Pedí dos días consecutivos. 1 día street - gofres y batidos de plátano y mango (patatas fritas) y gofres muy seco. Sabía como beber batidos de hielo triturado. No sabor de plátano y mango. Patatas fritas no entregados pero conductor cargado por toda la cosa. Ni siquiera me dicen que no estábamos allí. patatas fritas Llamé a la tienda y me llamaron que empeñamos en mi teléfono para informarme pero no había voz izquierda para entrega de comida tardó 1 horas y 15 minutos cuando el restaurante está a 10 minutos de mi casa. Día 2 nd me hicimos un pedido de comida burger y beber. Esperé durante una hora para conseguir comida pero nunca recibí. Al habla con ellos, me cancelaron mi pedido sin avisarme. El servicio es muy malo y recomiendo para evitar este lugar.

Tonight we ordered 5 separate desserts it took an hour to arrive, not only did they not come with ice cream, chocolate sauce and whip cream like advertised but they were luke warm, the crapes taste like a lump in my stomach and they were nearly cold. My sister rang only to be told that they would be given free milkshakes if we order again, like hell are we ordering again and they know that. Don't order here no matter how much the desserts look great on the advertisement. It's a scam.

most brilliant crepes i have ever tried, even compared with France... i mean the texture of the crepe is mind blowing. if you know crepes... could improve on packaging as its a bit of a downer when such nice food in bad packaging

Best take-away in Nottingham, great burgers delicious milkshakes and incredible waffles. Will be returning here again.

Ordered here a couple of times a while ago and was impressed. The last four times or so however we have attempted to get food here, it either didn't arrive or they were missing one of the ingredients to make the crepes we ordered. The most recent attempt (today) seemed to go okay, until I never received an email confirming my order despite payment being apparently taken. Rang the number given in an email with no answer for over 15 minutes with no answer. Still don't know what's happening with my money. Basically not worth the hassle, go elsewhere.

Spent almost twenty pounds on a midday order (12.20pm exactly). Was quoted that it would take 40-50 minutes for delivery but by 1.30pm it had not arrived. I called the restaurant and they said there had been a problem with all the deliveries in nottingham and it wouldn't be longer than another 40 minute wait. By 2.20pm we had given up that the food was actually ever going to arrive. When we tried to recall the restaurant our number had been blocked. I phoned Just Eat (the provider who we made the order through) and they were told that the phone in the restaurant had been broken which was why they hadn't contacted us. As I had spoken to them an hour before this I found it very hard to believe the phone broke so quickly. In the end our order never arrived... DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANT FOR TAKEAWAYS OR DELIVERYS. the customer service is terrible and the owner lies to his customers about 'broken phones' when his own employees just don't want to deal with the problems they created.

We ordered twice this week from Champion Crêpes. We have ordered from here a while ago and it was great. However, both experiences this week were bad. The first order was for two crepes. They didn't put all the toppings on that we paid for. We let it slide as our previous order a few months before was good. The second order, we ordered two pancakes, a can of cherry coke and cheesy dorritos. What arrived was two mediocre pancakes, an original flavour can of coke and ready salted walkers crisps. We were really annoyed because two things were wrong, and it was the second consecutive mistake in just a few days. We called them and explained and they said they don't stock dorritos or anything other than 'normal' coke. We said we weren't happy with it being wrong again, and that they could have at least called us after receiving our order, to let us know they didn't have everything in stock. The member of staff proceeded to be really rude, say "You're not the owner so you can't speak to me like you can tell me what to do." And mocked us. It really ruined our evening and we definitely won't be considering them again. It was also expensive for what it was. - Over £10 for two okayish pancakes and crisps and drink we order. So disappointed.
