Food was all hot, got everything we ordered, we ate in, it was clean and tidy.

Food/sauce was all over box a mess about 10 chips floors like ice rink need cleaning male/female toilets need cleaning not good ....

When you spend £48.97 and ask if everything there and told its all there. You drive home only to find out they haven't put your 8 spicy wings in the box 😒 and that's the only thing that you wanted out of the box. And that's not even the first time it's happened. that's why I always ask if everything there this time. Very disappointed 😞 again. Cherry tree road blackpool. what's going on ???

Excellent good kfc food was good it was hot not luke warm like other kfc we have been too so we will try it again

Had a zinger rice box here and it came without rice. Few large pieces of sad looking iceburg lettuce, sauce and pieces of chicken

Joke of a shop. Asked for to swap out wings in gravy mega box to be told that would be fine, collected food and lo and behold, two hot wings. Went back into the shop to say hi you said I could swap out the wings and they actually tried to say it was one piece of breast even tho it was in two pieces to then realise when I physically pointed at the two wings that they were wings. Then proceeded to tell me even though they said they could swap them out that they actually couldn’t swap them out and now there is nothing they can do. Train your staff better and don’t try tell your customers they don’t know the difference between a single breast piece and two wings.

Staff was really rude. and they give false statement about my pick up order as "we can't prepare that's it". So I waited there for Because somebody else was also there for pick up and order. And the guy there said the same thing to him that "we can't prepare the order".

Ordered a zinger burger and it came with just a bun, burger and mayo. No salad Poor since they must be making a lot every day

Whoever was working on the drive through at around 5pm on tuesday was the rudest most intolerable person i have ever heard. Never have i heard anything like it, her tone, attitude was disgusting. We had an awful day as it was and then to be met with that. Previously have never had issues in all the years there but i won’t be back. She made it out as if everything was an issue and then had the cheek to smirk out the drive through window as we drove off. I have witnessed rude staff elsewhere in the past and never felt the need to write a review but she was despicable. Don’t work in retail if you can’t provide customer service. I hope you’re able to replay audio because it was disgraceful

The washroom facilities where not up to standard ... needed cleaning And altogether it all needed cleaning your feet stuck to the floor when you walked around.

Very poor, food all over the tables and floor . Food poor , large meal with 15 chips !!! zinger tower meal ,hash brown just mush and tasteless. Food barely warm .... would definitely not recommend.

Food as good as as gets.staff friendly .only critism is that while the bins are emptied regularly. The floor should be swept too.as there was a lot of food all over the place.

One of the worst KFC. They are constantly get orders wrong. The staff just don't seem to care and throw food in the box so it ends up going everywhere. No seasoning on the fries and the chicken was cold. Honestly would not bother wasting your money here. I've been here a few times as its conveniently located near me and was hoping there would be some improvement but the service and food is poor and is not worth your money.

After multiple visits they are constantly out of stock of menu items and when they do have stock keep incorrectly packing my orders consistently. The only reason to visit is proximity. Very very poor

Dried food , no customer service , and no clean tables to sit at.

The food was tasty and hot . And service was fairly quick.

Absolutely horrible! The chicken was over cooked and the bread was stale. The chips were full of black bits and the staff were unfriendly and inconvenienced. We will never eat there again...would have asked for a refund but just took the lesson of never going back.

So we ordered tonight which cost a total of £35 and the portion was almost like I was in prison it was that appalling, I’m gobsmacked in how expensive this has become over the past 12 months! There’s no way this will still be open in the next 24 months, the service and prices are shocking considering the quality.

Met up with my daughter and two grandsons for lunch. The food was lovely and we really enjoyed it. Will be back again soon. Thank you.

The staff are rude and the staff are toxic to other staff, the food is cold and they get orders wrong. They don’t allow others to help out they think they can do it themselves

Absolutely appalling, kept waiting, or I should say trapped, in the drive in queue, as the serving staff wait 10 minutes between taking orders. Then we discover that there is a 13 minute wait for chicken. The guy in the car behind was shouting at me to hurry up. Fast food? No. Visit again? Never. Recommend? Not to my worst enemy.

Visited 5pm today (19th Aug 2024) Staff were very rude demanding we use the order kiosks at the front door. We did not wish to use these for a number of reasons and we use Cash, NOT CARDS. Staff were not happy about taking the order and appeared to be lazy, even after this disagreement they got the order wrong. Explained this to the manager before we left but the Manager did not appear to be interested. I did explain that the more they promote these order kiosks they are gonna end up with no jobs too, but as I say, not interested. The tables were all filthy too. No resolution was reached hence the neutral review

Had to get a member of staff to clean the table considering it was later on, and there was hardly anyone in not good!

Came in on a busy Sunday night just after 9, waited for 45mins because they skipped our order.

This is the worst KFC take-away EVER.the floors are filled with rubbish and on the tables was just empty bottles and the men's toilets was out of use this is just HORRENDOUS.

Tables are rarely clean when you eat in, food on the floor. The staff just look at you like your from another planet when you ask for them to be cleaned. Ran by kids whos bedrooms are probably the same.

