Only 1 of the 4 orders was right, chips were very peppery, the receipt order was right but who ever boxed up on the sides got it all wrong, burgers were tasty only was to be plain and receipt was *PLAIN* but still had mayo/lettuce on it, it's wasn't busy so staff weren't rush on getting orders out.

Do not order from the app, every time it's used the order is wrong and it's alot more expensive, two box meals cost £30

missing items again and sauce spilt all over the food last time I go near this KFC

Food arrived on time but was not warm. The burger in the box meal had been thrown together by the looks of it and was dripping in sauce far too much sauce it was a sloppy mess. I understand this is fast food but it’s not cheap at £17 delivered for a single meal the quality should be there at this price. Sort it out guys.

Burger missing and popcorn chicken

Team Glengormley never fail to send an epic meal and always read comments on the order. Can’t recommend enough and have let your head office know again how excellent this team are. 😀

Have not eaten here in many months was actually at asian star Chinese which is next door (5star) have a love hate r/ship with KFC the food is generally excellent as is staff and surroundings but I am upset then when ordering you have to accept KFC choice of portions which are all priced the same so as happened in the past one portion was a chicken wing/or battered gristle the other a piece of succulent breast both priced the same while not a regular occurence I would prefer to be able to choose what I eat

Never give rice when ordering a box meal, always give gravy nothing else. Some people don’t like gravy and that’s why there’s other options there, swear only ever had the rice come like once because it’s never there when I order it.

Prompt service and courteous delivery guy

Staff lovely, but can't say the same for the carry out food. Coating far from crispy and far far too salty!! Chips were over seasoned and flaccid. My biggest disappointment is that the ice-cream machine has been broken down for months. Ice cream is delicious when available!! What is going on???

the boned chicken was a bit overdone but all and all it was enjoyable

ordered and given a 30 min delivery window, it took 60 mins. next time I will drive the 6 min journey and get it myself.

Haven't been in a couple of years after receiving a frozen burger. Went back yesterday, what a mistake! Returned home to find they left a meal out completely. Had to return and ask were my zinger burger meal was I paid for. They said sorry and gave me a cold zinger burger with a bit of limp lettuce. I will never return

Ordered a 1.5 ltr bottle of pepsi max that didnt arrive, driver claimed they never gave him it.

why do employ drivers who don't know the area he drove all around the estate without knowing where he was going

Everytime I order im always missing an item! The delivery driver says to contact the store, I contact the store and they say I have to drive down and get it! If I could drive down in the first place I wouldn't have ordered a delivery. Its not hard to read an order and put it into a bag, I know this from experience of working part-time in KFC while I was still in school.

the zinger burger wasn’t a tower

We have received the wrong order. Please resend the order we placed and paid for. We spoke to the driver who advised us that the restaurant said we should contact just eat to raise this issue

told driver they didn't have the drink of club orange. didn't understand what I was saying. I gave him the receipt pointed to the club orange that's missing and asked him to bring it back. he never showed back.

Haven't tried a KFC for a while, took the kids in and they got a popcorn chicken box and a chicken tender box. Very well impressed, and the chips are amazing, so much better than before, they actually taste like potato and not some frozen rubbish. Price wise about average these days but the portions were a decent size.

Wrong order sent Instead I received someone else’s much more expensive order. I am raging because what I ordered was wat I was looking forward too. I reported to just eat immediately but nothing was done. I called the number on the receipt to tell that person that I received their order and to make sure they do not get charge. Thankfully my report to just eat cancelled their order n they were not charged. I guess someone mixed up the bags which can easily be done but the options to rectify the mistakes made are very limited making this experience very negative

We had ordered 2 gravy but didn't get any. so charged but not received.

Chips have changed. For some reason they had pepper or something on them, didn't taste or look great. Skin also still on which not everyone likes. I was very disappointed in the meal as a whole, especially with part being missing.

The worst KFC in Europe I'd say, staff don't care about anything they are supposed to be doing. I've just received my order, on time I might add, but the chips/ frys are half cooked an no option on the app to say no salad or dressing. Stay well clear of this kip !!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgrace no order or anything staff were rude and not helpful. Have a child crying cause no dinner. Not happy won't be back. Drivers need to know where they are going if not don't have them working for use.

My bottle of Pepsi max has been missing for prev orders. In order to stop this from happening again I called the restaurant to ask them to make sure my bottle was sent. When my order arrived it was not there. I questioned this with the driver and he said he was not given it. I called the restaurant and the guy I’m the phone said he was 100% positive he gave it to the driver. 10 mins later the driver arrived with my bottle. I phoned the restaurant again and they said he had not returned to collect

The quality of food is extremely disappointing!! Chicken is like rubber and stone cold freezing, not happy at all!! The price you pay for kfc is horrendous and for the quality received is poor poor service!! Every item binned!!

Will never be back again they got my order wrong then when I took my food back they were going to charge me more money for food I payed for in the first place I did ask for a refund the lad behind the counter could hardly understand me so I just give them there food back and left will never never be back

Food was warm but there is something wrong with the fries, there is something on them , either herbs or pepper? But kids wouldn't eat them so that was a waste of money, rest of meal was perfect , warm & delivered on time.

My order didn't arrive at all! When my order was due I got a call from a lady who'd been given my order instead of her own, 10 mins later a driver left someone elses order with my son. I had to drive to the shop to get the right items freshly prepared but can't get my delivery charge refunded. TOTAL JOKE.

yet again freezing cold and had to be reheated got the 2 zinger burgers meals with sauce on them and had 2 reheat them 🤢 wont being ordering from kfc again on just eat... theys always something ...

Really unhappy with my order. Food hard chicken not cooked properly - uneatable £26 later.

Originally were due to receive between 4.50 and 5.10 but didn't receive until 5.35. Received no notification that the order would be late and when it did, the drink was wrong.
