Meant to take 20mins at first, the delivery time kept ticking up and ended up taking 50mins. Needed a quick delivery, there is no option to collect otherwise I'd do that. The food had been 'preparing' for 40 mins on the app so I couldn't cancel the order.

your fries were cold and so was the rice, and I don't like barbecue beans can you not do ordenery beans for those like me

took 22 minutes for a 6 minute drive stone cold went in bin only kept the pepsi drink will never order again

delivered @1725 when delivery time given as 1645. I appreciate delays can happen but this resulted in cold chicken and sides and stale chips.

The bag was soaking wet with grease, the chickens skin had all came off due to it being so soggy it was horrible.

Two very pleasant wraps and two very small portions of chips in a “deal”. Luckily the wraps were a good size as the chip portions were disappointing. The quality was good though and if I do order again I’ll have to order a side portion of chips to supplement those in the deal. Size apart, a good 4.5 / 5

Just had a party bucket for a birthday celebration should have 14 pieces of chicken which it did but every piece was a drummer not 1 breast or thigh paid £33 for a box of bones

Ordered 3 boneless meals, got chicken with bone in. You get less chicken and generally tougher meat. We didn't eat the meat (only sauce and chips) intending to get some refund for the incorrect order. You cannot send the order back with the driver or contact kfc. We contacted just eat where the first complaint was ignored the second one (3 weeks later) was replied to. I was asked to provide a photo (taken at time of delivery) then told that it doesn't fully support my claim. Ridiculous.

Late delivery but it was Saturday. Also ordered a large gravy which was missing from the order. Refund not given. Too many times this has happened so will probably go elsewhere next time

Cold can was in same bag as hot food. when delivered food was cold and can was warm. surly logic is to keep them separate. spoiled food being cold and stale

Said the courier was near, he was not. He went knocking on other doors on different roads by looking at the map. No phone call to see how to get to us. By the time the food got to us it was cold and items were missing.

Value for money was very poor and incorrect orders arrived nothing like the pictures on the site, very disappointed

missing loads out of the order we got, all the chips and bits of chicken from each meal. bag not sealed closed either so not sure if it's not been put in the order or if its gone missing on delivery!!

Please do not put a cold can of pop on top of my hot food in the same bag