Got to be one of the worst KFC i have ever sat down to eat in. I realised it was the end of the day but this place was disgustingly filthy not a clean table to be found yet it was empty i was one of 3 when i sat down. Toilet urinal was out of action and the cubical was worse than the restaurant on level with a festival toilet. Chips that KFC spent hundreds of thousands launching where cold and soft. The Pepsi max was water as was its replacment . One possitive chicken 3 piece was just out of the fryer and good. Soooo bad for a multinational chain.

Genuinely a very pleasant experience. Might be the best kfc I’ve had for a while actually, it was hot and came quick. only criticism I’d say is the tables need cleaning more regularly but if you ask they’ll kindly sort things out👍

It wasn't busy yet full of dirty tables plus the smell of bad drains and lack of cleaning in the bathroom. Won't be going back anytime soon

UPDATE: We went again and this time the drinks machine was broken. Holly was kind enough to explain the issue without an apology 'It costs £5000 to repair it'. Although this may be true I fail to see how that is the customers concern. A kettle costs a tenner. Can you not invest in this much cheaper alternative so we can have a cup of tea. I hope our suggestion is not too much trouble for you. Thanks. PREVIOUS REVIEW We went again a month later and still no hot drinks!!!! Excuse: There was no milk. Asda is just around the corner!

Brilliant place better than most kfcs

I have to be honest the service was terrible and the cleanliness at the restaurant was disgraceful, 70% of the tables had food on them and underneath them considering they had free staff behind the counter but seem to be on their phones and laughing and joking I’m sure they should’ve gone round and tidied up and then continued the TikTok videos that they seem to be doing , food was ok but a general lack of pride for the state of the place ! I can’t blame the staff the management have to take responsibility as they should see what’s going on and set an example !

Service was so slow through the drive thru and then they even got our order wrong! Someone came out to the car and we told them about it and they said they'd sort it for us but they never bothered to come back.... shocking service, won't be going back there in a hurry 😒

Ordered via app Fillet meal with one piece of chicken. My one piece was a dried up lukewarm crispy strip thing not a boned “piece of chicken” Lukewarm gravy and cold fries. Fillet burger was a zinger and cold. Inedible

It was good but there was hardley any meat on the bone otherwise it was good .

Drive through waiting a long time the product was not up to speck.staff not interested . No receipt they had run out of receipt roll so no proof of purchase. I will not be back.

Dirty tables, food on floor order was incorrect, no napkins or straws. Very poor 2nd visit I used the drive through ordered 2 buckets for 1 £9.99 each. My wife's meal was perfect however my chicken legs were cooked in a different coating and did not have the usual KFC spices. Disappointed again. Won't be back

All I can say is that they never seem to have anything in, and recently they brought krushems back to the store, however I’ve been told 4 times now that the machine isn’t working or that it isn’t on, or that they don’t do krushems past 9 o’clock now apparently, which is strange as it’s a desert drink ? Always forgetting items in your order and getting other people’s order when going through the drive through.

Staff didnt make kids food in the kids bucket and just dumped it into the bag. Staff seem pretty disinterested in working there.

Always exceptional with the chicken & fries here. Super fresh & succulent every time. There’s a few staffs made us always going back to this branch, Malaika, Martin & Louise. In fact we’ve passed a few KFC branches before we reach this one simply better food & services. See you guys soon.

Unfortunately our visit did not go as expected. We ordered a simple menu for four people with drinks. I went to collect the food & beverages that had been paid for and found the order short . The items that were missing were an Oreo milkshake & a coffee, normally no big deal if the staff understood. But at first, they didn't want to make amends, which made us feel guilty. After some words were exchanged, we eventually got our full order without having to pay extra. Also the atmosphere was depressing. I know it's a fast food joint but there was no smiles or politeness, everything seemed hard work. Won't be going again. (Rant over)

Only use the drive thrue veary quick turn round and plesent staff

Absolutely abysmal just lately. This is my closest KFC and they are consistently getting it wrong, I don't know what's happening at the moment but they have gone massively downhill IMO. 1.They are missing food items so often it's actually embarrassing, this is the main thing that needs sorting out, something is going terribly wrong in this area. 2. The staff are actually disgusting towards people, they are always in some kind of mood, I get that it's minimum wage but would it actually hurt to have some decent manners, the manger needs to give moral boosters or something because it's just a shambles. 3. This place cleary needs new management because it's really not a smooth sailing ship at the moment, it needs new ideas on productivity and the poor workers need some positivity. Missing items, Cold food and staff with low moral (bless them 😩)

Food is always good. As you'd expect from any KFC. Annoyed us today because I placed a delivery order at 4pm on the app. Estimated delivery of 20mins. This time kept getting knocked back further until after 5pm when they cancelled my order completely without any notification. Uber said it was cancelled at the restaurant and when I tried to call the restaurant, they weren't answering the phone.

Didn't go here I went next door.

The accompanying drink to my meal was more viscous than the gravy!!. Box meal £11.50. how is it that KFC is getting more expensive but worse!!!

