Pleasant staff. Handy location

I personally like their food except for their chips. They're always really soggy and definitely not enough in them to be a large chip. The place is always like a ghost town when I'm passing it, and I go to Newtownards on a daily basis. I'm assuming it's because of the rise of price they charge you for their food. I completely understand because I haven't gone back since their prices skyrocketed, we would rather just go to Comber and get Herrons Country Fried Chicken. It works out way cheaper, and their food is just as great (if not better) than KFC for the price. The staff often get orders wrong and have a bad attitude, and like I said, the prices for even a single small meal is ridiculous.

Party bucket was all legs and wings....KFC is going to the dogs..

First KFC in a long time. Went for the Party bucket. This guaranteed that everyone got something that they liked. Chips could have been better, all chicken pieces were excellent.

Lovely KFC . Staff and service good

Some came raw, some came burnt and some came as a mix of the two! Truly excited for my express delivery of salmonella ❤️ Every piece of chicken I received looked reheated, and tasted a bit rubbish

Best KFC in Northern Ireland - staff are professional and helpful, and the food is outstanding. Lots of deals too, so your lunch can be affordable and within any budget

Worst kfc in country, there’s a really odd taste to ther chicken, it’s like ther using the wrong frying oil or something., it’s just wrong and doesn’t represent kfc taste at all , especially considering how expensive it is .🤮

Was here today for lunch & the food was lovely but i was given the new season chips with my meal but i didn't want them as i had them before but i prefer the old standard chips & the girl at the counter got them changed for me to the old standard chips & cooked lovely too.

I thought all KFCs were the same, perhaps its just my preference but this branch seems kaking in personality. Also not do keen on the chips with the new coating.

Had to change my child on a pi×s stained floor Smell was horrible. No baby change facility. Disability access to toilet isn't suitable as that toilet is too small. Couldn't see a wheelchair fitting in never mind an electric one or one with oxygen tanks. Overall atmosphere is grim in this KFC. Definitely won't be back.

Up shopping and we called to KFC for a bite to eat went in lovely and warm , staff were friendly, place was very clean , and the food was warm tasty and finger licking good as they say 5star

Food tasty could have been a bit hotter. Extremely quiet in restaurant, Business picked up as time passed Not a regular visitor only occasionally would pay KFC a visit. Still enjoyed it, though.

Not enough space for eating-in, had to eat food in car a few times. Only one toilet and toilet roll dispenser is a nightmare to use. Food is acceptable most times I been here.

It was my first time going there with my family. Fried bucket chicken was too oily and chicken was very bad. It felt like it was refried in bad oil and chicken was old. I will never go there again in my life. Very bad experience. So disappointing KFC.

Dead fly fell off a bit of chicken as I lifted it the fly looks fried so has obviously been cooked with the order! Disgusting

Absolute rubbish the food is disgusting and I wouldn’t even feed it to my pet dog Went for a 3 piece variety meal x 2 when I got home the chicken was as tough as old boots it was cooked in dirty oil and warmed up from the day before When I telephoned them all the manager could say it’s freshly cooked What a joke Gave me a code for the next return which I thought 1 last try Still cooked in filthy oil and as hard as nuts It went into the bin I for one will never eat or spend my money on there so called finger licking chicken I’d rather eat at Mc Donald's What a shame the management can’t get it right Don’t kill your stomach with this very poor quality food

Went to drive through. Staff got my order wrong. Half of my order was missing. This is not the first time this has happened. I would not recommend this KFC.

Got 4 piece Colonel meal delivered and expected a mix. Instead they just sent 4 drumsticks.

I can't understand the man who took my order at the drive thru. Shift manager blamed it on a bad speaker/microphone. Sort it out, or ask the fella to speak clearly!

Called at kfc out of convenience as feeling unwell and no desire to go home to make lunch and dinner. Opening time is 11 am. While I know it sounds ridiculous to roll up at opening time, the staff were not ready to take orders and I was forced to leave without anything. This is not the first time shoddy service was evident, from getting orders wrong to just generally long waits. I'm not surprised kfc appear to be doing badly compared with their mcdonalds neighbours. Food is either not ready or appears to have dried up, sitting for a long time waiting to be bought

Got a party bucket, got home and opened bag and the 14 pieces of chicken were missing so I had to drive back to get it.

KFC in Newtownards should be shut down every time we go bk the food has went down hill big time they never get the order right will not be bk

This KFC never has it app connection turned on, so cannot collect your rewards or buy special offers , Management decision not a fault with software. The man doing the drive thru is absolutely rude. Place is always filthy inside and kitchen does not seem to be very clean . Maybe the new Franchise owners could check their premises .

