Burger King in Newtownabbey

dull and tasteless to say the least. I used to enjoy burger king years ago but now unfortunately they must have changed something.probebly cheaper ingredients. I'll give it a miss next time.

Cold burger and chips that would injure you also not for 5he first time got my order wrong.

The order was missing both of the burgers.

good communication from the driver. called me when he was close to make sure he was delivering to the correct location

Awful , waited ages on my order , when it came the so called whopper burger was in a kids size bun , the chips were cold and hard, total waste of money

burger was ordered undressed because of allergies came fully dressed had to be binned receipt stated to remove everything

missing meal. other food which had to be shared out was cold and not enjoyable. tried calling the store but no answer. such a waste of money!!!

I ordered the awesome memphise BBQ chicken royale and was ashamed and astounded to see but a plain boring chicken royale. Not only did they charge me more for the Memphis meal the chips were cold and my girlfriend nearly choked and died due to the dryness.

The girl that served me was extremely rude she threw the food onto the tray a one of the fry’s fell out of packet onto counter top she lifted it with her bare hand and threw it on top of my food and when I asked if if I could have ketchup she threw two packs on top of food I have never ever been served anywhere by any one so rude to a paying customer

They don't have any plant based food at all so we all decided to eat somewhere else which catered for all

It was freezing cold when it turned up, i tracked the guy as he was delivering and he parked up for about 10mins in mill road the opposite way to my house Think you need new drivers Food was nice after i reheated it tho so that was ok

Served by a really lovely girl on tills (she had dark hair & glasses) Very polite and helpful.

By the time we got our food the chips were cold. The burgers were just warm enough to eat.

driver rude also drove in the opposite direction to delivery destination and wouldn't bring order up to me i work in a busy taxi depot and was made to go downstairs to get food when extremely busy food was then cold by the time it arrived

once again, no cheese on my CHEESEburger even payed for extra this time

Young boy pleasant enough but all staff wearing gloves and handling money and then food. Staff standing talking and vaping.

Delivery driver was lovely, and arrived at the restaurant according to the app, but delivery time kept getting put back. Back the time the food arrived it was freezing and had to be reheated which was awful.

I spent over £25 and didn’t get the deal

The only thing to complain about was the Just Eat app which offered a choice of free items if you spent over £25. I spent over £30 and was only offered Onion rings but wanted the chilli bites as advertised.... Poor testing of the app

Was served by Louis ( top shagger ) food was smashing felt like I was eating in a Gordon Ramsey restaurant, if I was on death row would have a Burger King as my last meal without a doubt staff are top shaggers and would recommend to everyone

Food was lovely, but I only received 6 onion rings instead of 9.

Soft onion rings, half the portion of fries expected. Burger average. Communication issues but delivery was grand.

Cold and didn’t give me some items

When the food came the onions rings fries and chicken burger was absolutely freezing like it he been sitting over night. Plus the bottle of juice was not cold it was warm this is the worst order I’ve had from these guys and it won’t be happening again.

I was here last Friday the 29 th off April and I have to say the young man behind the till was amazing! There was a woman Infront off me I think 2/3 and she had not got her food yet . When I got mine she was nasty 🤢 to the boy at the till ! and was giving out to him he kept his calm I was impressed by this. I on the other hand was not in pressed by the woman actions and did say something to her but that young man was extremely good at handling the situation

Our order was wrong. We ordered 6 nuggets with mayo which didn’t arrive, and the bacon double cheese we ordered with no bacon but it came with bacon and all the cheese came off too when we removed it. Received a whopper which we had not ordered.

Just ordered two whopper meals, they were as dry as anything, the mayo was as if it was scraped on and off, was not happy. Usually you get plenty on it

I ordered a Burger King meal for my family’s dinner and it didn’t arrive. Burger King closed at 6pm but at 7.15pm the status was changed to show ‘delivered’. I placed my order at 5.13pm and it was accepted. This is very disappointing and I hope that I will be issued with a refund and the matter investigated. I expect to also be compensated as this ruined our night in.

Wrong burger came, food was cold and the drinks were wrong. It cost me 40 odd pounds and it was a complete waste of money.

No chilli cheese bites with order

£35 spent on the blandest food I have ever had must have not much Mayo lost as two royals had what can be described as 2 cm worth of Mayo the loaded bacon cheese nuggets seem to be ones that was sent back as a wrong order and then sent out to me wondering if it’s 15 year old kids working here it would sure seem that way anyway

Never received my order when it said it's been delivered after paying £30.21 for food and delivery and service. can't get in touch with anyone only email. Very angry and annoyed.

Food was nice and had loads of chips and toppings on the whopper. The cheeseburger had no red sauce but it was ok as I had some at home.

There's no option to not have sauce so phoned them and spoke to someone called Adam and he was honestly 1 of the nicest people I've spoke to.. so friendly and told me he would double check the order and not 1 thing was missing or wrong.. Will definitely be ordering from here again thanks Adam 😊

Food was standard, to be honest not much to complain about other than the fact the fries could of been warmer, however the service was excellent. There was a number of young boys working when I was being served and it must be said that every single one was courteous, polite and friendly.
