Probably the worst kfc meal ever! So overcooked it was almost inedible. Chips were cold. All this after waiting an eternity for our food. Never again!

Salad bowl very good. Lots of sauce. Service quick. Didn't dine in but wouldn't have. A lot of trash on the tables and floor and the loud rap music is obtrusive to say the least.

Ordered 10 mini fillets at drive thru, only 9 in the tub 🙄

Dreadful, just spent nearly £30 on food, it was all cold and most of it went in the bin .Haven’t had KFC for a long time and it’ll be even longer before we have it again.

Another disaster from KFC Barry; missing items, overcooked chicken and an absolute lack of care. Uber delivery also didn't bother checking the ticket. Bag was sealed but it clearly didn't have a bottle of water in it! As in other reviews it is the same whether you dine-in, drive through or have delivery. Rubbish.

Slow, uncooked, soggy defo not safe for consumption. Genuinely had it yesterday and it's making my sick today

Ran out of stuff so changed it to something else to be told not get it either. Also, order a coffee for them to tell me they have no coffee machine and could not understand how I ordered it

Ordered online and as always theirs mistakes with the order… called the Uber driver and they are denying and trying KFC and they never answer the phone of course absolute joke of a company same with Uber eats

Good fast service, quite a few dirty tables

staff wandering around sweeping and uninterested when they can see people waiting a long time to be served. Staff in the office watching and laughing. When you finally get served their attitude is worse than the state of the restaurant itself. The time it takes to get a member of staffs attention is enough to have a three course meal. God forbid you need any help with anything. The people that visit that restaurant are just as bad, don’t know how to stop at a zebra crossing to let pedestrians cross. Expectations are already pretty low going into a fast food restaurant, but be prepared to lower it even more and feel like an inconvenience giving them business.

We ordered 3 meals, was ready very quickly but on arriving home one of our boneless chicken meals was broken in to bits as though it had just thrown it in the box and didn't look very appetising and on eating our meals my partner found a long hair in his chicken while it was already in his mouth. Littrally pulled the chicken out of his mouth by the hair, our chips were also cold. Our order came with 2 pepis and a Fanta, not one drink taste of what it should, the pepis taste of Fanta. Have tried to call to speak to someone but nobody answered the phone. We we're Absolutely disgusted with the quality of food served to us this evening, considering you are a well know branded food chain, youd think there would be a good standard quality control implemented.

Worst KFC in the country. My kids love KFC so I come here far too much and every single time without fail they have missed items in the order, whether drive thru or sit in. Always filthy inside also. Say away unless you are roped in by your kids like me.

Overpriced, filthy interior (they must of had just been busy) they did empty the bins but didn't wipe tables and the food wasn't up to much. Terrible value for money. Will take my money elsewhere next time. Hope they treat the staff well.

Had a home delivery, my home is 2 min from the restaurant, chips were cold, chicken was soggy and not cruspy and my garlic dip was missing.

The chicken was cold and hard, like it had been sitting there for a while. There weren't many other customers there, and they were also all complaining about the food. For a national chain, you'd have thought the food would have been better

Missing half my order. You ring them, they don't awnser. 8 wings, and popcorn chicken missing. So 3 of us shared 6 pieces. Perfetic. 1 star is extremely generous, -minus10+. Is generous too. DONT ORDER FROM HERE

Food is generally ok, chips are never hot enough but that's the company as a whole! This site miss off/forget items fairly regularly! Which is a serious problem when they NEVER!!!! answer their phone!!!!

Will NEVER!!! Give you all of your order. Even when there not busy. They somehow just stand around and don't look busy and if you complain, I have actually had a staff member roll there eyes and say dont come back then. The kushum machine is never on or working. They need to fire all staff including manager 😤 for all new and get your machines actually working.

