KFC Beaconsfield Services in South Bucks

Literally the best KFC i’ve been to honestly😊. The food was genuinely DELICIOUS. great service from a young man called Karim. He was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, 10/10 customer service. It’s rare to find such dedicated employees and he truly made our experience enjoyable. we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this location!

Late at night we got to KFC just in time before closing at 1am, and Renu served us nicely and very speedy

I had an amazing experience at this KFC, thanks to the incredible service from Karim! Not only was the food top-notch—crispy, golden fried chicken and delicious sides—but Karim made the visit even better with his friendly and attentive service. He made sure our order was perfect and even gave us great recommendations. The atmosphere was welcoming. If you’re craving comfort food with excellent service, KFC is the place to go, especially if Karim is there to help! Highly recommended!

Orderd a burger and found a long black hair in it. Took it back to the counter. And the lady Named Dhaya at the counter asked her colleague to take thd hair out and give it back, in a foreign language and actions. This was noticed and requested for a fresh burger and sorted. Would you eat a burger with a long black hair tangled in it?

Enforce you to use self service machines, which are slow, and cause queues. All whilst the staff are waiting around. Food is slow to come out, due to the stream of deliveroo / Uber orders. Do not recommend.

We ordered burgers Chicken fillet was very dry, didn’t look fresh

At 22:25 the manager was arguing and swearing at the customers and also assaulted one of her staff. Unacceptable and she needs anger management lessons.

Huzaifah, Ibraheem these guys were super friendly when serving food. Quality and speed was fantastic.

Fries were under seasoned portions reduced and increased in price and not the same size as advertised and the popcorn chicken was dry and had obviously been sat there well over it's time and no receipts to know what your order is

I came in starving and this place fixed me up. The hospitality really stood out as it was very comforting when ordering and the service was just as good. The food came within 30 secs and at the right temperature. The experience was really amazing and this kfc definitely stands out compared ti ither kfcs in the area. 5⭐️.

The whole environment was disgraceful, the staff were careless, inconsiderate and rude. We didn’t receive our order and had no refund and would not help with our enquires. We were under time constraints as we were on a coach, ordered with plenty of time but skipped our order to get their order times down, prioritising there figure over customers. We said that we didn’t have time as we had to get to the coach as they were waiting on us but rolled his eyes and said it won’t be long. We had to leave without our order and our money. This is disgusting and unacceptable. If I could rate less then one star I would

Standard motorway services kfc, fast service, fresh cooked chicken, it is what it is

Has to be the worst most unprofessional kfc in the entire Uk. Order was cold. Was told no manager working eventually a woman called Usman came out and said she was running the shift was laughing and smiling with other staff refused to refund me and left with no food an utter disgrace. I hope someone senior looks at cctv for today and sees how terrible the people they employ behave

Food was disgusting, cold, not fresh and probably left out for ages, next to no chips and when we asked for it to be remade they refused and just gave us a extra portion of chips so we asked for a refund and ended up getting ignored until we asked again. Chicken burger sold as rock roll hard aswell

The food is unreal, so so nice and the staff, especially a young lady called Khadija is so helpful and so kind to me! Love going there, it’s a shame Khadija isn’t always there, she makes my visit a 10/10 every single time.

I was very disappointed. I ordered a 3 piece chicken box to take out. They gave me reheated chicken. Disgusting. I will not be ordering from there again.

Ordered with the app for a speedy service. Screen showed food was ready when it clearly wasn’t as it took an additional 5 minutes or so for my number to be called. (I’m reasonably certain the staff do this to influence their performance scores, can’t blame them, but it does mislead customers). Food was hot and fresh. Chips were well cooked and not soggy as can sometimes be the case. It’s a busy service station so the atmosphere is a little hectic and undesirable. But not really KFC’s fault. Overall very good.

My girlfriend had the pleasure of being served by an extremely rude moron at this branch. Food was awful as well.

Staff called kadeja was very rude and they would rather chit chat then serving customers, had to wait 25 min for a burger, this place need some professionalism installed to it.

Visit 1. Absolutely terrible staff, wanted to use my NHS discount. So went to the counter and waited 20 minutes but got told he only takes cash and i needed to use the screen to order and rolled his eyes at me. I tried but it didn't allow me to use the discount on the screen. Went back to the counter and waited 15 minutes to order with a different staff member. He did take card but he wasn't very polite and rushed us to order. After waiting 30 minutes for our food! They missed stuff out of our order so we had to go back. Honestly an absolute nightmare. Wouldn't recommend. Even after waiting 30 minutes for our food it was cold. Terrible service. Visit 2. Was in the area and hope surely I can't get bad service again. It was worse than the first time. After waiting for almost 10 minutes to be served I was told to use the self service machine. I explained the the young lad that the machine doesn't accept my NHS discount and it has to be done at the counter after arguing with me for a few minutes the manager said its fine this one time. I thanked him and tried to oder my meal to which the boy Kamran kept getting my order wrong after finally getting through to him what I wanted to order I waited for my meal. They gave me the wrong dips so I thought I would double check my order just in case. Ofcourse my order was wrong i went back to the counter to be told no that's what you ordered I showed the receipt and still got told I'm in the wrong. I then explained the situation to the other members of staff as I hoped they would be helpful. Once again I received terrible service got told my the manager I'm wrong and they aren't changing my order. I just wanted what I ordered. I have never been spoken to like that by customer service employees. Left without my order as they wouldn't give it to me. Absolutely disgusting. They should all be ashamed of themselves. Monkeys could do a better job than them. Will definitely never go back. Rude unhelpful people with no braincells.

