I specifically asked for a 1x thigh and 1x drumstick because I said I don't like breast pieces. They send me 2x breast pieces. They did this the other day too😭😭. Give me what I paid for... please! it cost a lot of money to get what I can't eat.

Awful Service - Stay Away! One new woman working there was incredibly rude. I called 15 times about missing food, and she wouldn't answer. When she finally did, she argued and said nothing was missing, even though it was. Then, she hung up on me! When I went to the store, I saw her eating fries straight from the fryer while packing orders. It was disgusting. She also lied about hanging up on me. The manager tried to help, but it's clear she's not trained. I'm very unhappy and won't be back. To top it all off, my order took a ridiculous 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive.

Untrained staff straight from India specifically one lady who is very very very rude. If you don’t believe me go there and see.

I only go to this branch because Of where I live logistically. The best one was the one in Hampton. I cannot praise them enough. I would give them continually five out of 5 stars on everything second place would be Ashford excellent unfortunately the Whitton branch isn’t far behind the branch in Sunbury Cross which is horrendous but the one in Whitton every time I go there and I visit there at least once a week the chips portions are so small The chicken is very small. The staff apart from the gentlemen are friendly the ladies are quite rude and unhelpful once a lady left my food knowing it was mine for over 20 minutes before she asked me whether that was my food when when she knew it was even though it was in the heater I had to wait unnecessarily so unfortunately once again my review for the Whitton branch is minus one on standards food customer service portions not happy very disappointing !

I frequently get less drumsticks than the other piece when I order colonel’s meal. Take away was slow and got lukewarm chips.

Terrible driver had an accident and the food is ruined the whole bag is crushed, spilt heavy covered everything chips are mushed! And now I can’t even contact the restaurant to get edible food sent out! Waited nearly and hour passed the delivery time.

Asked they remove certain items for dietary reasons, they ignore this and delivered anyway. Went straight in the bin and customer service said they can’t guarantee preferences are adhered to. Overall disappointing. Won’t be ordering from here again.

don't know where to start the courier delivered 2 bags that was basically falling apart after getting them to the kitchen I can only describe as one soggy mess everything was in together one bag had chips and gravy all together and all the chicken was thrown in the bucket it was appalling anyway to make matters worse the so called signature fries are code for undercooked , cold and soggy and the crispy chicken I was hoping for was just a mess soggy and skin hanging off not happy

The order was wrong. Spicy chicken not original and gravy instead of beans.

Delivery guy stood at my door for about 5 minutes in the rain while my food was getting cold ( also i had just got out the bath and only in a towel) asking for a code which i didnt have. I showed confirmation of my order but he insisted on this code.

Restaurant did not follow my request on the notes. Request all chicken legs and got one out of four! Don’t like the other bits of chicken so was left hungry

Chicken was so juicy and tender i have been to many KFC but this is the one branch which serves hot and fresh food. And staff was so polite and suggesting good offers to the customers and im so overwhelmed visiting this branch.

Very disappointing best describes this KFC branch. Ordered a family feast bucket amongst other items, it was anything but a feast. There were 8 small pieces of chicken in the bucket and two breasts. There was also a side dish missing, and the chips were ridiculously small. In a time of economic hardship, this joke of a meal kind of sums up what this restaurant thinks of its regular customers. Won't be going back after this experience. A weak one star for Whitton KFC.

The order was incomplete. We did not receive the additional mini fillet ordered with the Trilogy Box Meal or the free regular popcorn chicken offered with the order.

KFC Whitton didn't bring one of items we ordered (and paid for). We phoned the branch only to be told they would not bring the item but suggested we come get it! Absolutely ridiculous considering we used a delivery service but needed to come to the branch to get something they forgot. Didn't offer a refund or anything - poor service!

Went to a different location first food was cold when got here

I was excited to realise the food was already here, but when I opened my order I only saw my 20 pc wings and my 1pc chicken. I was sad to see that my fries wasnt here. Despite having provided my Post Code, apparently, the Delivery Person was not advised of the Post Code. Why? In my "Your note", I specified "No wings"! Why did I find 2 wings in the bucket? Therefore, KFC Whitton owes me 1 Thigh and 1 Drumstick. Yes?

Placed an online order to collect , went to the store 20 mins later and was then made to wait another 30-40mins for the order which we never received. Numerous customers which came after us (in person and via ordering online) received their order whilst we were left standing without any communications. The team was left with a trainee manager who has only worked for a month on a Friday night without any guidance or support of the actual manager to which after we got on the phone to refused to provide his name as this will be forwarded to customer services and said he will let his hard working team to take the fall. As someone who works in the industry this is completely unacceptable level of customer service. The kitchen was being cleaned down way before closing time , flies in the store roaming around open food, no manager to support team, no communication that not all ingredients are available for our order (after we stood waiting for half hour) and worst of all a manager who allows his hard working team to take the fall for his mistake. Absolutely absurd and disgusting service.