The inside of the restaurant has had a re-fit in recent months and looks great, but already some of the display screens appear to be faulty or not working. You have the option of ordering by the touchscreens if your a bit short on time, or you can order at the counter. Speed of service however, is certainly not usually something they aspire to and I've seen customers waiting there for quite a while sometimes and don't even get acknowledged, or even an apology for the wait when they do eventually get served! Staff are usually friendly but again waiting for your order can take quite a while. This is usually due to the fact that the person serving at the front counter has to keep running to the kitchen to help prep food etc, so with just one person trying to do numerous tasks, understandably there is often a delay. With this shortage of staff in mind, sometimes you will find tables not cleared/tidied unfortunately. Food is mediocre at best and often is only just warm, but despite this the food does taste good. Drinks are not refillable and are all low sugar Pepsi products, so you won't find regular Pepsi there either. One thing that is very often apparent is that the restaurant is frequented by groups of young kids/teenagers who are noisy and boisterous, and management seem to be allowed this behaviour, so if you are expecting a nice quite half hour to eat your food, you may be out of luck... This restaurant features a drive-through which is quite popular, but queues are kept to a minimum. Would I recommend this restaurant? No With that said, if you go through the drive-through and sit in your car to eat, then it becomes a much nicer experience. Outdoor seating is also available.

Second time ordered on Just Eat and they keep forgetting the food!! First time missing beans and popcorn chicken, now today missing THE CHICKEN from my Twister Wrap meal… like how??? And yet another popcorn chicken!! Pathetic and ridiculous!!! Salad wrap LOL

Went through drive through tonight, was told the till was down this isn’t the first time it was down the other day too! Walked into the store and there was rubbish and food all over the place. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. A staff member behind the counter cooking was eating fries out the back. The car park bin looks like it hasn’t been emptied in weeks! Rubbish all over the car park! Last time we ordered food it had not been stored at the right temperature it was actually below what it is meant to be and they never have any rice boxes! Not a good repetition for such a big firm!

Over the last 4 years this place has really gone down hill. While I was delivering food for uber, I would end up waiting 20 minutes to an hour for a customers order. In that time people would constantly be coming into the restaurant after missing items from drive thru orders. The restaurant is ran by 16-25 year old's who aren't being trained correctly and the majority of the time are just sat outside smoking because the restaurant is never busy. its a big shame its gone this way as KFC was one of my favorite fast foods. Hopefully HR will get involved and sort the place out or it just closes all together..

I’m pregnant and had been so exited to order food from here..gathering it was a bit late I was hesitant that they’d have what I wanted to order but there it was so I had placed my order food for delivery and they had replaced items without even calling to let me know. I would have just cancelled it if I knew they didn’t have them. Update the Uber app if you haven’t got anything it isn’t hard. I’ve worked in fast food before with Uber eats it takes 2 minutes to remove an item from there.

Well what an absolutely awful place. Visited here this evening as what tyler wanted for birthday treat. Place looks stinking dirty. No option on order boards to eat in. Girl behind counter was eating what appeared to be fries. Same girl picking spots on her face. No handwashing done after either. One bag of food sat on side for over 10 mins. After waiting 21 minutes for our order I asked for a refund as was ridiculous wait for 1 boneless bucket 1 zinger burger and 1 wrap meal to which the 'manager' told me they were short staffed to which I replied not my problem. Same unhygienic female staff member then chimed in to say it was ready only to attempt to give us the bag that had been sat there the whole time to which I said well I wouldn't accept that anyway as been sat there ages she replied its under the hot lights and I said no its not its on side near lights so won't be hot!!! Awful awful customer service will not return. Only putting 1 star as wont let me give 0

All staff stood outside on their break, meaning I was waiting at the tanoy for 10+ minutes. Couldn't hear me over the tanoy and laughing at me for it. Poor attitude, half of my order is missing, charged me full price for it (can't check order as you're being rushed out of drive thru) and filled a LARGE meal drink up not even half way. Lazy attitude.

Messed up my order again. Offered a replacement and still managed to mess up the order once again. The advert says large popcorn chicken with a specific meal deal and they'll give you a regular. Watch your orders and make sure they get it right. Drive through timings is not too bad but try and get seen by a person inside and you'll be waiting for ages

Congratulations on being the worst kfc going could not get an order right if it bit you on the bum. Then when I ask why its not right I get attitude thank you kfc barry 😡

Went to kfc ordered 3 piece meal and asked if I could have no drum sticks or thighs as I don't like them parts of chicken, they said yes that's ok went to pay, gave me my order as she gave it to me I checked again that there was no drum stick or thighs in there she again confirmed no was not. So I have checked straight away and it was 1 drum stick and 2 thighs even tho I asked twice and checked when it was being handed to me. Clearly I was being lied to and she didn't even ask for them pieces to be put in. Was then told I can't have any other pieces and that I can have a refund which now I got to wait days to get back on my card, all because they just lie to you. If they said at the start we can't do it there would not have been a problem. But staff were unhelpful, rude, and just did not care one bit and ended up leaving quite annoyed which was all unnecessary.

