a mediocre kfc - think i got the last of the 'warmed' offerings

Good service always get order correct

food was cold and delivered late that's twice we ordered from here and food was cold and not very good and we couldn't really eat the food so we binned it ,,,bad food and bad delivery

Friendly and respectful. The food was delicious and nice and hot

arrived without the 6 pieces of chicken .

I ordered beans and got gravy but overall everything was great

Apart from there being no beans ready for my meal, and actually by the time they got to me, I'd pretty much finished my meal, everything else was good and I wasn't fussed, about the beans. Would go again, wouldn't hold a grudge over some beans 😂👍

I told driver wrong address he has had my food disgusting behaviour

After waiting over 5 minutes to try and place an order through the drive thru. We were told to wait even longer. Had to repeat order twice as the male staff member was just not listening. When we finally got to the collection window, more waiting was involved as staff were serving delivery drivers first. Total time spent at the drive thru was over 20 minutes. Disgusting will not use this drive thru again

Food literally didn’t show up the driver had away with it. Marked it as delivered somehow when it definitely was not. Shocking I’ve still seen no refund or heard anything

Probably one of the best KFC's I've ever been. Food was actually fast food, service was great,and the gravy was the best! Floor wasn't even slippy! Well done and we all loved it!

The restaurant made the driver wait 35-40 minutes for the order. So it wasn't his fault that the food was delivered so late. As soon as he got the order he phoned me personally to tell me what had happened. So the driver was amazing. The order was not correct either.

The original recipe chicken is terrible here. Seems to have been sat for a while. The boneless was lovely but the meal was ruined by the original recipe stuff... shame Don't know why I went again but this time they had no popcorn chicken... wouldn't swap it for something as good (had to pay extra) they only offered an extra side... then they didn't even have the side i wanted lol Sort it out

My Order never even arrived. Ordered my food approximately 20:19 hours for a KFC costing £34.18. My ordered delivery time was 20:43. No delivery driver contacted me asking about my location or that they did not know my address. My food then showed up as “Delivered” as of 20:43 hours and I still had no food or contact from a delivery person. I even went downstairs in my flat to check if it had been left at the door for some reason and it was not there. This is an appalling service as a customer.

Awful, completely missed a meal and missed sides. We travelled to collect as our more local store (walsall wood) has awful food and regular miss items. When I called the store to advise they simply say you have to drive back to get missing items. No apology, not offer of anything given we now have to eat cold food as it the kids meals thata missing. I'm absolutely astonished how poor the customer service is.

you would have got 5 stars on food quality if you would stop making such terrible fries. Most of mine were made from a going-off potato, which showed up after frying as well. YOU NEED TO FIRE THE COOK WHO MAKES YOUR FRIES!

Couldn't pay at the counter as only cash was taken. I was very briskly informed. Not particularly busy, but food took a while to arrive. I couldn't park in a disabled spot as a delivery driver thought it OK yo park there to collect his delivery.

What's the point of putting a cold can of pepsi in a bag - then putting it on top of a box of chips inside of the main bag and sealing it up! Stone cold chips as a result .

It's very clean, quiet place to eat. Staff advised it would take 13 minutes for food to be ready. It actually took 30mins. Those who ordered before me managed to get their meals first. Very disappointed. Had I had known, I would have went elsewhere.

Always missing something off the order

Food didn’t arrive. Phoned the store and they said the driver had picked it up but also told me just eat had contacted them as it was still showing as at the store. Tried to contact just eat (thought they might contact me considering they were aware of the issue) but no luck… now stating it has been delivered. Expect a full refund.

Ordered bucket meal tonight. Fries luke warm. Chicken well what can I say, Kentucky Fried 🤔 outer soft and soggy, second piece of chicken tasted mouldy. Even my cats wouldn't touch it. Used to be good from here second time on having delivery there's been serious issues.

Workers changing from prepering the meal to collect your order just so their time for prepping is not going up, even tho the foor not even ready, i asked if my order is ready when it was allready taken of the screen for 5 min and then i heard that they just puting the zingers in and it will be another 5 minutes .

Dips missing. Lettuce missing from the wrap. Not great.

Kids meal only ordered and it was quick hot and lovely... But the chips had some sort of seasoning on that made them a bit spicy...
