I was there on Saturday the place looked very busy I went upstairs for coffee where I drank the best coffee I have ever had the girls were very nice and made my day I will definitely come back Thank you Ola and Maria

Always very clean and toilets spotless… My only issue today is as a blue badge driver all the spaces 4 were occupied and not 1 of the vehicles were displaying a disabled badge…. I’ve found this a problem on my last few visits… Could you please check this out for future visits… Thank you!

Been stopping here for years for fuel in both the car and bike. Today, after I had filled the bike up (with helmet on) and then proceeded into pay at the till, where as I had the money in my hand ready to pay, I was told by the till clerk that I had to remove my helmet which is connected by headset to my phone, because apparently handing money over with a helmet on is a "security risk". Never in all the years I have been using the services here have I been asked to remove my helmet and surely it would make more sense to ask over the tannoy system to remove it before turning the pump on. I asked the clerk what happened over COVID with people coming in with face masks on or indeed what would happen if someone came in with a burka on? I then had to return to my bike, where I looked at the warning signs around the pump and there is no mention anywhere of removing helmets. I then had to get my phone out to reconnect my headset which isn't allowed and nothing was said. I feel slightly discriminated against.

Had food from Burger King it was good I don't usually eat from fast food but was happy with service.

I have never been before , so many places to eat amazing choice too . It was very clean and only had the nice smells associated with food halls .

Not much to say really. Filling station, shop and plenty of food options. Always busy but handy for a wee break after a bit of a drive. Decent car parking and plenty of tables/seats for a sit down.

Literally the worst shop in the north west can just about find a bag of crisps and bottle of water and literally extortionate prices. Walked up to the til after the customer in front of me was served and the girl behind the til put her hand up to my face to stay stop while I was stood at the counter and walked away without physically saying anything to go talk to someone on shop floor while I and the 3 customers behind me had to wait. The most unbearable shop bar the one boy that’s always really friendly and always makes jokes with fair hair.

It's always a bit of a hit and miss. The coffee shop upstairs is always good but the burger king in my experience is a bit of a gamble as more than once I've received a cold burger. Subway is the biggest hit with the public but alas that means humongous queues and stressed out staff. The place isn't always the cleanest and some of the furniture could do with being replaced.

Is the Revolution Laundrette working now? Checked already 2 times and was out of order

Haven't replaced any of the seating upstairs since they've opened. Carpet and furniture are disgusting and no one seems to be capable of organising a cleaning of tables, floor etcetera. Only good thing about the place is the coffee.

Great place to refuel both your car and yourself, toilets are clean and plenty of food to choose from

Got there at 10pm almost all the food stalls were closed. Shop was working. Burger King was open but had only kids cheese burgers left. Everyone else closed. Poor services for late night traveller.

Great placevto get fuel and food top class

Made the mistake of choosing to stop for some breakfast. Ordered the 7 piece cooked breakfast from the Bakewell for myself and my husband. To say it was the worst food I have ever paid for is an understatement, the food was so dried out you couldn't even cut it with the wooden cutlery provided, I ordered a hot chocolate which was basically a hot milk. After a few minutes trying to get through the shrivelled up dry and over-salty food we gave up and went to Greggs for edible food. Such a pity, why bother to give customers a proper plate and then put substandard food on the plate along with wooden cutlery not capable of cutting the dried poor quality food. Very, very disappointed with the Bakewell.

BAKEWELL Put some Ketchup on the breakfast box and drop the attitude. Think green and stop encouraging superfluous plastic usage. Referred to AG Mgt. for environmental policy response.

Scones,coffee and muffin very tasty, but the table tops and under table floors look they are missed in the keep up hygiene , its just afternoon and the food remnants under the table are at least from yesterday. I really enjoyed my Coffee with a scone n muffin in spite of this.

This place has something for everyone - even free toilets! There should be loads more Apple Greens in N. Ireland.

I go to Applegreen most mornings to get fuel, there is a little lady with accent who always smiles. She has t been there last 2 weeks and the place looks messy. Toilets are unclean and not up to standard. I saw a man who is cleaner one afternoon outside on his phone while this lady was inside working hard. Why was woman cleaning male loos while the guy was outside? Do we use people from other countries to work here while the NI people talk on phone? No wonder NI people are in the Dole as they don’t want to work! Applegreen get your act together!!’

Truck fuel stop is unmaintained extremely dirty, fuel leaking from hand pump unit, zip tie keeping it together, old sand on the ground along with rubbish,no disposable gloves and keypad numbers worn off the terminal, its obvious there is no maintenance in this area because the sand bucket is empty!!!

