KFC Cardiff - Excelsior Road in Cardiff

Ordered veggie box, delivered 1 spoonful of rice and salad in bare box. Phoned to ask for my order to be redelivered to be informed by female staff. They are miss advertising as they don't do red beans and don't supply corn on the cob as advertised but can put in complaint with delivery.... not delivery fault..... grateful for their honesty on the misadvertising therefore I will order elsewhere in future...... KFC sort out your advertising!!!! Ty for your honest staff though

The rice boxes are a complete let down, a small amount of chicken, and tons of lettuce, nothing like the description or photo

Most times we go there, we have to almost beg for someone to clear the tables for us to sit at.

I recently visited KFC and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite the promise of receiving my order within 7 minutes, I had to wait a full 20 minutes for my food. I ordered chicken wings, original chicken, and a chicken fillet, but the chicken fillet was far too salty to enjoy. Overall, the quality of the food did not live up to expectations, and the delay in service was frustrating. I had high hopes but left disappointed. Would definitely reconsider my options next time.

Went through the drive through and the two young man on the till and pick up window had great customer service and a sense of humour too! The food was piping hot, fresh and delicious. 5 stars

This has to be the worst most unappealing burger in the history of Human Civilization. I took a bite into it and immediately noticed something was wrong. It seemed a bit....devoid of any filling. When I opened it up, I saw only 4 very small pieces of lettuce had been put on there.(see ohoto) I know places like these get busy, but this is no time based oversight. This is plain lazy and sloppy behaviour by the staff member who prepared it. I don't think I'll ve ordering from here again.

Food was okay, floors and tables were scattered with leftover food, bins overflowing. No hygiene standard whatsoever.

Available staff but all tables covered with leftover food detritus. Wiping down tables should be a hygiene expectation.

Very rude workers the food was nice and when I asked for water the worker refused I was not happy

Just bought a boneless feast 12 piece at the drive through. Not very good at all. When we got home the chips were all cold and soggy. The chicken was broken and tasted wired. Then we ordered Tracey and got beans. And the sweet corn was open and not sealed. Tried phoning the restaurant but kept getting disconnected. Very poor indeed

Ordered food via the drive-thru on Thursday, 4 July. The person that took he order was welcoming, and this was seamless. At the next window, we received the drinks and were asked to park up and our order would be brought out to us. After 15-minutes, I left my vehicle and enquired within on the status of my order as I had seen people enter into KFC on foot and leave a little while with their orders. I was asked what I ordered and stated. The individual disappeared and came back and did not provide any assurance. I assumed it would be a long shortly and returned to my car. After another 10 minutes, I returned inside KFC and complained, and lo and behold it appeared. I returned home and it was missing items. Very frustrated. The drive thru appeared busier than normal and I feel the team just could not cope with the demand on this occasion. I was not alone in the frustration as many others were also left waiting .

Clean and tidy space. Hot drinks were not available as "the machine is out of order" 😜

Twice I ordered from KFC in an hour. Bother orders came quicker than lightning but both orders covered in mayo and lettuce and the orders clearly state to come without. This order specified that this had just happened and still the same issue.

Terrible meals gone up by 2.50 chips all over floor had to ask for a cloth and rag to wipe our table down really gone bad

Tiny amount of sauce in burger not even a teaspoon worth of supercharger sauce Lucky I ordered one on the side with meal , piece of chicken was tiny and cold :-( and for some reason it wasn’t in a bag the delivery man just passed me a damaged box with a sticker on and my can of drink that I found a bit strange usually comes in a bag to keep it warm when out for delivery

Gravy was cold and super thick like jelly not nice to taste :-( smallest piece of chicken I have ever had in a meal usually lovely from hear and I’m glad I ordered a extra sauce as there was next to no sauce put in the burger :-( sorry but not a good meal this time guys

