I bought it through Just Eat delivery, I was informed that they had delivered it to me and I was at the reception from the beginning of the order and no one showed up to deliver it. I've never seen that, absurd.

Myself and my husband were in Belfast yesterday and decided to have some food in KFC. The woman behind the counter was quite short with us and rude. I also witnessed this same person shout at a Chinese girl who did not hear her number being called and when she went up, she basically was telling her you missed your call so tough.!. Only for a supervisor lady, told her to stop and then had to repeat her instruction. We didn't enjoy the food at all and I was left short of fries and when I went up and asked about why I wasn't given any fries, oh I forgot..... Was what I was told. The only reason I'm giving this place a 1 star is only for the the supervisor who could clearly see that this staff member was not showing any professional customer care. Also I went to use the tiolet and there was another lady (staff) who was sat at a table. She gave me a code when I could not enter, it didn't work and she said ok!. This is so unprofessional. I ended up walking to a shopping centre and using their tiolet facilities. I don't know if it was my accent that made this person behave the way they did but it most definitely left a sour taste in both mine and my husbands. Very disappointed

I ordered from just eat, my food never came its been 2 days now am asking for a refund but nothing no one is responding.they robbed me off my 20 pounds. If someone knows how I can get my money back please tell me.

I visited this KFC on a Saturday evening, and it wasn't too crowded. The service was fairly quick. What caught my attention was a security guard at the entrance, arguing with a group of kids. Inside, it was relatively clean. What really surprised me was the temperature of my Twister Wrap - the chicken inside was actually hot, which is quite rare, especially compared to McDonalds.

Watch out, I got diarrhea! It could be the worst KFC in Belfast. The food quality is low. I had diarrhea the day after eating here. The staff also have zero social skills. I went to the counter to collect my order and despite there being 6 or 7 people behind the counter, nobody said hello or even looked in my direction. One of the staff was standing on my side of the counter and proceeded to stand directly in front of me with his back to me, and talk to his buddy behind the counter. I found that very rude, and had to back up to get out of the way. The girl behind the till shouted out my order number into the distance behind me, despite the shop being empty except for me. Maybe she could've used common sense and looked me in the eye and asked if this was my order? It's sad that these kids aren't taught basic customer service, or how to converse with a human in the most basic of ways. The lack of social skills is shocking. Anyway, I got my order and it was missing the gravy, which, as you know is an essential part of most KFC meals. When I finally got the gravy it was like water. Usually the gravy is thicker, but this was rank. Half the staff looked like they were being trained, the other half looked confused and had to check what goes in each meal by looking at a list. All I can say is, probably best to go elsewhere if you're hungry in town. Maybe try Blinkers, or head over to Victoria Square.

I had a very bad experience today . I would say the service is very poor. The lady staff refused to give me the toilet code. I gave her my receipt number. Still she refused and pulled a funny face at me. I am not happy about it.

It was a family outing. The kids enjoyed themselves. The staff were very supportive. They helped us to understand the ordering system. And they were very polite. The meal was lovely and the kids liked the experience.

I've been to this place 3 times. The toilet is extremely dirty. Thus is a public space where all people from different parts of the world go to eat. If one used the toilet before ordering, they wouldn't be able to eat!!!

Check your items are all there before you leave, every single time items are missing from the order even when you are the only customer

I am not satisfied with the way the staff and manager handled the situation. I ordered food on October 12 and the meal was cancelled. The staff promised that the money would be returned to me. However, I contacted them several times and not only did they not return the money, but they also said all kinds of things that were too harsh and very bad. So I don't recommend you to order food from KFC.Very bad experience and I'm very mad at them.

Our order never arrived, we paid by card and after 1 hour they gave us our money back in pounds that we had to spend in a supermarket because in Dublin they use euros The manager is rude

Every visit here has been a huge disappointment. Even when it's not busy, the service is terrible, and when it is, the staff are incredibly unprofessional. I always order the same thing, yet I never seem to get what I actually asked for. It feels like they simply don’t care about their customers. The other day, I went early in the morning when the place was completely empty. You’d think they would get my order right, especially since mine was the only one to prepare, but that didn’t happen. When I got home, I found that half my order was missing, and the box was barely filled. Overall, it’s just a disheartening experience. Do yourself a favor—either go somewhere else or skip the meal altogether. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

💔 Heartbreaking experience every time. When it's busy, the staff are unbelievably unprofessional, and even when it's quiet, the service somehow manages to be just as bad. 😔 I always order the same thing, and yet, I never get what I actually asked for. You'd think they'd get my order right since mine was the only one to prepare... but no. 😢 I got home, opened the bag, and found half my order missing—the box wasn’t even full. Went to the toilet when the husband was in the queue, it was busy and I couldn't wait - wasn't allowed to go as didn't yet have a receipt - disgusted, I actually pulled husband out of the queue and left and I love my trip to Belfast and a KFC at the end of the day and this put a bad note on the day. Won't be back to this establishment.

Charged daughter twice for meal , told her she had to come back to get refund. Travelled back to Belfast, 40miles round trip to be told everyone has been refunded try your bank or come back. Customer service at it's finest.

Our order was taken by Rachel and boy she’s awfully rude! Mind you that the store wasn’t busy and we’re the only customer as the other customers used the ordering machine (one of the machine was out of service hence we go to her). She asked what sauce or sides we want and when asked what are the options she kept rolling her eyes. We’re not from UK and not familiar with KFC menu here. The food is as expected from KFC, no issue. But Rachel, do better or soon you’ll be replaced by machine which actually doing better job than you.

