KFC in East Cambridgeshire

In restaurants dining Great service Great food Very impressed for a busy lunchtime in the February half term holidays. They had sold out of pineapple sticks for my son’s kids meal but given a cookie in its place - one happy chappy! Would definitely return

I have recently started to visit the Ely KFC and noted on all previous visits that te service was rather slow even when only a couple of people were present. Today however I was served by an Asian lady (Mehwish) who's skill of organising p in 5 minutes, whie directing others. she would run that KFC best in my opinionut all others to shame. Fast, well organised, managing a half dozen orders . Sadly she is not in charge hence I doubt it will improve. . Nice tasting chicken but needs better management. I used to manage a team of 250 men so know what I am talking about. Chose the right people not te rabble is my advice.

Ordered a delivery, late....cold .. not really worth eating. Absolute waste of money. The food we ordered was pathetic and bad. Ely KFC really is not good.

Great food yet again all hot, and great to see the staff cleaning tables empting bins sweeping up definitely the best KFC in the area better than Lynn Wisbech and march put together

Possibly the slowest KFC in the UK! Been here a few times, I really should have learnt by now, even if you've used the app it the staff seem challenged.

It’s KFC! There was no unpleasant alarms or surprises. The eating areas were clean, and the staff were friendly.

I used the drive through- I thought I would give the benefit of the doubt after my last experience of giving up after painfully slow service with a queue of just three cars. This was terrible! Food upon getting home was nothing like what we ordered! Tons and tons of chicken in a huge box. Very poor chicken at that! Four soggy and almost grey looking corn on the cobs. Cold fries. The lady who served us had the most soiled uniform I have ever seen. Dirty, slow, inaccurate, shoddy service. Avoid!

If we are going to the cinema in Ely then we always KFC first. It never seems that busy and service is generally fairly quick. The food is your normal KFC fare, but always seems to be freshly cooked.Staffing levels always seem low and clearing tables seems to be a low priority. I know that that KFCs business model is that customers should clear their own tables after eating but that of course does not include wiping tables down.All said and done not a bad KFC but with a little attention to detail it could be a great one.

Been to this KFC a few times since it first open and have never had one visit where something wasn't right.The first time the drinks were flat, watery and the food was cold.The next visit the food was stale and the drinks were fizzy but wateryThe final visit the food was cold, stale and the salad was going brown and the drinks were flat and watery.

The outlet at the edge of Ely is easy to access, and is part of a larger leisure complex including a cinema, McDonalds, and some other restaurants. The KFC is typical in its offerings, with little in the way of veggie fare, but I guess the clue is in the name "Kentucky Fried Chicken." Sides of coleslaw and corn are okay fillers though. The drive through is a bit of a marvel, as to use it you virtually circle the building with adverts on the entry wall, order on the back of the building, and pick up on the opposite wall of entry. All in all not bad as a fast food stop.

As not a regular user of Kfc we were impressed by the cleanliness of this venue . Ideally situated for a fast meal before or after a visit to the cinema . Portions we found are generous against some other chains .
