KFC Cannock - Orbital Retail Park in Cannock Chase

It was a job trying to find somewhere to sit that hadn't got food on the seats, table or floor.

Service was fab. The fillets were a bit salty. Great people working here

*edit* 17/04/25 Same fantastic place, and same brilliant and extremely customer friendly Team Leader Laura. Food is top notch as always and interior is new and fresh. KFC at the Cannock Orbital has long been a great place to provide great tasting chicken for a reasonable price. The building's reputation continues with succulent chicken, served at piping hot temperatures and with great timing. This visit had some great interactions with the shift manager and what seemed to be either an Area Manager or Training Officer. The environment of the store is very bright and open with a colour scheme based on KFC's logo and company ideals. A variety of different seating locations and types allows customers the option on how to experience their meal. Staff interactions are nearly always a positive experience at this branch of KFC. Today's visit was no exception except maybe for one service assistant that gave off a feeling of not wanting to be at work at that present moment. However most of the staff seemed engaged and happy in their position. A really good visit to this establishment, one that will be happening again in the not to distant future. 🍗🍗🍗🍗🍗Out of 🍗🍗🍗🍗🍗

Toilets we’re disgusting they looked like nobody had cleaned them for weeks The floor and table surfaces were dreadfull Food was hot but the whole place was really disgusting

2 years ago 5* but now 1*. Asked for help as couldn't see what we wanted. Young man told us to go to board! It was so confusing we left and went elsewhere. Very nice chicken and chips. Lovely coffee. Very friendly lady served us on the drive through . Excellent value

the food wad cold and the gravy was watery, normally the food is always hot but todsybit was horribly cold

The only thing I can say is the chips were not very warm but everything else was great. I know it’s hard to keep chips warm for a length of time and then being delivered so understandable.

terrible service, waiting 10 mins to be served at the counter big sign there saying they are happy to help face to face at the counter and the guy told us to order at the machines instead after watching us stand there. i make some specific changes to my meal so needed to order at the counter. whole interaction and atmosphere was strange, he really put me off. just left in the end.

Food took around 50mins to arrive, ETA kept changing throughout that time and when it eventually arrived everything was cold, it had obviously been stood for a long time waiting for courier collection

The chips were freezing cold. The dips were missing & the hot wings were freezing cold. It arrived fast so it must have left the store cold! This wouldn’t be served eating in, so why send it out cold because that’s now ruined our family tea!

Not one for leaving reviews but drive through staff member muriery was an absolute delight she tried to help me console my tired baby and gave the upmost best service iv recieved at any take out restaurant, cannock KFC she is a credit to you

Order never turned up and I didn’t get a refund

Unfortunately the order wasn’t complete 2 lots of fries and 2 chicken burgers were missing. The majority of the order had to be reheated as it was just warm.

Never use this service - food was collected and then delivered an hour late cold and then I had to fight to get my money back

The food here is more missing lately than hit. Sometimes the chicken tastes amazing.. other times it's like staff forget some of the herbs and spices and the chicken tastes wrong to normal KFC. Last visit was awful to be honest and it's got too pricey now for a regular visit compared to BK deals...

The food was freezing cold and incorrect

albeit the food was ok but really disgusted that a member of staff who is not disabled was parked on a disability bay whilst disabled customers had to struggle. when approaching a member of staff they said yes he refuses to move it. absolutely disgusting

Food came earlier than expected, all was spot on. Delivery guy was the smartest dressed delivery guy we've had. Polite, well dressed all in all 5 star service.

Everything was great but chip portions were rather small for over £3.

Pop here for a quick snack, as we were all a bit peckish. Got two childs popcorn meals, very disappointing. For what you pay, there is little food, about 5 popcorn bites, and the smallest bag of fries I think I've ever seen. I had the zinger burger meal, the burger was fine, again the fries were such a small portion. We went through the drive-thru and on driving away found we were not given, spoons for the sundaes, or beans and no staws for the drinks. I had to park up and run in, which kind of defeats the object of a drive thru... The drive thru and inside were not busy, so there was no rush. I'm a fan of KFC, so this was disappointing.

Freezing cold when we got inside dis complain but they said its just like that so when we sat down tables were greesy and the food cooled so quick because it was cold inside the restaurant never had to keep my coat on before when eating inside nexttime I will give it a miss and go to the wheatsheaf on the walsall road

Ordered a meal on just eat and they kept moving delivery time back to over 90 minutes to wait for delivery. Cancelled order and will never bother with them again

It's KFC.. Better then other local fast food outlets. Although wait times can be ridiculous at busy times.

Really nice quiet brilliant for chicken for chips I don't like them as they are not potato and are made of maise not really chips and no choices apart from chicken

Went inside to get a meal to take away. The service was indescribable rude, at the checkout. Food was chucked at me. Meals was missing. No please no thank you whist serving. Won't be using again. Totally disgusting service. Need to be re trained in manners. And customer service.

The food wasn’t good we thought have having a kfc for a change but the food seemed smashed together I had more sauce on the side off the burger than on it and food was cold disappointed

After waiting over two hours the food never arrived at all.

I was given an estimated delivery at time of purchase but this then changed to over an hour later once payment had been taken and there was no option to cancel.

The burger was poorly made and smelt of old cooking oil. The chips were greasy and mushy soft.

Apart from there being no beans ready for my meal, and actually by the time they got to me, I'd pretty much finished my meal, everything else was good and I wasn't fussed, about the beans. Would go again, wouldn't hold a grudge over some beans 😂👍

After waiting over 5 minutes to try and place an order through the drive thru. We were told to wait even longer. Had to repeat order twice as the male staff member was just not listening. When we finally got to the collection window, more waiting was involved as staff were serving delivery drivers first. Total time spent at the drive thru was over 20 minutes. Disgusting will not use this drive thru again

Food literally didn’t show up the driver had away with it. Marked it as delivered somehow when it definitely was not. Shocking I’ve still seen no refund or heard anything

The restaurant made the driver wait 35-40 minutes for the order. So it wasn't his fault that the food was delivered so late. As soon as he got the order he phoned me personally to tell me what had happened. So the driver was amazing. The order was not correct either.

The original recipe chicken is terrible here. Seems to have been sat for a while. The boneless was lovely but the meal was ruined by the original recipe stuff... shame Don't know why I went again but this time they had no popcorn chicken... wouldn't swap it for something as good (had to pay extra) they only offered an extra side... then they didn't even have the side i wanted lol Sort it out
