Ordered at kiosk. Got a number with no receipt. Waited to the side. A tray got put down and someone who was quite loud exclaiming he was hungry just took it and starting chowing down. I didn't think they'd let someone take my food so I waited another 10 minutes and then I asked. They rolled their eyes and prepared the order again and gave it to me. Granted I mostly took issue with the guy who took my order, I expected better from them. If your receipts aren't printing then you need some other sort of confirmation.

Everytime I've visited its abysmal. Staff take 0 interest, wait a MINIMUM 20 mins but last night topped it. Supervisor sent the girl serving me out half way through doing my order, watched my drinks on the side and food sit for 10mins before they realised nothing was happening. They clumped talking to one side as a queue formed. Then realising my food isn't being completed tried to make sense of the girls picking of it(she's walked out with coat at this point) then try to to give me the drinks that have now been sat for a total of 15mins. Total time in there 25mins! Food was obviously cold once got back, dog ended up having a great night. Just wanted out. Clearly by far the worst branch for everything. Pointless trip rather go to Aldi and get microwave meals next time. Wouldn't mind if it's one off but I've chanced it about 4 times in the past year and every time its the same. No more!!!

Wow just had the best service! . Was greeted by Tia at the drive through and can honestly say its the best service I've received for a while. Very customer focussed with a wonderful smile which was well received after a long day! . Keep her at all costs! Food was fresh and delicious . Will definitely come again!

Purchased a share bucket which includes a bottle of drink with extras cost over £25, I politely asked if the drink could be changed for cup drinks as we were eating in the car, the manager said no so I simply asked for 2 paper cups and the manager said no. I was then given my order with one of the extra enthusiastic and patronising have a great day we all know the one I mean. Zero customer service and the manager is doing nothing for the staffs attitude, all over 2 paper cups what a joke of a kfc.

Ate there yesterday and then was on my way again. About half an hour to 45 minutes into my journey, an awful sense of nausea and vomiting attacked me. Sure enough, the food and drink came back up. I should have walked back out when I saw that hygiene wasn't the best. But I was hungry.

Went for food with partner today at first we thought the food was taking time to come out but then we noticed the area managers in restaurant and they spoke to staff to ensure quicker response time to serving our food..I think that if the area managers weren't visiting then we qould still be waiting now. All in all food was nice...Thanks to Scott the Area Manager for helping us with our order process times

Overall just very slow service and lack of any care and communication from staff. Too busy talking and prioritising what seems like an employee off shift over the counter while others are stood waiting and more trying to get the attention of someone through the drive thru window. Zero acknowledgement. It’s very hard to go wrong with fried chicken but if you can make the extra 10 minute journey to the one in town then I’d recommend.

Don’t waste your time and effort ordering from here order from a different branch as no on answers the phone you wait over an hour for food to be prepared and when it is done it’s cold. If the manager reads this I would seriously consider employing some staff that is capable of doing the job because you’re going to start losing money. Gave it my last a final chance and won’t be bothering again.

This place needs a lot of improvement. There appears to be no leadership or good communication of any kind. The restaurant will be empty and it'll take them 30 minutes to complete 1 order. The workers seem to be working at a very slow pace with no motivation at all. Ive seen much faster service in other kfc locations. We ordered some food today and they had no chicken fillets ready (how can a food place be so unprepared?), they had no more lipton ice tea, they had no more coffee, we received corn that was 1 day past the best before/use by (it was watery and flavourless), and one of us received a gross and rubbery chicken fillet. The self serve kiosks never have receipt paper, the floor is always greasy and sometimes slippery, I wouldnt want to know what the toilet looks like. This place needs to be improved asap. The only positives i have is that the food is always warm and the workers arent rude. Please fix this soon as i am quite disappointed (along with other people from what i can see from the reviews).
