Food and service was really good

When they gave us our food they apologised for the wait (only 20 minutes) and gave us free cookies which we appreciated very much. Great customer service and the food was delish.

This will be our go to Pizza from now on. Dont get me wrong we love 4Star pizza and we will continue to order from them, but my boys now prefers Domino Pizza from Glengormley. We ordered a burger pizza + chicken mix today and so far it’s the tastiest and well cooked ( not oily and chewy). Food arrived fresh and hot. The delivery guy was so kind and friendly. Thanks Domino Glengormley. Keep up the great work!

Shocking put you on to the app which won't let you order

So because I raised a complaint because I received food positioning from this store I got called a scammer and I’m blacklisted now aswell because I had to go to hospital because I was badly sick do not order from this store unless you want to be sick

shocking customer service -placed an order online, the app said food was in quality checking for over 25 mins, the delivery then took another 20 mins to arrive, so all food was cold when it arrived. I called the store and spoke to Gemma, she placed me on hold for over 7 mins, i called the store again to tell her i was still on hold on another line and she hung up. I called the store a third time, Gemma answered again , I asked to speak to amanager, and she came back on line and said that all the managers where busy and couldnt talk, I have made a complaint to their head office. appalling customer service from this store, or maybe it was the staff on duty who could all cleary benefit from customer service training.

Paid £30 but nothing was delivered. Disgraceful when your paying that kind of money and expecting an order for basic food yet delivery drivers clearly benefitting from the order!

Parking outside limited, thw best is to park HI shop, it is 30 sec walk

I paid £32 for a pizza and extras. It took over 1hr and a half. The food arrived cold and the wrong order. To add to that it came with multiple hairs wrapped around the chicken pieces. I contacted the manager, he refused to let me speak, verbally abused me and hung up the phone. This is unacceptable food standards and the level of customer service from the management at Glengormley store is ridiculous. I would not advise anyone to buy off the Glengormley store. Very disappointed

Try to order a pizza girl wouldn't take my order told her I was a truck driver parked in an industrial area wouldn't take my order made me feel like a second class citizen she had absolutely nothing between the hears

The price they charge for pizza is an absolute joke. It's just bread, cheese and tomato. A pizza shouldn't cost over 20 quid. That's ridiculous! The pizza isn't even that great to warrant the extortionate price.

Have got pizza from this takeaway before, and they have always been spot on. Used the app, and it not only saves time, but also lets one know when it's being prepared and cooking. The people who work in this Domino's somehow create an atmosphere of relaxing work, but really good pizza.

Would not recommend this place.. something about the pizzas.. never got it for good few years now but I always remember it left me with a upset stomach for about 2 days after. also they are very unhealthy and massively overpriced. if you are into Pizza you are best going and buying the ingredients fresh and making it yourself at least you know what went into it.

Good pizza and usually a quick delivery, or collection time. One star off as we have had issues where drinks and sauces are forgotten in deliveries, but otherwise, happy with the service.

Ordered pizza dough balls and a garlic dip at 12.45 online threw they're app 2am came still no sign of it phoned number rang and rang no answer still no sign of it I paid 26quid for a pizza etc that I didn't get. It's now Saturday 10.00am and they don't open until 12 if you ask me what a carry on

Ordered a large pizza 🍕 and within 15 minutes it was ready.. perfectly cooked with plenty of topping.. to make it even better they have reduced their prices so it only cost me £12... I enjoyed it I was going to add some photos but I couldn't wait to eat it...so here'sthis instead..🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕.lol

Vegan pizza was very disappointing.... toppings were sparse and the base was like cardboard. Its cost £19 approx which was ridiculous for what we got. Poor form Dominos... I won't be back again.

Would give zero if I could. Ordered food online, an hour later it still hadn't arrived so checked the email and they'd sent it to the wrong address. Tried phoning them over fifty times with zero answer, tried to contact them online not possible so got them on Facebook messenger and they asked me to fill in a form and they investigate like that helps me feed two hungry disappointed children. Was pre paid on pay pal as well

Took an hour to deliver pizza - delivery estimate was 22 mins. Took more than 10 minutes from when the order tracker said it was out for delivery to actually being delivered. I live 5 minutes away. Pizza was mostly cold, only a few lukewarm bits remained. Second time this has happened. I made a note of the timings this time. They won't get the chance of there being a third time.