You know the way every McDonalds is the same? Not so with Kfc. This was not only my first kfc in a long time, but I also foolishly picked it for my grandson's first taste. It was as undercooked as it was greasy and served with a frown in a cold dank building. The fact that they turned the mobile app ordering off, so we had to pay full price, just added insult to injury. I had to check it wasn't the brand, so I ordered one on my return to Kingston. That was delicious and will get my custom again. Ards deserves much, much better. Not recommended.

Very slow service.There were only 3 cars ahead of us but it took forever to get iur order.Also they have these 2 massive waste bins right next to where you collect your order from drive through and they were full.lm sure they can be mpved and placed somewhere away from where people are getting they food

Used the drive thru yesterday and experience was not good. Guy on the headset was so difficult to understand, started giving him my order and he told me the price. I said, no, we are still ordering and he said 'drive to the next window' I repeated that we had more items to order but he said that it was too late and to come over to the window. When I drove round he took the next order behind me then he came to the window and asked what it was I wanted to change about my order. I told him I was in the middle of ordering and he cut me off. He sighed and very rudely demanded 'what do you want?' I ordered and he told me I would have to park out of the way. Parked in the car park, 5-6 cars all went through the drive-thru, then they brought out our food. We drove off only to find they hadn't given us fries so had to circle around and go back out. Went into the store and showed them the bag, of course, had no receipt. The guy just said 'oh right' and walked off, reappeared with fries, put them into the bag and disappeared again. I love a KFC burger but that customer service is appalling! Burgers were cold too due to all the hassle! Definitely would not recommend 👎

NEVER USE THERE TOILET, Absolutely disgusting dirt and water everywhere toilet roll soaked. If someone disabled needed blue railing wont be able to use it because its broken. If i could give it 0 stars i would

Better than usual this time, helpful, but a bit uninterested, staff. I've found this kfc has gone downhill over the last few years but tonight it was OK. Mind you I only had hit wings.

It's KFC. You smell it from afar. You don't need chicken, you crave chicken. Typically go for the drive through but went in once and the staff were helpful and nice. Got a free cookie due to a long wait time. 10/10 would wait again.

Called in for a takeaway, but decided to sit in and enjoy our food while it was hot, service from the young fella at the counter was superb 🙌 all so received a complimentary ice cream 🍨🙏

Luke warm chicken and wrong drink. Most of the time it's ok.

Usually I have to say Im happy & enjoy my order. This evening my chicken was burnt and so dried out!! I have taken photos and hope someone contacts me. I ordered the 6 peice family feast. Far from, as we ended up with chips & gravy. This was a family treat!! And doesn't happen very often as it's not cheap to eat out with all the price hikes. I would like to add. I contacted the ARDS KFC and thisv matter was quickly resolved. Thank you.

There is a very long wait to set up an order. The staff who work see you but neglect the customer. Atmosphere, very unsympathetic.

It's very similar to all other KFCs, but it's clean and the staff are friendly.

Great product and bite for bite good value especially on Tuesdays when they have special offers on.Quick service too.The staff could be a bit more pleasant and not look as if it's a chore to serve you.

Unbelievable manager behaviour! SO RUDE!!

Took delivery of an order and the quality of the food was shocking, it looked like they'd gone round the tables and collected people's left overs and delivered them to me. The customer service was even worse refused to give me a refund because uber eats delivered it, I contacted them and they also refused. I may aswell of put my money in the bin

Saturday Night 30/07/2022!! The man who I can only think was the manager or supervisor on the shift was running about like a headless chicken. He was clearly in a bad mood over something and it was very obvious to customers. My friend had his tray of food basically threw at him by this person. The other young staff member who was on the front counter was very friendly. Food was good. Chips were fresh and warm. Had to take 2 stars away for the bad attitude from the other guy.

Not too busy when we went very tasty

Chicken tower burger with fillet,real chips with skin on to my taste delicious.piece of chicken,baked beans side.7up and a cappuccino. Delicious. Oh did I say mouth watering,tastebud tingling, tsunami of flavours and didn't have to rob the bank.

Was told to park up for 3-4 minutes for my food. Sat here still after 15 minutes and there is still no sign. Absolute joke.

Customer service staff asked, was rude & asked me to as a disabled person to to write their order correctly using commas. 😡

The small black girlbhad no time for customers looking small orders, I had to ask for ketchup and when I got to my car there was no salt in my wow box either, i'll not be back

The young staff are incredibly helpful and courteous. There is a guy on tannoy (Michael, I think) who is so welcoming and lively it's hard to not smile when placing your order. Always a pleasure to drive through this fast food store.

It's OK for once and a while staff on that visit did their best to serve as quick as possible most customers not wearing masks waiting for takeaway not much distancing either that was fault of customers as it was clearly marked where to wait for order just ignored the signs

Very clean, wasn't greasy, kids happy enough
