Grim greasy lukewarm food (Twister meal) served just at closing time that left me with sickness and diarrhoea. It takes quite a lot to impact my cast-iron stomach, so I can’t imagine what I was served . Never again!

When we were there, it was closed as it opens quite late in the morning. When we went on our way back, order at the touch screen only. No hand sanitizer provided. Chicken took too long to cook and we waited for quarter of an hour to get our food.

Closes so early, why?? We wanted our chicken delight after a long day travelling but were sorely disappointed. Nothing else is open either for food after 10pm. Sad times.

We have been in the car park trying to get out for half an hour. 4 lanes of traffic trying to exit! I’ll need the loo again before we get out! Someone needs to redesign the car park !

"The Good Breakfast" venue. The Best Breakfast By Far. Travelling to South Wales and enjoying the best motorway service breakfast by far, at M3 westbound Fleet Services, "The Good Breakfast" venue. Wonderful staff and wonderful breakfast. I always drive this route just to enjoy it.

On my second trip the food was not fit for my dog on both trips. This sight should be visited by health authorities.Food was not like my local kfc the chicken sandwich .. it was a flat frozen bought chicken in a crappy bun.. the chips both times were cold and horrible.This place should be closed down.

Stopped for a quick bite to eat on way home, really wanted a McD’s but there wasn’t one- the rest of the dam went to Burger King but I fancied a KFC. Was pleasantly surprised by the value offered and the food was freshly cooked, pipping hot and quick. There were a few seats to sit on too.

Driving to the airport early evening, kids hungry so stopped at fleet for a KFC. Ordered through the self service, stood waiting for over 20 minutes, watching our order under a heating lamp, buy the time it was served everything was luke warm, on giving back to the server, no apology was given, he then re-served more cold food! Again no apology and we asked for a refund! The refund then took another 20 minutes, why, yes why? Still no apology!!! KFC, teach your staff customer service!!!! Will certainly not go back there and would not recommend!

Just stopped off for a quick bite and now understand why there was no queue at KFC, but McDonalds was rammed. Chicken strips were soggy and greasy, the chips had more eyes than Argus Panoptes.Won’t be stopping again at this KFC!On a positive, the staff were very polite and helpful.

The services were not particularly busy, there were about 10 orders on the screen but they should fly through those, so I added mine. Stood there for 15 mins while customers at Burger King next door placed their orders, had them fulfilled and went off to eat. Staff at the rear of the KFC kitchen appeared to be having a great time while the sole member of staff fulfilling orders queued up a counter full of drinks as he waited for the food. The food, overpriced, small portions, overcooked. Never again.

We stopped off for something to eat on the journey home and decided to try KFC. I was really looking forward to it as I love KFC but as I am a member of slimming world, it’s a rare treat. Won’t ever eat here again though. The coating wasn’t right and was more like a piece of battered chicken and was over cooked. Very disappointing.

I ordered on the console, went to the counter and got my food prepared by a smiling, friendly, interacting member of staff. The food was warm, I had the Zinger tower and was just as good as any other KFC. It's a shame that the services is just too far down the motorway, as better that some local KFC.

Ordered one meal via the customer screens. Service was reasonable considering how busy it was. As you would expect motorway food is expensive. It's just a fact of life. The food was the normal KFC standard.The rest of the family ordered from the adjacent Burger King.

Well I can't be more disappointed by this KFC. We did a quick food stop on way back from airport. Place was not very busy and service started very slow. It was hard to detect movement in the staff. They were also miserable. We ordered via the self service screens and food room over 7minutes and we were fist customer. After seating at table I realised we were missing large fries. Trip back to counter. Sat down again. Reloaded we were missing chicken bits. Back to counter. Realised we were missing cheese on chicken and cheese fillet. Each time they re read the receipt and were not apologetic. Food was like warm. Maybe they should get staff that can read a screen and smile at same time. Not recommended and won't be using again.

Unfortunately the only thing that is consistent at KFC these days is how awful it is. Thought I’d give it another try, was expensive, been cooked ages despite having to wait a fairly long time. Really not impressed

I was in KFC on the Fleet high street, where I received probably the best service that I’ve had for a while. The cashier that served me was called GABRIELLA, she is super friendly, super helpful and super easy to talk to. She is a real loyal team player/ leader, very well spoken, patient and makes you feel very comfortable. GRAZIE MOLTO BELLA.

Ignorant and expect punters to use the self service screens even when there's no queue. Guy behind counter activily kept his back to customers while waiting for orders from the kitchen instead of taking orders from customers.

On a recent journey to Bracknell to visit friends with my Husband, we called into M3 northbound service station.There is a big food court with plenty of options.My choice of KFC was equally as bad as my husband's choice of McDonald's.All a bit tasteless. The pictures look better than it tastes.The best this I can say is that it was quick & cheap !!!!

We are not a fan of service station food. When we saw the KFC sign we were quite excited because we haven't had it for a while and being a chain, it is pretty much the same where ever you go (in theory).It started off very well. The person serving us was very friendly, almost too friendly but it soon went downhill from there. They are not part of the Colonel's club so, I cannot use the offers that I have, nor earn points. Not a big deal, I half expected that as it is similar with other franchises like Starbucks. However, what annoyed me was that as well as informing me of this, he went to get the sign to show me. Was that necessary? Did I not trust him? I was going to say "Sorry, I cannot read, can you read it to me please".The pricing is totally different to the normal KFC outlets. We went for the Boneless deluxe meal which should have included a box of pop corn chicken. Here, you have to pay an extra £3.50. They were out of coleslaw as one of the sides. They did not give us the 4 dip packs to with the chicken (as per the photo) so I had to walk back (in the rain) to ask for it. In terms of price, it was more than the normal outlets. In a way, I can understand that being a service station, but charging more and giving you less (no popcorn chicken), that is not good for the brand. Sell the same meal as per all outlets and price it accordingly to stop the confusion. I was happy to pay £23.50. I did not order it because I thought we had a box already and it was asking if we wanted more.So here we are. Left disappointed.

This particular Restaurant part of KFC chain does not part in Colonel's Club, which is upsetting. The chicken is fine. But it's more expensive comparing to similar KFC restaurant.
