Domino's Pizza in Broadland

Consistently brilliant pizza delivered in a timely manner and polite delivery staff! The half and half pizza is a game changer. Cookies are to die for and garlic bread is great but the sides are considerably expensive considering the price of pizza in comparison. I’d personally give the wedges a miss.

Have collected from here a few times and it's always been great.

Ordered some cookies, they were over cooked and burnt. Won’t be returning here. Very disappointed

Mediocre expensive pizza. They do no take cash either which was very disappointing. If you can go else where you'll have a better time if not it will do.

Possibly one of the worst takeaway chain pizzas I have ever had, I reckon they made the toppings up as they went. All tasted the same even though half half. Dough tasted of nothing. Wish I had the gag reflex to sick it up. Would rather go swimming in raw sewage than taste that sausage again. Go to papa johns. Would not highly recommend guys

Lazy staff can’t be bothered to deliver so will call you after you order online with a lame excuse that the road is closed (a road in another village) and telling us to collect. Even after we explain the road to our village is open and the closure is elsewhere and no where near us. They insist we collect or cancel. So we cancelled our £60 order. This is the second time this has happened on a weekend night. We won’t bother again.

Just ordered two pizzas one chicken and mushroom the other was Hawaiian (ham and pineapple) so I thought but no they put MUSHROOMS on it as well!! thank goodness not got allergen problems really disappointed had to pick them off ended up binning pizza

Food was done. Superbly top notch to the staff in net for doing that, but staff are not very talkative which doesn't make you feel very welcome. Unfortunately that's the only letdown. Otherwise all good

Lazy staff. There must of been at least 8 or nine staff in there as i walked in, most of them looked up from their conversations and were just talking and mucking around, i must have been stood there for at least 3-4 minutes before one of them could be bothered to come over and mumble " Yeah" i was collecting a large order for my family and had to struggle out of the door with no offer to open the door for me that only opens inwards so had to return to the counter put my 5 boxes down go back open the door then go back to collect the boxes to leave while the staff stand around and stare , Pizzas were luke warm at best, i will never use Dominos Pizza again.

Didn't get what I asked for. Wrong crust, dip missing, 3 toppings missing. Canvas pizza is far better. Very disappointing..

Domino’s were just awful, I never write a review but I am so cross. After waiting an hour and a half for two pizzas they were still nowhere to be seen. Two phone calls later just being lied to that they had left the building and were on their way. Another phone call half hour later, then told they had just left and were on their way again. Please just be truthful!! Cancelled in the end as I just lost the will.

Sent my son to get a pizza for himself. He asked them for ONE pizza and they said they had a special offer of buy one get one free. Obviously he gave them an order for the second pizza thinking it was free. When they charged his card they charged him for TWO pizzas in which case there was no offer, or it was a scam. When he got home we checked the charge and tried to phone them to ask what kind of offer was this, but they never answered. My wife checked the website and indeed it is a misleading offer. Be very careful what and how you order is my advice!!

Far too many times I have ordered from here as is my local pizza place. Great when they get it good. Terrible otherwise. It is a coin toss which sort of service you will receive. Maybe it will arrive in 30minutes, maybe 1 hour, maybe 2 or 3 hours, and on rare occasions you have to call the store, because your pizza never arrived. It is registered as delivered but the driver never appeared, just to await a redelivery which will take another potential 3 hours. this is what domino's in Norwich is like. Good food when it's not so late its cold. Otherwise absolutely terrible. Top tip, (shouldn't have to do this), but order an ice cream with it. This tends to put your food as a priority, you'll likely get it quicker. I guess if everyone did this, we'll be getting milkshakes instead. Go ahead, toss that coin. You are hungry and cannot be bothered to go to the shop, or open the fridge. Just be mindful, you may get Hangry.

We needed to write a review, from order online to delivery to door was 17minutes, great service! We opted for two large pizzas, one customised, both were hot on arrival and tasted great! This was our first domino's takeaway delivery and we were presently surprised, thanks for the amazing service and the delicious pizza!

Terrible. Every time the pizza seems to get worse and worse. Thought it was just who was making them, but seems it’s every time!! Don’t waste ur money ordering from this dominos.

Delivered the wrong order which happens and not a biggie however the attitude of the employee when I had the nerve to request the correct food was atrocious.

The food itself was wonderful as always. Parking was awful, though, with all the post office vans coming and going in the tiny shared car park. We were blocked in by them after parking and couldn't get home when we needed to for our daughter's birthday. We will not be using this branch again, deciding it will be quicker for us to use the Dereham branch in the future that has a dedicated car park.

Every single time I make an order for delivery it is over an hour wait minimum! If you can’t collect I honestly wouldn’t bother, and if you do want delivery order at least an hour before you want it

The worst Domino's store in Norwich ever. The pizza which we're received today is disgusting. Cold, raw, 1 pizza without cheese, another had cheese only on the half side. Is the cheese that much expensive? Don't save money on the ingredients, change the staff instead. Horrible service and management.