The pizza we ordered were nice and so we're the sides. It was two for Tuesday and it was still over £20 pounds. The staff were friendly and it didn't take too long. The parking can be tricky as it's a very busy road. It was nice but there are better value pizza takeaways in Glengormley.

Outstanding food and is filling, altho for me, the wedges are a turn off. Other than that, I'd easily recommend. There used to be competition between them and four star but dominos cruises it these days. Cheap and speedy delivery too. Food is piping hot when it arrives. Will I order from again? Definitely.

Ordered a big night in deal on the 2nd of January and got charged extra for extra toppings and a premium base which was fine and at that point I had no complaints. When I got home they where basically to large margarita pizzas with none of the extra toppings that I payed for. The deal also came with wedges which where under cooked. The crust was hard and un eatable. I didn’t even bother bringing it back as I lived a 20 minute drive away. I just thought never using there again. It’s sad because I have used other Dominos pizza restaurants and they have seriously been great but the Glengormly branch is clearly by far the worst one I have ever used. One star ⭐️

Stopped in on way Home to treat myself to a Two for Tuesday, New Yorker and Hawaiian were perfect. Young lady in glasses was kind enough to bring pizza's out back as I waited in Car and watched the busiest delivery drivers I've ever seen... I'll be back next time I can afford the luxury. 👍

GIVE MY FOD TO THR WRONG HOUSE:)

Domino's seem to get addresses wrong. We live near Ulster University on Jordanstown Road and have got several Domino's deliveries at our door. Last night one arrived and driver left before we opened the door. Tried for best part of an hour to ring and couldn't get through. Rang Carrick branch and they said they'd ring Glengormley then rang back to say somebody was coming to pick it up. It's now 10.30 am Sunday morning and it's still on our doorstep!! Elderly folk shouldn't be inconvenienced in this way especially in the current crisis. Domino's - sort out your delivery system!!!!!

Tried called them, I stayed on the phone for 2 minutes, I then hung up, then called 1 second later and magically they were engaged.

We've been domino's customers for many years now but recently they have failed to get our orders right. Most recently we ordered a half and half New yorker (no ham, add pineapple) and catalan chicken pizza via the app. I collected in person, drove home and found that what was supposed to be the New Yorker half was actually just pepperoni. Also we asked for an Italian base and got classic instead. I suspect we got someone else's pizza instead. For something that's actually quite expensive, I have had enough of their inaccurate orders and will start to give the independent pizza places my business instead.

This place used to be good for deliveries.. now you are lucky to get your order within the hour and the drivers will ring you instead of reading the directions you provide when ordering, it's printed on the box lol. Sloppy service considering how expensive it is

Food was great. Hot wings lovely however they didn’t bring my drinks which I initially paid for by card. Driver informed me that they would be back within 30mins but didn’t keep their promise. Rang 4/5 times b4 3am but didn’t answer phone, so for this reason is why I didn’t give 5 stars...

Wouldn't order anything from here again, I ordered on the app and made a mistake so was told to cancel the order and reorder, and in doing this I placed the order for collection. What the staff didnt realize was I was standing in the shop as they were talking about me they were heard saying they were goin to give me pizzas thats had been sitting out, until they were told it was me they were talking about awful costumer services by 4 managers that were there on the floor who would of heard all this and one manager that was slagging me off along with staff only said about making fresh pizzas when he found I was standing there

Usually know what your getting from a dominoes. It's just sooo expensive. Could never justify paying £18/£19 for a pizza without a discout code. They do try to provide decent offers to be fair. Pizza is fairly good, chicken kickers nice, decent garlic bread, not a fan of the wedges thought which are usually still hard in centre.

