KFC Birmingham - New Oscott in Birmingham

When i first placed this order, it was 4:50pm. The time was progressively getting longer, and when my food arrived the food was cold, the drinks were warm and the fillet tower burger was missing the hashbrown.

the delivery driver was friendly and professional with customer service.

The kfc was actually very nice for a change. Minus a missing item and barely warm chips.

The food arrived cold and wasn’t as enjoyable as it would be if it was hot.

Ordered KFC at 6.40pm for family of 4 for movie night … never arrived and my husband ended up driving to pick up food which ment we had paid for the original order and then another food order on top !!! Call from delivery guy at 11pm to say he was outside !!! Obviously sent him packing, oh and we had all just gone up to bed !! Really rubbish !

i ordered a bucket of 10 pieces but only 9 pieces were packed

I see where the app says delivered.But we are still waiting for delivery at 2123. please refund.

Fries were Chips were o lukewarm and chicken was Luke warm it was tasty. Quite disappointed really

Went through the drive through and they gave me completely wrong order but the correct receipt in the bag, tried to calling them 3 times with no response, this is not the first time this has happened to me at this KFC, I normally avoid it for the same reason but went this time for convenience which was a regret. My husband went back to get the food I ordered for and they was expecting us because the persons order who they gave also had to go back and there was still 1 incorrect item when it came home. NEVER AGAIN.

I was missing 2 cans of Pepsi and 2 hot wings and I recieved gravy instead of beans

Staff are rude. There's never anything cooked, you always have to park up and then they still get your order wrong.

I live 10 miles away. The place is always very pleasant, and I usually leave the house to have my meal there. Very peaceful and spacious environment. In addition to the staff being attentive. I got a gravy instead or a corn on the cob. The chips needed a bit more cooking time. All in all do not recommend.

tables not all clean.. mess on floor.. would not let us order at till.. told to use screens. Another guybask and said no use screens.. but did for another customer via a different staff member.

No one reads the notes as I asked for a customised item but got it normal. All food was cold and dry like it’d been sat under a warmer for more than the set time.

We ordered two burger meals and a mini wrap from this kfc, upon arrival of the food we realised the food was missing some items. We call the Kfc to ask questions, the managers professionalism is zero to none.

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE I HAVE ORDERED FROM DELIVEROO TWICE NOW BOTH TIMES THEY HAVENT BOTHERED TO ANSWER THE GOD DAMN PHONE SO MY ORDER HAS CAME INCORRECT IM ON THE WAY TO SLAP THE BURGER INTO THE MANAGERS FACE.

Food was hot and fresh for once. The table was a bit dirty, so asked for it to be cleaned and was done straight away. Would recommend this kfc

Food was virtually cold. We have had to risk putting it into the oven to heat it up. Not acceptable at all. Will not be ordering again.

After having to find the driver on my road I was then given the wrong order i now have to reorder and wait another hour for my food

Last time I ordered from here, I was sent the wrong food, today you haven't even sent all my food I ordered. I suggest your staff are better trained to read and pay attention to what the actual order is.

Absolutely awful meal and customer service. Ordered twister box meal. Chicken in the wrap was so tough and over cooked I couldn’t even bite into it. Rang the store and manager said I’ll have to come a different day for replacement as they are nearly closing. No apology or willingness to do anything for the inconvenience . My meal was ruined.

Delivery guy was great. I only wish I could give a tip because I don’t know how to do it.

It took 1hr+ for 6 wings that turned out cold and the shop is a 15min walk away. I’m appauled!

My food would have been warmer had the delivery driver not sat in his car outside my house for a while. I nearly collected my delivery from his car but remembered I paid a delivery fee!

We waited over 2 hours for our food even to the point my partner had to go up and see if he could collect it but they refused to give him the food we was having a party for our children and everyone was so hungry waiting for so long

Makes you laugh when you try to pay cash the insist no longer take cash, however when card machine down they soon remember that they CAN TAKE CASH. What double standards some companies have.. but at least they got the order correct this time so improving..

I Visited the kfc in new oscott princess alice drive and was served by a lady named Sharon and her customer service was amazing. She was very friendly, helpful, polite and engaged in conversation with me and made the overall experience amazing. Need more staff like Sharon

This is one of the more pleasant KFC outlets. Nice building. Staff and food fine. KFC always seems to not be quite on the ball as much as McDonald's but if you like it this is a good one.

1st time ordering food for delivery as we were going out and kids at home. Meals came with the drinks missing! Disappointing service!

We were charged 12.99 and 11.99 for each burger, the wings were small and so was the burger buns and there were about 10 chips each. Not to mention the food was cold. I am very disappointed and would like compensation.

received wrong order completely after spending over 50 quid we received one meal for one person

Good quality, order arrived promptly , driver was very professional . Only negative was the food portion, smallest chips portion ever seemed like less than 10 chips ,tiniest chicken piece . Meal for 1 plus chicken piece £20. Not good value.