Bad customer service ever. There’s no Tropicana (+£0.5) left. It’s okay. But they give me a “left over drink” instead. Plus only got one chicken fillet but order plus size and small can of left over drink. I still remember that Indian girl. She just don’t care and rush for next order. It’s absolutely scam!

Not really a treat, diet cola way too sweet, too much packaging and definitely not tasty (which was previously promised).

Ordered the food with two different milkshakes, one Oreo and one aero, but was given two Oreo. Took 10 minutes to find out they had no Oreo rather than asking before serving. Then on top of that found a hair in my gravy which put me off. Safe to say unlikely be going back.

Hi it was very unexpected and disappointed experience i have faced yesterday, when i set on restaurant and making takeout order through KFC app on my phone, suddenly the security guard came to me and ask me to leave the restaurant. what the hell was thatt !!! i was fully shocked to faced this situation with me. i asked few times why you ask me to leave the store he said its closing time but the time i was there 20:32, that means still 30 minutes remaining to close the restaurant but he doesn’t want to listen anything. finally he kicked my chair, i was falling down, but luckily i saved my self and i kept out by myself to saving my respect otherwise he would touch me, he was very aggressive even he tried to touch me but before that i was out. i dont know why he did that things to me, the security guard was very racist. The store manger should be very careful when she hired someone for relating customers faces. me and my family was regular customers of KFC , specifically The Donegall place kfc store. but after lastday incident i would never go to the Donegal place KFC and would be recommended to all customers except the white people please dont go the store, please think one time before go there, the same thing would be happened with you next time for sure if the security guard wouldn’t fired. I hope the Regional Manger solve the issue and once the security guard will be not there i think i will join KFC again as i am very much KFC lover, otherwise never ever for Donegal place KFC

Food wasnt the usual standard, chips had peppery taste, chicken didnt taste like chicken it tasted off to be honest. The place was suppose to open 11am but didnt open the shutters until 10mins later quite dissappointing, WONT BE BACK AGAIN

Today, I had a disappointing experience from this place. As a frequent visitor to this establishment, I've always enjoyed the food and service. However, today's visit left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. My five-year-old son urgently needed to use the restroom, and I approached a staff member who was cleaning on the ground floor for the passcode. Instead of offering assistance, she demanded a receipt, which I didn't have as I couldn't wait in the queue due to my son's urgent need. Her mannerisms made me feel as if I was being accused of wrongdoing. Thankfully, the billing staff were understanding and provided me with the passcode. However, when I mentioned the incident to them, I was met with hostility from another staff member who began yelling at me, claiming that their colleagues were simply "doing their job." This lack of empathy and professionalism was shocking and unacceptable. It's disheartening to see such disregard and insult for customer needs and basic courtesy, especially when dealing with children. This experience has tarnished my perception of KFC, and I'm saddened to see that I'm not the only one to have encountered such behavior, as evidenced by similar reviews. Customer service is about more than just completing tasks; it's about empathy, understanding, and making customers feel valued. Unfortunately, the staff at this KFC outlet seem to have missed this memo entirely. In the future, I hope to see a significant improvement in staff training and customer handling at this location.

Food was ok at best but had bad experience with the staff, when I wanted to use the toilet the door had a keypad on it to get in. When I went to a member of staff to get in she said I wasn't a customer when I literally just ate. I showed her my receipt but still denied. 👎

Digusted at the behaviour of floor staff .. I asked for number for toilet as my 2 year old needed the toilet , she proceeded to say receipt, I needed one numerous times , I told her I was going to order food but after I took my 2 year old to the toilet .. she kept pointing to the queue , oh yes it was 1 o'clock so the queue was so long , no way could my child hold it in .. I said please its for my child , I am ordering food after , she then said the toilet is open to customers , pointed to the lift and said the lift was broke and that I needed to leave pram down the stairs as the lift was broken.. so I asked her could she keep an eye on my pram to I get bk she said no .. so anyway on that note I thought the toilet didn't need a code then so I walked the child up to the toilet to find it was locked .. Well bk down we went , queue mentally long, so we just has to leave.. Lost out on a sale just because I couldn't take my child to the toilet , yes I understand telling older ppl no but a 2 year old , especially when she is dancing around saying she needed to go !! ( BTW I was on my own so wasn't as if anyone else was going to be using the toilet ) ..

Need a password to take a piss. Some staff are incredibly rude, although not all. Approach one lady to ask a simple question and you'd think I asked her for a kidney by the anger in her face from the mildest inconvenience.

called into this place today sat a table that wasn't cleared as there was a chicken leg left on the table in a small bag. 2 menbers of staff standing about on the floor doing nothing food wasn't enjoyable either,,

Got some food in here with family on Sunday. Ordered a bucket of chicken, mini fillets and hot wings. The hot wings were fully pink and in some parts red in the inside and were very undercooked. Our 2 pots of gravy were past there sell by date. The mini fillets and chicken were also extremely wet and even after drying them water was coming out in the inside and to top it all off when I went to the toilet to be sick, the doors had a passcode and the men’s were out of order. Not to even mention the stink and how dirty it was in the restaurant. This has left an extremely bad impression of kfc on my family and we will not be eating your food for some time. My message to customers would be, PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

The only reason my visit to this kfc store was exceptional was the pure delight of one of the staff known as Jeremy what a great young enthusiastic lad he should be the face of this store.

Although I liked everything, what I didn't understand was why there was a key to enter the toilet, I saw a father enter with his son and he couldn't enter, I suppose it was so that no one could enter to use their Toilet, but I did not see that as a client they give me a key for the Toilet, so if you have an emergency you may not arrive on time, otherwise it's fine
