Pizza was dry. No sauce giving. Waited an hour

Made an order an waited over an hour an had no delivery called back to check an got no answer , so have obviously just packed up an ignored the order . Terrible service .

Ordered food from here about an hour ago arrived in good time and absolutely delicious

It was frezzing and hard and it was absolutely disgusting, phoned to tell them it wasn’t cooked right that I’d bring the food down and they called me a lier over the phone and wouldn’t give a refund

I ordered a delivery on 15th April. When it arrived both pizzas where wrong (1 had no ham only pineapple and sweetcorn the other had sweetcorn on it when it was requested without) both were cold !! I phoned and was offered a new order to be sent out but we where going out and couldn't wait. So was told credit would be off my next order. BUT tried to order tonight and was no I couldn't have the credit that it shouldn't have been offered it. Total disgrace manager on duty tonight Hannah wasn't helpful at all.

It’s a junk pizza shop like Dominoes. The pizza base is almost indistinguishable from warm cardboard, the cheese seems like it could have multiple industrial applications, the meats are an insult to the animals that were sacrificed in whatever hellish abbatoir they met their end and the vegetables were the closest thing to nature this shop has ever known. I really enjoyed it. You have to consume it fast before it turns into a doormat. You know this already.

Friendly staff, plenty of choice on the menu, food cooked fresh and tasty!

Normally get pizza from here all the time because it was good but last night pizza was disgrace it was rough and all shapes and taste was all round bad. While it won't stop me from giving the place another chance in future it be awhile before I want to eat pizza again

This was my first time ordering a pizza from here so I did not know what to expect. I ordered a thin based pizza with pepperoni, pineapple and olives, it arrived faster than I expected, was still very warm and the delivery man was very friendly and with a smile. I would definitely buy from here again as it was well enjoyed. Many thanks.

Had a takeaway from here recently. Very nice member of staff helped with the order as the website doesn’t seem to accept non Northern Ireland mobile numbers. Quick delivery and the pizzas were very tasty!

There was two young guys working on Friday night when I'd placed an order on just eat, there had been a mixup and when I rang to query it they both couldn't have been more helpful, sorted my order and I collected, they are a real asset to Four Star Pizza on the Doagh Rd Newtownabbey, I actually would give them 5*stars!!!! Great to see such helpful friendly staff 😊

Arrived in good time, missing drink though. Pizza was nice enough but my dog wouldn't eat the falafels either, why I ordered falafels from a takeaway pizza and expected better I'll never know.

It arrived cold after waiting an hour and a half. It was supposed to be a garlic baguette but instead we had garlic pizza cold again!! Disappointed again!!

Sounds petty but I ordered a couple of extra dips but they weren't in the oder and I had paid for them. Time driver came back was too late, As the food was already cold waiting. First time using this place. Don't think I will use again.

Ordered from here but they didn’t give us the full order. I understand it’s no contact delivery due to covid but to run off knowing you aren’t on delivering the full order is poor standard. Shame, won’t be ordering again.

We ordered the Mediterranean chorizo and delivery was very quick on a saturday also! The taste and quality if the pizza was exceptional. Pizza arrived still hot and the flavours were amazing! Excellent, highly recommend and will order again in future without any reservations! Thank you for a lovely experience!

By my standarts pizzas that i ordered, was at best mediocre. CONS: Tasted pretty cheap over all, even considering the price. PROS: order came fast, pozzas was hot. I say, there is by far better pizzas out there.

My husband put an order in for £30. He has dyslaxia and couldnt read the menu properly. He had wanted to order 2 pepperoni but didnt realise it saud greek pepperoni. He contacted this store and explained to the manager who was so rude and offered him to call to the store and he would give him advice on how to order pizza. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a manager. Needless to say we wont be ordering from here again and will be spreading the word to family and friends to avoid at all costs. Shame on them.

My self and friends waited for 2 hours to get our pizzas after it was not put into the computer. Second time we ran up we where told it was only round the corner but the third time we rang where told what really happened, considering half of it was then cold when we got it I think I will be sticking with Domino’s

They forgot to make our pizza due to a computer malfunction. Have been waiting over an hour, after ringing twice they finally told us they had forgotten to even make our pizza!

Ordered 2 pizzas, one completely correct the other with the wrong base sauce and missing toppings. Disappointed for the price you pay that the order wasn’t correct however the other pizza tasted good.

The order was placed at around 17:40 and payment taken deliver time was confirmed as 18:25. it came 18:45 and still no sign, rang the restaurant to enquire, no record of our order even though, delivery time had been confirmed and payment taken, ended up having to drive down and personally collect the pizza, was offered free cookies. which were not entirely free as payment had been taken for the delivery- Will definitely not be using JUST EAT again

Order thin crust never got thin also ordered mushrooms on pizza and it came without. Should really take time in reading docket orders properly

Usually they are outstanding. Today was the first time that they were late, and they forgot my drink. They fixed the problem promptly, and brought my drink within few minutes. I would recommend it.

