Burger King in Blackpool

To begin with the counter was closed so I couldn’t pay cash , 1 pay machine was broken so the line was a massive wait. The wait for the food was short and it’s not hard to see why now in hindsight. The chicken burger I ordered ended up tasting not only purely out of date and disgusting but was undercooked and mushy. You could blame the counters being closed due to rush and lack of staff, the machines breaking out of bad luck. But It’s purely INEXCUSABLE to serve uncooked and outdated food no matter the restaurant or price. This as my first Burger King experience while travelling will definitely be my last. Can’t afford 2 days locked in a hotel room sick and miserable. Definitely would not recommend. 1 star, Because I couldn’t give you zero.

My hubbie visited 24/4 . He is not tech minded and went to the counter to order a burger . Because he would not use the self serve screen and just wanted to order at the counter , they would not serve him , told him to use the screen. Where has customer interaction gone ? He was going to pay contactless …. Appalling customer service .

Tasty food, but service can be slow.

Absolutely 💯 worst burger king experience i had i was not helped at the kios in store the male member of staff apologised with no prompting known i was patient and Absolutely understanding of the kaos in restaurant . One new young employee i felt absolutely sorry towards been had the fun taken by 3 of his mates who walked in making fun also then they were goding me been fools and acting inappropriate towards myself talking making noises behind me while I wated around 10 to 15 minutes for the food which took me a good several minutes getting my order together as I had not had help . A girl stepped forwards to myself as I was frustrated having my daughters burger I had forgotten to add cheese and on requests for some cheese my daughters burger was like a football been passed around only that got myself high rate a little hotter than I liked and was not feeling comfortable just looking in disbelief of how service was and my daughters burger was getting colder . Approach by allana . I was told basically I had to pay for cheese. No problem only my daughters food was getting cold and had passed amongst 3 or more people's hands. Wasn't appreciated I had 3 businesses in my life i would not allow that person called allana to progress anywhere with out some training in customer service and care I am going to request a full refund with good reasons . Going forwards i hope for a better ending not spending partly mine and my family holiday time warning other families in our shoes. Whats more I fundamentally will be trying my best for a full refund even if i need to waste time in filling forms out with my bank . 1. 3 million + people read my reviews from last March alone please feel free to check these out all verified and what's more even more reviews coming. And some great places here in Blackpool north Yorkshire in the burger king behind Blackpool tower in shopping mall only would check that person was trained to deal with you before wanting service in there food also left around tables and on floors. People nice the man was rushed nothing to do with him he was really nice passing food only girl needs training no mallace needs more staff and I need an apology from the girl who thought it OK to pass my daughters food around restaurant with absolutely no manners as for the real reason she found her self thinking I was Joe bloggs . Only I write alot of things not reviews all the time but my own thoughts and this was one I'd rather forget. Mr damion king . Leeds .

They got the order wrong. The young boy behind the counter needs to remember he is customer facing. His attitude was awful and unhelpful." Its not on us" is nit the way to resolve issues with the food. The manager sl8ghtlt more proffesional,offered to re do one burger. When it came back it was cold. The tables were dusgusting and not clean. I had to wipe them myself. I love burger king but wont be going back to this one ever. If there was an option for lrss than 1 star it would get it

If you want a messed up order, a 40 minute wait and cold food this is the place for you. Why is it so bad? Serious question.

We asked about the half term deal that kids eat free we didn’t get a response we was told to just go to kiosk she was rude and abrupt in interaction I am a manager of a company and would not speak to my customers like that without helping them I think she needs to retrain on her customer service as it was horrendously poor and pointing with her finger food was good nice and hot .

Fast service. Hot fresh food. Friendly staff. Clean seating area

1om. All food lukewarm. No table cleaning g despite being quiet. No head covering on tje kitchen. Lack of handwashing among staff. Slow service.

Dirty.Tables full of used wrapper.Tables tops not cleaned,sat at several tables until I found one happy to put my food on.Dirty broom left in middle of the floor,I guess they hoped the diners would use it. Table legs filthy as was the floor and walls so surprised,not usual standard for a Burger King

Love me a good Burger King, the one in the Houndshill is perfectly placed to serve the visitors. It is however the only real choice inside the shopping centre. The food is good, as always but the service can be pretty hit or miss, the atmosphere is loud and rambunctious, not overly memorable and the seating area can be a little grimy at times. But it's a godsend in town and you're hungry. Toilets next door also a win.

