KFC in Mid Sussex

This branch has to be the worst in the country Since the day it opened its always had a bad reputation The chicken has always been a non crispy sloppy mess Total crap food

Shockingly bad experience every single time both eat in and delivery. The food is awful, the ‘restaurant’ is filthy, deliveries always missing something I’ve paid for, nobody answers the phone when you call to get refunded and when you go in you can tell none of the staff care and nobody is in charge. I’ve stood there for minutes while they chat amongst themselves with no queue in front like I’m just an inconvenience. Everyone I’ve ever spoken to has had the same experience. How HQ hasn’t shut them down I do not know. Absolute brand killer. I’ve voted with my feet and now go to Chief Chicken over the road.

Just had a delivery from this KFC and i can honestly say its the worst food i've ever eaten, or thrown in the bin most of it, absolutely disgusting!!!

Overall terrible. Staff was not interested in the job and had no customer care. Chips was discussing, the 3 mini fillets was one piece on large chicken cooked then cut into 3. No crisp but greasy. Plus drink only 2/3 full, if that.

Dire. No exaggeration to say the Colonel would be turning in his grave! An utter disgrace and I struggle to see how they are still trading. If tables and bins cannot be cleared, it raises issues with pests, hygiene, health and safety and more. These pictures others have uploaded are typical, and I have seen much worse. If 'front of house' looks like this, just imagine out back! Home cooking never looked so good. Have been to hundreds of KFCs since the early 1980s and this is easily the worst run store I ever witnessed.
