Your food prices are now so expensive and sadly the food isn't as good these days and the fully loaded tower burger was smaller than it use to but you charge loads more !

Consistently the worst service possible. Good luck getting your meal in less than 45 mins.

I usually go to this KFC. My family loved this place.

Poor staff, Need to be trained as an ex- Area Manager at kfc, that's not the way we used to work, especially poor customer service and low food quality, over heated chicken and fries.

Very bad experience at this KFC an hour ago. My son and I went there for food after watching Cardiff City vs. Birmingham city match at the stadium. We reached there just before 11pm but did not realise it closes at 11. We decided to eat in and ordered two Super charged Zinger box meals. Got the food after a slight delay and started to eat. After a few minutes a lady came and told us that they close at 11 and we have to leave. We just had a few bites by then. Naturally I was a bit surprised and told her I did not know that they close at 11. I requested her, if we can finish our food and leave. She said, she cannot allow us in any further and we have to leave now. Then I asked her, when I was ordering the food, if their staff had told us to take it away, we would happily do that. We are in the middle of our meal and if she can let us finish it fast and leave. It was again repetitive negative response from her. At that point, my 10 year old son started getting a bit nervous as he heard her repeatedly saying 'you have to leave' ! I helped him to pack our half eaten food and prepared to leave. My son got a bit panic stricken and as a result dropped his box of food on the floor. Worth mentioning the role of a gentleman who served us our food very professionally. He asked the lady why the system allowed us to eat in at the time of closing? The answer from her was not meaningful unfortunately. We got a few apologies from her but had to leave with a very bad experience. Food from KFC never left such a bad taste in the mouth. Date 13th December 2023. Order number #9096.

Place was quiet, food was nice and hot ,service was quick, atmosphere was friendly

Sunday 3rd December at lunch time there wasn’t a queue for the drive through which doesn’t suprise me because they never have a queue for that place since you never get hot food it’s always seems like it’s been sat there for days and I finally learnt my lesson and had food poisoning from there unhygienic chicken.

Ordered food through Uber eats £27 deal and I only received 20% of my order no drink freezing cold in edible food. I couldn't even get a refund or replacement food. Absolutely disgusting never will order from here or Uber eats again.

Ordered from Uber eats and they missed half my food, gave me sweetcorn instead of gravy. My hot wings weren't in the bag, missing a fillet.

Absolute joke this place! Ordered at drive through, gave me totally the wrong order, hardly surprising as they all looked stoned! The kid at the window looked like he had just got out of bed and hadn’t even woken up yet! Can’t remember the last time i went to KFC and left happy, wont be going back! Rather chew a tramps toe nails than eat from here again.

Very bad service. I had a piece of chicken missing and a bottle of tango. I rang the store to be told to contact just eat. They were rude also. I was very polite as well. I ordered it as a treat for me and my poorly son in the children's hospital where we are staying. I wanted to cheer him up. 😔 azzholes

Not great, not bad. It's KFC. You get it because you're hungry and it's convenient, not because it's a gourmet meal.

Absolutely disgusting place very dirty inside they had customers cleaning there own tables with there own sanitizers, puddles of gravy left on tables which i cleaned myself asked the staff if they could clean there tables and just laughed and walked away. Four customers walked in and walked straight back out. Will never visit this kfc again ever.

Tango sugar free advertised but it is Tango full fat. Very dangerous if you're a diabetic

Always use the drive through as I’ve heared the service is slow when sitting in. Also every time we have ordered from Uber it takes an absolute age 1-2 hours often. Staff always happy and friendly and nothing is ever to much trouble. Food always great in the realms of fast food.

He still not eat at this KFC for staff that are very immature and they need an adult to guide them to hold the work. The food was absolutely disgusting and last night and when I asked them to change the food they were mocking and laughing behind the counter had to walk out and not get my other food as I was fuming. KFC main office need to send their regional manager down there to sort the place out. Contact therehead office still no reply please boycott this kfc till they get it right what a joke kid’s running food establishments well done kfc

The wrap if the day is supposed to be the same as the full price wrap. I've had two wrap of the day's this week, the slaw is non-existant and changed to lettuce and the fillets were one half of a full fillet in each wrap. Lazy management or cost cutting but please supply the wrap you are supposed to supply. I will be reporting this. Service poor, waited ages at drive through and food cold.