Ordered half and half pizza , cinni dippers, nachos and a large dip..... the half and half pizza was all over the place the toppings were mental and instead of nachos wedges came in the nachos box with salsa I didnt get the icing for the cinni dippers and I didnt get my large dip. Plus everything was cold and I phoned up and they wouldn't answer so I phoned on my house phone and they answered but said they weren't the glengormley dominos I'm expecting a full refund because it came to £21.97 And because I didn't get the nachos or the dip it should be below 20 kwid. And I gave the man 22 pound and he didn't give me change MENTALLL. EVERYTHING WAS FREEZING BY THE WAY COULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM HALF A STAR SO I GAVE THEM 1 STAR THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR RAGGINNN

Waited an hour and a quarter for delivery, according to pizza tracker it was ready 20mins after placing order so when it arrived it was freezing, sent it back, shocking service, will never order from them again as I there's always a problem either with delivery times or forgetting parts of the order, avoid!

Ordered two pizzas on Sunday night, one of them looked as if someone had sat on it, my daughter looked at it closely and saw that there was hardly any topping - so it had swelled up in the oven and then gone flat. Spoiled our meal completely. I emailed customer service immediately and have still not been contacted (it's Tuesday evening now). We have had quite a few good pizzas over the years, but if they can let this bad a pizza be delivered and their customer service is so poor that they do not even reply then I will be going elsewhere.

Best food we have had in while. We requested some food to be cooked well done. And everything was cooked to our request outstanding dominoes!!! And the girl that I was on the phone too...excellent customer service.. Defo should be recognised....glengormaly n.i branch.

Ordered at 2:15am one of the deals & as speedy & quickly they really are the delivery driver got lost!! Ok totally understandable but she called at 2:53am stating she wasn't to sure where my address was so I give her details etc saying if she got lost to contact me. At 3:13am still no sign of my food no phone call from the driver nothing so I decided to phone n just cancel it all cause obv if it came now it would be freezing!!! Total joke I think use need to have strict words with some of your drivers for letting down the team. Think from now on I'll take my business else were & make sure others do!!

Expected Domino's experience, usually quick service and orders have always been correct.

Like any domino's pizza it's crazy 100 miles an hour workers rushing would strongly suggest ringing your order in or online shopping here my bathroom is probably bigger than there shop would put you off if you seen the bedlam in there but overall quality food.

Hadnt been for sometime but thought would give it a visit. All seemed good placed my order and waitted patiantly as only a couple of orders in front of mine. Well after watching others come in and go with their meals after ordering after me and i had noticed that my order had been ready for sometime i asked "how long my neal was going to be as indeicated it had been ready for some 15/20 minutes?" Was told "part of my order was missing and would be a couple of minutes" would i like a free desert i declined this as the order before me was to lost also and that customer was offered a fresh pizza and extras if all manner but only took the drinks and desserts. My Order finally came but only to Find by the time i had travelled a mile and a half home my Meal was bearly Warm and some was cold the only thing that remained hot was the last piece of my order the garlic bread. Will i be back Me thinks Not. They are to busy worrying about getting drivers out than people who call in to by the pizzas.

Never will I order from this store again! Ordered online 35 minutes later after paying no order Seems delivery staff are taking labels off customer orders and using them to fill deliveries. They take the labels off boxes and throw them in bin. Watched this happen on 3 occasions they then took pizzas out to rear. The screen ran down my time for being ready then cleared off screen still no order which I'd paid for. Bad staff bad service highly unreccomend this dominos store

Pizza didn't show up. No phone call. Still have to ring I the morning and try and get a refund. The tracker told me it was delivered. Very frustrated.

Horrible.....hottest items in my delivery was dips and cookies.....pizza had bare minimum of toppings. Everything else freezing and looked like it had been thrown around shop few times, portion sizes were awful too. Ordered this as a treat 30 quid altogether and honestly wished I hadn't bothered. Think in future i'll stick to four star and bombay dreams pizzas which are delicious for being a kebab shop

Deliveries have been hit and miss, either being speedy or extremely slow. In addition the quality of the pizza somehow manages to be worse than other dominoes places within Belfast.

Very busy shop - seems like every 2nd car in Glengormley has a Domino's pizza sign on top! Totally as you would expect from DP - have not been in the shop itself - but ordered online a few times. The weak spot is possibly the delivery drivers. Seems to be a high turn over or plenty of new people - have gotten pizza cold a few times...still being Domino's was eaten quick enough!

They make the best thin and crispy crust pizzas. In case of a problem, their managers do their job properly.
