KFC in Plymouth

Dirty unit, would not honour what was on the KFC App, said they didn't have to. Managr called Neil seemed as though he couldn't be bothered, and looked scruffy, really unprofessional.

Staff here are shockingly bad at customer service and very rude, homeless guy doing was doing weird stuff in the bathroom and was in their for ages , when i went to go it was dirty but staff didn’t seem to care ,and the whole restraunt was dirty , no tables being cleaned , the floor was disgusting , wouldn’t recommend, rather go mutley

Not a good experience. First time coming here to this one. It was dirty, bins were over flowing. I had to clear a table to sit down and when I asked for something to wipe the table the staff rolled their eyes, in a minute. There were no serviettes so had to go the the toilet to wash my hands. Chicken was lovely but the chips didn’t taste nice. Won’t be revisiting this one.

On my way home stop by kfc, ordered a fillet burger and 2 pieces of chicken and got home to find the wrong thing. I got 2 hot wings not chicken pieces I mean how hard is it to box up 2 pieces of chicken

Great staff. Great taste as always. So fast with orders. Despite right in middle of busy street all under control!

My wife does not usually like the brand in the UK (she is a native of N. America) but we ordered via Deliveroo as we were too tired to go out for a meal while visiting Plymouth and this was the best KFC we have tasted

Updated branding and compact layout. Short distance from large cinema complex. Mostly used by folk drawn my nearby shopping precinct. It’s a KFC, nothing more.
