Kfc in Calderdale

Don't ever order for delivery still waiting 2hrs after ordering. Salad and salad wrap with a bit of chicken doesn't take over 2 hrs to cook. No doubt it will arrive past it's 4th delivery time now. Any warm food will be cold and if we get the full order, we'll be lucky

Ordered 7 wraps of the day and somehow those moronic idiots at Hartrshead Moore KFC thought it was acceptable to only send one. Utterly dumbfounded.

My son ordered a dipping boneless feast for three of us to share. It was delivered by deliveroo and the popcorn chicken was missing and it had only 2 packs of chips, it should be 4. Hardly enough food for 2, definitely not enough for 4. There was no receipt so he could not report the missing items and what food we did get was cold. When we collect our own KFC meals we always check the contents before leaving because 9 times out of 10 there is something missing. The food is usually good but the staff are totally useless. The reviews on trustpilot show 80% 1 star and most would give no stars if it were possible. Our local delivery is picked up from Hartshead moor services, which is why I have left the review on this site. We did not visit the service area in person.

Touch screen ordering a difficult task. It’s not logical. Plus when you’re in a wheelchair and most choices are out of reach. Chips dreadful

Was not very fast the food was over cooked and I think it had been under the hot light for hrs. The staff where more interested at fill up cups and boxs than serving customers so was poor service and very very slow would not call again
