Very few restaurants opened that day. We enter half the room closed. We order, they don't warn us that in the children's menu there is already a bottle of water and that we should not take it from self-service. U poor sandwich for the children's menu with really bad food! Nothing was top notch 20min service. 55€ for 2 children's menus and 2 adult dishes with a bottle of water and a dessert

The restaurant was one of the only ones in the park open. So we had to go to this one. The food was far from good even though we got £55 for 2 courses, 2 children's menus and bottles of water.... The children's menu was very poor! I really do not recommend this restaurant and I advise you to take the tour before

I would not go back in here if the paid me! I get that things are more expensive in theme parks but we had taken a packed lunch so just wanted a couple of extra drinks in the afternoon so thought this would be a good place. Nothing had prices on so straight away I know it was going to be expensive but when she said £15 for 4 drinks and 1 shortbread I almost fell through the floor!! The staff were not particularly happy and all looked as if the didn’t want to be there either, this was certainly no service with a smile!

If you work night shifts and you're hoping to be kept awake all night this is your food of choice. The dough will carry on baking inside your stomach whilst forcing you to down pints of water throughout the night. Ingredients are cheap. However the staff are friendly and professional.

Rude member of staff ( older lady ) A nice welcome ? Not available in this branch !! First experience of this woman was to be greeted with an angry face , looking like I inconvenience her just by choosing to be a customer . The woman will correct you if you have any difficulties speaking so expect to be belittled and if you don't like being called my lovely well you'll have that as an extra anyways if you like it or not , thats while she looks down at your food wrapping it up and splodges of her mouth juices flow ontop of your food as talking while doing so , try to avoid telling the woman when she is wrong as she will try argue with you regardless of who's around , the saying is , we can't teach someone who don't want to be taught. An this woman clearly has no interest in being taught customer service. After seeing the other reviews the manager is obviously aware and couldn't care less 😒

We ordered lunch here and I got an all day breakfast wrap, the wrap was not cooked properly and then my son wanted ketchup but we had to play 20p for 2 of them! Definitely not coming here again. Also a frappe medium was £3.20.

I live locally so have visited before, taking various friends and family as the setting is so pretty and the walk from Beaulieu a pleasant way to work up an appetite. I've never found the pub at the Master Builders to be anything other than expensive, sometimes grubby, with a very limited menu and overall a not very customer focussed experience, but I've never got round to reviewing before. And always hoped it might improve! But enough is enough.....today we ordered the tomato bruschetta , which, for 10 quid, one might have thought would be a teensy bit more interesting than a chopped tomato on a piece of dried toast. ONE piece of toast...an uninspired tomato...no hint of the promised balsamic dressing that I could discern..no apparent olive oil rubbed into toast. Awful. Eat here if you are on a diet and want to feel ripped off. Better to take a picnic and sit on the tables down by the river. This pub leaves a sour taste and treats customers like idiots.
