I felt uncomfortable going to eat when there was a homeless man sat outside the front door entrance

Zinger Minger. 18/04/25 Walked in to buy a boneless family bucket and discovered that KFC have cut back on everything. 10 fillets instead of 12. No popcorn chicken and 50 pence per dip (used to be 4 as part of the meal). I could go on and on about the dirty tables and hostile service. I cancelled my order and got a refund. Will NEVER be back.

The wait is pretty extensive lasting around 15 minutes. Food is always piping hot and tasty.. Pre order if you want to avoid waiting times

Just picked up some food from this KFC. Eight legs in a ten piece bucket and looks like it has been through the fryer more than once, one leg had almost no meat on it at all. Tried ringing to complain but no answer, this is the last time using this franchise.

Walked in. I ordered my food, It arrived in 4-5 mins. Service was great and its KFC it is incredible! The Chicken itself was fresh out the fryer and piping hot! This is probably the best KFC experience I've had to date.

Very rarely get your order right first time. Its annoying when you use the drive thru, get your food, drive off only to realise later that you have not been given any napkins, wet wipes for after you have eaten your chicken, no salt for the fries and no straw fir your drink. The staff are messy, your food is just thrown into the bag, fries emptied into the bottom of the bag. Just go to McDonals across the road.

Dirty on the inside dirty on the outside, the bins on the car park are over flowing, even the people serving look dirty... Service is extremely slow.. UP DATE 16/2/25, even worse check pictures absolutely disgraceful for the locals rats rats rats...... Just think what the kitchen is like.... STAY AWAY!!!!

Can't comment on the food, drive thru closed at 20:25 on a Friday. Taking orders inside, not much use as i'm disabled.

Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes before anyone took my order when I got home I was a piece of chicken short only ordered 5 pieces

Started to order chicken for delivery at 10.05pm.After jumping through hoops registering on the site,I then could place an order.10minutes later after having to visit various apps and bank account apps I was allowed to pay for it. Then it told me the order would be delivered at 10.50pm. Its now showing 11.25pm when the place closed at 11pm. When contacting Uber Eats I was told to phone back at 11.30pm. I thought Id phone the "restaurant " but the number on google is wrong. So Im guessing I'll phone Uber Eats and get shafted but as Ive been waiting that long everywhere else will now be shut. What the hell has gone worng with this company. !!!!

Ordered kfc got delivered about 20 mind found plastic inside the chicken .

Next time I come and ask for a box meal with a piece of chicken and not wings, I expect a piece of chicken and not wings I asked for it 5 times now and you get it wrong every time how hard is it

Cold, tough Chicken Fillet burger and no gravy side. Obviously realised this when I got home after using the drive through and too late to do anything.

Shocking experience. Dirty toilets with no loo roll and wet slippery floors. Staff informed and did nothing about it, despite us being the only customers in. Young teenage staff running the place who spent the whole time we were there bragging about how much they had been drinking over Christmas, swearing, drinking drinks and then touching food. I had a young child with me and it’s wholly inappropriate. The food was awful, the pineapple given to my child had two different use by dates stamped on it and was slimy. Definitely won’t visit again.

Never been into the branch but the quality of food on Uber eats is brill. Sooo tasty

Ordered 2 x boneless banquet found red plastic in one so took both back asked for refund said can only swap no refund given. Where was the health and safety . She could have choked. Never using this store again.

The food is good but they don't put a fork in unless you ask, even if you order something that needs one (ie a ricebox or sweet chilli bites), I've been a few times and it has happened each time. They don't seem to put napkins, wipes and salt in drivethru orders either.

The service was fast & the food was warm and tasty. Great deals to be had and great menu choices ,and prices. The establishment was clean and tidy with a relaxing atmosphere. Staff friendly and helpful.

One of the better KFCs in the Blackpool area but would recommend checking your order when picking up drive through or takeaway as the restaurant often misses items.

I didn't go to KFC I went next door to Costa coffee which was great

Food was all hot, got everything we ordered, we ate in, it was clean and tidy.

Food/sauce was all over box a mess about 10 chips floors like ice rink need cleaning male/female toilets need cleaning not good ....

When you spend £48.97 and ask if everything there and told its all there. You drive home only to find out they haven't put your 8 spicy wings in the box 😒 and that's the only thing that you wanted out of the box. Excellent good kfc food was good it was hot not luke warm like other kfc we have been too so we will try it again

Had a zinger rice box here and it came without rice. Few large pieces of sad looking iceburg lettuce, sauce and pieces of chicken

Joke of a shop. Asked for to swap out wings in gravy mega box to be told that would be fine, collected food and lo and behold, two hot wings. Went back into the shop to say hi you said I could swap out the wings and they actually tried to say it was one piece of breast even tho it was in two pieces to then realise when I physically pointed at the two wings that they were wings. Then proceeded to tell me even though they said they could swap them out that they actually couldn’t swap them out and now there is nothing they can do. Train your staff better and don’t try tell your customers they don’t know the difference between a single breast piece and two wings.