Had reason to use the toilets in this station And on entering the men’s loos there was a lady cleaner in the loos cleaning while men were doing what had to be done I was shock to find this surly if a man was in the lady’s loos it wouldn’t be right with ladies doing there stuff Ridiculous and think this is wrong and should not happen unless there is a sign displayed cleaning in progress

Walked into applegreen tonight to use the rest rooms and wen I walked in there was a male cleaner ,, to my surprise this man never left this restroom whilst I used the facilities I find this completely and utterly unacceptable, I felt completely uncomfortable and couldn't even have imagined the thought of any my young daughters using the rest room whilst a man was present in the facility, I phoned up to complain and it was a woman who answered and didn't even seem bothered, I'm not even going to comprehend how a young vulnerable child or woman would feel using any restroom that is clearly stated for womans use only to then have a man who won't leave wen a woman enters the restroom. Totally unacceptable

Avoid bakewell awful food awful service !!! Asked for plate for our overdone food was told no as they close at 2pm we asked at 1.20 pm !!!

What can you say about Applegreen other than its a handy pit stop. For refuelling yourself or the car.

The web site said chopstix open till 20.30 when into services at 20.13 chopstix all closed up they need to update their opening times

It's a big filling station with eating places attached to the side. Does exactly what it's intended to do.

Never had a bad time in this place so many different food vendors to choose from plus a shop to get your essential needs and clean toilets which is always a plus

Have used this place many many time's while driving my car. Food coffee is all great so 4 stars for that but recently I stopped to fuel my motorbike, pulled up at pump and filled the tank with my helmet on and went in too pay for my fuel with my helmet on, the person doing the till orders me to take my helmet off as it's illegal too wear it. That's complete rubbish I said. He then brings another colleague over and he tells me the same🤣😂No where in law does it state that wearing a crash helmet in a shop/business is illegal. Yes a business can request you to remove your helmet but the lack of signage requesting helmets too be removed and the attitude of the till workers/assistants left alot to be desired. Think my 2 or 3 fuel, coffee and food stops every week will be in Antrim. No need for attitude and ignorance. Would you mind taking your helmet off, that's polite. Take your helmet off it's illegal just came across as pure attitude and ignorance

If you want a break from driving it's a good place to stop for a quick bite. Not too expensive, which makes a change for a Service Station.

It's a motorway services, probably the best there is in Northern Ireland - but the bar is set pretty low. In fairness, it's got a very good coffee shop and decent places to eat. The coffee shop is very pleasant, it is upstairs out of the way and a good place to work, and I do sit in if I have time. The services are also clean, new and never very busy in my experience.

Stopped to get a coffee and a snack, went to Gregg's but never again got a chicken slice as it was that or vegan sausage roll, (that's all the had) and it was cold, staff not friendly at all

"The Bakewell".. 2 Staff attitude is rude..Bacon is overcooked its like eating a stone. ..Definitely I will avoid this place...

24hour garage that you can’t get fuel or coffee in between 4/4.30am apparently a till swap over delay for 15 minutes. This is not the first time or the 4th or 5th that this has happened as I regular do airport runs. Still to hear back from the management at the garage to try to solve this issue as I asked for another suitable time they could guarantee it wouldn’t be turned off. (NO RESPONSE) A real pity as it was handy to fill the tank twice a week of diesel every week. Decided now to fuel up in Antrim instead.

Google are major keen for me to review this petrol station. So here we both are you reading petrol station reviews and me writing them. What have our lives come to? Sad really. Petrol (and diesel for that matter) are not commodities I generally buy based on a googles sterling population of bored altruistic or otherwise reviewers. I generally by petrol because failure to do so results in me - embarrassingly waiting for my dad - who must frustratedly pursue me in his car - with a can of petrol (grumbling profanity) as he does so on a bank holiday weekend. I sit there at the side motorway trying to accurately describe my exact location to my technologically illiterate father before my phone battery dies. My father naturally calls my life skills into question. I argue that keeping a car filled with petrol and a phone filled with whatever makes them work is not as easy as it might seem. Somewhere, in the heat of the battle I recognise the precariousness of my situation and concede (reluctantly but honestly) that I am indeed an idiot. To be completely honest I can’t remember if my visit here was good or bad but if you need petrol for gods sake stop!

Lavazza used to have "the best coffee on the road" but they've changed their beans. Bring back Tierre.

Went in for dinner at 5.30 pm we ordered our food from different outlets, the portions were just ok, but a bit pricey. The food, in general, wasn't great, the Sub was very messy with far too much dressing, and the Chinese was too much rice and not enough of the main dishes, the burger was similar to the sub, with poor dressing and burnt meat. Overall the food was extremely cold and what made things worse was the overhead fans turning and the air conditioning blasting all over the place which made the food even colder. The toilets were a disgrace, with filthy floors and dirty cubicles. A very sad place, we will never be back.