Delivery through Deliveroo arrived short. Rang KFC in Barry and a very helpful young lady answered and delivered the missing items within 10 minutes in her own car. Thank you Estelle, great customer service.

We have tried ordering from this particular branch three times over the last few years and have never really rated the experience. Our most recent visit today was our deciding visit. The service was pretty quick, but the employee who served was very short with us in the drive thru (but did smile upon giving us the food). Chicken was dry but greasy, the original recipe pieces I swear have gotten ridiculously smaller and yet more expensive, our order was also wrong (missing pieces), beans were eh. Food was hot though! And service was quick. Just a bit of a meh experience and we probably won’t try here again for the price.

There was a bunch of silly young girls serving. Laughing, messing around, throwing food at each other. This was at night. Food was awful. Chips hard, chicken cold. Would never go here again.

Food luke warm, which was ok for kids, but not for an adult. Meals were very small for the price. Staff was friendly.

Ordered via just eat. Food was OK, if not on the cold side. Items were missing from the Trilogy box meals including the lettuce, chicken strips and the extra hot wings I’ve ordered. I can’t get through to anyone to rectify this. Update: I recently visited the drive through to eat my food at home. It’s less than a 10 minute drive. By the time I got home the food was stone cold, the chicken thigh over cooked to the point it was solid and tough. The gravy was incredibly watery and the chicken in the burger was the same as the thigh on the bone. At least the drink was cold. To summarise, this is probably the worst KFC I’ve been to. It seems to have been this poor for a long time and I wish action was taken to improve it.

Take your own cloth if sitting in tables are always filthy

I'm not a fan or KFC at the best of times. This one always seems empty, food tends to be slow coming out, and the machines always cause a headache. Each time I have a burger, the bread is always slightly dry / stale. Also, be mindful of the parking restrictions. A sat in meal once cost me £100, so if you are planning on sitting in for more than 1.5 hours, park your car elsewhere in the small complex.

If I could give 1/2 a star I would. The food was shocking but the service was good that’s what deserves the 1/2 a star. The chicken was greasy on the outside and dry on the inside. The chicken had black all over it and the fries were soggy and cold. The gravy had a weird film on the outside and was past the sell by time by 1 hour Overall, I think this is the worst kfc in the uk

Love KFC but the speaker machine for ordering has been broken the last two times of going. The order took ages including serving people who ordered after me. They forgot the drink and the fries, I only noticed the drink at the point of handover. Would have been one star for service however the staff member delivering to the car was polite and friendly.

Missing food long wait and cold food will not be coming back as when confronted they said there’s nothing they can do im really unsatisfied with the whole situation would not recommend this branch

Pretty pointless visit. Went for the drive through. Girl on the speaker said her till was down, can you please come in the store. I was the third car in the queue, guys in front were looking at the menu.. Just close the drive through if youve got an issue, 1 cone would do it. Go in store, queue behind a woman collecting food, along with four other people... Some kids stand to the left, I front of a different till. She ignores us, and serves the three kids for the next 10 minutes. Just annoying. Don't bother.

It's really is hit and miss whether you get a nice meal or not. It can be lovely but more often it dry and cold. A few times iv had food missing when I have gotten it home. I love kfc and I wish Barry had a consistent nice one.

Another KFC with very poor service and the food was awful, the portion sizes are terrible and yet you are paying a premium price. The staff have lost all interest in the place and just seemed to follow a process, no communication other than a grunt !! Shocking.

Worst KFC I have ever visited, been here a few times (only one near) and each time its worse, staff don't care, looks a state. My zinger burger was dry with 0 sauce. Just awful

KFC was very good. The Whopper was tasty and the service was fast. KFC was also good. The chicken was yummy and the mashed potatoes were creamy. The restaurant was a bit busy, but the food was worth it.

Well this place has fallen since the last time I was here 3 years ago. I used self service and entered the table service number. Was the order brought to the table? Nope, they called the number to collect it when they weren't busy. The food wasn't as good either. The chicken was bland and the chips were over done.

Standard KFC to be honest, if you have been to one in the UK, then you have been to all of them. What was odd was that the food I ordered didn't come in a box, it can open in a small bag 🤣

Chicken, more often than not, either looks like roadkill or requires a solid 20 min wait. Cleanliness inside is not great, lacking a bit of care.