Staff was really rude. and they give false statement about my pick up order as "we can't prepare that's it". So I waited there for Because somebody else was also there for pick up and order. And the guy there said the same thing to him that "we can't prepare the order".

Whoever was working on the drive through at around 5pm on tuesday was the rudest most intolerable person i have ever heard. Never have i heard anything like it, her tone, attitude was disgusting. We had an awful day as it was and then to be met with that. Previously have never had issues in all the years there but i won’t be back. She made it out as if everything was an issue and then had the cheek to smirk out the drive through window as we drove off. I have witnessed rude staff elsewhere in the past and never felt the need to write a review but she was despicable. Don’t work in retail if you can’t provide customer service. I hope you’re able to replay audio because it was disgraceful

The washroom facilities where not up to standard ... needed cleaning And altogether it all needed cleaning your feet stuck to the floor when you walked around.

Very poor, food all over the tables and floor . Food poor , large meal with 15 chips !!! zinger tower meal ,hash brown just mush and tasteless. Food barely warm .... would definitely not recommend.

Food as good as as gets.staff friendly .only critism is that while the bins are emptied regularly. The floor should be swept too.as there was a lot of food all over the place.

One of the worst KFC. They are constantly get orders wrong. The staff just don't seem to care and throw food in the box so it ends up going everywhere. No seasoning on the fries and the chicken was cold. Honestly would not bother wasting your money here. I've been here a few times as its conveniently located near me and was hoping there would be some improvement but the service and food is poor and is not worth your money.

After multiple visits they are constantly out of stock of menu items and when they do have stock keep incorrectly packing my orders consistently. The only reason to visit is proximity. Very very poor

The food was tasty and hot . And service was fairly quick.

Absolutely horrible! The chicken was over cooked and the bread was stale. The chips were full of black bits and the staff were unfriendly and inconvenienced. We will never eat there again...would have asked for a refund but just took the lesson of never going back.

So we ordered tonight which cost a total of £35 and the portion was almost like I was in prison it was that appalling, I’m gobsmacked in how expensive this has become over the past 12 months! There’s no way this will still be open in the next 24 months, the service and prices are shocking considering the quality.

Met up with my daughter and two grandsons for lunch. The food was lovely and we really enjoyed it. Will be back again soon. Thank you.

The staff are rude and the staff are toxic to other staff, the food is cold and they get orders wrong. They don’t allow others to help out they think they can do it themselves

Absolutely appalling, kept waiting, or I should say trapped, in the drive in queue, as the serving staff wait 10 minutes between taking orders. Then we discover that there is a 13 minute wait for chicken. The guy in the car behind was shouting at me to hurry up. Fast food? No. Visit again? Never. Recommend? Not to my worst enemy.

Visited 5pm today (19th Aug 2024) Staff were very rude demanding we use the order kiosks at the front door. We did not wish to use these for a number of reasons and we use Cash, NOT CARDS. Staff were not happy about taking the order and appeared to be lazy, even after this disagreement they got the order wrong. Explained this to the manager before we left but the Manager did not appear to be interested. I did explain that the more they promote these order kiosks they are gonna end up with no jobs too, but as I say, not interested. The tables were all filthy too. No resolution was reached hence the neutral review

Had to get a member of staff to clean the table considering it was later on, and there was hardly anyone in not good!

Came in on a busy Sunday night just after 9, waited for 45mins because they skipped our order.

This is the worst KFC take-away EVER.the floors are filled with rubbish and on the tables was just empty bottles and the men's toilets was out of use this is just HORRENDOUS.

Tables are rarely clean when you eat in, food on the floor. The staff just look at you like your from another planet when you ask for them to be cleaned. Ran by kids whos bedrooms are probably the same.

Got to be one of the worst KFC i have ever sat down to eat in. I realised it was the end of the day but this place was disgustingly filthy not a clean table to be found yet it was empty i was one of 3 when i sat down. Toilet urinal was out of action and the cubical was worse than the restaurant on level with a festival toilet. Chips that KFC spent hundreds of thousands launching where cold and soft. The Pepsi max was water as was its replacment . One possitive chicken 3 piece was just out of the fryer and good. Soooo bad for a multinational chain.

