KFC in King's Norton was a very good experience, the staff was very polite

Corn cob and dips missing. When you order a meal I can’t see how you can have missing items!

The food was lukewarm and seemingly old - Sitting around for a while

Food was extremely cold couldn’t even eat it had to go in the bin was stale like it had been sat out all day

Chicken pieces seem a lot smaller, chips ok, I asked for plain chips,and received them, so all good...for a change.

As always something missing from order from this particular location won’t order again.

Received have of what I ordered and not even a bit of lettuce on the burger that they did send absolutely terrible

Delivery of order great, taste of food great however no lettuce in vegan burger despite advertised.

Some of the chicken was JUST cooked, very dodgy looking. The chips were all cold and most undercooked and hard. (We had to heat them recook them ourselves). The amount of actual chicken on the burger was just sad. Extremely disappointing. The driver was quick to get here but it took a long time for the food to be picked up.

chips beans and wings were ok but the zjnger burger had a weird texture bouncy/chewy went in the bin not offered a refund for that part of the order

Food was cold and it took much longer than the original delivery time. It would have been quicker and cheaper to have gone myself. Only second time I’ve used the service - not sure I’ll use again.

Missed all drinks - 330 ml and somehow even 1.5L bottle

Food was cold and food was missing ive had to cook food when i ordered so i didnt have to but due to no fries and it being cold i had to so my children didnt go hungry im annoyed i paid 15 pound and wasnt even a full meal when it was supposed to be

Always get everything, no items missing! Chinese delivery man was sweet and lovely.

We had to go to the shop to collect as the delivered food the chips were cold, the bucket lid was off and the bag was ripped as it was wet as the driver had put a bottle of pop in the insulated bag and it had sweated, we did not accept the food, the food we collected was lovely and extra’s were added, excellent service by the manager

£2.50 for two chicken wings, more like chicken nails. So small

It's our closet one so it's the only reason we use it but we are yet to have an order where something hasn't been forgotten, it's always the fries, dips, gravy but this last order we were missing, fries, dips, drinks and our cookies . Are they not capable of double checking? Ticking a list? It's insane.

first of all the delivery time kept changing on the app ? then I had to go outside down the driveway to find the driver to collect my delivery? then the food was cold and had to be warmed up in the air fryer.there were 4 drumsticks & 2 thighs so not much variation the wrap was flattened & that was cold too I really don't know why you ask for a review when nothing changes ?

Nice man served on the drive through. Food ok, but I'm of the age that can remember what KFC used to be like. It's now just fried chicken.😢

I have asked for boneless chicken but received chicken on the bone instead so i didn't manage to enjoy my meal because of this. I am not happy with what I received.

Servers were rude and wouldn’t let us order at the counter, also my boneless banquet came in a bag and not a box, then the server told me to order the boxes for her after she told me that they had none in stock.

Waited ages for it to be delivered. Food was cold. Gravy had spilt everywhere and went all over the food. Was a nightmare to clean up. Put us off ordering again.

Areas were lovely and clean and safe prompt and polite.

Ordered a trilogy box meal, mini filler burger and dipped bites. I Got a side order of rice, a zinger burger, fries, mini popcorn chicken, 2 mini fillets (not mini fillet burgers. So ultimately I paid more for less.

Never had the right order from here and must have ordered about 10 times thru deliveroo. Yet again they have missed items off the order. Once we got a massive bucket and someone must have been annoyed with my vegan burger haha. If you go through the drive thru MAKE SURE you check your order before driving off as it WILL be wrong. Worst fast food place ever encountered.

My order didn’t come at all, I’m honestly shocked they didn’t do anything at all or tell me the reason as to why they wouldn’t refund my order. I’m honestly not ordering here ever again.

The fillet burger and zinger burger had a mini fillet on them, same size as the mini fillet burger. Small square of lettuce and little dollop of mayo. Ridiculously small for the price! Fries were cold and soggy. Something about the buns tasted awful too. Paid nearly 60 bucks for this. Overpriced, overhyped and underwhelming!

All food I ordered came freezing cold

Please change the oil more regularly. I can literally taste the oil more than the 11 herbs and spices.

Food delivered on time. Delivery guy spent 10 minutes debating a delivery code which I didn’t have and asked to take the food back…by the time he left food was cold.

Arrived to the car because he was struggling to find the door, grabbed the bottle of pepsi max off him and it looked like it was opened as it seemed less full, tested it out by opening it and it was undone easily, went inside and my food was semi cold, it took far much longer than usual to get my food and quite frankly im a bit disgusted and disappointed, not worth my money.

Chicken was not crispy at all it was awful , and chips not crispy.

Not at all happy with corn cobs, overcooked, dry, tasteless. Just eat refuse to refund stating restaurants differ but have had before kfc from here and no problem totally disagree with no refund

Quality of the tower burger really poor, badly assembled, if I was in store it would of been taken back!

No fast food here, 30 minutes wait in drive through while Just eat, Uber eats and Deliveroo orders get preference. Finally got to collect order only to be told no hot drinks available. What a shower of ****