Good customer, hot food and quality are words not to be used here. The manager guy, the large sweaty man can just about string a sentence together while his only brain cell struggles to maintain his consciousness. The other staff there are either high on glue or something or there's a gas leak there that makes them basically rude zombies. Honestly worst kfc there is.

Splashed the cash, treated like trash. The fellas and I indulged in the 14 piece party bucket, go the boys, after a hard days work. You’d think purchasing the highest ticket item on the menu would be met with a degree of appreciation but met only with hard stares and long sighs. Hey man I get it, working at kfc can’t have the serotonin receptors firing but when the high rollers come through pluck up and fake it. Saved only by the straight vibes of the communal eating space. They also forgot our baked beans.

Sadly my visit here was fleeting. Although initial appearances invited a welcome break, I found the facilities quite lacking, and cleanliness levels rather off putting, especially in the WCs. Decided to get back in the car and go further up the road...

Worst KFC I've ever been to. Got every aspect of the order and service wrong: - Ordered my food on one of the machines, and none of them had any recept paper in them. Caused loads of issues with other customers. - Order took half an hour. While waiting I noticed there were 5 workers at the front, two of them basically didn't move for the entire half hour I was there (they could have at least refilled the receipt paper). - I got my order and it was basically all wrong. They didn't give me my £0.50 mayonnaise I paid for, didnt put any mayonnaise in my zinger burger so it was very dry, and the teriyaki chicken bites I ordered didn't have teriyaki sauce, but it was replaced with BBQ sauce. Order #5434 - 28/08/2024 - around 6:45pm

If I could rate 0 stars that would still be too many. Absolute worst kfc in liverpool. Shut when ever they feel like. Went before to find they have shut yet again an hour early because they don't want to make anymore food. Watching them turn down just eat drivers who have orders telling them to call just eat or go elsewhere. Every time I've been there without fail they've complete messed up the order. I now start and take everything out the bag and check it before leaving and point out everything they've got wrong missed. Never had an apology they just grab it and throw it to you or at you and walk in the back. Was in there a few weeks back and a couple of staff members where clearly intoxicated or on something. A manager was throwing up all over the kitchen floor and staff were laughing about it whilst people are eating food in there. Multiple times I've ordered and payed then waited for food and been told they've ran out of particular things or arnt making anymore

Im not a big fan of kfc so after 2 years i had it and to be honest the staff were so polite and very helpful considering i took about 10 minutes to place an order. But to top it off the food was amazing

I ordered myself the 10 hot wings meal and the hot wings were tender and so easy to bite in to. I’ve been to a lot of KFCs to place the exact order but Everytime I come to beaconsfield service station they never seem to disappoint

After a total complete lack of knowledge and then service by the children behind the counter ended up not buying anything... they only get away with the "service" because its a service station and they are not bothered whether you come back again.... Just wanted to use blue light card.. ask asked at the counter was told to use the self-service machine.. no opportunity to use the card went back to counter was told they were too busy use the app..went back to the counter to ask for help was told by staff member they had just come on shift and will not there to be shouted at 🤦 that and would take no abuse ??? from customers 😤 I think they are used to fending off complaint's by taking the offended position .. something they could really do off by heart, unlike the menu or any of the service procedures.. threatened head complaint ,shrugged not bothered we left with with no food.

Absolutely atrocious it was terrible. Mixed the asked for orange juice gave us Pepsi then asked for orange juice again so they poured iced tea into the drink in my drink there was bits of chicken which shows the terrible cleanliness of the establishment the workers where rude and lazy and could hardly talk. One of my friends waited thirty minutes for cold wings and was given the wrong order before getting the correct one fries were undercooked and sloppy. The chicken was burnt and clumped together into something resembling a broccoli tree. I would not recommend anyone to eat here. Workers were also talking instead of making the food so it ended up causing a huge queue. Do not eat here there are so many better option avoid this place.

Ok, stop here on a regular basis, and always good food. Because it is so popular it can be slower at normal peak periods. However this brings about food made to order and always just cooked. Always well presented for fast food. Remember to be nice to the staff and respect them, they will always help if you have an issue

This has to be the worst KFC on record. Collected original chicken which was so dry as if had remained there for at least 4 hrs. The chicken tenders on the other hand were chewy and watery… nasty. This place need to be investigated by local health and other regulatory bodies

No Twisters! What is it with KFC? They’re nearly always out of stock of something. You rarely get that from McDonalds or Burger King.

Haven't been to this motorway services in a few years,, it's very similar to the Cobham services on the M3. They have at least 6 different for places - Mexican, Gregg's, Mac's, KFC, Nandos, Pizza Express, plus some Indian place and other bits. I used the KFC app. The burger and fries were fine, but the hot wings were awful. There's a hotel on site as well as a drive-thru Starbucks.

