KFC Belfast - Boucher Road in Belfast

i was at kfc twice in the last 3 weeks and the food was over cooked and only 2 pieces of chicken in box when it should have been 4 bits, gave me the wrong order 3 weeks ago, this place used to be great, but gone DOWNHILL BIG TIME, i have notice all the workers in boucher rd are of asian or muslims and when you put your order in they dont under stand what we are saying, PLEASE bring back the belfast people, my ADVICE is to use the other kfc witch is only a mile half from this one. 439 DONEGALL ROAD beside the roundabout

I would have preferred if the manager wasn't scolding staff in front of customers.

great food, really nice staff, the store is always clean and well organized, had the new loaded chips and they were lovely cant wait to get them again

I waited for over 10mins only to be ignored and 5 or 6 other people got served their order. They all came in after me. I had to request my order for 2nd time as previous server asked me for my receipt but walked away. 3 servers saw me there. Is it because I'm old? Won't be back and will advice my children and grandkids not to come back.

Food arrived, even got extra food for free

Chicken didn't have as much flavour as normal. Chips and gravy where nice.

I came into KFC today, Sunday 23rd March 2025 @ approximately 3.10pm. It was very dirty, most of the tables were empty but covered in rubbish, not cleared or cleaned. Food and napkins, etc, lying all over the tables and floor. I had to ask for my table to be cleaned. The inexperienced staff came out with a cloth and wiped all the tables in view. No sanitiser was used, and the rubbish wasn't picked up around the tables. Also gravy was spilt on the floor and just left. I would overlook this if the restaurant was busy, but it was extremely quite on this Sunday afternoon. The rest of the staff were standing behind the counter oblivious to what was going on in the restaurant. The bins were also overflowing. As for the food it wasn't very nice and was full of grease. Some of the chicken was pink inside. The signature chips weren't appealing at all. I won't be returning to this outlet or any other KFC for that matter. Sinead Taylor

Orderd at 2pm and didn’t reacive food until 2:48pm after at least 5 arguments with the staff, staff were extremely rude and brushed me of multiple times and made it out to be my fault that it was taking them that long , around 25 minutes after ordering asked for a refund and they told me they could only refund through card which I didn’t have so forced to wait another 20 minutes , staff argued with me and refused to help me , other customers waiting for there order to be taken for at least 30 minutes then told after waiting to go to kiosk as they wernt using the tills , food was cold which means it was ready well before served , will not be back terrible service something management need to look into

No gravy, roughly about 15 chips and food cold. Asked the cashier is the gravy there, he said "yes in the bag"

Chips were served cold... Coke was flat with no gas ..no atmosphere as was only person in at 11:45 am... Love my Kentucky especially ARDS branch but will not come back to this branch

This is so disappointing to write, as normally we love KFC!! ,Went tonight at approx 6.15 pm [22/02/25] ,what a bummer 😕, Ordered 4pc original meal plus boneless fillet meal !! as for the amount of chips there was' that was terrible as there was hardly any there!! And as for the drinks these were so bad they were 'dead as hector!' There was no fizz whatsoever in the cold beverages and all this cost just over 20quid 'absolutely absurd ,these food items are overrated and they are also marketed as there's nothing like it , on the Self Service Kiosk's screen the food stuff in our order looked so delicious [nothing could be further from the truth in this case !!] Will never choose KFC for Saturday night ever again!! as NOW we have so many other outlets to choose from which is somewhat a relief because if you feel like having tasty chicken there's more that 1vendor to choose from !! Standards have most definitely dropped in this place ! Would take a LOT of convincing/desire/quality & quantity of food to vastly improve,if we were to return !

Ran out of food but the drive through was still open. Cars then stuck in the drive through as there is no way out. If the food was running that low drive through should have been closed off before people entered.

They changed me for large when I didn’t asked for it And then didn’t even gave me large The fries were not fresh and the Pepsi max had almost no pepsi filled with some chemical water I was in rush for work so I didn’t bother arguing No napkins or takeaway bag It was first time going there but Just won’t go there for another

It's KFC. You get what you expect from a chain restaurant.

I've been Twice recently to the drive thru and always greeted with a very happy employee. I think his brother also works on the drive thru. Sajid and Rafid, make it a happy experience.

