afew mussing items an food was abit late disgusted

Unhappy with the delivery person asking me why it took me so long to come to the door, is that his prerogative? Why wasn’t he happy to just leave it at the door & drive away, just as normally they would?? Not happy about being questioned on my own door step 😠

Driver dropped my drinks outside the garden and left them there and the dips I payed for also.

Driver was unpleasant and said he’s too tired and needs to go to bed. Unprofessional👎

Superstar driver. I made a mistake and put my old house in the address for my order. Not far away but he was happy to wait the few minutes for me to come and get my order. Superstar!

You order and it tells 15-25 mins and takes near an hour

My food was totally cold when it arrived at my home. Really disappointed. Would not order from this branch again! My order was to arrive at 8.30 but did not arrive until 9.15pm. Goodness totally cold so won’t order again.

It's a really nice place for a quiet early morning breakfast. I went there before 8 am. The staff are polite and very helpful. Food is the usual McDonald's fare of course. Relaxing space

Delivery time perfect. Order not so much. Didn’t receive any of the kids order. Me and the wife had our food but kids had nothing. So after ordering it for convenience I still had to the drive to McDonalds to buy the kids food again to return home and eat my earlier wrong delivered cold food. Complete joke. I am astonished at how incapable the staff working at this food chain are. Indeed.com is what you guys need. Employ capable workers instead of profiting from cheap labour for your own gain!

It was an outing for my little cousins birthday…we travelled an hour and a half to get to Belfast and after we finished golfing we went to this Mcdonald’s. YET AGAIN, Mcdonald’s has failed me. We ordered and I WAITED PATIENTLY for my food. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese (no ketchup). THEY ARRIVED WITH OUR LARGE ORDER, HANDED IT OUT, AND MY DOUBLE QUARTER POUNDER WITH CHEESE (NO KETCHUP) WAS NOWHERE TO BE SEEN. NOT ONLY DID THEY FORGET THIS, THEY FORGOT MY POOR COUSINS WRAP. “I was…devastated” quoted directly from my cousin. Our little hearts were BROKEN. Everyone was eating and we WERENT. I marched on up to the counter and waited for some service BUT NOBODY EVEN TRIED TO TALK TO ME. THEY SAW ME AND IGNORED MY EXISTENCE. I WAS FUMING. MY TUMMY WAS EMPTY AND MY HEART WAS BROKEN. After about 10 minutes of waiting, they realised their mistake and gave me the food they forgot. They also forgot my barbecue sauce. AND THE SAUCE MACHINES WERE BROKEN!

Ordered a triple cheeseburger and got jt but it had no bottom bap..ordered small chips (got a medium, not complaining but yeah) and the deliever was due for 10:51, driver took the long way and came at 10:56. Although it says it was delivered at 10:51.

Can the delivery drivers please start using google maps instead of the justeat map, the address always shows up in the wrong place. Food is literally ice cold and all the drinks are flat. Honestly abysmal considering im less than five minutes away from the store
