Don’t usually review for this type of thing unless it was great or awful. But the service we received this morning was amazing. I’m not sure if it’s the morning staff or what, but they were lovely!! Put me in a great mood

Over priced junk. Always cold and always something missing or wrong with the order. Better of with a real chippy. Yuck!! 🤮

Very clean and quick service. The food was hot and fresh. Great variation on the menu. The double cheeseburger saver meal is fantastic value and filling for the price .Check that out! Toilets were as clean as could be expected with the vast amount of people going through the restaurant all the time. Very impressed and the staff are very pleasant, especially Kamala. You have a customer for life.

Got 1 half filled fry instead of 2 mediums, chicken burgers where like bricks must have been sitting there all day and even the sprite i ordered was rank CHANGE THE DRINKS WHEN THERE EMPT TAKES 2 SECOUNDS. As someone who works in fast food it's really not that hard to get an order right. It's just lazy

Can be hit or miss when it comes to the ordering system. One time, my family drove out of the McDonald's drive thru with our order AND ALSO somebody else's order all at once. Not blaming the staff though, everyone makes mistakes and we're all human. But even many reviews here claim incidents of missing items/wrong orders. Small reminder to those ordering at this particular McDonald's: Be sure to ALWAYS check your bags before driving off, just in case any items are missing!

Went through the drive through in glengormley. I got home with 3 kids and a baby to realize that they have forgotten 3 orders of fries, all paid for but not received the goods, the thing is this happens 3 out of 5 times.Always something missed, I know I should have checked the order before leaving but it's not easy to do with kids and other customers behind you. Must make a fortune on goods paid for but not given

Called in for a,quick bite to eat. It was filled with children. Ordered on their interactive screen. Food was quick. Staff very helpful. Got a cappuccino and saver chicken Mayo burger, the latter was just OK.

A really nice place to eat. It is always clean as friendly staff are constantly clearing and cleaning the tables. The food is excellent and the double cheeseburger saver meal is delicious, and is actually cheaper than a tea and scone in other local restaurants. Surprisingly, the food is brought to your table a lot of times. If you haven't been then give it a try

It’s total disappointment.. ordered two meal for kids.. and only one arrives.. that’s for second time… first time thought it was an human error… but repeatedly… doing the same … and refusing to give a solution… people don’t buy food for fun.. they order it when they really need it.. and hungry…😣

We just got an order from McDonald’s via just eat the only place that the warm food was fit for was the bin there was moderate size bit of brown paper in the burger and despite having ordered a fully dressed burger it came plain

A great visit on a Saturday morning for a early breakfast. Place was clean and warm, staff friendly and helpful. Food was fresh warm and all that you would ask from a Mcds. Parking wasn't exactly plentyful and so we parked in spaces assigned to a neighbouring business. Overall as McDonalds go I'd recommend the place.

1 star might seem harsh, but I’m just sick of not getting dips with my Chicken Selects. So there you have it.

Ordered a few items for dinner for my 3 grandchildren and me and my wife. Got home and not 1 thing wed Ordered was in the bags except a coke and everything was like warm absolutely terrible service

Possibly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too! Food is always cold and tastes old. Staff are incoherent and not very friendly. Orders are often always wrong, If you head around the drive thru for food you are nearly sent to park up each time for 10/15mins as they don’t seem to cook any food until it’s actually been ordered. Dreadful experience over all.

Hadn't had a McDonalds in over 20 years. We were heading to Slane and we thought where would be the quickest place before we started the long journey.. Chips were still as great as they always were and my cheese burger was great

No longer does "ask me", so if you've any special dietary requirements avoid going, once your stuck in the drive thru there's no turning back

Okay so firstly thanks for the heaps of lettuce. Secondly I've eaten Mcdees in a few countries and have to say belfast is the worst for it by far.

Ordered just eat driver arrived with one bag(just drinks) we relized and he said he'd go bk and to give him the receipt, as NO HOT FOOD WAS SENT, now waiting on our food to come,glengormley mcds is getting worse for messing up orders even if you go the drive thru, one thing I will say is the driver was lovely and couldn't apologise enough but at the the of the day it's not his fault, let's just hope it's warm when it arrives.UPDATE NO FOOD ARRIVED(WAITED AN HOUR N HALF) WONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE, HAVE REQUESTED A REFUND THOUGH JUST EAT.....IM FUMMING

A typical McDonald's. Definitely not enough seating but staff worked quickly to keep it clean.

I know times are hard and not everywhere that WAS 24 hours is still doing it any more, but this store doesn't stay open 24 hours any day of the week. Yet the 24 hours sign is still up the pole, and the front window says 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Mon now, how hard is it to peel a sticker off a door?

The parking is small and in busy time is better to drive thru if you get in car. There is nothing special in food or service. Is OK when it is not busy but awful in busy times. I had to clean myself the table. Apparently, the corners are neglected, and the staff seems to not be enough as a number. The tablets are broken, not too many options for a visit with children.

Had to wait a while for the food to be brought our which wasn't great as I had 3 hungry young children complaining but when the food arrived most of it was spot on, except the wrap of the day which had a pitiful amount of mayo and sweet chilli sauce at the very bottom rather than having a reasonable amount throughout.

You better buy a bread and some ham with ketchup from Tesco.... Awful food 😔 , chicken nuggets was made from plastic - elastic , the Big Mac doesn't have any taste ... Staff is so sharp 🪒🪒🪒 , avoid.

Poor service and order was both wrong and cold. Fast food is not what the Glengormly branch do. The satff were nice and did give a couole of free mcflurry as an apology.

Dont do McDonald's often and wont do it again. !! Waited nearly 30 mins on order in restaurant. Hair in burger and cold. Waste of money. All 4 meals were awful. Never again !!!

