KFC in New Forest

Plqce was empty. Useless customer service. Only live 2 minutes walk from the takeaway and food was cold and rubbery when we got home. Never waste money in this place again.

it was AMAZING customer service was also superb! Jeeya was amazing and so friendly and helpful!! got our food to us so quick and also kept polite conversation.

KFC branches gone down the hill , hygiene is appealing, drinks tasteless. Staff are rude. Terrible service. That looks like they forced to work there. I will never visit again

Excellent service from the two guys serving tonight in kfc New Milton. Visited with my father who has dementia, I was ordering a takeaway for my family, and dad wanted to come in with me. Very friendly guy took our order and said there would be around a 10 minute wait, and ordered us a free drink to have whilst we waited.. so very kind. When the order was ready the other guy asked if he could get me anything else as we had been waiting so long. Very unusual to have such good service from a kfc or anywhere for that matter. These two guys are a credit to kfc. Oh food was piping hot and good when we made it back to our accommodation 10 minutes away.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a fast food chain, with exceptionally poor quality food and service. In person, its made very clear upon entering you are nothing more than a burden to them; that's if you manage to illicit any form of attention from them. They have the most apathetic staff I've seen in a long time, I am honestly surprised they bother to unlock the door each day at this point. Ordering online is such a mess I'm not sure anyone there has ever heard of the Internet before, let along used it. DO NOT order after 7pm as they are highly likely to just up and abandon your order without any notice or cancellation, this happens with worrying predictability. I will be amazed if they're still open this time next year, let along still available on local delivery apps. Every aspect of ordering from this place is a complete disappointment.

I was not expecting the bar to be raised very high and we all expect a certain level you get at KFC. Having the advantage of a well equipped food outlet with few customers you’d expect the basics to be achieved, but it was by far the worst experience of any takeaway I've encountered and that's including 40 years of poor quality, badly run food outlets at football grounds across the country. I can only think the person who trained the staff must have come directly from a Texan state penitentiary prison kitchen that serves meals to inmates on death row. If you dont want to work in an environment that prepares and serves food to people then don’t get a job at KFC because that will be in your job description. The attitude I witnessed towards those paying customers was shocking. These are not teething problems as its been open a long time now. KFC should take a good look at this store its shameful. I would have had a better response if I randomly knocked on a strangers door on a Saturday evening and asked them to feed me... come to think of it, it would probably be a more inviting experience and certainly quicker! Any cold leftover chips with a half filled drinks container from their bin would suffice. As I say I'm not fussy, but I didn't realise I had standards until I went to the KFC in New Milton. I will never ever go in this store again.

Rude staff. Cannot stress enough how little the staff cared about the customers waiting on orders. One even had his phone out in one hand while preparing food with the other! My order was completely wrong and my Pepsi max came less than half full. Told things on the menu weren't available in that store. Surely remove them from the menu? Would not return.

Eaten here once and will definitely not return. Service poor. Food literally chucked into the bag which was luke warm and barely edible. It’s worth driving a few miles to KFC Christchurch for some decent food.

I took my 3 daughter to this KFC for some T. We waiting for around 5 mins to get served nothing wrong there until the waitress told us one minute please. Again nothing wrong with that until a young girl came in and ordered from the same girl who we where wiring for and to be given food before us and obviously one of her friends as they continued to chat. I explained the situation only to be greeted with the shrugging of her shoulders. Management if competent please insure your staff follow the practical training obviously given prior to the role.

My sons chicken fillet burger was burnt, service extremely slow - as bog standard as KFC goes.. would return and would recommend for a quick unhealthy dash in

Shambles of a service. I’ve been here a few times and given the benefit of the doubt before as it was recently a new chain. I’ve seen wrong drinks given without apology, ice cream dropped over the counter and staff who couldn’t advise that the menu screens aren’t working. Came in here once late for an order to be greeted by someone who couldn’t string a sentence together. Then when I asked what was available gave me the wrong information; then when I asked again for some options he couldn’t give an answer . Nor could his manager. Stood there looking like a fool in a shop with 2 other customers. Couldn’t tell me what options I could get then gave me the wrong drink. Chicken is meh at best too. Absolute shambles! Never coming here again!