Lovely chicken goujons and chips

Chicken strips good but fillet burger was awful stale bread,brown lettuce,dry chicken obviously been made for quite a while. Disappointing I won't be rushing back!!!

The lads ( Martin on the receipt)were very pleasant and helpful but the food was unbelievably salty, not had a KFC that bad in a long time

Wow just avoid... Best advice just been threw the drive threw an hour ago I'd starve .. were do I start .. the barm was toasted never had that before it was rock hard and stale the chicken was thin over cooked hard and burnt the chips was just crumbs mostly soft and soggy the gravy was tasteless and so watery the pop well that's he last straw its like water with sugar in .... worst place ever I won't be going there and for yhe price just wow its disgusting how they can charge those prices .... 😕

Walked in there to order food at 9.30 and was just ignored by 3 staff members who just continued to clean down. Asked if they were still serving stated yes but continued to turn there backs and clean. Walked out in the end and went over the road and recieved better service!!!

Went to kfc cherrytree Rd about 6pm me and my sister ordered a gravy mega box each straight away I asked if we could have no legs the lady at the counter shouted Leon 3 r 4 times he ignored her then put our food there she told him he just said to late very abruptly and the gravy was so weak it was like water so I asked if I could have gravy instead of water she apologised and said it is like that all the time but nobody is doing anything about it its like they don't care about the customer I use to see that kfc busy now I no why it has lost a lot of customers

I have just paid £28 for the worst food I have had in years. Bargain bucket was a joke. Chips where like mash and not even in their little bags popcorn chicken balls where revolting and tasted just like batter and a piece of boneless chicken had a small bone in it. Never again will I use this KFC again.

Food is always amazing. But every time we have gotten drive through food they get it all wrong such as missing food items or 3 pieces of chicken rather than 4. Best going in to get food, checking it to be right and then asking where something is. Seems to only be this KFC location Cherry Tree Road.

The one best outlet I could fine across Blackpool. They have the quality compared to other(s) in the locality. Food was nice. Friendly staff and their coordination was another exception. I recommend them to the people staying in Blackpool even though they are other options.

Ordered a 4 piece meal and got 3 drumsticks (the cheapest, meatless cut) and a tiny thigh. Absolutely horrendous value for money. Never again.

Kfc never disappoints. Couldn’t comment much on the atmosphere as do not eat in and the KFC menu needs no advertisement. If I could criticise anything it would now be their pricing structure which has increased a lot recently and like a lot of large companies it feels in your pocket a little more than cost of living increases.

About 4 cars in front when we arrived at the drive thru but had to wait about half an hour to get to the part to take order ( a lot in the kitchen so not short staffed) to then be told no we don't have that (fine, I'll choose something else). The person who took our order/ gave us the order was so miserable, no manners, didn't say how much order was when I paid like most normally would. Some of the stuff was then missing from our order ( didn't go back in else by the time that would be sorted the rest would be cold.) After all that food wasn't that great either......don't understand the concept of how to build a burger. Don't recommend and won't be returning to this one again.

Collected meal which was 25£ all I got was burger and coleslaw, Phoned to advise that was an error, they said there are options 1) return to store (No, why should i when you have made an error) 2) they would issue a code with is valid for a month (how long is code valid, one month. You loose the money if you don’t use within one month. 3) no refund unless I go to store (please see option one) According to your staff I isn’t possible to refund without card holder present. Are you sure you are correct saying this or is there other reasons, for example trust issues

If you say I don't want ketchup or a leg ect then garnted you will get it. I don't see any issues with why they do it

Bad Management and were not willing to refund our £48.50 order after uber dropped off one box meal and one drink. They tried to blame Uber. It was not Uber's fault. My name was on the order bag. We wanted them to deliver the correct order. We didn't want a refund. Male claiming to be manager cut me off and refused to answer the phone when I rang back instantly. Very very poorly run..

Massive queue in drive through all caused like all the other fast food restaurants these days just eat uber eats an all the rest , not sure on anyone elses opinions but surely they should serve the 'real' customers physically there waiting before serving these!! Its becoming a joke ....

The food wasn't very hot infact it only just warm the chicken fillets were very small & the chips were just about OK. We moved tables 3 times before we found a clean one. Don't think I will be paying this place a visit again. The toilet were a disgrace & the bins that you put your rubbish in were stinking.

Ordered at 7.45 it said delivery between 8.00 and 8.20 it is still not been delivered and it’s 9.20 It says it’s being prepared and driver is waiting. Can’t get through to them and no update on delivery. Fair to say won’t be using again. Just give me my money back

Food was hot and fresh for a change, still messed the order up, manager an idiot as he kept shouting at the staff, he needs to learn how to talk to staff if he wants to get the best out of them, dis not appreciate hearing it all from the seating area.

Absolutely disgusting service and food. I ordered 12 hot wings , fries, and tomato tips, but I got 11 hot wings and fries only. 1st you should teach staff to cound numbers. Especially 1 lady who is working there she doesn't know how to behave with customs.

Chicken hot cooked well, chips warm undercooked. No beans prime time at 6pm Saturday, shocking. Offered gravy or portion of chips as a gesture, would NOT give piece of chicken as alternative.
