KFC in Denbighshire

Home delivery order. All the same pieces of chicken. Swimming in oil and obviously cooked some time ago Order incorrect Only coleslaw ok Over priced rubbish at £30

first time here for a takeaway , fast and efficient , accurate service , the lady looked incapable of smiling but i was not there for that ! food great , puts ruddlan kfc even further into the shade .

Tables and chairs dirty. Toilets dirty. No forks. No table numbers. But it's OK as all staff were stood behind counter on their phones.AVOID ITS THE WORST KFC THERE IS

Shop was dirty staff looked fed up waited ages for takeaway ordered the wicked variety looking forward to it. Unpacked at home shocked was given 6 chicken legs wow the mini fillets were dry and the chips were soggy Not impressed total waste of money

Would of gave it 0 if possible. Hardly anyone working on the tills or actually preparing the food on the trays. Nearly every order coming back wrong,including my own. Missing items had to go up a few times to explain. Lad on the till quite polite but probably could do with getting a new job .Big mistake this kfc coming to these premises,should've stayed at the old premises. Hardly anywhere to sit. ALL tables were dirty,when asking if the tables could be cleaned we we're given tissue to do it ourselves. What is going on at this KFC I do not know.. i would avoid like the plague in future.

Oh Dear! Never have I ever been into such a dirty KFC. Don't get me wrong I know this is a fast food joint in and out but blimey the floor was like a recycling centre and every table was dirty we had to wipe the table down with a dry napkin, the original chicken drummer was by far crispier then usual as it was fried to the core and burnt 🍗 Still ate it as I was clemmed after a 7 mile walk 🚶‍♀️ my other half had to sit opposite a group of unhygienic creatures we believed to be dumped in rhyl from somewhere out of space and have never been stared out so much in all our lives when we are just trying to enjoy our burnt box meal... bins overflowing and the toilets smelt like nappies. Wouldn't go here again think ill stick to an aldi chicken platter box next time in the comfort of my own home 🏡

Never had a problem with this new kfc untill tonight wife went to get us some late tea. I got mega bucket for one chicken over cooked dry and crunchy and the chips were raw potatoes I mean how hard is it to cook chips? Stone cold , hard , white chips absolute joke £7.50 in the bin will be giving this place a wide birth from now on.

food brilliant customer service fab friendly offered to take meals over even ice cream for the kids i dropped my drink and they was so kind about it would defo take my kids again excellent clean and quick

My sister and I visited this Kfc on weds (24 aug) I was really disappointed as this place is usually very good.i was served by a young man who I got the impression wasn't really listening.i told him my order three times and asked if it could be bought to the table as we're both disabled.he said yes but we still had to collect it.the order was wrong.and had to be redone.but the second man who re did the order was professional and quick.then went to order a takeaway to be told I couldn't order what I order every week.i m sure it was just a bad day.will go again

its obviously a lot tidier than the previous building! but i had the least fries ive ever had at kfc anywhere. would have complained but was in rush