Genuinely a very pleasant experience. Might be the best kfc I’ve had for a while actually, it was hot and came quick. only criticism I’d say is the tables need cleaning more regularly but if you ask they’ll kindly sort things out👍

It wasn't busy yet full of dirty tables plus the smell of bad drains and lack of cleaning in the bathroom. Won't be going back anytime soon

UPDATE: We went again and this time the drinks machine was broken. Holly was kind enough to explain the issue without an apology 'It costs £5000 to repair it'. Although this may be true I fail to see how that is the customers concern. A kettle costs a tenner. Can you not invest in this much cheaper alternative so we can have a cup of tea. I hope our suggestion is not too much trouble for you. Thanks. PREVIOUS REVIEW We went again a month later and still no hot drinks!!!! Excuse: There was no milk. Asda is just around the corner!

I have to be honest the service was terrible and the cleanliness at the restaurant was disgraceful, 70% of the tables had food on them and underneath them considering they had free staff behind the counter but seem to be on their phones and laughing and joking I’m sure they should’ve gone round and tidied up and then continued the TikTok videos that they seem to be doing , food was ok but a general lack of pride for the state of the place ! I can’t blame the staff the management have to take responsibility as they should see what’s going on and set an example !

Ordered via app Fillet meal with one piece of chicken. My one piece was a dried up lukewarm crispy strip thing not a boned “piece of chicken” Lukewarm gravy and cold fries. Fillet burger was a zinger and cold. Inedible

It was good but there was hardley any meat on the bone otherwise it was good .

Drive through waiting a long time the product was not up to speck.staff not interested . No receipt they had run out of receipt roll so no proof of purchase. I will not be back.

Dirty tables, food on floor order was incorrect, no napkins or straws. Very poor 2nd visit I used the drive through ordered 2 buckets for 1 £9.99 each. My wife's meal was perfect however my chicken legs were cooked in a different coating and did not have the usual KFC spices. Disappointed again. Won't be back

All I can say is that they never seem to have anything in, and recently they brought krushems back to the store, however I’ve been told 4 times now that the machine isn’t working or that it isn’t on, or that they don’t do krushems past 9 o’clock now apparently, which is strange as it’s a desert drink ? Always forgetting items in your order and getting other people’s order when going through the drive through.

Always exceptional with the chicken & fries here. Super fresh & succulent every time. There’s a few staffs made us always going back to this branch, Malaika, Martin & Louise. In fact we’ve passed a few KFC branches before we reach this one simply better food & services. See you guys soon.

Staff didnt make kids food in the kids bucket and just dumped it into the bag. Staff seem pretty disinterested in working there.

Unfortunately our visit did not go as expected. We ordered a simple menu for four people with drinks. I went to collect the food & beverages that had been paid for and found the order short . The items that were missing were an Oreo milkshake & a coffee, normally no big deal if the staff understood. But at first, they didn't want to make amends, which made us feel guilty. After some words were exchanged, we eventually got our full order without having to pay extra. Also the atmosphere was depressing. I know it's a fast food joint but there was no smiles or politeness, everything seemed hard work. Won't be going again. (Rant over)

Only use the drive thrue veary quick turn round and plesent staff

Absolutely abysmal just lately. This is my closest KFC and they are consistently getting it wrong, I don't know what's happening at the moment but they have gone massively downhill IMO. 1.They are missing food items so often it's actually embarrassing, this is the main thing that needs sorting out, something is going terribly wrong in this area. 2. The staff are actually disgusting towards people, they are always in some kind of mood, I get that it's minimum wage but would it actually hurt to have some decent manners, the manger needs to give moral boosters or something because it's just a shambles. 3. This place cleary needs new management because it's really not a smooth sailing ship at the moment, it needs new ideas on productivity and the poor workers need some positivity. Missing items, Cold food and staff with low moral (bless them 😩)

Food is always good. As you'd expect from any KFC. Annoyed us today because I placed a delivery order at 4pm on the app. Estimated delivery of 20mins. This time kept getting knocked back further until after 5pm when they cancelled my order completely without any notification. Uber said it was cancelled at the restaurant and when I tried to call the restaurant, they weren't answering the phone.

Wow just avoid... Best advice just been threw the drive threw an hour ago I'd starve .. were do I start .. the barm was toasted never had that before it was rock hard and stale the chicken was thin over cooked hard and burnt the chips was just crumbs mostly soft and soggy the gravy was tasteless and so watery the pop well that's he last straw its like water with sugar in .... worst place ever I won't be going there and for yhe price just wow its disgusting how they can charge those prices .... 😕
