Worst kfc in belfast. Watery gravy. Can't change a sauce in a wrap.

We went here after finally deciding where to eat.we walked for ages and arrived.when we got to the door we were greeted to A employee not letting us in. We asked why and they said just because.We then asked again and said what did we do. They said because we were only young we werent allowed in because we “would be causing trouble” never go here they are a bunch of wankers✊✊

Surprisingly efficient. Slow service but looked like understaffed. You wouldn't eat in as it's smicked out but good drive thru experience.

I have to say that I think the low reviews are unfair and remember always. People are generally likely to review after being angry. Due to being motivated. I came in here for dinner after being in the Royal. The staff were very friendly helping me work the ordering machine and it quite was quiet. The food was delicious. It's just as nice as the KFC in town, if not nicer. Perhaps it's the just eat or delivereoo versions that people have issues with, but the food itself sitting in was fine. Perhaps pick a quiet time.

Staff refused to serve people at the till and were forced to use the kiosk, I was in the shop when I seen three people complain about this. Older people didn’t know what they were doing and I found it hard to find some meals myself. Food was 10/10 but service is a disgrace. It would have took the same time to take the order than argue with the customers

Staff refused to serve an elderly man because he didn't know how to use automatic kiosk which was very scummy if you ask me. They also tried to give me a counterfeit note as part of my change but I refused it and asked for my change in coins. There's another KFC 5 minutes drive away in town I'd just recommend going there instead.

Had a bit of await on food. Not a bad thing as it was freshly cooked. Only thing was had to clean my table down as it was not cleaned after previous customer.

Full meal orders missing and ‘chef runner’ acknowledged this but refused to replace. Attitude awful and hung up on me. Rest of order freezing

Went in for the current deal and hot wings. Didn't get hot wings. Sigh. Chips are finally nice enough so you don't need to wrap them in chicken skin now to eat them.

Thought I would give this a try despite my better judgement. I've been stung time and time again by every KFC I tried in my near 40 years on this earth. Maybe this will be the one that finally answers my questions.. How has KFC survived this long? The sub par service, sub par quality, the fact that it isn't even good value? Maybe I'm missing something? As I entered the shop, the first red flag appeared. 2 belligerent locals ahead of me in full JD Sports / GAA regalia and somehow covered in muck on their legs.. God knows why. Seemingly under the influence of some substance. I thought about leaving but against my better judgement yet again I stayed. Eventually I reluctantly ordered. A zinger meal with pepsi (£7.49) Even though the store was very quiet, I had to wait almost 30 minutes. To pass the time I watched as the 2 locals made ill mannered demands to the miserable staff members for various things, wiped muck off their legs with blue roll, shouted and so on. As I sat hoping they wouldn't turn their attention to myself, the member of staff who took my order finally approached (again 30 later minutes almost). I was then informed that they have no fries and asked what I would like instead. I declined and asked for a partial refund of the fries which I was then told could not be done. A full refund was issued and I paid £6 just for the burger. My pepsi (which was sitting at the drinks dispenser still) I assume was then thrown in the bin. I quickly ate my below par burger and left. Hoping to avoid any interactions with the aforementioned local lads. So back to my original question.. how has KFC made it this long in northern Ireland? I have not had a single positive experience in my almost 40 years here. Who keeps these places going? Who is willing the pay over the odds for sub par food, terrible service and inconsistent stock? (I have been in KFCs where they have run out of chicken.) It is a well known fact among anyone I speak to that KFC is piss poor. How has management not caught wind of this and if they have, how can they literally do absolutely nothing to address it and continue to operate?? To me this is one of the true mysteries of the universe. To summarise.. just avoid EVERY KFC in this country. I feel they are too far gone and will never address any of the issues outlined above. The world would be in a better place if they all closed.

Despite arriving what we had not realised was just 3 minutes to closing time on a Saturday night when the team were likely more than ready to finish up and get home we were greeted with a friendly and genuine welcome by Raphael, speedy service and food cooked to perfection. As KFC fans who have eaten at many branches all over the world this is definitely one of the best. Thanks to Raphael and his team for the warm welcome and great service so late on a cool wet winter's night!

Food was of KFC standard Staff were busy chatting with what appeared to be friends/family members Service was slow due to this Place was empty of customers and the staff were not too chatty with an actual customer so can’t say it was a great atmosphere

Kfc closes at 10pm last night i went there 35 minutes before closing at kfc donegal road but the staff didn’t let us eat there and closed the shop at 9:30 pm exactly also they gave us cold chips and wrap and the strip in the chicken is uncooked it was hard and smelly

Can’t see why this kfc has had bad reviews lately, ate here 3/4 times last 6 months has been spot on every time staff are nice, ate once at the Boucher road one lately was rotten, would go here over Boucher road one any day

KFC, in general, is not that good, and this branch is not that different. The cleanliness is not their best factor. The food is not cooked enough. The presentation is not careful. Also, unfortunately, there were some expired and rotten items in the order.