Normally really good but this time, one of our pizzas was so squished that the toppings all peeled off on the top of the box. Called to get a replacement, had to call 3 times as previous 2 times, someone picked up the phone and hung up immediately. Person on the other end didn't seem bothered at all, didn't even ask which pizza needed replacing (did they know it was squished/damaged before leaving?) Asked when I could expect to receive the replacement, person dealing said she couldn't really tell me, could be 35-45mins, considering we live close enough and they damaged our order, would have expected to be a priority. None of us ended up eating at the same time because of it. Really let down. Only reason 2 stars is because of past good experiences, think we'll go to the hut next time or voodoo daddies.

1hr 15 minute wait on a Monday is not acceptable. food was stone cold and app said delivered 25 minutes too early!!!!

1st time using Domino's app, which was done with ease. Tried one of their vegan options, which was very nice and in my opinion slightly better than those offered at Pizza Hut. But taste is subjective, however it's good to see there are vegan options available.

Let down by slow delivery, food had clearly been cooked way before driver could collect. Embarrassed that I've paid for such poor quality. Lost yourselves a customer!

Easy to order and went to pick it up to save a few quid but when we turned up at the projected collection time we were informed it would take another 10-15 minutes before it would be ready, not impressed as it was a 10 min drive from where we were staying and hadn't eaten all day due to teavelling

scammers, order placed at 20:19, updates were made on the application that it had been delivered. After contact, they said that the supplier would be there soon. 1 hour of waiting, nothing. The second phone call the same answer. Result: food not delivered, money taken and pizzeria closed !!!!

Mist off an item from my order, after calling them they sent out the missing item. It arrived 40 minutes after the first delivery. No offer of any competition for this bad service, very disappointing.

Don’t even bother, have used the Drayton restaurant twice now and every time the toppings have been hardly worth having, not cut properly either and all uneven size slices. Clearly rushed, have also tried calling several times but nobody ever picks up the phone ! Wouldn’t recommend this restaurant at all !!!! Take tour custom and money elsewhere

Not good. Not good at all. Pizza is barely cooked and very cold with raw ingredients. Think this was just shown the oven so it knows what one looks like. Use to like Dominoes but will switch to to Pizza Hut from now on.

Very disappointed and disgusted , I've placed an order and after taking the money 5 minutes later they cancelled the order due to apparently no driver being anymore available, so got left with no Pizza and also money taken, further action will be taken regarding this matter voicemail will be also forwarded to customer protection scheme and published forward to the social media and press, highly recommended people to avoid this company and their services. NO MORE DOMINO'S NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Pizza was very doughy and cold, wouldn’t come to this one again

Pizza took over an hour and half to deliver, cold when delivered and driver asked for a tip, seriously?

We have tried twice to get pizzas delivered and twice they have been unacceptably late arriving. Unless you can collect, do not bother!

Even with the 50% off pizzas offer, this is seriously expensive, but I dare not argue with my heavily pregnant wife’s herb and spice craving! I had the chicken and chorizo and it was nice, my wife had the hottest one she could find and made it hotter, my eldest daughter had the vegetarian one as she’s a veggie this week!

Always good pizzas & chicken sides

Was better than I had expected, tbe pizzas were just too delightful to slow down and describe the delightful flavour. Burger pizza was my favourite by far, absolutely delightful.

We use this dominos once a week and occasionally it’s not great but today the pizza had what fitted a fist punch in it and when I said it to the guy he just said yes and walked away, no customer service at all

App said pizza was ready but when I arrived to pick it up the pizza, had only just been started... I didnt mind but what's the point on the app if it's that far behind... great pizza tho!

Expensive and possible upset stomach the next day

I was a pizza short at 1st attempt, order had to wait for the large catalan chicken to be made. Not sure if I have been charged correctly so checking the prices.

Delivery arrived over an hour later than stated. When the order did arrive it was wrong. Called the branch multiple times before and after the food arrived, both trying to find where it was and trying to inform them my order was wrong, my calls were ignored every time. Ended up driving to the branch to sort out the issue. Note the fact I ordered a delivery... if I wanted/had the time to drive when I first ordered my food it would have been ordered as a collection. The dominos app stated that my order was ‘delivered’ for 45minutes before the food had arrived, and for the 15 minutes prior was ‘out for delivery’... it took me exactly 10 minutes to drive to the branch. When I did get to the branch staff were reluctant to Help and even more reluctant to refund me for their mistakes and bad customer service. In the time I was stood in the branch waiting for my correct order I witnessed the phone ring 3 times and each time these calls were ignored, there was ample staff to answer the phones but had no care what so ever over the fact. Quite frankly I am appalled, and definitely won’t be ordering from here again. I hope the issues I have seen reported under this review section are sorted as urgent as they are all very similar complaints to mine. This branch in particular has put me off a usually very good takeaway treat.

