I had a very bad experience in these Kfc😔

A good KFC. Always good, never had shortages and easy to park close by.

Asked they remove certain items for dietary reasons, they ignore this and delivered anyway. Went straight in the bin and customer service said they can’t guarantee preferences are adhered to. Overall disappointing. Won’t be ordering from here again.

The wrong burger was sent this is the second time the order was incorrect

Food was quite cold and we were a it disappointed with the meal

For the price, the burger was put together in a rush and lacked fillings. I was given the tiniest wings and the tiniest thigh. I wasn't happy!

don't know where to start the courier delivered 2 bags that was basically falling apart after getting them to the kitchen I can only describe as one soggy mess everything was in together one bag had chips and gravy all together and all the chicken was thrown in the bucket it was appalling anyway to make matters worse the so called signature fries are code for undercooked , cold and soggy and the crispy chicken I was hoping for was just a mess soggy and skin hanging off not happy

Quice and easy Fast Food KFC in Witton. KFC provide amazing food as always.

3rd time in a row of ordering from this place, and yet again something is missing from our order. This is beyond a joke. We won't be ordering from here again. Do yourself a favour and order from Hounslow or Twickenham!

The people who work here are always very polite and friendly and the food is always hot and fresh.

Delivery guy stood at my door for about 5 minutes in the rain while my food was getting cold ( also i had just got out the bath and only in a towel) asking for a code which i didnt have. I showed confirmation of my order but he insisted on this code.

The order was wrong. Spicy chicken not original and gravy instead of beans.

Restaurant did not follow my request on the notes. Request all chicken legs and got one out of four! Don’t like the other bits of chicken so was left hungry

Chicken was so juicy and tender i have been to many KFC but this is the one branch which serves hot and fresh food. And staff was so polite and suggesting good offers to the customers and im so overwhelmed visiting this branch.

Very disappointing best describes this KFC branch. Ordered a family feast bucket amongst other items, it was anything but a feast. There were 8 small pieces of chicken in the bucket and two breasts. There was also a side dish missing, and the chips were ridiculously small. In a time of economic hardship, this joke of a meal kind of sums up what this restaurant thinks of its regular customers. Won't be going back after this experience. A weak one star for Whitton KFC.

The order was incomplete. We did not receive the additional mini fillet ordered with the Trilogy Box Meal or the free regular popcorn chicken offered with the order.

I included corn in the order but it didn’t come.

The bag he handed me was soaking wet, which had gone through to the boxes and food inside. Really terrible.

KFC Whitton didn't bring one of items we ordered (and paid for). We phoned the branch only to be told they would not bring the item but suggested we come get it! Absolutely ridiculous considering we used a delivery service but needed to come to the branch to get something they forgot. Didn't offer a refund or anything - poor service!

Went to a different location first food was cold when got here

I was excited to realise the food was already here, but when I opened my order I only saw my 20 pc wings and my 1pc chicken. I was sad to see that my fries wasnt here. And i'm also a little suspicous about the driver because not only was the bag not fully closed, the man was holding on to something in his pocket

Despite having provided my Post Code, apparently, the Delivery Person was not advised of the Post Code. Why? In my "Your note", I specified "No wings"! Why did I find 2 wings in the bucket? Therefore, KFC Whitton owes me 1 Thigh and 1 Drumstick. Yes?

Placed an online order to collect , went to the store 20 mins later and was then made to wait another 30-40mins for the order which we never received. Numerous customers which came after us (in person and via ordering online) received their order whilst we were left standing without any communications. The team was left with a trainee manager who has only worked for a month on a Friday night without any guidance or support of the actual manager to which after we got on the phone to refused to provide his name as this will be forwarded to customer services and said he will let his hard working team to take the fall. As someone who works in the industry this is completely unacceptable level of customer service. The kitchen was being cleaned down way before closing time , flies in the store roaming around open food, no manager to support team, no communication that not all ingredients are available for our order (after we stood waiting for half hour) and worst of all a manager who allows his hard working team to take the fall for his mistake. Absolutely absurd and disgusting service.

Chicken was the worst I have ever eaten. Seemed like re-firied old chicken, coating was dark and crispy and overly salty . Why has the gravy reduced to half the original size but is still the same price?

I asked not to have a leg or thigh in the comment field and they sent a leg which I don’t eat !!!

Left of half the order! Try phoning direct, didn’t bother answering the call and then when you report it on the app it just says we’ll look into it ! What about the people waiting for their food and also having to wait days for a refund! Complete Joke !

The delivery was so quick! it took over 10 mins to be delivered and I ordered the correct amount and am not too full. The food was pretty okay too.

The food was luke warm as was expected as the temperature outside is really cold. Nothing the microwave couldn't sort. The chips are now coated with pepper and are actually much better than before. Zinger burger was perfect.
