Use the just eat app all the time, have ordered from KFC a load of times so my details are all saved and correct. Ordered a meal at £50, courier couldn't find me so marked it as delivered and I never got my meal and I can't get a refund

I asked for sauce on my mini fillet burger and received none. I ordered creamy mash and received beans. I ordered 6 wings and received 4. Lastly, it was cold.

I dont know how to describe the piece of chicken i received. Looked more like the size of a chicken wing and was vwry overcooked. Chips wwre soggy by the time they arrived, the only thing that was hot was the gravy. Very disappointed.

I went in to get a bargain bucket and a gravy they served others who came in after me. I went to the desk to ask had they forgotten my order. They started running around they had forgotten. I took the order home and no gravy in bag. I rang to complain and they said drive back up and get the order . I just said I am 30 mins away so I asked for the manager and was told to complain on the website . Bad service all round

Food was nice apart from a chicken drumstick which was very overcooked but everything else was lovely and delivered hot and fast. Driver was very friendly too.

Checked the app delivery time advertised as 20-35 mins ordered at 1704 Delivery time given as 1740 Delivery arrived at 1832….1 hour 30 mins after delivery would have been quicker to walk and get it!!!! Just Eat should be advertising correct delivery times allowing people to make an informed decision of where to order from ….abysmal service

came missing a full meal which was a pain as there is no one to contract and we had to split to meals out to ensure everyone got something. now have a drawn out process to get the missing items refunded

Every time I order a just eat but none of the drivers can find it after about 10 phone calls were the driver can not tell me we're he is so I cant explain to him we're it is and the Kentucky was cold on top of that so needless to say that's me fine with just eat

Food arrived cold. I’ve got screenshots of the map where he was making multiple deliveries and I seen he had about 7 orders in his boot of the car. Not in a heat bag or anything.

Received food minus one portion of fries and there is no point trying to contact as they say it's just eat and you get fobbed off!!

Only selected 1 star as think I had to select something to write the review. £35 plus spent via the KFC app for a delivery - ended up with mediocre service, attitude, missing item, cold food, slow delivery. Phoned to complain to KFC - not their problem so tell me to phone Uber directly. 20 mins wait to speak to someone and the best they can do is give me £8.99 refund and to contact KFC for any other refund?!? They get away with the crap service and quality as they make it near impossible to complain so people probably don’t bother 🤦🏻‍♀️

There is always an issue. Don’t go here if you want to use your offers on the app because they will aggressively deny it as their “machine doesn’t work” and hasn’t done for a fair while. That, along with the manners of many staff members is totally unprofessional and annoying. The woman acts like it’s your fault they can’t accommodate an order.

burger was awful . has obviously been sitting for hours. mayonnaise had went see through and bap was hard. chips cold and mushy. chicken so overcooked the bones broke as I lifted it out of the box. Justeat......continuously awful restraunts. never use this KFC again. completely ripped of and waste of money

Only 1 of the 4 orders was right, chips were very peppery, the receipt order was right but who ever boxed up on the sides got it all wrong, burgers were tasty only was to be plain and receipt was *PLAIN* but still had mayo/lettuce on it, it's wasn't busy so staff weren't rush on getting orders out.

I am the biggest fan of this branch but my meal tonight was terrible. Tough cold chicken, literally half a portion of fries and a hot wing instead of an original piece of chicken. I’ve had so many previous meals from here that have been spot on but, this was past terrible and shouldn’t have been served. Shame on you. I get mistakes happen, but this was beyond anything that passes for a meal and shouldn’t pass any level of quality control.

Do not order from the app, every time it's used the order is wrong and it's alot more expensive, two box meals cost £30

missing items again and sauce spilt all over the food last time I go near this KFC

Food arrived on time but was not warm. The burger in the box meal had been thrown together by the looks of it and was dripping in sauce far too much sauce it was a sloppy mess. I understand this is fast food but it’s not cheap at £17 delivered for a single meal the quality should be there at this price. Sort it out guys.

Team Glengormley never fail to send an epic meal and always read comments on the order. Can’t recommend enough and have let your head office know again how excellent this team are. 😀

Have not eaten here in many months was actually at asian star Chinese which is next door (5star) have a love hate r/ship with KFC the food is generally excellent as is staff and surroundings but I am upset then when ordering you have to accept KFC choice of portions which are all priced the same so as happened in the past one portion was a chicken wing/or battered gristle the other a piece of succulent breast both priced the same while not a regular occurence I would prefer to be able to choose what I eat

Prompt service and courteous delivery guy

Never give rice when ordering a box meal, always give gravy nothing else. Some people don’t like gravy and that’s why there’s other options there, swear only ever had the rice come like once because it’s never there when I order it.

Staff lovely, but can't say the same for the carry out food. Coating far from crispy and far far too salty!! Chips were over seasoned and flaccid. My biggest disappointment is that the ice-cream machine has been broken down for months. Ice cream is delicious when available!! What is going on???
