also gone out my bank

Good value and well prepared, be aware if you order takeout to check before leaving as mistakes can happen if you order something a little different. Ordered ice tea on special and recieved diet coke. Had another one when chicken fillets ordered ad extra and recieved pop chicken bits. Doesn't stop us going back as the food is good, tasty, hot, and plentiful. Now drive past McDonald's when one is close when outside area.

delivered my food freezing cold ,When on the phone complaining the women on the phone started raising her voice . Not happy with this one bit , got a refund in cash even though paying on card and told me i was never getting served at kfc again!

Not happy...bought a 6 piece bucket. Asked for no wings... what did I find in the bucket when I got home...3 wings 2 drumstick and a breast. Meat was dried out and seemed like it had been cooked 2 hours before....won't be going back there... this is the second and last disappointing purchase from there.