Just had delivery, the food is absolutely awful, I have soggy uncooked chips ,still cold in the middle,.the gravy is like dish water ,won't even stick to the chicken or an uncooked chip. Vile an disgusting wouldn't recommend it to starving animal tbh ,clearly run by unemployable people who can't be bothered to do there job properly, absolutely disgusting 😤

burgers were as hard as rock asked for no sauce or mayo on them and it was smothered in it the worst £39 pound I ever spent will not be ordering again

Half the order was missing and no offer to deliver the rest, just advised to claim a refund from just eat

Barely anyone in there and was dirty they reheating food that was ment to be thrown away didn't even bother changing the stickers that's how lazy they were. Someone went to the toilet and there order got called the person who shouted out the number got very agitated and angry they weren't coming straight away very poor professionality.

Food arrived freezing cold not edible

I have been to this KFC many times before. On my latest visit, I found the sitting area very untidy. It appeared that the tables were not cleared and wiped down. It was difficult to find a clean place to sit. The staff at the till were brilliant with their service.

Food was correct and hot but there was only a tiny amount of sauce in the burger luckily I ordered a additional sauce on the side to add to the tower burger :-)

Tasty meal. Nice breaded chicken sandwich. The Cole slaw is not similar to the American one, which I crave. In my travels, I've not found it overseas. The staff needs to be better trained. I asked if there was a meal option with a chicken part and a sandwich. The employee at the register said no. As I perused the menu board, I did find one and ordered it. There was no apology for the misinformation.

I felt very bad about the food. I got the chicken it was very salty and not well cooked.

I don't mind it being late, but it was cold... Won't let me say that the most expensive part was cold as it included a bottle of pop... Very unhappy with my cold food

driver bought wrong meal to our house, a meal for 2 was bought and a meal for 1 showed up - fuming

KFC does not allow the swapping of items. I asked for mash instead of fries, love the chicken, the new 'signature' fries taste awful

Went for lunch Monday 8th april about mid day. Service was polite and fast. Food was very disappointing. Ordered meal for one box and a stacker burger. Box was full of over cooked tiny pieces of original chicken, Tenders were Luke warm. Burger looked put together with a tennis racket. The salad was yellow and the chicken and hash brown in it had clearly been cooked hours before. Given the ovens were full of chicken In similar condition I didn't complain. No point replacing dry and overcooked with dry and over cooked. Went home and felt absolutely awful after. I remember when kfc used to mean fresh hot chicken.

Food arrived 1hour & 10 mins later than predicted time when order was placed. Would never have ordered if given correct delivery time as daughter had to wait past 9pm when she has school tomorrow, adding stress for what was meant to be a treat of not cooking as a single parent on mother's day. When food did arrive instead of rice & mashed potato sides we ordered we were both given unappealing thick & congealed gravy that neither of us could eat.

very good but not what i would call large fries. not even small fries. i had ten fries and some little bits.

All items turned up cold, chips werent cooked properly, the gravy was solid and my dipping sauce was missing

only 10 mins late and most of it was warm, which for a lunchtime order is actually pretty good.

Jordan served me today very happy friendly and quick service excellent coustomer service made my day nice to meet another Jordan 😂

We ordered £30 worth of food from here and less than HALF of the order arrived. I rang KFC straight away to explain the situation and they said to take it up with Just Eat. Which seems unfair as the problem was not with just eat, my order was collected and delivered to me on time. The problem was that only part of the order was packed into the bag and sealed by a KFC member of staff. Only then for them to blame Just Eat! When I rang the store the lady on the phone did not apologise or care.

CAME EARLY, DELIVERY GUY WAS LOVELY, FOOD WAS FANTASTIC, LOVE U KFC WILL BE ORDERING AGAIN POOKIES

Food was okay but cold and missing the chips with the children’s meal. The delivery was due 18:15. The driver didn’t arrive until 18:30 and did not knock and left the bag on the floor outside the house.

Excellent. All present and correct.

Never again will I order from here the chicken was undercooked and slimy the coating wasn't crispy and they forgot my drink , went in the bin disgusting.
