KFC in Broxtowe

Terrible. I opted for a mega bucket for one. There was virtually no chicken inside the thick, grossly overcooked batter. The chips were scappy. Avoid unless you are absolutely desperate.

Paid 3.99 for a kids popcorn meal - no sign of fries when I opened it up at home. Absolutely appalling and I wish I had read other reviews before giving them my money! I’m going out drinking and this is all I’ve got to line my stomach.

Ordered a zinger rice box with absolutely no sign of any rice or salsa! They just do not care here. Only noticed when we got home . Will never , ever go here again ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE OR YOUR MONEY.

Went here today and bought some chicken. No staff were wearing face coverings, customers not wearing face coverings. Staff messing around behind the counter. Te food was so greasy and tasteless I threw it in the bin. The Pepsi drink was in a plastic cup with no hole for the straw and leaking Pepsi every ware. What a waste of money. I never eat at KFC but my daughter said she felt like one. I’ll never ever be buying “food” from kfc again. Really poor quality product dripping in grease.

Every time I visit this place I promise it will be my last. This time it is for DEFINITE . The guy serving me Saturday 16th Oct about 1/30 was beyond appalling, As usual the order was wrong and was quizzed by the guy serving me . ( every time I’ve been the order is wrong ) That’s why I check. I know it’s busy and the staff get busy but sometimes there are exceptions

The food was ordered online and whilst it came quickly the food was both burnt and cold, as well as the drink not being delivered. This is the second time in a row this has happened. We got what was okay for the kids as they were hungry, then went to the resturant to collect the drink and say the food was below sub par. we were seen by the manager after waiting 5-10 minutes for service only to be told it was the drivers fault as their food is kept under hot lights. I might add that i work in a resturant myself and a hot light keeps the food warmish but by no means hot! We were given fresh pop corn chicken and fries, as welll as the missing drink, however this does not replace the 10 tepid andd boney chicken pieces we paid for or the cold beans. More so, the replacement items we were given were cold and burnt again! The manager clearly didn't care, again blaming the delivery driver. I have tried to contact head office I cannot get through a real person or even a email adress. we will not be returning to this chian again afetr too many bad experiences. I recommend to others to to not waste their hard earned cash on this bad food and customer service.

I placed an order and it showed that it would be delivered in 4mins as the delivery driver was nearby so I started watching the tracking. The driver was at the end of my street when I get a notification that the driver cancelled my order!!! The payment was refunded immediately so I placed the order again, this time I upgraded the delivery so we would receive it quicker. Well this time it arrived.....stone cold and I had been given the wrong items in the box meals. My son took a bite of the burger and spat it out, not only was it stone cold but it tasted disgusting, rubbery and chewy. I threw the whole lot in the bin! Tried to get a refund from ubereats but was told that the reason I had to complain didn't qualify me for a refund. I have opened a case with my bank and will not be using ubereats again. As for KFC Beeston, please, save your money and buy from somewhere else, anywhere else than here. Every time I have given them another chance they always let me down.