I liked it. the chips are good. But the floors look wet. I don't know why and it can get busy. Other than that it's good.

Take out only. All chairs up on tables and place messy. Didn’t have the ingredients for the limited edition double whopper. Ordered a normal double whopper, and the same again as a meal. Charged the same price as the limited edition (£20.71). Got back to eat neither of the burgers were double whoppers. Very disappointed.

The tables are dirty and sticky. The service is below criticism. The counter is not loaded. They easily handle a "sorry about this". Joke! I worked at Subway, in a good place, with the right staff. Don't come in here! It's worth walking 5 minutes to the other!

Visited Burger on Saturday. 3 staff were just standing there talking and ignoring me, I was trying to get their attention but none even made eye contact. Waited 10minutes and then I eventually left. Won't be retuning here ever.

The food was good don't get me wrong but the staff and the place is just unbelievable, the place is absolutely disgusting nobody could find a place to sit because nobody cleaned anywhere the bins were full, tables were disgusting and floor was horrible didnt know where to standed, the wait was ridicules just for 2 bugers staff didn't even smile or apologise or send anyone to clean the mess.

No staff people just standing waiting. People who had been served pushing back in as things were missing. I walked out in the end and went to Macdonald's

first of all they gave us the wrong food, asked for 3 burgers but got 3 chicken, then when the right food was done the meat in the burgers was burnt, tasteless and very very thin, the cheese was disgusting, looked like horrible tube squeezed stuff rather than actual slices. the only reason i have given even 2 stars is for the chips, they were the best fast food chips i've ever had, shame the rest of the meal didn't match them. overall an awful experience.

First time l visited this eatery and compared to other Burger King's l have eaten at my experience was awful.Food was not good burger bun stale- staff were just stood around talking to each other-place looked like it had not been cleaned in ages.Other reviews left have been the same as mine- will not be going back there.

The food was top notch and was piping hot. The service was quick and all food i received was right for my order placed. The atmosphere was good but wouldn’t mind a few more smiles :) Overall a great experience.

Tasty expensive and quite slow. Sometimes tables a right mess. Lifts to get up for wheelchairs. Good space to manevour to toilets an all. Worth a bash if quiet enough.

So ordered the kings kick of deal on just eat Got it delivered and no burgers to be seen even though I rang up and asked for salad on on one of the burgers and when tried ringing to store no answer disgusting avoid !!! Paid 40 odd pound for half my meal

This used to be a great food hall and now, word fail me. BK ok, but cheap rolls spoil the meal, as is the case country wide. Going to BK abroad, the quality is far superior

As a local of Blackpool, I was disgusted and ashamed of how dirty this place was. Had taken the family. Service was terrible. Waited absolutely ages. Would not want to eat at any of the tables as all filthy and full of rubbish. Get your act together and clean up as this is the food court for the main shopping centre and car park in Blackpool. No wonder visitors don’t want to come back!

Visited this restaurant yesterday and the staff were very friendly and positive.

Went into today. Staff were very friendly and greeted us with a big smile. We were served by a manager, Alana who was ver attentive. Our order was put together in a speedy manner. There were three of us. We had a Whopper Meal each and the grandson had a kids meal with nuggets. All the food was fresh and hot. We would recommend this restaurant to all especially that the staff were exceptionally good.

Staff was rude and said to order quickly because they would close soon - it was 17:40. The attendant at the cashier wasn’t helpful and didn’t care about what we asked for. The place was horrible, all tables dirty, the floor was slippery with so much grease. The drink machine wasn’t working even if I bought the refillable drinks, everything was unavailable. No one helped or checked it. I will not be back for sure and do not recommend this place.

Do not order from here on Uber Eats. Placed an order for delivery at 4.20pm and it was still being prepared at 6.20pm. A total of 4 Uber Drivers went there and waited to collect it. Then, half an hour later they closed and cancelled the order. Absolutely disgusting service. Is there even a manager there? This place makes McDonald’s look 5 stars.

