Kfc in City of London, Westminster

Vale, un montón de defectos en el restaurante MID. 1 . No se puede pedir desde la caja, poner a los CLIENTES primero. ¡Vamos? ¿Qué sentido tiene tener una caja, si no se puede pedir de la caja. 2 . Nos gritaron, ¿para QUÉ? ¡Tu equipo debería hacer más TRABAJO! 3 . Las mesas y los baños son terribles. Sin papel higiénico. ¿Cómo limpiamos? Todos pueden gritarnos y hacernos ordenar desde el quiosco. Pero no puedes rellenar papel higiénico. No es de extrañar por qué este es el PEOR KFC en Londres. -De ninguna manera. 1 estrella. Además la cola no es buena y la comida no es tan INCREÍBLE como otras tiendas. McDonalds es mejor. Gracias. 3

Discutiendo, patatas fritas de autor @? una boca llena de grasa dulce, pollo seco recalentado. Me sentí mal después de comer. Siento haber parado allí.

Went to get lunch with family order on drive through and we got out order left as we arrived home open the take away and was missing from our original order put all back and drove back ask for refund no apology from the manager and give food back never again will visit that branch and I’m pretty sure our food went back out for someone else as he put the bag at the back not in the bin !!! Guys keep away really poor place and bad management really poor

Happy to give you the selection of chicken pieces we wanted. Chips nice and hot and staff happy to be there. Very very quiet restaurant.

Decided on a quick bite, it was raining so wanted something warm. Was not impressed. Ordering was slow even though the site was not busy, the tables were not clean, they were free of trays but not clean. Went to the bathroom, water all over the floor, no hand soap in the dispenser and no toilet roll in the toilet. Told the guy behind the counter and he said there was some sort of leak, fair enough, but how does that stop you from filling up the hand soap or replacing the toilet roll?. Food came out after 15 minutes? Have never waited that long for a KFC, it was hot and quite greasy but good. The corn on the cob looked like it was decomposing, no snap or pop, just a yellow slimy texture, did not eat it. After the meal i went back to the bathroom, no change, still no toilet paper or hand soap, will not be going there again.