For fast food this was a pretty disappointing visit. The food was actually very good but the service was really slow and the orders were mixed up and not announced. When we went to ask if the order was ours, we were told it wasn't so sat back down - turns out (after waiting over 5 minutes and asking again) that it WAS our food in the first place. I've been a little disappointed with KFC recently as the chicken has been pretty dry and not enjoyable - but this chicken was (dare I say it...) moist!

We ordered a bucket of wings for £5.99. The order was on time, served hot with a good service.

Ordered a rice box. Literally a handful of limp, old lettuce, 3 tablespoons of rice and chicken on top with the sauce stuck to the lid. No corn or beans. The box was less than a quarter full - you could literally see the base of the box that is how LITTLE food there was in that box! Such a rip off considering how much it cost! Small bag of 10 chips thrown in the bag upside down. This KFC store by far is the WORST in terms of value, quality & quantity of food. It needs new management & better portions of food - else please do the world a favour and shut down!!!

I tried the chicken wings bucket and wrap. Wings bucket is amazing but wrap of the day was just waste. I also wants to compare the wrap of the day with McD and clearly McDonald’s wrap of the day is a value for money food as well as very tasty. But in KFC it’s cheaper than MCD by just 1 pence but it’s absolutely a wastage of money and nothing other than the advertisements.

Ordered from this restaurant on Deliveroo and they charged me for 3 items that I did not receive, once trying to contact the store they would not answer the phone

Food was great. Place has got much better this last 3-4 months.

Didn't have anything in stock, I then ordered and when I got round to the window I was told they had even less in stock, when they offered me a replacement, i accepted instead of the refund and when I got home they even got that wrong! No ice for the drink so it was warm and flat! Chips were soggy and under cooked and the chicken looked like it had been sat on the shelf for hours! If you don't have the stock and food hygiene standards to stay open until 11pm then don't! What a wasted trip! All the food went in the bin!

I wouldn't rate it one star. Ordered a wrap for my son it was burnt not a little but whole thing. After returning home had to drive back to the KFC restaurant to return the wrap to see several staff in the back laughing at my husband. Noting was said nothing was done! If you expect customer service don't buy anything from here!!!!!

Another meal delivered from here with items missing, this time, no bottle of water, no dipping sauce and no chicken popcorn! The third and final time ordering from this branch, why is there always food or drinks missing from order? Absolutely not on, when are they going to do something about it? Reading other reviews I see this keeps happening to other people too. KFC must be making a fortune only sending out part orders!

This has got to be the dirtiest kfc, fast food joint I've ever been in. Floor is constantly littered with food and packaging, as are the table and all the times I've ever been here I've never seen a member of staff attempt to clean. On a few occasions I've been greeted by rude and abrupt staff. My advice is go to maccies over the road

You standard KFC. Ordered on the in house system so the food was very quick to come out .It was very busy so the table was still a bit Massy when we sat down but the staff then came and gave it a wipe down while we were eating . Easy to park, toilet clean.

Is there a more unclean fast food reseraunt in the area? or even Cardiff? i dont think so. The Tables, Seats, and Floors were all incredibly dirty, looks like they hadnt been cleaned since the day before. The food was mediocre at best, you can certainly eat better for cheaper at other places. They gave me a questionable fluid that they claimed was coke zero, which was then changed at my request for what was actually coke zero. Would not recommend

I visited KFC today for the first time the chips were over cooked and the bargain bucket was full of chicken legs so disappointed as I thought it would have been better than that dont think I will be going back there.

Waited approx 20 mins for food before asking for refund. Staff apppear to be young kids, some strutting around in hoodies, looking bored. One customer received a withering look from the entitled server when he said she should have informed him before he paid that there was a long wait on chicken. Who are these people?

Hello I have order family deal £19.99 box when I went home takeaway, I opened. 6 chicken legs 🍗 4 weing really bad test all black ⚫️ colours LOOK LIKE OID NEED CHANG. I CALL THE KFC I speak to one of the member I ask for maneger she told me he's not able to talk too you ! Y ? She told me he's bussy with other companies from the front. Staff the are not wering KFC unfrom ,,,,,,? Chicken not testy at all My last time go back to the,,,,,,

Wrong item and a big hair on one of the chicken fillets 🤢🤮 I knew this takeaway was going to be lit when I saw how dirty the server's hands were. Upon collecting my meal, two members of staff were rudely interacting with the customer before me. Horrible experience, but the kitchen staff seemed to enjoy singing along to the tunes. So there's that.