Order was wrong. I ordered a side of twister fries and a garlic pizza bread. When I got home I had wedges and no pizza bread which was disappointing.

Asked for BBQ base - got tomato. Asked for cheesy garlic bread, got regular garlic bread. Asked for diet coke, got regular coke... Still tasty, just not what I wanted!

Food was delivered 5 minutes late, taking into account that the expected time was 1 hour from the order was done, seems a very long time. Got a phone call from the delivery man asking what number do I leave in? I mean that is written down... Got some swirls and even tho the taste was alright the all came with oven paper stuck to them. And I don't mean a bit of paper that you can't see, it basically covered all the bottom of the box. The pizza was tiny, size of my hand (and it didn't specify size). I also ordered zero coke and got a regular one. Very unhappy with this, won't order again.

Had a little technical issue with my order but received a call from the store who guaranteed fresh pizza delivery in 20 mins once we realised there was a problem. Was not disappointed at all... even sent me some free cookies which were absolutely delicious. Definitely wouldn't put me off ordering again... food was great, delivery guy was pleasant and the guy I spoke to from the store was so nice and apologetic... honestly guys technical glitches happen from time to time... not your fault at all but I absolutely appreciate your quick response.

Food was tasteless' requested food to be cooked well done (crispy) & it wasn't. Obviously didn't bother reading. A lot of the wedges & fries were undercooked basically had to bin most of it, waste of money

pizza was good but not exactly what was ordered - ordered small pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, sweetcorn and spinach. got green peppers instead of spinach. and also got Fanta orange instead of fanta lemon

As an American expat, I take my pizza pretty seriously. This place had decent reviews online, so I figured I would give it a shot. On the plus side, the delivery order came super fast! So fast, in fact, that my wife hadn't gotten back from grabbing money out of the atm. The driver was very nice and said he would wait for a couple of minutes until she returned. These are the only reasons I even gave 3 stars. The pizza was mediocre, at best. The crust was bland and all-in-all tatsed like a grocery store pizza. The chips were under cooked, as were the wedges. I guess the goujons were ok. If this is the only place that delivers to you and you are feeling lazt and don't want to go out, go ahead and order. Otherwise, there are probably better options.

Nice food, first time having the chicken tender strips and they were okay due to the meal deal.

I order from here regularly and haven't had any issues. I placed my order tonight and it was an hour for delivery time which was fine as I knew it would be busy. I had only ordered a combo meal and some extra dips. But they sent me all garlic and herb when I had ordered a mix of barbacue and sweet chilli. I rang the store and it took them a good 5 minutes to even find my order on their system for the guy to then tell me that they could send me the dips but I would probably be waiting a good while for them so I ended up just telling them to leave it as he didn't seem like he really wanted to be bothered with having to send them, so he then said he would add them on my next order. Not really much use when I was needing them at the time. It may seem like a small issue as its just dips but I honestly didn't enjoy my meal as I didn't have all the dips that I had ordered and they really make the meal for me. Bit disappointed this time

Delivery time was very long but the store did explain why, but then when my order did arrive they forgot to put a drink that I had ordered in.

I have ordered from here before and was looking forward to another great pizza. I ordered the 7" selfie with olives, red onion and pepperoni. It arrived on time, cooked well and hot however I only got four slices of pepperoni and all the olives were on one side of the pizza. I thought the lack of pepperoni was very poor and don't think it would cut much into their profits to to give more than 4 slices. I was very disappointed, thus the low rating!

I normally love four star but they got my pizza order wrong but I was too starved to sent it back. The crust was super thin nothing to it. And they came 20 minutes before the expected time which I didn't like because I had been to the shop in the time they came and the almost cancelled my order until I rang them.

For the price and size of the pizzas and garlic bread I think Dominos are better value. The food was lovely though and the delivery driver a very nice guy.

Your drivers should really pay attention! I had selected to pay my order with cash and the driver insisted the order was paid for then he returned to my house 10 mins later after looking he money for the order after I had said it wasn't paid for

Decided to give this place another go as we have had about 4 good orders in a row. Then tonight we ordered the double deal. One pizza arrived with completely incorrect toppings and the other was soggy and in pieces. When the pizzas are good they're good, but when they're bad, they're terrible!! Final straw tonight sorry guys.

2 things were wrong from my order 3 DIPS were missing and the coke bottles were 1.25l and not 1.5l as it is said in the order summary.....
