Food was ordered and delivered literally arrived 15 minutes later! Received food 20 minutes before the Just Eat message to say food on the way! Food was fresh and warm. Delicious food, will definitely order again. Thank you 😊

Best Chinese about. Never fail. Food is beautiful, always read the notes and delivery drivers lovely. If you havnt tried here you are missing out. Love this place

first time at this Chinese...as we're just visiting NI & Belfast... very tasty food, the Chicken in Honey Chilli Peking sauce...WOW!! the fried rice was perfect, light, fluffy, lose (ie not ask stuck together) very tasty... and the Special Fried Rice was amazing... highly recommended, and next time we're here, we'll be ordering again... thank you

I'm from overseas and tried a take away with my family here .This definitely was the worst meal I have had in Norn Iron, since I came here on holiday.

You would need a chainsaw for the chicken, 3rd meal in a row like this, probably won't order again unfortunately.

Honestly haven't been able to fault this chinese in a long time! Always get the best quality food & service proper love their beef satay. Have tried various others and this is the hardest to beat!! 10/10 highly recommend if you're after a gd chinese.

Food was good, portions huge, a bit expensive. Could maybe back off on portion size and pricing and get a bit of value for money, as there’s not a lot of people that can eat all of that!

Honestly my favorite Chinese to date, I've always been fussy when comes go a good Chinese but by far this place wins hands down!!! Their Thai satay is unreal 😍

cold and soggy wont order again

Ordered food for 3rd time and always the same problem. Something is missing, but it's never their fault, but the way we have placed our order. The man which I'm assuming is the owner is always very cheeky and has a problem when we complaint about our food being missing, which, btw we've paid for. Always some stupid explanation. The food is nice, but the service is horrible. They need to make sure they check it twice before it leaves the place.

Jesus christ! Food was always top class! But ordered food this evening. After an hour, phoned to see what was happening. Told it was on its way. An hour later still hasn't arrived. Couldn't beat it. Won't be back!

Been ordering from here for years but our last few orders very disappointed portion sizes smaller and chicken over cooked and burnt couldn’t eat it and went in the bin - won’t be ordering from here again unfortunately

Used this Chinese for years but when the prices have went from £23 for 2 meals last year to £31 last night we won't be ordering from here again, I understand that everything has increased in price but that hike is a disgrace.

Loved this place for years but since it's recent refurbishment the food has gone downhill. Chicken, mushroom in oyster sauce was terrible. Chicken was slivers of pre-boiled fowl, and the sauce tasted like the water it was boiled in. Tried next the special fried rice which apart from the prawns was bland, not enough garlic or any kind of flavour/seasoning. The Char Sui element is no longer roast pork but some kind of tasteless luncheon meat! I gave the place the benefit of the doubt one last time last weekend and tried again with the Special FR. The rice looked and tasted like it had been re-fried into gravel. It went into the bin. Asian Express was my go to place for a great tasting, freshly cooked meal. Will not be back unless the former cooks come back.

Was our go to Chinese but recently its been the worst service around!! Everytime we order they mess it up and tonight 21/07/22 we ordered and they messed it up and when we rang they said a new one would be sent out so we waited an hour and when we rang and asked about it the girl on the phone said the driver is away home and i asked what about our order and she hung up on me so i called back and she then said again that the driver was away home and we are closing up that nothing could be done!!! I was so annoyed as we were told an hour before a new one would be sent out. If I could I'd rate this Chinese no stars because of the service!!! Honestly it's not worth the time or money anymore it's definitely a dive and il be looking for a new Chinese which is sad because I've been loyal to this Chinese for around 4 years!

Never had a bad meal from and have had more than I want to admit from.

Unfortunately I had to edit this as they have ruined my dinner last week by sending sweet & sour sauce when I ordered curry sauce. Then this week I made a point of adding a note to please send the ordered curry sauce & not sweet & sour in error again. Food arrived with sweet & sour sauce again. That's two weeks in a row I've had to throw the food in the bin because they can't get a simply order right. Will need to find a different take-away now as that's over £20 in orders each week ruined. Which is a damn shame as I've had a great experience for over a year with this one (ordering the curry sauce each week) and it's only the last couple of weeks they can't get a simple order right. ---‐----‐-------- Great little takeaway. They have a mobile app that is so easy to use for collection or delivery. I've always found the food to be high quality and good portions. This is now my go to takeaway.

We have been buying the hot munch box from here for a good while now. It is consistently good every time. Would highly recommend.