Lousy. Terrible service, soft drink not cold, no napkins or ketchup. A not very clean place. There is no pineapple stick, there is no Lipton Tea. All wrong.

Did an order on the self service machine but it then crashed after payment . We got told it happens all the time it won't be charged and if it does then let me know (however no receipt to prove anything obviously) Was charged twice went back and surprised surprised no one remembered us which is what I said to the manager when it happened .. Discusting that this probably gas happened to hundreds of people as they said it happens often ...

Some crooks give all orders incomplete.

Service was really slow The women at the till was standing around clueless and when she eventually asked for my order she got it wrong I ordered a 6 piece and it was decent but the last piece tasted peculiar which ended up giving me food poisoning

This is a large service station and I appreciate that therefore there are a lot of customers. However the service was slow. I approached the desk when there were only 3 meals being prepared and I had to wait for 15mins for my meal. I don’t think that’s a reasonable time in a fast food restaurant.

Ordered 4 pieces original meal and got spicy wings of some description, they had not even cooked that properly. First chicken I have ever eaten that fought back. Never use this place again.

The service was quick but the quality was disappointing. The chicken batter was soggy and not crisp. It was missing flavour and the chicken was dry. The first time I have ever had a bad KFC. And it’s expensive as irbid a motorway outlet.

McDonalds had a queue that seemed to stretch into 2023 so I ordered from KFC today. Nothing fancy. Two pots of Kansas BBQ chicken bites and a large fries. Now the large (sic) fries are £2.49 (as I write) and they’re not very large at all. Barely pass for a medium in BK or McDs. The new KFC chips/fries aren’t usually good but these were pretty fresh. I don’t know but they seem to be air fried or oven baked. But you just don’t get enough for your money. A large (sic) fries is £1.49 at McDonalds next door. And there was no salt in the bag, forcing me to beg (successfully) for salt in the food hall. Staff are as always pleasant and courteous and this is a busy location. So up your chip game, KFC UK. We polled some of Britain’s smaller creatures and the results are in. Local squirrels and mice said they would not feel fulfilled with this tiny portion. Weasels and Stoats said they had Loyalty cards for next door and hadn’t tried the new KFC chips yet but looking at the picture, admitted that’s it “seemed a bit too small”. The BBQ Bites are excellent FWIW

We live round the corner so visit regularly. WHY IS YOUR DELISH VEGAN BURGER N E V E R E V E R AVAILABLE? So disappointing EVERY time. It’s not like you don’t have a very busy foot fall at your location. Get it sorted please!

KFC going head to head with a McDonalds next door so has to up their game a bit. Touch screen ordering now in place and make sure you use their app to get reward stamps and offers. Scan the barcode on the app with the touchscreen panel reader before ordering. Their behind counter isn’t as organised as McDonalds so expect a longer wait.

Lot of options to choose from, 3 hours free parking.

You need to check the order. Something's wrong again. No fries yesterday, no wings today, not the same drink. 2 weeks later - yesterday no extra 2 wings. No corn today.

So..... 11 30 on Sunday 4th October, the guy serving on the counter had his mask under his nose and the woman cleaning the icecream machine had her mask round her neck..... Think these staff need having a word with!!!!

We were excited that the KFC is reopened after the lockdown, however it is a completely new team here. Since then I had 2 occasions of missing items. Had to call back and told to come back within 2 weeks to get the missing item! One occasion I have been told the card machine is not working and cash only! There were people queueing for 10 minutes and only been told by the counter! Rude service as well. I was a regular customer before and it is a shame to see my beloved KFC becomes this...

Good location and everything but food has gone completely downhill, but that's in all KFCs, not just this one.

Unfortunately their communication was too poor. I could not figure it out which one was the Queue, not smiling and even they did not great well (e.g. how to use thank you, please, well come etc.) Sorry!!!

Too expensive for what it is.....burgers seem small and not very tasty. The independent chicken shops do better l think.

Lovely staff, just listen for your order number and collect your order. For the bad bit, the quality of the spicy chicken wings and original chicken portions were disappointing. The breading on the chicken portions were nowhere near crispy and the taste was bland. The portions we got were possibly reheated rather than freshly fried, it was just poor quality. Anyway, staff were friendly so worthy of 2 stars.

Nothing special, just average, sometimes it's hard to communicate with the staff but this place sells all of your favorite KFC food and beverages, without the actual private restaurant vibe. Seating is instead in the center of the food court and anyone who bought anything from any of the other retailers here can sit there too. I suppose it would be good if you were in a group and not everyone wanted the same food.

One of the worst KFC's for service I have ever been to in the UK. Can not get an order right to save their lives. Never engages the customer in conversation but yet they are happy to chat away in different languages with each other. Fries are nearly always cold, infact I hate this place and have stopped going now, I can feel my pee boiling just thinking about the place.

Would give it 0 if I could. Returned incorrect order and they put it back in the hot holder even know they new I’d already touched it to figure out it was not my order. Dirty place.
