KFC in South Lanarkshire

They have one guy behind the counter his behaviour is very rude I have request to management please give to staff again training or tell them how to speak to someone really bad staff 🤯

As kfc goes, it's large and clean.

We like this KFC than others in the EK area as the chicken always tastes better here! More juicy and hot! The staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean in general, although we usually order takeaway! Sometimes can take a bit longer to wait as we (a family of 5) will order more and there are also quite some delivery orders.

Loads of items missing from my meal.

I've been waiting almost 3 hours for my delivery, this was for my children, who are tired and extremely hungry I am absolutely livid by this

I didn’t get my order. The drivers wrong and should be sacked

4 piece chicken meal all dumbsticks 2nd time it’s happened seems very poor

Best KFC I've ever been to for service. Stephen that used to work there was lovely, also one time we forgot our card to pay. The young chap that served us paid for our meal and we went up later to reimburse him, what a lovely thing to do!

Food was cold. Chips hard, chicken pink and dripping in oil. A full 10 piece bucket had to be binned.

I like a drumstick just like the next person but in a 4 piece colonel meal I got 4 drumsticks! Smallest bits of chicken ever thats a bit OTT 4 drunsticks isnt going to fill anyone what happened to the other bits of chicken?

Said delivered but it never arrived. Called store and was told nothing they can do. Absolutely useless and not customer friendly. So just eat drivers steal your food these days. What a joke!!

had to reheat as it wasn't that warm and the sides and dips were mixed up in the wrong boxes but it was alright. better than a lot of other places.

Gravy that came in the box for the meal was spilled all over the box.

Driver went 5 mile past the delivery address when questioned about taking wrong directions he just shrugged his shoulders and said Yeah he is most arrogant driver I have ever seen

Staff always pleasant, and serve as quick as possible, I come in to have something to eat before I go to work. This is mostly the reason I come to KFC East Kilbride, although my workplace is Cambuslang.

Food was nice but restaurant was messy other than that pretty good

Asked for a 4 piece “variety” meal with an extra piece of chicken, all were drumsticks!!! A lack of variety I think!!

Delivery bags should be sealed ,so that you know your order hasn't been tampered with ,chips Luke warm and soggy

sadly I had to use just eat as the app isn't working properly 😕 the driver was a gentleman and understood my disability if you didn't charge me small order delivery I would have tipped the driver more!

Got 2 meals, trilogy box meal and a boneless banquet and a kansas bites, received 1 meal and kansas bites....not happy as now have to make another order elsewhere whilst fighting for a refund

3 things missing from the order. Not had a KFC in a long time and now due to this I probably won't again. shocking

no issues with the driver. However you need to fix the location of my property. Every single driver goes to number 80 Elmbank Crescent, which is literally across the road due to South Lanarkshire's great number planning and means that regaiof the weather I have to be in my garden so I don't miss anymore deliveries...

Only one complaint, chips were missing from my tower meal , which was a bummer ,but couldn't fault the food.

The absolute shambles continues - 2nd order in a row missing gravy, even joked in additional info to make sure they include it this time which didn't work. Thanks for all the extra hot wings, mini fillets and chicken though... 4 chips was a bit OTT

Watched delivery driver collect my food and the make other deliveries before dropping off my food which was stone cold.useless

Bag was burst and food was freezing, driver phoned to say he was at my door which he wasn’t, he couldn’t doesn’t English, the drivers should surely have a knowledge of where they are going as my grandchildren’s treat was ruined and not edible

Chips are never a good idea to accompany a Boneless Banquet ? They don’t travel well and are cold and soggy by the time they reach their destination. They should be an’Option’ rather than an ‘Enforcement’ just to get to the checkout.

Fast friendly delivery, good service all round. Food was also very tasty and filling.

2 fillet burgers & 2 popcorn chicken for £12.... Absolutely delicious! Warm when delivered and tasty! Worth the money

3 meals were missing chicken and a drink. They always give drumsticks as "original recipe chicken" to save costs.

Ordered a box for 4 of us to share, it was missing the popcorn chicken and the Pepsi max. Doesn't this get checked before the bag is sealed? Had an excited 4yr old looking forward to getting a kfc as a Saturday night treat only for his not to turn up. Thanks for that.

Unfortunately the gravy I had selected was not included in my meal. I would have expected this to be updated ahead of delivery to allow me to progress/ decline my order. Disappointed!

arrived with no chicken wings, half portion of chips, all freezing especially the chips I did have and the burger, so much so no cheese had melted. If i could I would post the picture of the box, I am disappointed I wil not use again

My meal had 2 popcorn chicken was missing

When I initially ordered, the delivery time was 18.40 to 19.00, then it was pushed back to 19.20. I then got a call from the delivery driver asking me for my post code as the delivery instructions he was given by Just Eat were for an address in Castlemilk, not my address in East Kilbride. He then said he would phone the support helpline. Around 20 mins after that he turned up at the door with my food, which was now cold. He said he was given 32 Rannoch Street as the delivery address, instead of 32 Rannoch Green which is my address. I don't know if Just Wat got it wrong, or if it was the delivery driver, but waiting an hour and 20 mins for my delivery is unreasonable. Thankfully the food was nice. The driver was also apologetic when he arrived, and declined the tip I offered him.