The sit-in was very slow, probably due to the number of drive-through and delivery orders. Even though there were only 2 people in front of me, the order took 16 minutes. Also, a large number of orders were being returned because they were incorrect - the dip was missing from mine. Having said that, the food was lovely.

The restaurant is clean and the food is cooked well. The only KFC I would eat from.

Service is horrible in the drive through in Belfast and they can’t speak a word of English!!! And because they can’t understand you they rush you on disgusting behaviour

The food is usually burnt and too salty.

I visited during evening of an international football match, whose date was well-publicised. I thought it was not very well organised, with some staff being very busy, whilst others stood around waiting to do some work. Self service kiosks had no paper to print order numbers. People took pictures of order number using their smartphones. Staff made no effort to replenish the printers. No display system showing whose order was ready. It seemed like there were insufficient staff on the rota during what they knew would be a busy evening. Portion size of fries / chips was very disappointing. This is the second KFC I've visited. It too had small portion sizes of fries and did not seem well organised, just like this Boucher Road location, although this had been on a quiet evening. Portion size is noticeably smaller than that of McDonald's. Personally, I do not recommend KFC.

Very Expensive for fast food. More emphasis appears to be placed on online orders Kiosk only ordering the day we were there. Fine as I pay by card but not for people paying in cash. They also ran out of lettuce, so we had a zinger burger with mayo only. Not advised at the time of ordering. I also got gravy that was out of date Very disappointed but too hungry to complain :(

When ordering and u ask for chicken and chips with a corn, and u only get chicken when u get home in the bag. What a joke, and when u go back up and u get told that what u ask for, and they don't give u a receipt, and u pay cash,

It's a KFC, they are all the same really! Good for a swing through. Check their app for offers.

My son wanted a KFC on the way home from a football match. He went in at 9.30pm. At 10pm I went to see what the hold up was - and the staff were only taking his order at that point! Server said they were short staffed. Extremely poor customer service.

This KFC is the only one i would go to local as the takeout is always warm and very good, unlike others in Belfast, esp the KFC in finaghy. I wouldn't recommend esp if you're looking for a delivery, you might not even get the food as they never have any drivers & its never as good when you do get it.

The chicken here was cold super greasy not as KFC normal should be chips we could not eat as the were soggy nothing crisp about the food here would not use here again

In standing in the queue for 20 minutes, there are 4 people with me and 7 staff. I ordered 2 pieces of chicken. I don't say it lightly but this place is simply non functioning. Avoid if you value your time, it's truly awful even for a KFC

Food was very poor. Chips were not crisp and like warm. Chicken tasted as though it had been cooked some time earlier and kept warm.

No matter what I order, there's CONSISTENTLY something missing, sometimes something small, like a dip, sometimes a side, and once the actual burger..... I've never worked in fast food, maybe it's harder than I think it is, to look at an order receipt and place those items into a bag

Food was alright, not the most amazing KFC

Order took forever, 2 people behind got their order first even though I'd ordered less items. Place was disgusting, kids sat at the table then got covered in sauce cus there was sauce all over the chairs. Food wasn't any better, look at the state of this BURNT chicken and chips!

Honestly I’ve never been more disappointed in food and service. Girl who served just didn’t want to be there other customers also commented on it. The chips were soggy and cold the chicken was dry as a bone and the Burger was nothing short of a disgrace for £12. Most of it was thrown in the bin! That’s me finished done with KFC I will never be back. They seriously need an overhaul in this place. I won’t be there to see it. Wasted £12 good pounds on utter garbage.

Nice place to eat with the family, good food and great service.

The food was decent, and the staff were really nice and helpful. The atmosphere was great too, but it could use a bit more regular cleaning.

The toilets were disgusting stain .all over then toilet seat had brown stain .I ask a member of staff where rude. No customer care or service give. He refuse to come with me to have a look he refuse again and walked away from me.never again. And I will be telling everyone not to go there for food and I would like someone to contact me on this matter

Order 8053 on 15th Dec 2023 - As this has happened before I asked the server were all the items included in the takeaway bag as it looked small - He said yes - Drove home - No chips included - Called to complain - Got UK answer phone saying to submit my complaint on a web form - No thanks - Will just not use KFC Boucher again - Plenty of other places to get food from in Belfast

Lazy staff wouldn’t look in our direction when we tried to order they kept there backs to us and moved slowly as if to wind us up I seen a few of them smiling at each other like they new what they were up to I left and spent my money in the garage

