KFC in Broadland

Food tastes good, but portions are a complete joke. I ordered a zinger ricebox with beans, rice, salad, etc., and extra side rice. What I received was a box that was only half full of rice, and 1/3 of the box was in the zingerbox. I dont know how its going to have 2k calories when its 3 beans, some rice, a few leaves, a couple grains of sweetcorn, and 3 bites of chicken. Did my delivery driver eat half of the food, or what are we paying these prices for? It's a joke and not worth of money.

Not too keen on the new app, I think McD’s have rolled out a much more appealing app. Nice to see the Blue light card being appreciated, albeit dropping to 10% off. Really enjoyed my spicy mayo wrap, this KFC is far better in terms of quality than the Longwater one.

I had a £5 off that’s disappeared from my offers, a beans that’s hot 8 minutes before it’s sell by and no spoon for the beans through the drive through. Not great.

I don’t usually eat in the restaurant. This was my first time eating in, in this KFC. It had wet floor signs out the whole time I was in, but clearly didn’t look to have been mopped today. The boneless box was on the app for a deal which made it a good deal. I’d defo recommend getting the app. I do love their beans.

How can they not imitate McD’s to be more efficient and consistent? This is a better restaurant than the one on the Longwater estate, I don’t think I’ve ever had an incident free visit. My sweet chili wrap is nice, not enough food in and salad isn’t great.
