KFC in Central Bedfordshire

Should have read these reviews before pulling up. Food terrible. Not fresh at all. Gone-off chicken covered by the so called herbs. Normally I would send this food back and refuse to pay in any other restaurant. I felt intimidated going back to the window to complain to scary men who obviously had no intention to make me happy. I am sick after eating it!

Stopped as too late to cook. Wish I hadn’t. Terrible food. Smelled off. Fillets should be crunchy and fresh not old and cooked in dirty fat over and over. Chicken was Not fresh. Cold. Smelled off. Had my burger and threw out the rest

Well these places don’t get any better Firstly the service was poor. And I mean poor. People just wandering around behind the counter and when asking for something it looked like I was out of order for asking Smug smiles!!!!! Food. Absolute crap. Soggy food and the cheap bits. Let’s see what the next one brings

There is seriously bad management at this kfc. 4/5 of my last orders have had either an incorrect item or something missing. I will never get it delivered again. If you collect an order PLEASE make sure you check it before you leave because they are completely useless. I can understand if it is a big order, but they do things like leaving chips out of a one item order. How do you do that seeing as most things come with chips? The food is cooked nicely, but they really need to sack a few people and hire people who aren't half asleep most of the time.

Easily the worst KFC I’ve had. Every item was badly cooked, cold or both. Nothing fresh, slimy chicken, hard chips and gnarly wings. Struggled for a bit, then binned

The rice box meal was disappointing and terrible value for money. Items were missing from the meal and when asking staff about missing items their attitude was dreadful, they couldn’t care less. Just awful, one to avoid.

So pulled up, 1 car in front of me. Should be nice and quick.... Nope! They took an age to get the car in fronts order inputted. When it was my turn they told me to wait....they voice then asked for my order after a good few minutes. I requested a "Zinger Tower supercharger meal". The guy had no idea what this was... despite it being on their massive advertising screen. After him eventually confirming it was a "real item" I pulled in, paid and waited behind the car at the collection window. I waited. And waited...and waited. After near on 15 minutes they finally passed out a bag to the car in front and off he went and I pulled up. The guy on the window just wonders off. So I'm sat there for another 5 minutes until someone noticed and then grabbed a bag a shoved it out the window. I asked the lad for salt and he looked utterly confused... off he went and come back with literally 30 sachets of salt. wtf?!?! Anyway, I drove off to a parking space and yep. All the food was absolutely stone cold. I just can't work out how this place is SO bad with so few customers. Looking at the staff in there, they all seem like teenagers that couldn't give a monkies. There is a subway next door. Will give that a try next time.

Take out | Dinner Came this afternoon to KFC Leighton Buzzard, put my order and waited. One of the staff members was putting food in the bag, dropped the fries on the floor. Instead of replacing them, he just took few (I presume) dirties fries and packed the rest. I demanded replacement, and he just rudely said, why are you complaining it is not additional charge. He replaced them only after I refused to collect food that was on the floor . It makes me wonder how often this happens without us knowing it, and we get food from the floor!? Never going there again

At the drive through 1hr and 20 minute wait. Cars were trapped due to the tight layout so you couldn’t leave. Then when we got home half the order was missing. An absolute joke. Worthy of minus star rating if such a thing existed

I ways stop by here from time to time. Kids love KFC and the family buckets are great deals. Very handy not far from home.

No surprises, it pretty much does what it says on the bucket. My wife and I had a zinger burger each, restaurant was clean and the lady who brought over our food was polite.
