Probably one of the best KFC's I've ever been. Food was actually fast food, service was great,and the gravy was the best! Floor wasn't even slippy! Well done and we all loved it!

The original recipe chicken is terrible here. Seems to have been sat for a while. The boneless was lovely but the meal was ruined by the original recipe stuff... shame Don't know why I went again but this time they had no popcorn chicken... wouldn't swap it for something as good (had to pay extra) they only offered an extra side... then they didn't even have the side i wanted lol Sort it out

My Order never even arrived. Ordered my food approximately 20:19 hours for a KFC costing £34.18. My ordered delivery time was 20:43. No delivery driver contacted me asking about my location or that they did not know my address. My food then showed up as “Delivered” as of 20:43 hours and I still had no food or contact from a delivery person. I even went downstairs in my flat to check if it had been left at the door for some reason and it was not there. This is an appalling service as a customer.

Awful, completely missed a meal and missed sides. We travelled to collect as our more local store (walsall wood) has awful food and regular miss items. When I called the store to advise they simply say you have to drive back to get missing items. No apology, not offer of anything given we now have to eat cold food as it the kids meals thata missing. I'm absolutely astonished how poor the customer service is.

you would have got 5 stars on food quality if you would stop making such terrible fries. Most of mine were made from a going-off potato, which showed up after frying as well. YOU NEED TO FIRE THE COOK WHO MAKES YOUR FRIES!

food was disgusting!! wrap was freezing cold, half empty & barely any mayo on it. Burger was freezing cold & all I could taste was salt!! Not worth the money at all!!

Couldn't pay at the counter as only cash was taken. I was very briskly informed. Not particularly busy, but food took a while to arrive. I couldn't park in a disabled spot as a delivery driver thought it OK yo park there to collect his delivery.

Absolutely piss poor service. 2 hours for food. I could of raised chickens, killed them, cracked the recipe and made it myself. Bugger me sideways it's fried chicken it's not hard. Staff rude and condescending.

It's very clean, quiet place to eat. Staff advised it would take 13 minutes for food to be ready. It actually took 30mins. Those who ordered before me managed to get their meals first. Very disappointed. Had I had known, I would have went elsewhere.

Always missing something off the order

Food didn’t arrive. Phoned the store and they said the driver had picked it up but also told me just eat had contacted them as it was still showing as at the store. Tried to contact just eat (thought they might contact me considering they were aware of the issue) but no luck… now stating it has been delivered. Expect a full refund.

Ordered bucket meal tonight. Fries luke warm. Chicken well what can I say, Kentucky Fried 🤔 outer soft and soggy, second piece of chicken tasted mouldy. Even my cats wouldn't touch it. Used to be good from here second time on having delivery there's been serious issues.

Workers changing from prepering the meal to collect your order just so their time for prepping is not going up, even tho the foor not even ready, i asked if my order is ready when it was allready taken of the screen for 5 min and then i heard that they just puting the zingers in and it will be another 5 minutes .

Mostly bone and coating. After the meal we placed the bones and coating in the kfc bucket and it weighed far more than the chicken. Also we thought that the recipe had probably been changed recently, as it wasn't like the meals we used to have from kfc at the Orbital in Cannock.

Ordered through uber app and got delivered the complete WRONG!!!!! order. Rang up and reported and all they said was "I understand, there nothing much we can do" well there is get the order right for a start!!! Each time kfc or maccies cannot get a simple order right. Absolutely pathetic

Dined in. Ordered via the self-serve kiosk. Fairly quick service. Tables were dirty, bins overflowing, food on the floor and no member of the team showing willing to clean up.

Missing a burger off the order. The boneless banquet missed my selections of gravy and rice.

The chips were soft and cold, some burnt. Chicken was very nice as usual, but was cold as well, so had to heat it all up in the oven. So I'll put the cold food down to the distance, but regarding the fries, no excuse. Sorry KFC, but you really need to sort out your fries...

Your driver was awful. He refused to come to the door he wanted me to come out. I had a screaming baby to deal with luckily my husband was here to deal he was rude. We pay for delivery we expect delivery to the door not to a car with a stranger in. Awful service from delivery!

Missing our fries for both meals to be told they were in there on the phone I mean are the fries in the room with us??? Did the driver eat them on the way here??? Then having to drive down to KFC to get them which is not on as a takeaway service. Should get a refund.

When ordered the food it came within reasonable time however food was stone cold Missing items as pop corn chicken was missing hash brown off the burger and due to the temp of the food we could not eat this. I am a nurse who’s worked a long day and ordered this for my family to prevent me cooking Medford work and still ended up having to cook. Contact the restraint right away yet was advised I need to contact your selves for the refund.

Usually this KFC is excellent This time no corn on the cob received Phoned and given a reference number to use next time to get the refund Should have a better refund process than this We may have mislaid this number if there is a next time!!

Food was just warm. Delivery was delayed twice and over 30 mins late, couldnt cancel after first delat as just eat charge for their failure.

Unfortunately, the food was cold. The drinks were in the same bag so I’m presuming that’s why. Luckily, I have a microwave.