Tonight our food was disgusting the chow mein had no vegetables the noodles had sauce over them and the chicken was dry and tastless!!!!!! Money wasted WONT BE BACK!!!!!

Used to be our go to Chinese. Placed an order 3 weeks a go. After more than 3 hours waiting for our delivery and multiple attempts to contact them I drove down to find our food cold and chips barely cooked. I complained at the desk and asked if something could be done the girl replied “not really like no, we were busy,” I then tried for 2/3 days to call them to complain and there was no answer. Then today I called to place an order and explained what happened 3 weeks ago and asked for compensation, the girl said she would ask the owner to which he replied, “it was 3 weeks ago we won’t do anything, you should have complained at the time” I explained several times that I did on the night and tried to call several times. Could hear the owner in the background getting aggressive and the girl on the phone started losing her temper too. Will not be back, awful customer service and a greedy owner who only cares about what goes in his pocket.

Ordered tonight at 5:34pm, rang back at 635pm as the delivery didn’t arrive. Apparently it was was my fault that I didn’t place an order. Even though I was talking to two people. Didn’t even offer compensation.

I got a delivery tonight through the app, they said it would be here for 19.59 didn't arrive to 21.00. The whole meal was freezing & the prawn toast was burnt & like rubber, u couldnt even eat it. Disgusted

Ordered Chinese online today 10th April at 5pm. Was giving delivery slot for 18.09. Waited 3 hours n no1 would answer phones. My friend ordered 1 hour after me and got his 2 hours later yet I still hadn't received mine. 4 hours after ordering the delivery guy turns up with the order but by then we had already eaten so refused it.. Yous had my number yet yous cudnt txt to say there was a delay. Very poor customer service... Patricia Anders

My family have been getting from this Chinese for years, a very reliable kind set of staff that never fail to make my wee girl laugh, they try there hardest and I don’t get these people getting mad over a half an hour wait or so they are much faster than other food services and we will definitely continue to order from here👍👍👍

Just had a chicken chow mein and curry sauce ....well what chicken and currysauce must of been sitting from last weekend won't be getting from here again

Food did not come for almost 2 hours. Rang asking where it was after an hour and they said they were busy and the delivery wouldnt be too long but took another hour.

Waited over an hour for delivery and when it arrived was inedible! Curry sauce had solidified and turned meal into a freezing cold brick! Whole order went into bin, will def not use again!

Ordered out of here a few times and have never had any problems with the food r staff.

Ordered off the website, told me order total was £13.10 and charged me £15.30, the wait time was ridiculous, ordered at 7:05pm it’s 8:20pm and still not arrived.

Tried to place an order on JustEat, it precisely says, clear as day, that they deliver to BT38 - Carrickfergus. Yet for some reason they still declined my order. That is the first time I've been declined and for that I won't order again. Especially after reading the other reviews. Just not worth it.

Ordered a Chinse at 9.43 and it's now 10.35 when i rang up they said they were busy and the driver hasn't been Been bk yet ! Don't order from here away unless ur willing to wait for ages ! Lesson learnt .

Ordered from just eat...delivery took 2hours discrace as its only a 15mind drive from my home. When it arrived it was in polostyrene containers needless to say food was soggy and cold waste of 18quid for treat night!! In the bin

Terrible service!! Ordered from this Chinese at 19:30. Rang them at 20:30 as no delivery received. They explained that they had lost the order. Said they would look into it and ring me back. Received no call. Rang again at 21:00 and they took my order AGAIN. Still no delivery at 22:00. Rang again and explained that I wanted a refund and to speak to the manager. They said that I couldn't be refunded and the manager wasn't available and the employee hung up on me. 22:20 got a call from the delivery driver asking me where I lived... after I had given my address over the phone no less than 7 times previous to this. Was offered no apology and no compensation at any stage. Incompetent rude staff, negligent management, slow service. 3 hours later... still no food! Not holding out any hopes for the quality (if it ever arrives)

Awful, words can't describe how bad my experience was. We ordered through the website and they sent an email confirming the order and took the money. Fast forward 1hr 30mins we phone up they never recieved the order-no apology took them 20 mins to decide to complete our order without charging us again. So now we wait for the food again.. We ring up another half an hour later driver is on his way but still no since this goes on another hour after that until we get out COLD FOOD. The food was terrible and badly prepared. Still no apology, refund or compensation, the women on the phone was cheeky and rude. Don't eat here!!!