I love this KFC on the boucher road but after Friday night I dont think I will be back. The service was atrocious the food was cold and the staff hadn't a clue. People in front of us where probably waiting at least 20 -30 mins for food which like ours was cold and had to keep going up as they forgot items of there order. So disappointed

If there was a lower star I would give it what a shame on KFC name chips cold chicken cold popcorn chicken cold chips cold only thing was warm was the club orange out of the fridge definitely not be back until KFC mend there ways I watched more people going up to get food warmed time to get your fingers out KFC managers are lose you business very sad 😞 😞😞😞

Best kfc around - a past comment from someone who has now had to amend their scoring to 1 the lowest score possible!! 20/11/23 whatever happened in your store today needs investigating multiple customers left standing for 44 minutes. My Partner for 45 for a kids popcorn chicken meal. Other people there waiting 45-50 minutes for singular meals and complete refusal to refund customers once had them in the door. Also Drive thru closed as nobody to work it, but no sign or anything to advise que of cars waiting to use it until a customer went out and told everyone what was happening so they left!!! you lost alot of business today!!!!!

Had a terrible experience here today food was cold and waited ages to get it. No top bread on my chicken burger when I got it home. Friend ordered a kids meals and after about 10 mins told her they forgot to put the chicken burgers on. Trying to serve just eat customers and customers in the shop at the same time. So many colleagues don't understand how you can get it so wrong.

Waited in drive-thru for 15 minutes with no sign of movement and only four cars in front of me before I gave up and left. I'd say KFC has the worst drive-thru of any fast food restaurant.

The last time I ate a KFC was about 20 years ago, the staff used to be friendly and helpful. The 7 herbs and spices made the chicken taste nice, the lettuce and mayo was crisp and tasty.... Unfortunately KFC boucher Road is none of the above, the chicken had no flavour, limp lettuce and the mayo?? Never again.!!???

Worst KFC by a Mile. Took me 20 mins to be looked at at the till . Tiny portions of food for the wee man . And cost over £7 . He doesn't like Pineapple pops so I politely asked if I could swap it for a gravy . You would of thought I asked for a pint of blood . I never leave reviews but had to with this place ... its a joke . 1 guy serving about 8 people and giving priority to just eat guys coning after other customers . Save yourself the hassle . Eat elsewhere

I love this place! The staff are always friendly and helpful, the food is fresh and delicious, and the portions are generous. The chicken is crispy and tender, the fries are hot and salty, and the coleslaw is creamy and crunchy. I also like the variety of sauces and dips they offer. The restaurant is clean and spacious, and there is plenty of parking outside. I always have a great time here with my family or friends. This is the best KFC in town, hands down! 🍗🍟👍

Awful waited to place an order as only had cash. Never got service left after 5 mins.

15 mins at counter waiting to be served there was only one customer in front When we finally got our meals had to return chips as they were cold. Then had to wait at least 5 mins for warm chips. Really bad service will not be back.

Drive through Closes early almost every night. Runs out of CHICKEN ! Customer service , (rude to none.) To bad cause I like KFC. This is the first complaint I have ever made in my life and I'm 57. This would NEVER happen in Canada. Sick of it.

I have never, and I'm not exaggerating, ever had worse service. Appalling and incompetent would be a compliment. Order left lying because a rude customer jumped the queue and they served him, leaving my order going cold. Three of them tried to figure out why this food was sitting there and I had to tell them it was mine!! They forgot to give me my fillet burger the kids drinks, the wrong drinks and no ketchup. I told my wife and she didn't believe me until she went to ask for the kids ice cream. She was completely bemused by the fact that they couldn't even organise an ice cream, took ages to do that and the server didn't speak. Laughable levels of service. Won't be back. Awful awful awful.

Never get an order right the first time here, as far as KFC goes the foods okay and generally warm. A lot of the staff could do with learning some communication/people skills. They all seem unhappy, it can’t be that bad to work there?

I had to wait 5 mins, but it was busy. No customer interaction with the staff. No eye contact. Food was ready very quickly. This is the 3rd different KFC where hot tea or coffee was not available? WHY? Food was hot. Chips OK. Chicken very fatty skin, horrible taste, soggy crumb. 3rd different KFC recently. All the same, awful taste to the fatty chicken. I have decided to go elsewhere for food. Very disappointed.