Standard chain restaurant with drive thru and eat in. Usually quite quiet for eating in. We usually order via the app, but there is often a mismatch when collecting our order, with lack of stock or the ice-cream machine being broken. The chicken was especially greasy the last time I ate here. Not up to usual pretty good standard of KFC.

Nice food but the place was filthy sadly. All tables were empty but hadn't been cleaned so there wasn't anywhere to sit. Someone took the bin out and went to serve food without washing their hands as well. Such a shame as its gone downhill.

I will NEVER go here again. Been few times before, it's never great. Went on Thursday evening, extremely slow service, waited about half an hour for food. When we were finally served we were told there was no gravy or ice cream which we'd ordered. Our food was cold. Staff looked bored and don't seem to care. No one seemed to be in charge. Despite it being busy staff were slow, didn't seem bothered. The tables and floors were absolutely disgusting, leftover food and rubbish all over them. No one was going round cleaning up. Go to McDonald's instead.

Every time we order through the Uber something is missing. Usually arriving cold and it's definitely not driver's fault as it's too close for it to get cold in the car. Very poor quality compare to the other KFC restaurants.

This kfc just gets worse and worse, young girl at till has zero manors, my food was sat waiting ready whilst she was too budy on her mobile. Gave me open boxes with no attempt to shut the lids and then looked at me and said what! Do you want a bag i cant close them!

The food is good and this is not a review on the food but only my recent experience ordering delivery. The other day when ordering from Uber Eats they handed my order to the wrong driver. The driver called me and offered me the others customers food which I obviously didn't want. I spoke to the manager who said that another uber driver had "lied" to them and taken my food and that there was nothing they could do and the problem was now with uber and I needed to speak to them. Not very helpful. This can only have been the fault of KFC as they surely have to check the order numbers match up before handing out food. They must not have done this which resulted in me not receiving any food that evening as by this point the restaurant had closed. I feel like this could easily have been resolved by just re-making my food and sucking up the cost of their mistake instead of leaving me with no food and the uber driver presumably without getting paid for their wasted time.

Forgot some of order. Bucket of hickey pieces were greasy, slimy and disgusting. Made us feel very sick. Will NEVER go to kfc ever again ! If I could give zero stars, I would.

I went to Barry kfc today and ordered a 14 piece and a 10 piece bucket. They totally messed up order I tried to ring lots of times and no answer. It’s a simple order and all that was in the buckets was chicken. Absolutely ridiculous.

If you love your family please stay away from this kfc they sold us chicken from the day before and we have been on the loo for 34 hours the staff need to be sacked and get people in who knows what they’re doing sorry to say close it down and start again would not go there again very low class food get new staff or lose your Reputation

Very friendly but food was descusting, chips were brown and chicken was obviously warmed up from early in day, skin was hard and horrible.

Pretty quick service, but to me the food was not really hot enough and the drinks were flat. Not sure if I will go back for a takeaway, but maybe will try to eat in the restaurant part the next time. Prices were reasonable for what we had. I will say a big congratulations to the photographer who takes the pictures for KFC, because the size of the chicken burgers in comparison to what you get is amazing, I just want the same food as they show the pictures of. Flavours and taste was lovely, as insaid just not hot enough and we only live 5 mins away from the shop.

Ordered a 4 piece boneless banquet meal with a garlic dip through the Just Eat app. It was lukewarm. Only received 3 pieces of chicken and a chilli dip, not the garlic dip I ordered. Tried to leave feedback on the app and it wouldn’t let me. Tried calling the store, no answer. Not happy.

Great place to visit if want to catch covid! No hand sanitiser when entering which wanted to do straight away as door was visably filfy to open. Used self serve again screens filfy to order sons meal as I'd already decided at this point not to eat there. Asked behind counter for sanitiser and told didn't have any! Got given a packet wipe.. Looking around at all the empty tables still littered with waste, rubbish and dirty tops. Walked out on the sticky floor to eat in car. Passing an employee rolling a cigarette at the bag door of premises in his dirty apron, honestly I felt sick and dirty! Won't be returning!

Ordered at 10:30pm on Uber Eats. Got notified at 11.18pm that they had 'run out of food' and that I'd need to contact uber eats to get a refund. Tried to ring the store but they had closed at 11pm! Now ordered from somewhere else and had to wait for another 45 minutes