As usual trying to scam on every occasion. Be aware of what you getting and what you paying for Everytime buying drive thru food is missing.

Absoutle disgrace and I will never ever order from here again and if I wanted to microwave my burger and chips I would have bought a rustler burger and mcaines micro chips as our food arrived stone cold and I mean stone cold so it was binned at a loss of 20 quid ...I am taking this further than just eat with an email to food safety

Ordered 4 burgers with various toppings as drive through. They got 3 burgers wrong. Only realised when got home. Fed the 3 unhappy kids ( and 1 happy child) the burgers. Phoned to complain. Nil offered as I did not take the food back immediately. Explained that with 4 hungry children, I was not going to waste another 30-40 minutes going back to restaurant. Very disappointed in the service.

Asked for a double cheeseburger WITHOUT onions and pickles. They think it's okay to give me the burger with onions all over it it and the pickles scraped off and left with the pickle sauce... Laziness!

Put a review on here previously however it seems it’s been removed. Went here after cinema with kids & the place is so poorly managed , take on way too many orders for the space provided and staff available. Unfortunately the kids that work here get a lot of flack from customers however it’s clear this issue has been going on for quite a while & the issues cannot be put down to young staff when whoever is running the store either doesn’t care or is unqualified as there are always stocking issues, broken kiosks, Tills & staffing issues which cannot be down to individual employees but whoever is running the place. Food orders usually wrong , cold & missing items training is a cause for concern. Employees always friendly & polite just unfortunate that this is the store they’re working in.

Tiny McDonald's, staff friendly, but seem to care more about delivery drivers (Uber etc.), McDonald's as a whole really needs to sort this out & separate their customers & delivery drivers. McDonald's also needs to sort out the fact that I haven't had an order that is correct for many many years, there's always something wrong or missing.

Long wait in drive thru when there was only about 4 cars in front. Gave me regular coke instead of Diet Coke.

Diabolical! Not a second gear amongst them, 30min+ wait for sit in food. Staff f-ing and blinding on the shop floor in a restaurant full of children. No shame on their behalf despite a mass of unhappy customers.

The photo attached is meant to be the new salted caramel latte with cream and sugar dusting.. To be honest it looks like someone just did an instant coffee, half filled the cup, mostly tasting of water, and threw some food into it for it to float to the top.. Undertandable the place was super busy I don't see an anyway hi this is acceptable to hand to a customer!

Not one of the best mcdonalds to goto. They always seem to have NO fruit bags or toys for kids. Same again just now. It's not really that I'm complaining about but it's the fact my wrap was not a wrap. The chicken was threw in the bottom of the wrap box and the wrap shoved in on top. Desperate. Wrap was also busted open when I got home and attempted to piece it all back.together. so a 2 stars from me.... they always seem to be in a rush at this one or under staffed

Ordered burgers, fries and drinks. Had to wait more than 20 minutes for our food as priority seemed to be for drive through orders and delivery drivers. Burger and fries where great but customer service very poor. Had to keep checking were my order was. This wasn't an isolated issue, other customers sitting in Had to wait too long also

The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the people using the microphones to take orders don't know how to put the Mic up to there mouth and speak so we can hear them, I drove up from abbey centre to get my kids meals on the way home. After sitting for at least a lifetime they came to the monster and mumbled, I had to tell them to speak up, I can't hear you, only to hear 'can you hold on a minute'. 4 minutes went by and I said can I get 2 kids dipper meals, only to hear sorry we don't have any left, we ran out! So I stayed in the line, drove through, past the pay window and out the other side, raging! and then back to abbey centre to get my kids meals. How disappointed was that journey. Anyway teach your customer service staff how to speak, maybe if it was a 'text me menu' they could do that better because we have forgot how to talk to people! No point answering the questions below because I could not get a simple meal.

Worst food in Glengormley, correction, the worst food I've ever experienced. To make matters worse it must be the worst McD's food anywhere on the planet.

Well where do I start? On entry to this McDonalds it was clear to see that this premises is unfit for the amount of service it trys to provide. Me,my girlfriend and three of our friend's kids arrived for lunch to find a over crowded restaurant with ordering systems most of which were broken. After a painstaking time placing the order we were then put through an agonising wait for the food. We sat for 35mins watching customers who had arrived and placed they're order after us get they're food. Apon asking for assistance to find where our order was it turned out to be (sitting) dumped in a tray with a heap of other orders completely ignored and forgotten about by staff. I can give certain staff a pass as the amount of order's expected by them in such a small location is clearly not logical. Between the online orders and being a busy location its a agony to dine in. After the sheer stress of a service the food was simply unappealing. Really disappointed to have had to go through this hastle.

I was in this restaurant today with my partner and kids and I was very disappointed. From the moment we walked in it was more hassle than it was worth. From getting a working console to place our order, the card system not working, the heat inside and then to add insult to injury waiting nearly 30mins for our order, which we could see sitting under the hot lights and no one bothering to deal with it. At least 5 families that ordered after us got their food before us. Regardless of them being understaffed, they would need to retrain the staff they have. We will definitely never be back and I most definitely will not be recommending it to anyone. Because of the lack of "service" if you could call it that, our food was cold and unappealing. This was supposed to be a treat for the kids and even they said how upset they were and that we shouldn't go here again. Once staff had been informed of how long we were waiting, all we got was a sorry through gritted teeth and no offer or reccompence. Thoroughly dissatisfied.

Your more surprised when they get the order right, absolutely useless. Needs different management, there are busier McDonald’s that can get it right…

Twice in a row I've placed an order through the app and twice a share box has been missing, after the girl at the window assured us the order was complete. Phoned to complain and only got to speak to a disinterested child who claims to be the manager who refused to issue a refund. Avoid this shambolic place like the plague.