One person serving on the till at lunchtime, 20 minute wait for a very basic order of a whopper meal and two kids meals. Asked for the kid's burger to be plain, when it arrived it wasn't plain. The burgers were very pale, not sure they saw the flame grill.

Never again. Just needed food in a hurry. Airport style prices. Food cooked to order but still barely warm. Place filthy with trays, cups etc everywhere. 2 homeless makes asleep just added to the ambience. Avoid

The guy that served me was great but the food was just horrible. I got chicken nuggets and I only managed half of them as they made me feel sick. There was a mix of fresh, oily, hot ones and luke warm soft old ones. I feel so ill now.

Thought I would give it another chance as last time I came it was full of dirty tables and got given wrong food. So popped in on my break from work and my food was luke warm , tastless burger and the chicken fries were over cooked, one drink machine was working so had to wait for the one that was an then my Fanta just tasted like soda the syrup had gone. always seems untidy I think they need regular floor staff to keep the dining area clean.

Tried my first ever chips and burger at burger king. Chips were good. The burger was supposed to be a double 2 burgers never seen burgers that thin also the bacon was thin and disgusting never again . Not worth the money. How ever staff were pleasant .

Came here yesterday, what a disgusting mess.i was shocked. Drinks area was a mess.tables and floor was a mess, it had not long been open so very much doubt this place gets cleaned.

I've hardly eaten here so I can't say much. There was some rubbish left on the tables but the service was quick since there was pretty much no one there when I visited. That's all I can really say. Nothing too special since its kinda just slapped in the middle of a shopping centre. Good for a quick bite, perhaps.

The camp guy serving on the day of the air show is the only whopper in this place, absolute helmet. His service is shocking and he hates his job, sniggering with other staff members over speaking to an OAP like rubbish.

Ordered though just eat. Bag came sealed with my order clearly itemised. However when opened two of the meals had items missing. I appreciate that it is a busy restaurant, but if you can't get a basic order right, don't offer delivery.

The man who was taking orders must of been under a lot of pressure as he seemed to be dealing with everything himself, therefore his attitude wasn't the greatest, I understand it was stressful as it was busy and he was running around like a headless chicken, but he didn't seem very happy that I was using cash which meant he needed to get more change from the back. I only ordered two hot drinks and it took ages to complete my order. It was a disappointimg visit to this particular burger King.

Good take out, well worth the money

Food was fantastic as always. Just took 30 minutes to make. There werent that many people either, maybe a dozen or so waiting + queueing. But did still take 30 minutes.

Always a fantastic gorgeous food of your favourite burger cooked to order, all served with a smile with good service and impeccable good customer service skills, and cracking atmosphere always busy

I probably go here once a year to see if it's changed, but it never has, the bread is always stale and you always have wait 10 mintues from the staff to come out there hiding places. It feels more like a kids club then a business.

I will never forgive burger king for food poisoning me At best it tastes like a worse McDonald's when they aren't trying to kill you with their terrible food At least with McDonald's you know what you're going to get - a flavourless burger with the entire salad tray poured onto it with a "broken" ice cream machine every time

Been looking forward to this but left very disappointed. Dry patties and the bun felt stale as fell apart, not what I’d come to expect from Burger King but not been to this one in a while and will be a lot longer before I go again. Service wasn’t great as other orders were going out incomplete and with wrong food on them.

Came the other day to burger king in a great location with all the shops below very clean restaurant and easy for shopping also toilets nearby food was hot and tasty

I'm not a big follower of fast food but this was OK, staff were amazing and watching them working from table to table to keep things clean top marks. Plus the fact they think on their feet as someone was looking for a highchair and the got one right away much to the parents surprise. Bonus. Sorry its only a 4 star from me. 😢

Service was quite good and quite fast, unfortunately the server could have been a bit more polite. On the day I visited (17/3/23) the buns in all of our orders, (there was 4 of us), fell apart as we ate our food, they did seem like they were past their best and were maybe a bit stale. Apart from this the food was Ok. If the buns were fresher I would definitely have given a 4 star review and if the server was a bit more polite and helpful it would have been a 5 star review. Hopefully things will improve. It won’t take much to make this a 5 star review.