I ordered pop corn chicken and got a chicken burger I did not realize until I got home so I could even go back and my friend got a kids meal and didn't get chips or gravy

That is not kfc chicken getting sold in there it was so thin no kfc flavour chicken was as if it was bought from iceland didnt put my chips in my order was on boucher road kfc few days ago an burger was twice the size an flavour i would get that place checked out scamming ppl service was so slow one person serving 10 ppl waiting so food was sitting for 10 mins before I got it never again .

Ordered for delivery didn’t come gave me order number ended up driving down she said nothing to do with her deliveroo said they phone see were my order number is ended up buying box £5,99 got home found hair in my food had to phone my bank explain £14,99 I didn’t receive my food deliveroo hadn’t a clue never again disgusted to say the least emailed kfc still waiting on response

The cashier Jason is a really nice guy and a Top G, he gave my friend a band aid when he didn't even ask for it, Jason is a solid 10/10 and a good worker, you should give him a raise, reece mcCrory approved

Slow service but the assistant was lovely. toilets were not the cleanest with no loo roll..5 or 6 just eat/deliveroo drivers hogging the counter which was a bit off-putting .although I did enjoy my wicked zinger meal yum 😋

Food is regular KFC but the time it takes for the workers to take your order if you are just walking in and you are left standing in line for ages

This review is based on 10+ visits. I don't know how this KFC is being managed. The staff usually has no idea what is going around. Even if you are the only one who is ordering something popular like the Zinger burger, sometimes it's not even fresh yet they take forever to serve. The other KFC is close which is fine but I cant always go there as this one is closer unfortunately.

Ordered a fillet burger meal through the drive through. Checked the bag when stopped at traffic lights and thought they'd forgotten the chips, but in fact they had put so few in the bag (the small inner bag was half full) that I didn't see them at first. Had to drive back to get it sorted and no apology from staff. Won't be back, ever.

Drive through doesn't have much space and mic to order wasn't working.Food was nice

Usual KFC food. Fast tasty and well packaged up for take away or there's a comfortable area where you can sit at a table and enjoy. Staff kept very busy and are pleasant to deal with.

Terrible experience at this store. We were a a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). Girl who was serving really was unsure of what to do. She kept getting distracted by her fellow staff. She got the order wrong twice while we were actually ordering, and then when the food finally came (at 2 different stages), they forgot my fully loaded burger which I had to ask for separately again. By the time I got my burger, everyone else was already finished. Will not be back to the Donegal road kfc again.

I got the wow box good value yes but a bit dry. Next time maybe get a gravy.

Grandkids love popcorn chicken meal with gravy and fanta orange.

Chicken seemed 9ver heated was dry and bit burnt looking. Order wicket variety bucket and when got home there was no spicy wings. Disappointing not 1st time. Staff are really helpful and friend. Just shame bout the order.

Food came quick, but it was freezing cold, gave the wrong drinks and barely a bit of sauce or lettuce on the burger, chips were also freezing well the 10 chips each that we recieved absolute disgrace for what ya pay now for them was a very small meal for a big price.

Nice food but I ordered for delivery and it went to the wrong address. I rang up and they said I would have to take it up with justeat... like why dont you have your delivery drivers number???? Then I got a text from the delivery driver saying he left my food outside . Lol 5 star service.

Ordered 4 double downs (2 BOGOF through Uber Eats), specifying no BBQ sauce. Only half (1 + BOGOF) arrived, BOTH COVERED IN BBQ sauce. Tried to contact Store to resolve for about 30 mins, but phone just rang off every time, truly disastrous survive!

Got the Tuesday deal, 9 pieces of chicken for 6 quid, but there is no chips or anything else with the meal, so what you pay for the lovely chicken it's extra for the must have chips.

Orderd 5 different meals, got home 5 meals were not what was ordered brought back to shop to change. This isn't the first time they messed up. Last time they did my neice out of money in her change and refused to rectify their mistake. Won't be back

What an absolute rip off 14 pounds for two 3 piece meals,gravy , first of all emptied out chips, there were 15 chips chicken was swimming in grease and the gravy was so watery it wouldn't​ stay on the chips , feel like I've been robbed, should have went for a Indian takeaway ,never again will I enter a KFC no matter where it is on the planet I think you've had your day . just a rip off .must be trying to recoup profits since covit19 ,you should be ashamed

Food is lovely and reasonably priced

Waited in the drive thru que for ages to be told they had ran out of vegan burgers and then had to wait even longer to leave the que because there is no way of getting out of the drive thru. Surely you should put a sign up before entering the drive thru stating you have non left. It's not like you've ran out of something small, there wasnt anything else I could have had or wanted.

Gets orders wrong consistently and is always out of popular promotion items, but they are a brand new (October 2019) location, so I'm giving them time to settle in and hopefully get things better.

Sorry but the food was not very nice. One piece of chicken was not fully cooked and the chips were cold.
