We been served by Reyana. She is very friendly and helpfull and we are extremely happy with her service

It was a sudden visit to this branch. Trust me , this is one of the friendliest crew I met with big smiles. I even got there names Reyana, Othmane, Fareeha amazing service by all of them. Keep it up

Server was rude ! No please or thankyou and ignorned me when I tried to talk ask him to serve me !

Great quality food and amazing service by the staff

I have only visited this KFC recently after knowing it is Halal... The location is quite good but access to the parking and drive through is a bit awkward and I think I'll prefer to go to an alternative one... Unfortunately one of the fillets in my zinger also not properly cooked and was really disappointing too... I may try this if can't think of another option but certainly not on top my list... It has been a few years since my original review. And I think they have improved a lot. Infact I still come from the Monkspath area to this one despite having one in Solihull Town centre which is also Halal. I think overall service is good and the option of drive through is a real plus. Yes the area is very congested but then it is an issue with all Asian areas. Overall I'd recommend if you like this sort of food and looking for a Halal option.

Never recieved my food driver didn’t even ring the door bell stood there for 5 seconds and walked off with my food

It wasn't delivered and I'm fuming I was a full refund not just the cost of the food the cheek to just offer that, I'm still in the frame of mind to go to the store and find out what delivery driver said they delivered it as I have a camera outside my property 😐 it makes me so 😠 mad

The food was burnt and tasted awful, the only edible item was the cookie, it all went straight in the bin.

Fries were ok for the one meal but hardly any for the second. At least give the same amount and don’t half fill a bag a bit disappointing.

I ordered today in KFC and Reyana and Laiba are so helpful, with a beautiful smile. They proposed me a good offer.

Just Eat claimed to deliver my order, but for the 2nd time in recent weeks didn't. They refused a refund for the 2nd order.

Visited kfc this afternoon on my way back home. Ordered through drive thru and was served by Ahmad. I ordered a bucket of chicken it was served quickly and was fresh as well. Amazing service and food

I had an excellent experience at KFC Hall Green in Birmingham. The management was incredibly well-disciplined, ensuring the outlet was running smoothly and efficiently. I have avoided this branch for years, due to a bad experience in the past with cold food, I thought I'd give them a chance but when I turned up at 6.30pm there was nobody inside and nobody in the drive thru, which I thought was suspicious as it is prime time for a take away. Once again it was terrible, luke warm food and a boneless banquet that was missing many items. I've just decided to cut my losses and boycott this branch forever due to the poor running and lazy incompetent staff who can't seem to cook chicken and chips. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
