Food quality and taste just awesome

I recently tried zinger tower burger,ricebox and BBQ Bites.Overall, it was a satisfying experience. The zinger burger had crispy,hashbrown also cooked perfectly. They packed all items so perfectly so that i enjoyed my food at home. All items are so good.would definitely recommended trying them items and also try their krushems and sundae...❤️

Crap service. Ordered two zinger tower meals. Didn't include one of the cans of drinks. Missing half of meal (non existent fries, no coleslaw, burgers missing has browns). I don't know who works here, but you need to hire someone with 5th grade reading level to be able to read an order and fulfill it. Oh, and of course it came stone cold which is classic by now. Useless service.

I went to kfc Billericay and the food was delicious. The service was great and the girl at the front was really kind to me and helped me with the kiosk. Will go there again!

I recently visited KFC Billericay, and I have to say, the chicken was absolutely delicious! It was perfectly crispy and juicy, and the flavor was spot-on. I especially want to commend the cook who prepared my meal. You could really tell they took pride in their work. The chicken was cooked to perfection. Often KFC's can be hit or miss, but this visit was a definite hit. The service was also friendly and efficient. I'll definitely be back, and I hope the same cook is on duty! Highly recommended for anyone craving some great KFC.

Been here a few times, not sure why, probably in the hope that they have sorted themselves out since the last visit. Sadly that is never the case, food is always horrible, cold and the staff are rude. It’s so strange how they have got it so consistently wrong, we now drive straight past this place to the laindon kfc which is 5 stars, food and service is a different league to the Billericay one

Recently i tried their vegan burger and wings.The food was fresh,flavorful and mouth-watering🥰.I also tried their fries which were hot and well seasoned.The service was decent-staff members were polite and humble. The restaurant was clean and had comfortable seating areas. Happy eating with kfc-❤️🥰🍽️

Food cooked quickly but very expensive

I was here last week. Food was very good. Within £10 -£20 you will get good food. Foods was fresh and staffs are very friendly. The environment was very good.

We ordered 10-piece Bargain Bucket and we received this! we only got 9 pieces of Chicken and they were all Drum Sticks!! All Brown Meat Disgusting Meat!! DO NOT ORDER!!

Check your order before you leave- got home and had 8 chips in a box meal and was missing a hash brown. The staff seem miserable and rude - apart from that it's really good 🤣

Short changed on the large drinks! Big time. Like don't offer me to pay more and get three quarters of a cup. Should of checked, but I shouldn't have to but places like this will rip you off

Ordered food waited an hour then my order was cancelled!! Useless. Previous experience of food bought in person hasn't been great quality. I only ordered on just eat as expected a fast delivery!

Prompt service and a clean store, and a very cooperative RGM.

With food the service was really nice, the Manager was very polite and all of the staff was very friendly.😊

Takeaway order - the worst KFC I've had. The chicken fillet was dry and tough, the zinger burger had a skinny piece of chicken that was dry, mini fillet burger was missing from the order. Popcorn chicken was cold and chewy! Absolutely disgusting and inedible. How is it the cost has increased soo much yet the quality of the food is disgraceful! Never again!!

Messed up the order then didn't pick up my calls to get the order corrected.

I would take a bet that this is probably the slowest KFC in the country. The staff are literally running on empty, there are no apologies for how long the food takes. The amount of times I have had to ask for my missing food is crazy! I live close, but would rather drive to Basildon.

From offering the best taste to providing the welcoming in-store environment, KFC has always been a top notch preference. The staff is equally good as the food. Always enjoyed eating from here.

Food cold and over cooked and delivery time kept changing after order, why do delivery firms think it's acceptable to change the time. We ordered cos it said 30mins delivery, if it was gonna be 60 mins delivery we would have gone elsewhere!!!

This KFC only have take out. Dine in facility is not available in this KFC. If you are following halal food then avoid this (non halal).

The staff was friendly and helpful with helping on my order.the food was also fresh and hot.

Tiny place but good to have a take away

This place needs to stop serving dry chicken that's been sitting around for ages, it's awful, something needs to be sorted.

Had to order two burgers online due to not being able to go outside. Over an hour later, no update. Rang the restaurant 9 times. Nothing.

Slow poor service left me standing at till while staff had a chat.... when I ordered they got it wrong so had to reorder (I only asked for one thing !) Won't be going back

Placed an online order for the Billericay branch - Order was accepted by the branch but not a single update was given about the order and no food arrived after 1hr 15 min wait therefore the order was cancelled. If the store is struggling fulfil orders within a good time why continue to accept further orders!? Awful customer service.

Horrible chicken was over cooked

Went to this KFC for the first time. Staff were polite but informed me they were out of Chicken. It can’t just be me that feels a restaurant who’s whole menu is about Chicken shouldn’t run out?!

