Good food and service very friendly staff server call max was excellent

Driver was lovely and very very polite. Food was well done

He left out my sauces and it was cold

delivery driver very rude and had spilt most of my coffee onto another item ruining it. She didn't apologise for this at all and was rude.

Nothing as bad as forgetting part of the order and not a dip and not the first time either! Not good enough

Waited an hour for food to arrive - food was cold, chips soggy, milk shakes watery. Wouldn't have minded the wait if food had been eatable, very disappointed.

The food arrived completely cold . Even the bag it was brought in was cold . I left a complaint and got my card refunded the 4 pound charge but we couldn’t eat our food as I do not like reheated food so I’m extremely unhappy at not being fully compensated or at least have a fresh warm meal delivered and I will not be using the just eat delivery service for a while .

Our food was so cold when it arrived it was inedible, it was so cold I couldn’t have reheated it safely. Our driver took our order from the boot of his car, and it wasn’t in an insulated bag as it should’ve been, he couldn’t have expected the food to be warm in this cold weather sat in the boot of his car in a paper bag. When I put in a complaint j was told they couldn’t offer me a refund because it was delivered within a reasonable timeframe, even though he was late.

3rd time we’ve ordered and the food as been stone cold

forgot to change address for delivery. new message system on the app is good. delivery driver kindly brought it up the street to the correct address

This McDonalds is safe enough for you to go there alone and the staff is nice and kind and the food is great and the drinks are great and yummy and not freezing and the milkshake and the mcflurry and the sauce dips and the salt and the happy meal are very very very good and yummy and not freezing and the price is very very very low and the McDonalds even have great management and the McDonalds even have a drive through and the queues are very very very short and there is games for your children to be sitting and playing with while waiting for their food and driving through the drive through is very very very fun for you and your children and this McDonalds have easy access

Ordered 2 meals and delivery arrived without the fries, I drove to the restaurant and explained to them but they said they couldn’t give me the missing items that I paid for because I ordered through just eat. I was made to pay AGAIN for the missing items.

Meal had to be heated in the microwave. Both burgers cold, chips barely warm. Perhaps being bagged with cold and iced drinks may have contributed to the problem as the burger packaging also felt very cold. Will avoid McDonalds for a while.

When ordering it stated that delivery would be between 15-30mins. After ordering, the delivery time was getting later and later until it was 45 mins late. When food arrived, it was absolutely freezing and no way it had just left the restaurant. So disappointed

Ordered meal and it took an ages to come and food was cold. Delivery from Glengormley. Driver picked up 2 orders, drove to rathcoole and then up to Sherwood. Bearing in mind the food was probably waiting for him, I reckon it was sitting all in from it being ready to delivery, 20 mins. Poor

I ordered four McFurrys and it took them 90 minutes to come and all four were completely melted to the point the toppings had all sank to the bottom so it wasn't clear what type of Mc Furry they each were

Literally half our order missing - the only things we received were sides. Absolute joke. I get the odd sauce being forgotten but to forget the main bulk of the order is total insanity.

Just had food delivered, two large Diet Coke and spilled over the rest of the food and the coke was dripping onto doorstep as the driver handed it over he said that he didn’t shake it and left. Also the dips that I had ordered were missing

Ordered click and collect at Newton abbot McDonald's. After waiting 15 mins in the car park. Went in. No sign of order and they never got it. Checked and had paid £30 for my non existent food. If I wanted it I would have to order and pay again. Have now spent an hour trying to get a refund from the worst bot in history. Rubbish app. Rubbish food. Rubbish service

This is the second time I have order mcDonald’s last time the drink was half empty and now didn’t get a drink and I’m absolutely fuming about this and probably not going to order off yous if it happens again

Food was of very poor quality I was giving the wrong dips

They over charged for the meal deal and didn't have any milkshakes as to park outside the restaurant carpark and walk to sit in.

They sell milkshakes in meal deals at a more expensive price, but when collecting order they say the machine is down and exchange for a cheaper fizzy drink, no refund offered.

My son ordered a meal tonight but when it was delivered he only received the drink and burger. Fries missing. Unable to contact McDonald’s by phone to complain so this review seems to be the only way to warn people not to use the McDonald’s delivery service as no one seems to check the orders before giving them to the delivery driver.

Delivery driver was amazing, she was so lovely and friendly tho the food was not nice it was cold and didn’t look right, cheese on patty looked like it had been on there for ages

The drive thru staff are always very nice.

Delivery driver has either stolen our food, or has delivered it to the incorrect address, the tracking showed him not go near hour house, then it was marked as delivered. Absolutely ridiculous
