Servers were rude and wouldn’t let us order at the counter, also my boneless banquet came in a bag and not a box, then the server told me to order the boxes for her after she told me that they had none in stock.

Not bad. It's chicken so I'm haptic with it.

Meant to have dips in the order but received none. Food was good though.

I mean it's a KFC. Decent, all good, plenty of free dip.

Areas were lovely and clean and safe prompt and polite.

Ordered a trilogy box meal, mini filler burger and dipped bites. I Got a side order of rice, a zinger burger, fries, mini popcorn chicken, 2 mini fillets (not mini fillet burgers. So ultimately I paid more for less.

Never had the right order from here and must have ordered about 10 times thru deliveroo. Yet again they have missed items off the order. Once we got a massive bucket and someone must have been annoyed with my vegan burger haha. If you go through the drive thru MAKE SURE you check your order before driving off as it WILL be wrong. Worst fast food place ever encountered.

My order didn’t come at all, I’m honestly shocked they didn’t do anything at all or tell me the reason as to why they wouldn’t refund my order. I’m honestly not ordering here ever again.

The fillet burger and zinger burger had a mini fillet on them, same size as the mini fillet burger. Small square of lettuce and little dollop of mayo. Ridiculously small for the price! Fries were cold and soggy. Something about the buns tasted awful too. Paid nearly 60 bucks for this. Overpriced, overhyped and underwhelming!

All food I ordered came freezing cold

Please change the oil more regularly. I can literally taste the oil more than the 11 herbs and spices.

Food delivered on time. Delivery guy spent 10 minutes debating a delivery code which I didn’t have and asked to take the food back…by the time he left food was cold.

Arrived to the car because he was struggling to find the door, grabbed the bottle of pepsi max off him and it looked like it was opened as it seemed less full, tested it out by opening it and it was undone easily, went inside and my food was semi cold, it took far much longer than usual to get my food and quite frankly im a bit disgusted and disappointed, not worth my money.

Chicken was not crispy at all it was awful , and chips not crispy.

Not at all happy with corn cobs, overcooked, dry, tasteless. Just eat refuse to refund stating restaurants differ but have had before kfc from here and no problem totally disagree with no refund

No fast food here, 30 minutes wait in drive through while Just eat, Uber eats and Deliveroo orders get preference. Finally got to collect order only to be told no hot drinks available. What a shower of ****

No fast food here, took ages (20 minutes)to clear the queue in the drive through only to be told no hot drinks. Appears meal preference given to delivery drivers, Just Eats, Uber eats, Deliveroo etc. Very poor service

The food was not great. It was meant to be a treat for kids and they were disappointed. It was undercooked and there was even a piece that was so dark it had obviously warmed up from a prior batch. Definitely a purchase I regret.

Not the best experience at this KFC, I’ve been to several restaurants where the food is much tastier and fresher.

For years I have enjoyed KFC. The meal I had tonight was awful the fries went in the bin they were cold and most of them were burnt. The covering on the chicken used to be the best bit well no more it was hard and crispy. You have really ruined my thoughts and enjoyment of KFC. Kim job

Awful food! definitely yesterdays leftovers. Every item was freezing cold and all went in the bin. How they can send that out the door is beyond me for the price you pay!

I could sack 4 staff just watching them . Two ladies wearing headscarves, one on her phone whilst someone is waiting to order. Tables need cleaning and staff debating who’s not doing it. Very unprofessional

the food is freezing the chips are hard after working along shift and all you want is somert nice to eat before you go bed and you end up with freezing cold food fries that are Rock hard it it's not on

Rice side had opened and was all over the chicken. Wings overcooked and tasted old, popcorn chicken ok but have had better. The 6 pieces of chicken were good as was the coleslaw. Not normally a problem with the food but seriously disappointing this time. Service was quick and driver pleasant.

The chilli chicken dips were over cooked and dry with only a spoonfull of chilli sauce. They also didn't read the order properly because they didn't give us 2 piece original chicken which cut our meal size down.

Food and service were excellent, but the music is always a little too loud. There is no need, really. When older ppl are in the restaurant, it could do with turning down

The 3 piece colonels meal 2 pieces were dry and horrible the drumstick was nice and tender. The chips were dry,the mini fillet bun and chicken were dry, no mayo and the bit of lettuce was soggy as if it had been microwaved.

Nice food, actually hot but it's a shame they forgot to give my pot of chilli dip with my boneless meal again !

3 weeks in a row. Ordered on Just Eat. ETA gets longer and longer. Waited over an Hour each time, and the status did not even move on to “preparing your order”. I called the restaurant, they just picked up the phone and put it down on the side! No hello or anything. I could hear them all in the background , I waited, but i was purposely being ignored! Great service ay. What choice did I have but to cancel and order elsewhere. 3 times, over an hour each with no preparing food. Not again.

The chicken was very dry, the fries were soggy it was also very salty and the coating didn't taste like it used to. Very disappointing don't think we will order it again.

The food was ok but they need to learn how to read properly because this is third time they've made the mistake of not giving me the sweet chilli sauce which I ordered with my boneless 4 piece meal.

The driver / Courier was very friendly and extremely helpful. Food was delivered on time and he offerred to (and did) replace my Pepsi Max can as it had been damaged (before given to him).

Really enjoyed the whole order was better then expected Thankyou so much and delivery was really fast, best take out had in a while 😊
