Shocking KFC, mini Fillet is about the same size as your baby toe and charging 50p for dips now when costs you about a tenner for a small meal. Chips were lukewarm and floppy, don't go here

Small, horribly dried out, disgusting chicken such a high cost for such a disaster of food. Dried out, dark crusty, disgusting coating. Lunch time has only started, so why the old chicken/oil/seasoning? Or maybe robin, surely chickens are bigger that that?!? Awful, stay well clear I can't see any evidence of efforts to improve service, do you not read your own reviews!? Shocking response!!

We heard a crew member given a management absolutely abuse shouting over other customers absolutely disgraceful naill on his badge

DISGUSTING!! Not the first time i’ve received food like this!!! Chicken completely raw the whole way through and their excuse was “it’s the seasoning”. Chicken with seasoning does not look like this!

Cold undercooked food and terrible customer service at till.

Served by Michael when collecting food and what a wee gent. Polite and proffessional and apologised for long waiting time. He is credit to the kfc branch. Have to say other members of staff looked to unhappy.You dont see that on advertisements 🤪. Thankyou Michael 👌😁

I ordered the kansas dipped bites and was told to wait for 5 minutes because there’s only one available. I waited, received my order and went home with still just one order of that! So frustrating. I know it’s just £2 but the thought that they made me wait then gave me just one order still was upsetting. not so happy with the service.

Helpful staff, they were able to deal with my request. I had a bit of a problem with the order on the app.

Was the worse kfc i have ever been in doors windows floor counter skinning fly on counter dying chips freezing chicken was over cooked hard. Absolutely awful Disgusting.

My son got 8 chips with his meal 🤣 Guy at the counter is so rude , won't be back !!!!!

This KFC is good they get the food to you fast and the staff a friendly however KFCs quality in general has dropped. Their chicken burgers are far smaller than they used to be and the dont taste as good and the chips have completely changed and are horrible in comparison to again what they where before.

Have an allergy to wheat and egg so had to remove batter. The chicken was greyish and not great looking. Sorry but quite put me off.

Love KFC but some of them don't give you the special offers when they are running them like holding back the leaflet they should be give out

I really don't like KFC after seeing several things on social media about the place haven't eat there since .I always liked it till seeing it.SHAME.

Good menu nice staff, quality a bit hit and miss.

Refused to take legal tender leaving me to have to count out change. Didn't ask what sauce I wanted on the ricebox and had customers coming back over because their orders were short. Won't be back to this outlet.

Worst kfc I've ever had! First batch of chips were burnt (also cooked now in skins which i really don't like). Complained and think I was given same batch again (with a very sour face, no apology). My hubby and I left most of it. I always loved kfc. Ruined it for me. Won't be back.

Food was all good but a guy messed up a £45 order which made me kinda mad but I'm a kind person so i didn't bother going back and making a scene for £7.

Always seem to have an issue with ordering here. Staff are friendly but the noise can make understanding difficult.

My daughters leg got burnt by their gravy, not a thing was done about it, she is now scarred for life and I received a £5 voucher from them in the post.

Order never right and chips always cold. If u get the manager to serve u the food is right and warm.