I had ordered dinner for my daughter from KFC Billericay, via the Deliveroo app. I waited for an hour and a half with the status toggling between 'Waiting for a Rider' and 'Rider being on the way to the restaurant'. Then all of a sudden, I got a message that the order was cancelled. I may get a refund for the same. However, that is not the point. At the end of a long day, if the experience is that my daughter should go to bed on empty stomach because an International restaurant cannot keep up their delivery promise, then no amount of money can compensate this disgraceful experience. Shame on you KFC.

Awful. Food always just been sat there for too long should not be selling food like that. Too often now so will avoid from now on.

Food was good and served quickly. No real dine in option which might not suit everyone. A couple of stand up tables by the door only. Relatively small place but wasn't busy when I was there.

Ordered for delivery from the KFC app, waited an hour and a half with the status showing as 'Rider on the way to restaurant', order tracking then disappeared. Then called Deliveroo as the app advised, supposedly the order is marked as delivered and also that they couldn't get hold of me, even though they have the right phone number for me... very odd. Update: 2nd April and still waiting for my refund. Deliveroo and KFC seem to think eachother are responsible

Food never turned up. Not the first time

Twice in a row on deliveroo, 6 piece bucket had 4 drumsticks and 2 thighs and extra chicken with box meal was another drumstick. Last takeaway something similar, just loaded with drumsticks. Place rarely has a full menu when you go there. Went there last night...no chicken..only fillet burgers, hence my try again today. Just run so badly.

Waste of time coming here, can’t get a basic order right. The low score deserved. Feel embarrassed for the colonel.

Ordered delivery last night for this afternoon, food was rubbery like it had been re heated, and some was cold.

I do like KFC. The staff didn't want to give me a Blue Light Card discount. I was told they couldn't put it through the till. Suggested I could use it on the app. I tried that but couldn't apply the discount. Gave up on the discount just ordered on the app which just kept spinning on the payment page then eventually timed out. Tried it again with the same outcome. Used the touch screen which worked perfectly. Found out it had sent three payments through to the bank but did in the end only charged me once. Other than that fine.

First time eating it in years will have a gain

I ordered a meal for 6 people from KFC on 25 November through Deliveroo costing over £60.00. It arrived about 10 minutes late, which I could live with but when I opened the package which was supposed to include 8 portions of regular fries there were only 2 portions for 6 people. I tried to call KFC but their lines were closed!! I ended up driving to KFC but the queue was so long that I gave up on the idea of talking to anyone about this and drove to McDonalds to buy the missing 6 portions of fries, Wasted time, money, ruined evening. This place is pathetic!!!!!

1 Zinger Burger, 1 Fillet Burger and 2 large fries, only got 1 fries. Not a difficult order to put together and they weren't busy. Food wasn't very hot. Won't be going again.

What can say about my experience at KFC in Billericay high street? Well not only where the staff not wearing any hair netting in the food preparation area i managed to get a massive hair in my burger and i know its not mine as im bald. This is totally unacceptable you need to have you food hygiene rating reviewed.

Waited 15 minutes and nobody bothered to serve me - very poor. Around 6-7 people working in there at the time. Walked out and went somewhere else in the end.

My delivery turned up looking like someone had drop kicked it, the beans and coleslaw had been squashed and exploded all over everywhere and food was falling out the bottom of the bag. So we asked for it to be changed..... it never turned up. I have demanded a full refund. Appalling service.

Got my order wrong and poor service

Pathetic, can’t get an order right. Someone send them a picture of colonels chicken because they seem to think it’s fillets. Either completely untrained or kids have got hold of the shop and taken over. Not only has it put another fried chicken place out of business it’s can’t get an order right. Just shut down already.

Convenient location. That's about it. Staff really don't have a clue. Deliveroo and Just Eat drivers always get priority over paying customers in store.

Poor customer service waited close on 1 hour standing in shop for one order , lost all number off board did not know what they had to do, Quality of food was poor chips seems to be warmed up from day before, Staff quite rude. Order system not work and could not hear your number when with these businesses learn,

Walked in to the store and ordered a meal ,20minutes later still no food ,was told they were waiting on mini fillets,another 20 minutes went by and still no food. What a total shambles how can a new restaurant be SO BAD, asked for a refund in the end as no sign of food ,one man was on 45 minutes with no sign of his order .If you want a Total STRESSFUL time this is the place to go.....

Food not that great taste completely different and I’ve seen more meat on a butchers pencil I ordered a boneless banquet the chicken tasted perfume and the standard of Chicken fillets were Very poor and abysmal I’ve been here to this take out now three times and it hasn’t got any better. Placed an order, waited 20 mins and was then told we would have to wait another 20 mins. Asked for a refund, the manager was incredibly rude to both customers and staff. Understand that it's a new team and a new store but communication goes a long way!