The pizza was great. It was the service that let us down. Hardly any communication. I used my 999 discount, felt a little guilty, but eligible. Wish the guy could have been happier. Rating this mainly on the lovely, fresh pizza. Hygiene brilliant too. Teenagers came in after and ordered a large pizza etc but he didn't seem to want them there even though they were customers and seemed good kids.

Worker at the counter refused to give us an offer advertised out front of the door, then tried to change our order just before I paid which would’ve made the order far more expensive. Clearly will try and get as much out of you as possible on what is going to already be an overpriced order. Ended up having to wait over 30 mins, and there’s nowhere to wait in there for that long. Originally got one of the orders wrong so had to go back to get it changed, with the worker being rude and moody the whole time. Wouldn’t bother using this place, just get a pizza from the Tesco across the road for a fraction of the cost.

Awful delivery service. Don't use the app as it says "delivered" (but it hasn't been) when 35 minutes later you phone the store to be told it's still in store!!!! Shocking. This is the 4th time. Never again.

Food is good, staff are nicer than people make out on here, only annoying thing is the app is constantly saying things are delivered 10-15 minutes before it actually is.

Love their pizzas, best I have ever had, not cheap but tasty and they do deals which is handy if a few of you. INot such great value if you only buy for one person.

2 weeks on the trot we waited over an hour for pizzas that never came ... had to get our money back both times... now we have a free voucher after complaining and they simply don't answer when trying to order .... awful service ... NEVER USING AGAIN

2 hours later and still waiting on my order. First order arrived after an hour and was the wrong order and burnt and cold and still waiting for correct order another hour later. Called to complain and not even an apology. Sorry Dominos but I keep giving you second chances but with everyone telling me how much better Papa John's is I think it's time I tried them instead.

Ordered pizza from the branch despite the poor reviews and I can honestly say they were fantastic. We had a long delay on our pizza due to shortage of delivery drivers. Branch called us to advise of the wait time. I agreed to go and collect the pizzas instead. Upon arrival I was told that my pizzas were out for delivery. They then offered to cook me two more for the hassle which I quickly accepted. Staff were friendly and attentive. They do get very busy at on a Friday and Saturday night so be patient.

Terrible. Lost my pizza, after 20 mins lied to say it would be 2 minutes, then after 10 more minutes they admitted it wasn't even made. Had a 1.5 hour drive home so cancelled order. No apology at all... deffo need the customer service course...!

Very sad for ordering the pizza with them. If you are really hungry it is never going to reach you. I waited whole night. You rather cook yourself, and you won’t even get a good customer care. Refund will take another 5 working days.

So say I was annoyed is an understatement. For a simple order which takes 8 minutes to deliver- nearly two hours has passed without any sight of my pizza. When I called TWICE, I was told that ‘it was coming’ but did little to inform me of how long it would take etc. Utterly disappointed with my experience.

Ordered a Pizza and some Cinni Dippers at 7:20pm and it was being 'prepped' for a whole hour before going in for baking. We tried to call multiple times to find out what was happening but no one ever answered the phone.

Rang at 6.30 6 timess and no answer , even if they are busy they should at least answer the phone to explain the situation , badly run business

Absolute joke stuff missing from the order that had been paid for promised for the missing items to be delivered within half an hour 2 hours later still not delivered and no phone call. Tried contacting with no answer. Do not use!!!

Consistently 25-30 minutes late with delivering orders. Toppings nearly always wrong (in one case veggie pizza arrived with chicken on it). Seems to be local to Drayton, never had this experience with any other branches.

We ordered 16 large pizzas and sides for NewDay 2018 and these guys did is proud!

Better than my last experience, we used the 40% off, it becomes reasonable at this point only, I had the BBQ pizza and changed one topping, my wife had a large chicken pizza of her own devising and we had wings and dippers to share. It wasn't the warmest it has to be said but it was tasty hangover food.

I don't want to even give it a one star it was so bad. We waited for hours but it didn't come, so we called several times only for them to hang up. When they finally answered, the staff were rude and inconsiderate. We asked for a free icecream since we waited so long. The pizza arrived (and apparently the night was busy) but it seemed to be really hot, almost like it was just cooked. This place is honestly terrible. We didn't even get our icecream.

Please everybody,if u want fast quality food this is not the place to go ,if it weren’t for my sons liking dominos pizza I’d never have ordered it from here when I ordered it gave me the option for 7 pm this was at6:18 pm so I optered for the asap option

Cold pizza, cold sides. When I called to find out where it was I was told they were 5 mins away. I called again to find out where it was and I was told he was looking for it. The delievery driver told me he'd called 7 times looking for the house but couldn't find it. I was sat with my phone - no missed calls. I checked my details on the website and my number was correct so I don't know what number they were using. The sides were so cold they were inedible and one of the pizzas was missing the rocket on top. Awful service, awful food and massively overpriced as always, really disappointed. Domino's is not worth the money!

I’d have to agree with one of the previous reviews regarding clarity of pricing. Also the voucher genie or whatever it’s called on the site, does not automatically match your order to the best deal.
