I had an awful experience today! Ordered breakfast and found a beautiful blonde hair in my food, then I asked for an replacement dish and it didn’t just came out cold but it was the same food again! I worked myself in hospitality for 13years+ but never experienced that! Would not recommend

Despite poor reviews we were quite satisfied with the English breakfast at the price of 5.95GBP Friendly service and tables cleared as and when people left - this around 09.00hrs

I’ve ordered 2 bacon and maple loaded waffles for my daughters. Both portions were extremely burnt, should not be served to anyone. Shameful. Unfortunately my daughters didn’t want me to take the food back.

Just before 3pm on a Saturday and visited the cafe (which we are not local too and had driven 5 miles especially to visit as food is lovely) to be told that due to staffing levels they wasn't serving hot food. There are no signs anywhere downstairs or outside the cafe stating this. If I could give no stars I would of

We'd read a review in an on-line local restaurant review website where they rated highly Tesco at Beeston's dishes. Roger had the standard fried breakfast, typical of a supermarket cafe (that is, nothing special at all). The hash browns were good though, and Roger passed them over to Ingrid (who likes them much more than Roger does). Ingrid had the bacon and egg in a brioche bun (that's what it said on the menu on the wall). When it came, it was burnt on the top - see photo. And inside on the top was chutney (Ingrid hates chutney) and on the bottom was a hot spicy sauce (Ingrid doesn't do "spicy"). So all she ate was an uncontaminated slice of bacon from the middle of the bun. Neither chutney or spicy sauce was mentioned on the menu on the wall, which they should be, as really, do those have a place in a breakfast bun for most people? Sadly, we also have to mention the cool coffee, and having to clear and wipe down the table ourselves, and the time it took the food to arrive. If Ingrid's bun had been good, we wouldn't have mentioned these points, but the bun was awful, so the whole breakfast experience has been exposed. Will we be coming back? No - but that's what you expected us to say I think!

Came here to have a bit of something to eat today (Sunday 25th June 2023). I had 2 poached eggs on 2 slices of toast. Big plus that the whole of Tesco's Store is air conditioned - including the Cafe....

Brilliant food and service love coming here

The woman on the till walked past me several times knowing full well we were looking at hot food ,she then after 20 minutes of running about notifys us that there is no hot food ,my grandma replied with "its only half 1" to be snapped at and told no its half 2 ,the staff were very rude and not concerned

Waited for the food for ages. Kids starving! Dirty pots piled everywhere plus stacked unwashed pots near kitchen entrance. For a supposedly cheap cafe the cost is still expensive E.g. over £3 for a coffee. Asked not to removed dirty pots from our table; told not to because there was no one available to collect them as they were so short staffed. We saw only two staff - the cook and cashier. Felt sorry for staff so overwhelmed. Tesco you do not deserve the customers! Won’t come again.

24 minutes in the queue only to be told "lite bites only". The "Served All Day" items are not, seemingly, sold all day. The excuse was "I told everbody", but others in the queue had no clue. One person serving. There were only 4 people in front of me, but it still took 24 minutes. Tesco, please listen, this cafe is a thoroughly soul-sapping experience, akin to being visited by a Dementor.

The Waitresses in Tesco ( Beeston ) are all very polite and helpful. Lovely, clean and friendly restaurant I would highly recommend

We ordered cheese and ham toasty the lady who took our order was very pleasant and said it won’t be long. Nearly 20 minutes later it still hadn’t arrived I went to ask for a refund because we couldn’t wait any longer, she said there nearly ready you might as well have them and I’ll refund you anyway She bagged up the toasties gave me a refund and was very nice about it all. We tried the toasties while waiting for our bus the were inedible I put them in the nearest bin where they belong suffice to say we will not be going back to Tescos cafe again. The cafe is run in a very Shambolic manner.

Waited over 25 mins for a couple of kids meals and a scampi and chips after waiting 10 minutes to get served. Staff where all stood around talking and on phones and not interested in serving

I’m a delivery driver I believe Tesco cafe is new to the delivery company whom I’m working for as it was my first time picking the order up. They do not have a designated area for delivery drivers to park I am using a car and I really struggled in the customer car parking area to find a space. I was going round in circles and it was so busy that people were also struggling to find spaces and there were loads of people leaving and coming in aswel. I had no choice but to cancel the order. The car park is not as big comparing to how big the actual tesco is. It was a bit of a frustrating experience as I kept thinking about the food/drinks could possibly get cold as the cafe is apparently inside but having to go to the first floor to the cafe according to the notes on the app. I definitely will not be accepting an order again from here.

Service is extremely slow. Staff preparing food not wearing PPE or washing hands. Carrying burgers and sandwiches in her hands from the back round to the front of the counter. Staff shouting at each other to do jobs. Service was so slow

Might have nice food and pricing but is one of the slowest places to be served in UK. Not recommended

A bit expensive for what it is.

Food ok reasonably priced, just one member of staff makes me feel uncomfortable

Good location. ample parking. Light and well appointed. Coffee good. Staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely go again.

Provides a well placed location for a good cup of coffee and toasted tea cake with butter and jam. Generally service is good with even table service on offer

Cafe is ok. Always busy so tables can be messy if people don't tidy away trays
