KFC in Plymouth

Large order for delivery, no where on this site does it say that they are not delivering. After waiting an hour noticed order had been made ready for collection. On contacting Wolseley Rd branch advised that all sites have been amended to indicate collection only, not so, every site is still advertising delivery, there IS NO message advising deliveries suspended. The confirmation email also neglects to advise collection only. Staff extremely unhelpful and unable or unwilling to advise of complaints process. When arrived at the store Deliveroo staff at the store ready to deliver - so had I ordered through Deliveroo would have had meal delivered. Recommend Papa Johns - not on your life - Dominoes from here on.

Cheese and onion toastie was probably the worst I have ever eaten. The toast was dry, the crusts inedible and the filling almost nonexistent.

Never again from this Domino’s. I was always ordering from them, but in the last few times was absolutely terrible.

Horrendous. Please avoid this business at all costs. My order was so wrong and disgusting that deliveroo had to give me a full refund. Deliveroo have now assured me they are investigating the business as many other customers have reported receiving wrong and disgusting food. The ‘loaded fries’ were just plain fries - and cold too. The Buffalo Fries ( supposed to be Cheese, Buffalo Sauce, Spring Onion, Crispy Onion, Red Chilli) were non existent. Just not included at all. My chicken wings were also missing. And the burger was awful. I genuinely think this business is just incompetent or perhaps a scam business. Please don’t make the same mistake as me. Avoid this business. There are countless other reviews the same as mine so you can see I am not making this up.

gave my mate food poisining, had to clean my toilet bowl, but other than that it sucked.
