KFC Whitton for the second time short changed me by not getting the order right. I will never use them again.

The bag he handed me was soaking wet, which had gone through to the boxes and food inside. Really terrible.

it was not what we ordered 10 hot wings fries & drink we got 6 hot wings 3 peices of chicken fried & drink looks like it was last food left

KFC Whitton didn't bring one of items we ordered (and paid for). We phoned the branch only to be told they would not bring the item but suggested we come get it! Absolutely ridiculous considering we used a delivery service but needed to come to the branch to get something they forgot. Didn't offer a refund or anything - poor service!

Went to a different location first food was cold when got here

I was excited to realise the food was already here, but when I opened my order I only saw my 20 pc wings and my 1pc chicken. I was sad to see that my fries wasnt here. And i'm also a little suspicous about the driver because not only was the bag not fully closed, the man was holding on to something in his pocket

Food ordered at 6.40 - was told it delivered at 8.40 but nothing received - complete waste of time.

Placed an online order to collect , went to the store 20 mins later and was then made to wait another 30-40mins for the order which we never received. Numerous customers which came after us (in person and via ordering online) received their order whilst we were left standing without any communications. The team was left with a trainee manager who has only worked for a month on a Friday night without any guidance or support of the actual manager to which after we got on the phone to refused to provide his name as this will be forwarded to customer services and said he will let his hard working team to take the fall. As someone who works in the industry this is completely unacceptable level of customer service. The kitchen was being cleaned down way before closing time , flies in the store roaming around open food, no manager to support team, no communication that not all ingredients are available for our order (after we stood waiting for half hour) and worst of all a manager who allows his hard working team to take the fall for his mistake. Absolutely absurd and disgusting service.

Wrong wrap, cold chips, bad burger. Won't order KFC again from this branch.

Despite having provided my Post Code, apparently, the Delivery Person was not advised of the Post Code. Why? In my "Your note", I specified "No wings"! Why did I find 2 wings in the bucket? Therefore, KFC Whitton owes me 1 Thigh and 1 Drumstick. Yes?

Chicken was the worst I have ever eaten. Seemed like re-firied old chicken, coating was dark and crispy and overly salty . Why has the gravy reduced to half the original size but is still the same price?

I asked not to have a leg or thigh in the comment field and they sent a leg which I don’t eat !!!

The food was luke warm as was expected as the temperature outside is really cold. Nothing the microwave couldn't sort. The chips are now coated with pepper and are actually much better than before. Zinger burger was perfect.

The delivery was so quick! it took over 10 mins to be delivered and I ordered the correct amount and am not too full. The food was pretty okay too.

Missing items - called the restaurant and spoke to someone who refused to give his name. Blamed just eat and said sort the issue out with them. Either way - didn't get what was ordered Restaurant was extremely rude and couldnt care less. Will go elsewhere in future.

Hottest takeaway I've ever had. Freshly cooked and delivered early. Usually use the Hampton Hill branch but Whitton, you have outdone them! Will be back.

Cold food, order time kept moving back

Food when it finally arrived was barely luke warm having been taken on tour around Whitton and was thrown in bin. Next time I will order from a KFC further away because food will arrive quicker.

The chicken was cold and a bit stale. I did order late in the day, but its almost like they gave me the stuff that was left on the shelf. Disappointing. I think KFC has generally gone downhill over the years. Less and less chicken and more and more batter. Should be called KFB

Didn't receive my full order second time from Whitton kfc

We waited for over an hour for our order, I then had to go down to store to find out no driver was at restaurant and our food had been sitting getting cold. They tried to give me the cold food , after me telling them they were going to make it fresh and I had to wait for a driver to finally arrive in order to take my food as it had to be accepted by a driver. I was then stupidly asked if I still wanted the driver to deliver my food. It is my wife’s birthday and this hassle has ruined the night

Greasy, old, soggy fries and only a 3 minute delivery time. Dreadful and never again!!!

Very disappointing best describes this KFC branch. Ordered a family feast bucket amongst other items, it anything but a feast. There were 8 small pieces of chicken in the bucket and two breasts. There was also a side dish missing and the chips were ridiculously small. In a time of economic hardship, this joke of a meal kind of sums up what this restaurant thinks of its regular customers. Used to order their food once a week at least - but won't be going back after this experience. A weak one star for Whitton KFC.

Missing popcorn chicken and 2 drinks from box meals

Only marked 3 for food because it was tepid and greasy by the time it arrived. Unfortunately, the driver was dispatched with two orders and the first order he delivered was in completely the opposite direction from the restaurant.

Worst staff I ever find in kfcs . Must remove all Arrogant staff and recruit local staff who can speak English

I’m sorry but chips were limp & soggy. Chicken was moist & flabby. It was horrid & went in food recycle. Very disappointed

All the food was good apart from one burger the chicken was grey and you could barely pull the meat apart.
