KFC in South Lanarkshire

Never arrived and cannot get in touch to order a refund

Took hour and a half to get here and food was completely cold utter joke

Fast delivery good quality and value for money.

Food was cold driver was late and stopped on way to drop

Chicken had loads of small bones. This has happened before. It’s put me off buying now

wrong order delivered, driver called and was given wrong order and address 4/5 miles away. nothing was correct. embarrasing.

Food was cold. Daughters kids meal didn't have any pineapple but charged £2.99 for cold lumpy gravy.

chicken was the smallest pieces of chicken I've ever seen for the price, I could have bought a whole chicken and made my own better and in the delivery time of an hour. KFC could do better

Ordered a 4 piece ‘variety’ meal plus extra piece of chicken, I received 5 drumsticks..! Not much variety.

Unfortunately, deeply disappointed in this last delivery. Firstly, I had ordered 2 corn on the cobs which didn’t appear and got to lots of chips I hadn’t ordered? Secondly, the confirmation number you texted to me was different to the one you’d e mailed to me, (and I hadn’t requested you send me another anyway). Thirdly, the card number I used (and my bank has confirmed the correct deduction was made from my account) was completely different to the card number on the Invoice ?

Ordered 2x corn on the cob and didn’t receive. Asked for garlic mayo and received none. Disappointed as my daughter loved corn on the cob

No complaints what so ever, food was spot on and delivery also.

Delivery - excellent service. KFC service is what left this review down the drain. Bucket is full of drumsticks. You msan to tell me that there are no more thighs or wings or breast at KFC? KFC needs to improve their service because it is on its way down the drain. We pay our money for a better service, do your job KFC!!!

Ordered a delivery at half 4 and had updates to say that the courier was at the premises for over hour and a half. Went to kfc myself and resolved the order! Half 9 at nite and the door goes for my delivery! Told him I wouldn’t accept and have been phoned from justeat why I won’t accept the delivery!

I ordered a corn on the cob. It was missing from my order.

Apart from the Pepsi being wrong, the food is excellent.

my driver was given two orders to deliver and as a result of this my food went from EK to Blantyre and back to EK before delivery to me and it was cold no surprise there. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Wrong order delivered to my address..

The chicken was dry and chips were cold and had no flavor. The gravy was spicy and we only got one gravy when we ordered 2. The chicken was also soggy not crispy at all. Will not be buying again it was just horrible

Delivery driver couldn’t find address, called me and I messaged specific instructions which he followed and found me! (Most don’t) Delivery driver was courteous and apologetic about being at wrong address to begin with.. food was still piping hot when arrived and delivered with excellent customer care.. forgot to give him the £4 tip I had in my hand but he was still there when I opened the door back up and ran down drive to give it to him 😊 first positive delivery experience from KFC 🤣

Asked for the new stuffing burger, got a normal zinger burger which I have taken photos of. Chips were under cooked and no seasoning, all our food was cold.

Didn’t arrive. Order wasn’t even picked up by the driver according to the restaurant and now it says it’s been delivered.

KFC at Kingsgate never get an order right! Honestly it's terrible. First our order was cancelled after waiting over an hour, the on reorder there were several items missing. How hard can it be to pack food items in a bag? Seriously?

we ordered salad and the salad was sour, chicken was fine.

no order . mistakes happen but not the first time I've been ripped off saying food delivered when it hasn't been. surely they can't get away with this as you need a code! my kids are raging with me and it's getting late now. never again.

had to reorder as my first was not delivered yet said delivered on app. Did thry not start asking for codes to prevent this kind of thing. I'm raging as it's several times this has happened to me. my kids were raging.

They have one guy behind the counter his behaviour is very rude I have request to management please give to staff again training or tell them how to speak to someone really bad staff 🤯

The driver hasn’t delivered my order, and just eat staff had said that the driver attempted to, I’m disappointed with the service and won’t be ordering again because of Just Eat staff. They said I’m not able to refund either because it was declined.. just eat needs to sort this…

As kfc goes, it's large and clean.

We like this KFC than others in the EK area as the chicken always tastes better here! More juicy and hot! The staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean in general, although we usually order takeaway! Sometimes can take a bit longer to wait as we (a family of 5) will order more and there are also quite some delivery orders.
