KFC Birmingham - Longbridge in Birmingham

After a terrible experience with KFC northfield I came to the Longbridge branch which was like night and day, the staff were all seemed happy in the work place. They acknowledged me when I walked in and it was a very pleasant experience. Many Thanks for restoring my faith back in KFC

I waited 30 mins for a simple meal ,yousif the man behind the counter was caught using his phone,when I asked how long my food was going to be he replied I’ll do it now terrible customer service the picture I took is him working hard after I asked his name and he wasn’t going to give it me work harder yousif loool terrible food

Run by kids who seem to spend their evenings there by larking about. We are concerned now about hygiene so will go somewhere else in future. For example I was handed two child drinks into my car without a cupholder. There were thousands of them stacked at the hatch. Had to ask for one. Fries were thrown into the main bag so we're all over the place. Pieces of chicken were hard as if they had been cooked earlier in the week. May pass a complaint to Trading Standards.

very good experience, mya was very welcoming and was quick to help me order my food great atmosphere.

i came into this kfc earlier today, and have to say i was very impressed. i was served by a lovely lady called mya who was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure i received the food i wanted. would highly recommend based off of my experience!

Mya and Mae have amazing customer service always have a smile when serving, food is always amazing cant get enough of it

2 ladies on front today, very happy and chatty. Mya was quick to help me on the machine with what I wanted and never waited longer than 2 minutes for my food. Always a great experience in this store

Courier left KFC before 7 pm tracked him for a few minutes he went off line. He arrived at our address at 7,30 saying he had a accident on the way. KFC is only 5 minutes drive from there to here. He gave me the food which was freezing cold he said he would take back and get fresh food. but did not return. please can you reimburse us for a meal that we did not have. My husband is a diabetic and needs food at a regular basis so I had to cook him something. I am really disappointed with your servic

absolutely discusted, the driver stole my food. He claims to have left it outside it January. How ridiculous is that?

I had a horrible experience with KFC again, this time with the Birmingham Longbridge branch. My brother ordered a family bucket for our dinner through Uber Eats. When it arrived, the food was hot but had a strange, unpleasant smell. The kitchen started to smell bad as soon as we opened the bucket. It didn’t seem fresh at all, and I was unhappy, but my family said it looked okay, so we ate it anyway. A few hours later, I began experiencing stomach pain, and my 3.5-year-old daughter started crying because of severe stomach aches. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with KFC. In the last two years, I’ve had similar bad experiences at the KFC on Erdington High Street and the Stafford Services location on the M6 toward Manchester. I don’t know what’s going on with their food, but it always smells off. To make things worse, after throwing the leftover chicken in the kitchen bin, the smell became unbearable within 15 minutes. I had to move the bucket outside to the garden, and the smell is still awful even now. I’m writing this review at midnight while my daughter is crying and my entire family is suffering because of KFC’s low-quality, junk chicken. This level of food hygiene is unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed and will never order from KFC again.

The food we received was good but we had missing items. missing items were 2 pieces of chicken and 1 gravy this was very disappointing.

I enjoy fries with my meal....the fries wasn't delivered and they refunded me the cost of fries....but the enjoyment of food cost more than that

paid extra for pigs in blankets and chocolate cake - when food came the pigs in blankets were burnt solid and i couldn't eat them and there was no cake!

It took the restaurant 45 mins to get the order out. The driver was sat outside for ages i could see it on the tracking app. When i called KFC i got a girl who tried to blame the driver; me telling her i could see on the app it was them she hung up

Requested no dark meat as u cannot eat it. No breast sent only dark!!!

I am absolutely fuming, not only did I never receive my order. Nothing was done on Just Eat part to notify me of the problem. I had to call up KFC on my own accord only to find out that the courier hadn’t even entered the restaurant. I expect a refund immediately. And I’m disgusted at the service once I have my refund I will no longer be ordering with Just Eat congratulations you’ve lost a loyal customer.

I have never eaten a kfc before and im 61,orderd the gravy box meal..... I could have saved my self £5....and just stayed at home and poured a load of salt down my throat.... The gravy over salted, the coating on the chicken over salted... If thats the standard coating on the chicken, somebody should report kfc to the H. S. E....

Delivery was on time. However items missing from my order

Original delivery time was 5:30 - 5:50; turned up about 6:45. Cold soggy chips, luke warm chicken, and the chicken wings had almost no meat on them. Not worth the money at all.

Cold fries, poor delivery drivers attitude

driver gave us the cans of drink but no food... rang KFC and driver was given food and drinks so has obviously kept the food.

Order never got delivered was stuck on preparing food for over an hour until I contacted support and they refunded me . I will NEVER use this app again .

Food arrived hot & was to the yummy

I waited 40mins from placing the order the driver was at KFC for 15mins cuz i was watching, and the est time kept changing +5 mins each time the est.time went over then when the food arrived it was cold. The driver is not at fault! FC are at fault.

I don't know if it's the drivers or the KFC staff but it's not the first time there's items missing of the order you order one complete bucket deal and you get half the the original stated items, Luke warm chicken and freezing cold chips. AVOID!

Beauty of KFC is food is nearly always good. Box meals no longer come in a box. Parking can be difficult for collections.

orders fast food as I had Togo to work so thought it would be a treat for everyone before I went to work.from the time I ordered the food tge delivery time changed 3 times till eventually it was over a hour before we got the good delivered ,at this point I have to leave to go to work leaving people in the house waiting for food,but I waited and just as I was about to go to work the food arrive. It arrived and was not very hot just luke warm and rubbery fries as they had cooled .So disappointed

I didn’t even receive my food phoned k f c and they said it’s not us it’s just eat to deal with the problem spent £36 pound and then it said delivered and we have nothing I’m feeling angry

Placed order at 6pm with quoted 15 to 30 minute delivery time. Waited 2 hours with no order updates, and then at 8pm they suddenly marked the order as "delivered at 9pm" (an hour in the future, and 3 hours after the order was placed). Appalling service.

The food was cold & not what I ordered

Food was lovely. Warm. But the only down fall was on the fillet burger the lettuce had gone off. So wasn’t very happy about that.

My mom went into.kfc Longbridge to order a family bucket meal.. to be told no counter service just self service when my mom told the very rude lady she couldn't read or write she was LAUGHED AT NO HELP OFFERED AT ALL. She want to Pepper's over the road to be helped and a very personal service and made to order fresh food. KFC loss Pepper's gain forever. Would of been the item's pressed. Nothing recommended by my family.

Always miss food from the order

Ordered the Streetwise All Stars BBQ Wrap with a 7 up to go. Food was quickly done and tasted wonderful, small portions of popcorn chicken, thick fries and a small BBQ chicken wrap. Almost got two 7 up by mistake, but told them I had gotten it. Will definitely return for another, bigger BBQ chicken wrap!

unfortunately the main 4 chicken pieces were missing which was just under £9. and the rice box was half empty

I was given the wrong order, instead of the bucket for one, i was given 2 pieces of chicken and 2 wings. I was not given strips and i did not get a drink. This is not fair when i paid 20 + pounds for the order!

did not recieve delivery of order been in touch with longbridge kfc and was told order had left shop at 7.20 and was told by Arron longbridge store manager to contact just eat which I did and requested refund . waiting on reply that said ' they were looking into what's gone wrong. paid for delivery and tipped driver. to be left with no food and a hungry child. . definitely do not recommend 😡😡😡

I ordered from here most of my order was missing after calling the restaurant and speaking to a member of staff I had to place another order to receive the part of my previous order that was missing because they couldn't deliver it other wise.