Staff was rude, picked a number tent (like macdonalds for table service) and sat down. I didn't get receipt from self service machine soI didn't know my order number. After 20 minute wait I went to the counter, I had lots of attitude from the 2 young members of staff, for inconveniencing THEM.

Food was ok, but everything else awful. The man who served me couldn't have been less interested or helpful, music was so loud I couldn't hear him and every time I asked him to repeat himself he huffed and rolled his eyes, and had a serious hygiene issue, absolutely stinking. The female who then brought the food to the counter was too busy talking to another employee to speak to me, literally threw the dips into the bag and all landed in the chips, and was quite put out by my request for salt, and threw that into the chips as well. Absolutely shocking altogether.

I'd rate it 0 star if I could. Food was cold and horrible. Most of it was missing. Disgrace. Should be closed.

Ordered a trilogy box meal via delivery. Arrived without the burger. Called the company telephone several times no response. Walked 50 minutes to the restaurant just to be told I should contact UberEats for a refund, something which could have been said to me over the phone if someone had answered. No apology or remorse from the staff. What is the point of having a telephone number if no one would answer it???

2nd time they have messed the order up. Burger missing from a trilogy meal. Chips went in the bin…inedible. No point arguing with them as they were beyond rude last time. Never again.

We went to this kfc because we were hungry and ordered our food which took 30 minutes to arrive then we open our food old dry chicken and watery gravy honestly don’t go most horrible food in my life and my kids fell horrible. It’s so indescribably bad.

Always have friendly service here and I'm always happy to pop in. It's a busy site and a fave location for food delivery services. The loos are clean, the tables and booths mostly clean (I usually visit late). Drive-thru and dine-in, plenty of parking.

zinger box meal.. Soft cold chips, small chicken burger hidden inside a dry bun,with insipid lettuce, one piece of side chicken nice and crispy.. Gravy is good.. Def not the kfc I remember.... Poor quality and expensive fast food.. Oh and the wrong drink Never again

Called in on Sunday 4th December. Chicken was unusually fresh except for one piece. These days it's a very hit or miss experience. However Popeye's chicken has arrived in the UK only in London for now but with plans to spread nationwide. It's superior to KFC & will give em a run for the money !

I placed an order at 7:30pm advised should take 35/45 minutes after 1 hour 15 minutes the delivery was incorrect. I told the driver I was not taking the order he tried forcing the delivery into my hands. I checked my account and you have charged me 4 times after telling me 3 times the order failed. Calling the restaurant as advised by the driver I was told the store manager wasn’t available and the lady was a manager. When I explained I had 3 hungry kids crying she told me I had to call the customer care number so when I asked for the managers name she told me she like my attitude and would not answer my questions before hanging up!! Disgusting service!!

Sadly, fries were hot but hard inside. Chicken zinger was near cold. Asked for ketchup but was informed that they had run out! Not surprising only 5 persons in the restaurant, whereas McDonald's across the road was rammed with a long queue for drive through!

Very quick on the drive through and food was cooked to perfection, I ate every morsel.

The guy at the window kept interrupting me whist taking my order, he also got my order wrong and didn't realise until I got back to work. He was attempting to beatbox whilst taking my order and then had the audacity to rush me on my last order!!! he also did not give me a fork for the rice box!!

Absolutely disgusted with the meal I received this evening. Didn’t receive what I ordered and instead was brought “substitutes” which wouldn’t have bothered me if I hadn’t received the most distrusting “mash” which was very obviously frozen and chucked with no care. Tasted absolutely foul and other items I couldn’t consume as of my allergies and it didn’t stop there with freezing chips and soggy chicken. Will think about before ordered from here again. No pride in what they are doing.

Just went to have a meal with my family. We looked around and realised there is no clean table to sit at, although only 4 tables had customers so not busy at all. I politely asked a member of staff if possible to clean a table as we cannot even sit down, but nobody ever did, although the restaurant was very quiet. We ordered as little food as possible to leave asap! The staff member seemed unwelcoming, very laid back and bored. Never again!
